Two Blue Lines Change Everything-Ch 14
For the afternoon Fran and the other women took Penelope on a spa day, she was pamereed, she sat back and did absolutely nothing as she was waiting on hand and foot, she had a facial, mani/pedi, she soaked in a mud bath and the finale to it all was a full body massage, as she laid there she said, "this feels like heaven" as she felt all of the tension leaving her body.
Emily sighed happily and said, "tell me about it", Desi said, "we need to do this more often", Sarah said, "I totally agree, it's sooooooooo amazing to have somebody take care of you for a change isn't it?", Penelope said, "ohhhhh yesssss" as she felt the tension leaving her back and legs under the hands of the person massaging her.
Fran said, "I thought that we could all use a day of pampering", JJ said, "thank you for thinking of this Fran, it's a great way to wind down after what we've all been through lately", Penelope looked around the room at all of the happy smiling faces and nodded her head in agreement and said, "it sure does Fran, it sure does".
Meanwhile at the mansion Dave said, "we need to keep a close eye on Kevin, I don't trust him where kitten is concerned and after the way he reacted yesterday I don't want to take any chances", Reid said, "me either, he can't be trusted anywhere around Garcia, especially now while she's pregnant", Hotch said, "I agree, if he makes any move to harm her at all I'll take measures to make sure that she goes with us on all of our cases, well at least while her pregnancy will allow it".
Derek said, "you don't think he'd actually hurt her or the baby do you?", Reid said, "the way he acted yesterday just screamed psychotic so honestly I do", Dave said," I agree with the kid on this one", Hotch said, "me too, me too", Derek said, "maybe we should talk to her about staying either with me or with ma and Dave for a while just to make sure that they're both safe".
Reid said, "knowing Garcia she won't agree to it, at least not now", Dave said, "we'll just keep watching Kevin and if he does anything fishy we'll take care of him", Derek said, "I won't let him or anybody else hurt my family", Reid grinned at his friend and said, "love looks good on you Morgan, I'm happy for you and Garcia", Derek said, "thanks pretty boy, I have to admit that I've never felt this way before, not ever".
Hotch said, "things are different now because you've found the person that makes your life complete, you've found your other half and you will do anything that it takes to keep her safe, happy and healthy", Derek nodded his head and said, "you got that shot right, if anybody tries to her her I will end them", Dave said, "we're there with ya son, we're there with ya" as they watched the two little boys running and playing with Clooney and Mudgie in the backyard.
After their spa day came to an end Fran said, "why don't we grab lunch before heading home?, Penelope said, "sounds good, sounds good", Emily said "what is everybody in the mood for?", they all said, "pizza" in unison, Fran laughed and said, "how about pizza?", they all laughed and nodded their heads yes as they climbed into the waiting SUV.
The women were so caught up laughing and talking that they didn't notice that they were being followed by Kevin, he was staying a few car lengths behind the women so they wouldn't notice but he was there, he was watching everything that they were doing, he was watching them to see what his prey was doing, as she climbed out of the car a few minutes later he smiled and said, "enjoy your time now Penelope because you'll be Mrs. Kevin Lynch".
After the women all headed into the pizza place he climbed out of his car and went inside, he saw them sitting in a booth in the back so he made his way to the back of the room, he wanted to be close enough so that he could hear them talking, he wanted to learn as much as possible about the women that were with his plumsauce right now because the more he knew about what was going on the easier it would be for him to take her when they least expected it.
As he sat in the booth hidden from them he listened as they talked about Penelope's plan to try to enjoy her pregnancy, he listened as Fran said, "we're all here for you honey, so if you ever need anything just let us know", Kevin rolled his eyes and whispered, "my plumsauce doesn't need any of you because she's got me", he glanced up quickly and saw Penelope laughing, he then said again, "she's got me".
