Well here is another chapter thanks all those who have read and reviewed. I still cant believe how popular this story is. Also this chapter has been done for a week figured i would wait and post it for a Christmas present.

"You did what?!" Luna yelled into the phone.
Serenity held the phone away from ear so not to have to long lasting damage done to her hearing. "I adopted the fox demon boy, Shippo," she repeated. She knew the cat had heard her but she liked throwing Luna off balance.
"I heard you the first time. The question is why would you?" Luna had really thought Serenity must have hot her head hard this time to do something so irresponsible
"Luna the why doesn't matter, if Serenity thought she was doing the right thing then it must have been." Artemis' words seemed to calm Luna down. "Now what are we going to do about your other half."
"He will have to know and we will have to make sure he understands how important it is to keep it a secret." She hoped Shippo would understand that her secret had to be kept for now until it was time for Crystal Tokyo.
After a long pause, where Serenity was sure they had been disguising the new situation, Artemis finally spoke. "What do you need us to do?"
At least Artemis is alright with the idea, she thought. "Can you guys get a room together, I think the one closes to mine would be best, and get clothes and whatever else you think he needs."
"Consider it done. See you in the morning."With that Artemis hung up.
She then went back to Shippo's room and curled up in the chair there and fell asleep.
Serenity awoke the morning to the sun streaming in through the window. Yawning she pushed the blanket, that either Nephrite or Jadeite had covered her with durning the night, off her and stood to stretch. She glanced over at Shippo, who was still asleep, and smiled at the boy.
The door behind her opened softly Saeka walked in with a beaming smile. "I trust last night went good." In her hands was a clipboard.
"Yes he didn't wake up once,"Serenity whispered.
"Glad to see that I don't think you will have a problem with him he seems like a good child. And with you as his mother he will grow up to be a fine demon prince of the moon." Saeka wrote a few things on the piece of paper attached to the clipboard before handing it to Serenity. "You just need to sign and he can go home after he wakes up and eats breakfast. I took the liberty and ordered you both breakfast."
She signed the paper and handed the clipboard back to Saeka. "Thanks for all your help."
"Not a problem. If you have any questions at all feel free to call me." Saeka looked once more at the little demon before leaving.
Soon after Saeka left Nephrite and Jadeite came in escorting a nurse holding a tray loaded with food.
Shippo eyes popped open at that minute the smell of food drifting to him. He jumped up standing on the bed he sniffed the air. "Pancakes!"
Serenity giggled when he jumped down and scrambled over to where she was. "Calm down it isn't going to disappear."
"Of course it will if you gets your hands on it first Sere,"Jadeite teased.
"Oh hush." Serenity sat three pancakes on a plate for Shippo before giving it to him, which he dug into with such a ferocity that it whould have put her old self to shame.
"This is good!" Shippo said his cheeks stuffed like a squirrels with pancakes.
Serenity giggled and sat down with her own plate and coffee. Surprisingly she only picked at her food and sipped her coffee. She started to feel nervous about taking Shippo home. What ifs drifted into her thoughts, untle Nephrite came over and put a hand on her shoulder. "You will be fine."
It wasn't long until she and Shippo was in the back of Nephrite's car being driven to her penthouse. Shippo was eagerly looking out the window pointing out places he wanted to go to and things he wanted to try, it caused Serenity to giggle. But what made her laugh more was the look he had on his face when he saw where they lived.
"Wow, mama, this is where you live?" He rubbed his eyes and opened them again to make sure he wasn't dreaming.
"We. This is where we live."
Before the car was even in park he had his seat belt off and the door opened. Shippo ran to the huge glass door but was stopped by a tall man. "Excuse me boy we don't let just anyone in."
Serenity caught up and smiled at the man. "It's okay James this is Shippo my son. Shippo this is James him or George are the doormen here."
James blushed a deep red with embarrassment and quickly apologized. "Sorry Miss. Tuskeno, I wasn't aware you had had a child."
Serenity waved it off with a smile, before turning back to Nephrite. "Thanks for the ride, Neph, see you in a few days." She picked up Shippo's hand and lead him insode to the elevator. "We live on the top floor in a penthouse you need a key to use the elevator to get to our floor. Don't worry I will have a key made and if you ever forget it James or George will let you in."
The elevator dinged and it's door opened. Shippo's mouth hung open as he stepped in to the room. His new mother's apartment was beautiful a comfy looking white couch sat in front of the biggest TV he had ever seen. He took his time exploring the room silently until he noticed the black spiral staircase. "Where does that go?"
"Oh the roof where we have our own pool. Do you know how to swim?" She asked if not she figured she arrange for swimming lessons if he wanted to learn.
"Yes I can!"he said proudly. Next Shippo explored the kitchen and dining room taking the time to look out the floor length windows. He was about to head down the hall when he caught a scent. A scent that made him excited."Do you have a kitty?"
"Yes two, is that okay?" Serenity started to panic could Shippo be allergic to cats or even hate them due to being a fox demon It was something that she hadn't considered.
"I always wanted a kitty for a pet."
Serenity breathed a sigh of relief just as the two felines in question decided to make a appearance. She decided now was probably the best time to tell him about who she was. "Shippo come sit on the couch with me I need to explain something to you."
He climped onto the couch next to the beautiful woman who was now his mother. "Did I do something wrong?" His eyes down caste.
Serenity lifted his chin and looked into his sad eyes. She wanted to hurt the people who hurt this sweet innocent child. She cuddled him into her lap and rested her chin on his head. "You didn't do anything wrong. There is one thing I want you to know, and that is never fear me. I promise never to strike you."
Shippo nodded and hugged her back giving her a kiss on her cheek. His action brought tears to her eyes that she wiped away.
She sat him back on the couch next to her. "Now remember in the hospital I told you I had an important secret I wanted to share with you?" Shippo nodded eagerly. "Well first off Luna and Artemis are very special cats, they come from a planet named Mau. Luna Artemis say hello."
Luna hopped onto the couch she eyed the Moon Princess with a look that said 'are you sure you want to do this.' Serenity nodded and Luna cleared her throat. "Hello Shippo I am Luna."
"And I am Artemis." said Artemis jumping up onto the couch next to Luna.
"Wow they can talk!" Shippo exclaimed. "Don't worry I won't tell anyone.
Serenity giggled. "Yes they can talk but thats not the secret just part of it. I guess its better to start at the beginning." Shippo sat silently while she told him the story about the down fall of the Moon Kingdom, becoming Sailor Moon, finding out about her past life, and everything else that had happened since then. "So when my Senshi decided to leave each gave me a piece of their Star Seeds. And they formed the Cosmic Moon Crystal enabling me to become Sailor Cosmos."
Shippo was silent for several minutes before he exploded with questions. Serenity could only get out a yes or no here and there. Finally he was almost out of breath he asked, "Can we go see the Moon Palace?"
His eagerness and excitement made her laugh. "How about for right now we check out your room?"
"Not as impressive as a castle would be but okay." Shippo hopped down from the couch and followed the two cats. He squealed in delight when he saw his room
Serenity sat on the twin bed with a dark blue comforter covering it and watched Shippo explore his room, clothes and new toys.
"We didn't get him much for toys, since Christmas is coming soon," Luna explained curling up into Serenity's lap.
Serenity had completely forgotten about Christmas with everything going on. The memory of Sesshomaru inviting her to the Demon Christmas Ball flashed in her head. Last night she had plans to vist Trista in Paris to ask for a dress, she still would but she would have to being Shippo along. What will the Senshi of Time say about the new little Demon Prince of the Moon? What about the Inners?
She had texted the four Inner Senshi hospita, on the way from the hospital, that she wanted to video chat with them and that she had something important to tell them.
While she was in thought Serenity's phone rang seeing it was Sesshomaru she stepped out and into her room to take the call. "Hello Sesshomaru."
"Hello I am guessing you are home already?" His smooth soft but deep voice came over the phone.
"Yeah we are home. Want to stop by?" Serenity crossed her fingers in hopes that he would say yes.
"Yes, I can. You don't mind if I bring my ward Rin with do you?" He wanted his mate to meet Rin and see how both of them got along. Since Rin was important to him his mate had to be excepting of the girl. He had no fear of this with Serenity, after what she did last night he was sure his mate would make the perfect mother to Rin.
"Sure I bet Shippo wouldn't mind a friend. So I will see you in a bit." Serenity hung up her phone and reentered Shippo's room just as the phone rang again. Upon seeing the number she swore. It was Grandpa Hino, she was suppose to help out doing chores at the temple today. "Hello Grandpa Hino, sorry completely forgot."
Serenity explained to him about yesterday and Shippo. "So is it okay if I come a little later. Alright see you then." Shippo sat at her feet starring up at her."I have to go to Hiwaka Shrine later to do some chores. Want to come with?"
"Of course mama then can we go get a Christmas Tree since you don't have one?" Shippo never had a Christmas Tree or Christmas presents before. So he was excited to finally have a family to Celebrate the holiday with.
"We will see if not tomorrow we can. Which remindes me you need to make a list for Santa." Serenity was excited to go Christmas shopping for Shippo and to pick out a tree. Last year she hadn't bothered with a tree since she was alone for the holidays this year was the same. Her parents would be gone again and so will her friends.
Shippo climbed up and sat on the bed his eyes was on his feet. "I think Christmas came early for me, mama, all I wanted was a mother and now I finally have one."
His words brought tears to her eyes and she sat there holding him for what seemed like hours. Finally the buzzer for her door rang and she went to answer.
It had been a eventful morning for both Shippo and Serenity. Shippo was happy to meet Rin and showed her his room where they played for hours.
Sesshomar had handed Serenity her formal invitation to the Demon Christmas Ball. He had included Shippo in the invitation explaining that Rin would be attending as well.
"If you need to go shopping for a dress I can give you the funds," Sesshomaru offered. Even though judging by her apartment she didn't need his offer.
"Thank you but I it's not a problem." Serenity was to modest to take Sesshomaru's money plus if he saw a bill from Paris he might question it.
They talked and gotten to know one another. Her attraction for the Demon Lord grew stronger. He wasn't the cold hearted bastard Inuyasha had said he was. How could he when he had taken Rin for his ward. All to soon it was time to leave to go the Shrine and she had to say good bye, but not until she first invited him to come help pick out a Christmas Tree.
Now with Shippo's hand in hers she walked to the Shrine. When they got there Grandpa Hino meet them at the top of the stairs. She quickly changed into some robes and started the chores that Grandpa Hino had for her. Shippo followed closely behind her until he spotted some children playing and asked to join them.
It was when she was swipping the stairs of the Shrine wgen she heard Shippo cry out. She dropped her broom and ran to where his cry had came from clutching her brooch. Shippo's cries had also alerted Grandpa Hino, Chad, and his guests.
All five rounded the corner and found Shippo surrounded by some human boys.
"This is a sacred place demons arn't arn't allowed,"a blond hair boy said.
"But I just wanted to play with you," Shippo whimpered.
"Like we would play with a demon," said the dark haired boy. The other boys laughed and agreed with the dark haired boy.
"Hey leave him alone you little brats." Serenity placed herself between Shippo and the boys. Her anger boiling at how these boys had treated Shippo.
The mothers of the boys also hearing the commotion, arrvied. Each gathered thier child and turned on Serenity who was holding a sobbing Shippo.
"How dare you call my child a brat," the mother of the blonde boy said, her look shooting daggers at Serenity.
"Well maybe your son shouldn't be acting like a brat and bully," Serenity fired back.
The blonde's mother looked Shippo over sneering in disgust, before she turned to Grandpa Hino and Chad. "I will not have my child around demon."
Grandpa Hino raised an eyebrow and then shrugged his shoulders. "Well I agree your child doesn't need to be around a demon." He held his hand up silencing Serenity's outburst. "There fore you your child and his friends are band from this Shrine, unless you apologized to not only Serenity but to her son as well."
The mother let out a screech of anger before turning on her heel and leave the other three mothers following her.
Serenity smirked glad to see them go. "Thanks."
"Not a problem, Serenity. If you are done swipping that is all I have for you to do." Grandpa Hino and friend went back to whatever they were doing. But the girl who had come with stayed behind.
"Shippo how about I change and we go for a burger at Crown?" Serenity sat the boy down and ruffled his hair.
"Yes!" Shippo jumped up and down clapping.
"Do you mind if I walk with you?" Serenity finally noticed the girl standing there.
"Ummm sure. As you may know I am Serenity and this is my son Shippo." She studied the other girl and was surprised when she realized how much she looked like Raye.
"I am Kagome," she smiled.
"It's nice to meet you. Do you mind watching Shippo while I go changed?" When Kagome shook her head no Serenity hurried off and quickly changed.
On thier way to Crown they chit chated about things mostly Kagome's boyfriend and how she thought Serenity adopting Shippo was a noble thing.
"Well talk to you later Serenity I should go look for my boyfriend," Kagome said and waved good bye.
"Bye hope to talk to you again."Serenity went into Crown to order a burger for herself and Shippo. "Hi Andrew, I need two double cheese burger with fries a strawberry milkshake and a double chocolate shakes."
"Coming right up Serenity," Andrew said with a smile. He punched in her order to the kitchen."So who is the kid?" He nodded in Shippo's direction.
A smile spread across her lips and a sense of pride bloomed through as she announced, "This is Shippo my son."
"Congrats, Sere. You know you truly have a heart of gold." Andrew reached into token machine and handed Serenity five rolls of tokens. "Here your games are on me."
"Wow thanks Andrew." She placed four rolls in her purse before handing one to Shippo. "Do you want to play some games?"
"Yeah, Mama, I always wanted to come in here and play." Shippo grabbed the roll of coins and Serenity's hand before dragging her to the games.
She was so focused on Shippo that she didn't see the dark haired man that came into the arcade.
Yeah that's a good place to stop. Will try to update soon once again con season is starting and that's mean i am busy makeing costumes and props. Also my husband and i will be doing a princess serenity and Tuxedo Kamen cosplay i will definitely change profile pic dor all u to see. Once again thanks for reading please review.
