DISCLAIMER I DO NOT OWN BROTHERS CONFLICT IN ANYWAY SHAPE OR FORM

"What a night!" Keitorin said happily as Natsume drove home.

"Yeah, it was nice," Natsume said.

"Nice? That's all you have to say?" Keitorin asked, "I mean I know you're not one for flash and fancy, but come on, it was more than just nice."

"Alright, it was splendid," Natsume allowed.

"That works," Keitorin said.

"You ever think you'll be up for an award like that?" Natsume asked.

"Well it depends, if I ever decide to go into the world of professional photography like that rather than stay as Futo's personal photographer," Keitorin said.

"Do you want to keep going on as his personal photographer?" Natsume asked.

"I like the freedom it gives me, no long hours and re-shoots constantly. Just living in the moment, letting things happen naturally. Plus it gives Futo and me time together. Time we probably wouldn't have if I was to take on a different job, with him being an idol and all," Keitorin explained.

"I see, I suppose there is that is a nice perk to consider," Natsume said as they pulled into the parking lot of his apartment building.

"Hey, is that Masaomi's car?" Keitorin suddenly asked.

"Huh?" Natsume said looking towards the guest parking area.

"It is, but why would...," Natsume suddenly had a huge wave of fear sweep over him. He practically divebomb out of his car and dashed to the building.

"Hey, wait, Natsume!" Keitorin shouted as she tried to keep up.

"Ema!" Natsume shouted as he dashed into the apartment. There he saw Ema lying down, being examined and talking to Tomori while Masaomi and Futo looked on.

"Natsume!" Ema said happily when she saw her husband coming in.

"What happened? Are you alright?" Natsume asked as he hurried to her.

"It was just cramps, luckily," Tomori said as she stood up to make room for him.

"Cramps?" Natsume said.

"Yeah, I guess they got the better of me," Ema said.

"It's not uncommon to have them a little worse when pregnant with multiple babies," Tomori assured them.

"We were able to bring her some pain killers that should be safe for her," Masaomi continued, "but there are other things she can do to help that Tomori made a list of."

"Thank you," Natsume said, though he was more fixated on Ema herself. "Should we consider making an appointment with Dr. Senyu?"

"Only if the cramps continue for longer than say the day after tomorrow," Tomori recommend, "but also make sure you tell him about it at your next appointment."

"Will do," Natsume said, resting his forehead against hers.

"Did you call them?" Keitorin asked Futo as she joined him.

"Wasn't sure if it was serious enough to go to the hospital, but figured she needed somebody to check her out. It's just lucky we have doctor relatives," Futo said.

"Futo, thank you," Natsume said, "thank you for taking care of Ema like that. You too Tomori and Masaomi. I'm sorry you had to come over here in the middle of the night like this."

"Oh it was no big deal," Masaomi insisted, "The second Futo called saying Ema needed help, Tomori and I were racing to the front door!"

"We were lucky it was just the two of us," Tomori added, "a few of your brothers wanted to come too, but we were able to give them the slip."

Natsume nodded as he hugged Ema's head to his chest.

"How are you feeling now?" he whispered.

"Better, the pain has gone down," Ema assured him.

"Good," Natsume said as he hugged her tighter.

"Well, I feel we've done all we can, might as well head out," Masaomi suggested.

"Yeah, it's late," Futo agreed. He put his arm around Keitorin to try and start leading her out.

"Wait," Keitorin said as she moved over to Natsume's desk and put Ema's award next to their new picture.

"Congratulations again Sensi," she said.

Ema looked around Natsume at the award.

"Oh yes thank you! I am happy about that," she said.

"That's the second time you've won that award in that category, isn't it?" Masaomi said as he picked it up to look at. "Congrats."

"Thank you," Ema said.

"You do very well for yourself," Tomori praised.

Ema blushed.

"See you later Ema," everyone said as they finally left.

Natsume kept holding Ema long after everyone had left.

"I'm sorry I wasn't here for you when you were vulnerable like that," he finally apologized.

"It's okay," Ema tried to assure him, "although I will admit, when they first started, I kept wishing you were here! That's a little selfish of me isn't it?"

"What's selfish about wanting your husband with you when you needed him?" Natsume asked, "with that said, I'm going to do my best to stay with you more often."

"I'm sorry you have to," Ema said.

"Why? You need all the support and help you can get right now, given the circumstances," said Natsume, "I'm here for you till the end and beyond. They're my children too don't forget. And I love you more than anything and love being around you! I see no problems with staying near you so I can help you through this."

"Thank you Natsume," Ema said, "you're wonderful."

"Well, I'm complete, because I have you," Natsume said.

Ema moaned happily.

"Can I be honest with you then?" she asked.

"Please," Natsume encouraged.

"When I started feeling those cramps tonight, there was a moment I seriously thought something bad was happening to the babies. That we might actually lose them somehow!"

"That's probably not an uncommon reaction to have in a situation like this," Natsume assured her. "Can I be honest with you? Ever since Dr. Senyu mentioned that one of the babies was smaller than the others, I've been a little nervous myself. I've been fearful something bad will happen to it, or maybe sadly die on us."

"Really? But Dr. Senyu assured us they're all doing fine," Ema said.

"For now yes, but what happens as time goes on and, well it doesn't get a chance to grow to the big enough size among the others? What if it doesn't get big enough to survive on its own outside your womb?" Natsume speculated.

"You think that'll happen?" Ema asked.

"I don't know, it could very well not, but it's a fear that's been lurking around me," Natsume admitted.

Ema sighed, resting her head against his chest.

"It's amazing how quickly things change on you," she said out loud.

"Yeah," Natsume agreed, "but, at the same time we can't loose sight of the happiness we're both experiencing and will experience once they come. And they will all come, alive and well. And we'll see we were worried about nothing."

"Yeah, yeah you're right," Ema said. "Let me see my award."

Natsume scoffed amused as he grabbed it and handed it to her.

"Your boss said he wants you to keep it for now as a reminder that he wants you to come back once you're able," he said.

"Really? He said that," Ema asked amused.

"Yes," Natsume insisted, "he must truly value you as his employee."

Ema sighed with pride.

"How was Rumi doing after her win? I hope Kai didn't get too mad at her."

"She did come over and give her a threatening thanks, making sure to insult you as she did," Natsume muttered, "I guess she still holds a grudge against you."

"Hmm," Ema sighed, "well, I just wish she doesn't bother me from now on."

"She tried asking me if we'd do an interview for a magazine with one of her new publishing company's magazines. I told her no, since I still don't want to use the quads as propaganda tools. And besides I wouldn't do her any favors."

"Yes, I wouldn't want to work with her again on anything," Ema said.

"Do you know she's having an affair with the executive editor of her new company?" Natsume asked in disgust.

"I heard that, wasn't sure if it was true," Ema said.

"Well it is," Natsume said.

Ema shook her head. "Maybe that's a better place for her then."

"Everyone has a place they belong," Natsume agreed.

"How have the cramps been since then?" Dr. Senyu asked at Ema's next appointment, after she and Natsume had told him about the incident.

"Not as bad as that night," Ema said, "although I have used all the pain killers since then."

"That's fine, in your case I can't blame you. Just make sure you're taking them as instructed," Dr. Senyu recommend.

"I'm almost willing to bet that they got that way due to your excitement over winning your award. How often have you been experiencing them anyway?"

"Mmm, maybe a mild case once and a while, I guess I wasn't really keeping track," Ema admitted.

"But it hasn't been as serious as the night of your award ceremony?" Dr. Senyu asked.

"No, nothing I wasn't able to push through and endure with my daily life," Ema said.

"Okay, well hopefully they'll stay that way for now. Make sure you keep those painkillers your sister-in-law provided. You can get those at most pharmacies. And let me know if they get as bad as they did that night," Dr. Senyu instructed.

"What happens if they do get as bad as before?" Natsume asked.

"We, may have to possibly consider delivering the babies even earlier than originally planned," Dr. Senyu told them reluctantly.

"Earlier? But that'll mean they'll be born even smaller than expected, won't it?!" Ema asked.

"Yes, but don't panic Mrs. Asahina. If that does happen, we will take excellent care of your babies," Dr. Senyu assured her, "we've come a long way in the field of premature births."

"Okay," Ema said, as she squeezed Natsume's hand.

"But she is in the clear now, right?" Azusa asked from off to the side with Tsubaki.

"I like to think so, but we'll know more after we've done some test with her blood and done the ultrasound," Dr. Senyu explained.

"Oh so we can finally see them?" Tsubaki asked.

"Yes, Mr. Asahina," Dr. Senyu said with a smirk, "can tell which one is the impatient brother."

"It's probably why I was born first," Tsubaki said smug.

Dr. Senyu looked between him, Azusa and Natsume.

"I don't see it," he said softly.

"What's that?" Natsume asked.

"It's just hard to believe that you three are triplets," Dr. Senyu confessed, "I mean it's it's possible to believe you're brothers, but not so much that you're triplets. Considering you Mr.. Asahina don't look that identical to your other two."

"Well Tsubaki and I are technically twins and Natsume was his own embryo," Azusa explained.

"Yes, your mom mentioned that when she and your dad were here," Dr. Senyu recalled, "well no matter."

"When will you be know if any of the babies are technically twins or not?" Azusa asked.

"Probably not until they're born," Dr. Senyu said, "in the meantime, all we can check things like their size and vitals, making sure they're healthy."

"Speaking of which, how's the little one you warned us about doing?" Natsume asked.

Dr. Senyu moved his wand around. "Well, it's still technically the smallest, but it has managed to grow, if only a little from the last time we checked in on it and the other babies. Which is good, because as long as it's still growing then that means it's still healthy and nothing serious we'll have to worry too much about until after it is born."

"Good to hear," Natsume said.

Ema looked over at her husband and saw he had a small relived smile on his face. It made her feel slightly relived too.

"Damn, am I going to spoil those little rascals once they've come!" Tsubaki bragged as they all left the doctor's office.

"That's just what we'll need," Natsume said.

"Hey, you'll still need all the help you can get in regards to raising those kiddos!" Tsubaki said. "By the way, you are coming to my batchelor party right?"

"Yes, I will come but only for a short while," Natsume promised.

"Damn right you are!" Tsubaki said, "my last chance to truly party before I'm tied down for life!"

"Like you and Haruhi won't be parting well after you're married," Azusa muttered. He looked and smiled at Ema.

"You're not offended Haruhi didn't invite you to her bachelorette party right?"

"No, of course not, I wouldn't really want to go to such a thing, given the circumstances," Ema said, rubbing her belly.

"Yeah, that's exactly why she didn't invite you," Azusa agreed.

"But she would have, if you weren't being weighed down," Tsubaki assured her.

"Oh, thank you," Ema said, "I don't know how much fun it'd be even if I wasn't pregnant."

"You always were too much of a good girl. No wonder you settled for good boy Natsu," Tsubaki joked.

"Yeah, what a drag that was for us," Natsume said, putting his arm around Ema.

"Guess he's still a little petty jealous of you picking Natsume out of everyone," Azusa whispered.

"Oh," Ema said softly.

"Don't let it get to you, after all, you're happy and that's all that matters," Azusa quickly added.

"Thank you," Ema whispered.

"And what's everyone all whispering about?" Tsubaki asked.

"Never mind," Natsume said.

"Is this about my party?" Tsubaki asked smug.

"If you want to believe it sure," Azusa said, knocking his brother on the head.

"You don't think he'll go too crazy at his batchelor party, do you?" Ema asked nervous.

"Oh probably," Azusa said.

"But we'll be there to help back him up," Natsume added.

"It's going to be an amazing party!" Tsubaki shouted excited.

"PARTY-BLAH!" Tsubaki shouted before throwing up over a rail into some bushes.

"There he goes," Natsume said, as he and Azusa stood behind their brother in support.

"And he's not even drunk," Azusa said.

"We warned him not to eat those curly fries before going on that rollercoaster," Natsume said.

"Do we need to get you home Tsubaki?" Azusa asked.

"Are you kidding? I rented this park for the whole night and I intend to use it for the whole night!"

Tsubaki declared, before turning his head back around and throwing up some more.

"Should we at least try and get him to a bathroom?" Natsume asked.

"Nah, I don't know if we can make it to one in time," Azusa said.

Natsume sighed. "Do you think he'll make it as a married man and father some day?"

"Of course he will, he and Haruhi know what they're doing for the long run for their marriage life together," Azusa said. "I know they both want children. They're already trying to decide what room to use their as nursery."

"Yep, got to get ready fast!" Tsubaki managed to concur before spewing again.

"When he's done, we should get him to a table and some water," Azusa said as he watched his brother uneasy.

"Not to make light of the situation, but are you feeling ready to settle down at all?" Natsume asked.

"You mean with Sakura?" Azusa asked, "we haven't been seeing each other as long as you or Ema had or Tsubaki and Haruhi, so it might not be quite there. But, I think she might be the one. She's living full time at Sunrise now."

"I think I heard that, and the kiddos are loving it," Natsume said.

They were interrupted by Tsubaki throwing up some more.

"Who had thought Azui be the last of us to tie the knot. I always thought it'd be you Natsu," He joked.

"With you of course being first?" Natsume asked.

"Well yeah, duh," Tsubaki said smug as he managed to stand up straight and compose himself.

"Better?" Azusa asked.

"Yeah," Tsubaki said, even though he was leaning up against his twin for support.

"There's a table over there," Natsume pointed out, "I'll go get some water, maybe check on Ema."

"Come on," Azusa said as he led Tsubaki to the table.

"Not too long, I got rides to ride!" Tsubaki shouted, only to start holding his stomach.

"Haruhi's never going to let you live this down, you know this right?" Azusa said.

"Let her, how else are we going to keep things interesting," Tsubaki said smug.

"Thank you," Natsume said as he accepted the water bottle.

He had just pulled out his cell phone to call and check on Ema, when he hear Yusuke exclaiming.

"Ugh, that's disgusting! Who did that!"

"Found Tsubaki's mess huh?" Natsume asked as he walked past his brother.

"That's Tsubaki's doing? Ugh!" Yusuke groaned. "I thought he said he wasn't going to binge."

"He didn't, he ate a little too much before going to on the roller coaster," Natsume explained.

"Bummer, if he was intoxicated, could have busted him for public drunkenness and defacing public property," Yusuke said.

"Well technically this isn't public property," Tsubaki managed to taunt as Natsume and Yusuke came up to him and Azusa's table.

"Whatever," Yusuke muttered, "I guess we should have known you couldn't make it through your batchelor party without puking."

"Hell yeah, don't you know it's illegal for men to throw up once you're married?" Tsubaki joked.

"You never end do you?" Yusuke muttered as he wondered off.

"He's right, you never take anything seriously," Natsume said.

"That's not true, I take Haruhi seriously, which is why I'm going to marry her," Tsubaki insisted, "and I take our life together afterwards, like the whole concept of having children someday. We're going to, one way or another."

"How many are you hoping for?" Natsume asked.

"Hmm, maybe having four at once might be an interesting experience," Tsubaki said.

"Are you mocking me or something?" Natsume asked.

"No, of course not, I really wouldn't mind having four at once, or more," Tsubaki insisted, "Wouldn't mind one uping you."

"Hmm," Natsume muttered, "what about you Azusa? How many do you predict you'd want?"

"Oh, um, I'd probably prefer not to have four all at once, but maybe four all together might not be so bad. At least maybe one or two, boy and girl," Azusa said.

"Is that what Sunako wants too?" Natsume asked.

"Eh roughly, we're not sure really, other than we do both agree we'd want them eventually," Azusa said, "just not quadruplets or something like that. I don't want to deal with a bunch all at once. No offense."

"None taken," Natsume assured him, "that reminds me, I didn't check in with Ema."

He didn't notice Tsubaki cast a smirk Azusa's way.

"Hi, Ema?"

"Natsume! You are not going to believe this, but guess who stopped by to visit!" Ema said excited.

"Who?" Natsume asked, suddenly noticing both his brothers' smirks.

Flash Back

Are you sure you'll be okay alone?" Emiko asked as she helped Ema get comfortable on her couch.

"I'm sure, go on ahead and enjoy Haruhi's party," Ema insisted.

"Alright," Emiko'l said as she gathered up her things. She was already wearing a fancy red cocktail dress.

"Call me if you do need anything. Did you take your pain killers?"

"Yes, now go! Have fun! I'll be okay," Ema insisted.

"Take care then, good night," Emiko said as she walked out, making sure to lock the door in the process. "Call me if you need anything."

Ema smiled as she pulled out a book to read. It had been so long since she had some alone time. Not that she didn't appreciate all the attention and help she was getting, she just needed a breather, some time to herself.

Even Juli and the cats seemed to grasp this comment as Juli was seen relaxing in his home and the cats resting in their beds.

Ema rubbed her belly, and whispered, "I don't suppose you four can keep quiet for now while mommy's having a little quiet time?"

She started reading her book, going through it peacefully.

After what felt like hours, Ema actually found herself looking up due to the lack of noise.

"I know I should be enjoying this, but it's a little too quiet," she said looking around. She suddenly felt a huge wave of sadness and loneness come over her.

"I wonder if Natsume's coming home," she asked herself, looking to the clock. "No, he probably won't be home for another few hours or so."

She sighed lonley.

"Chi, everything alright?" Juli asked from his house.

"Guess I'm just a little lonely, didn't think I would like this," Ema admitted, "think it might be the hormones?"

"Maybe, but you almost always don't like being alone, ever since you were little, when your father had to leave you alone for work," Juli reminded her, "there's nothing wrong with wanting to have some kind of company just like there's nothing wrong with having time to yourself."

"I guess," Ema said. "I wonder if it's also because I'm nervous after that cramp attack."

"Oh, Chi," Juli said as he jumped down and ran over to her, "I'm here for you. Anything you need."

"Thanks Juli," Ema said, "want to join me in my book?"

"Eh, why not," Juli said as he moved around until he was sitting in front of Ema, but not blocking her view.

It did make Ema feel a little better to have someone else with her as she read.

"Bah, what tribble!" Juli declared after a while, "he's such a wolf!"

"Juli, be nice," Ema said.

"How can you read your trash?" Juli asked.

"Azusa recommend it, said it was written by a friend of Sunako," Ema said, "I think it's rather compelling."

Suddenly the two heard the door handle jingling.

"Is that Natsume?" Ema asked, trying hard not to panic.

"No, it's too early!" Juli said as he ran towards the door, already hissing.

Ema gripped the couch, not sure what to do next as the door opened.

"Huh, the key worked," Haruhi said as she strud in follow by Sunako. Both still dressed like they had been out partying.

"I didn't dispute that, I was saying we shouldn't until we were sure Ema was here and wanted company," Sunako scolded, shutting the door behind them.

Both stopped when they noticed Juli in front of them.

"What the heck is that?" Haruhi asked.

"Must be the little demon creature Azusa said follows Ema about," Sunako said with a smirk.

"Demon! Demon! You don't know the half of it!" Juli started to say, only to be plucked up by his bow by Haruhi.

"He's cute that's for sure," she said.

"Cute! You think you can win me over with flattery!" Juli snapped.

He was surprised when Haruhi went and put him onto his house.

"There, that's better huh?" she said.

"What are you doing here?" Ema asked, "why aren't you out enjoying your bachelorette party?"

"Eh, went out, had some fun, but I don't know, I guess I felt bad for you all alone here while everyone else is out enjoying themselves," Haruhi explained as she came and sat down comfortably on the floor across from Ema.

"So she decided she was going to come see you, using Tsubaki's spare key," Sunako added as she took a seat at Natsume's desk. "are you doing okay?"

"Well I was feeling a little lonely just now," Ema admitted, "it is nice to have some company."

"See?" Haruhi said smug, "

"Whatever," Sunako muttered.

"It's really kind of you both to come check on me," Ema said.

"Oh yeah, it's important the three of us get along, since we're all married or going to marry the triplet brothers and all," Haruhi said.

"You still think I'm going to marry Azusa?" Sunako asked.

"Well yeah, I mean after all, it'd be too much work to train a new one that might come along," Haruhi said.

Sunako shot Ema a look who looked just as confused.

"You didn't need anything to drink or something?" Ema asked.

"Or, one last drink for my last night of freedom!" Haruhi said as she pulled out a bottle.

"But I can't!" Ema started to protest.

"Chill, you think I wouldn't understand, slash, care about you and your babies' health?" Haruhi said as she turned the bottle around to show it was sparkling cider.

"Oh," Ema said in shock.

"That's what you wanted to stop off for?" Sunako asked.

Haruhi smirk again as she stood and headed to the kitchen. She pulled out three champagne glasses and carry them back to the group.

"Where's your bottle opener?"

"Third draw on the far right," Ema instructed.

Haruhi pulled it out and opened the bottle with ease.

"Here's to us three girls enjoying my last real night as a single woman," she said as she poured.

Sunako and Ema both held up their glasses.

"To you Haruhi and your adventure into married life," Sunako said.

"Yes," Ema said.

"You're too kind," Haruhi said as she took a sip from her glass.

"Did you have fun while you were out at least?" Ema asked as she also took a sip.

"Oh yeah, but as I said, felt bad for you, wanted to see how you were doing," Haruhi instead.

"I'll admit, I was wanting to see how you were doing too," Sunako said in between sips. Then she happened to notice Ema's book.

"Oh, I see you're reading Akiko's latest book," she mentioned, "you like it?"

"Yes, Azusa recommend it, and I'm glad he did," Ema said.

"It's tribble!" Juli insisted from his house.

Ema shot him a warning look.

"I thought it was good too, really caught a woman's struggle among men," Haruhi said.

"You've read it too?" Haruhi asked.

"Still reading, haven't finished it yet," Haruhi explained, "so don't worry, I won't spoil anything for you. Tomori and Riku are reading it right now too."

"Hikaru too, he even gave it a positive review on his blog about it," Sunako added.

"Is she going to write another one anytime soon?" Ema asked.

"Hard to say, she's trying to take time off to focus on her baby," Sunako said, "and she's not sure if she wants to keep writing. She may go back to editing, assuming she can find a better place to work."

"Where did she work before?" Ema asked.

"DRAGON DRAWN, in their literature branch. But she had some problems with the chief editor of the company so she quit," Sunako said.

Ema couldn't help but notice the way Sunako looked away embarrassed as she explained the other part.

"Anyway," Haruhi said, "let's talk about you! You actually managed to win your award yet again..That had to be exciting!"

"Oh yes! I'm thrilled!" Ema said, "it's actually behind Sunako on the desk.

Sunako reached behind and pulled it out.

"Nice photo by the way," she made sure to mention.

"Thank you, the girl who took it won an award for it as well," Ema said.

"Wow, you are just so full of talent," Haruhi said as she got up to take a closer look at the award statue.

"Whatever happened to your other one?"

"Oh that I keep at the office, Mr Shohan let me keep this.one as a reminder that I have to come back to work once I've my maternity leave is over."

"Good strategy," Haruhi said.

"Do you want to go back to work once you're done with your maternity leave?" Sunako asked.

"I want to now, but things might change when all four actually arrive. It's going to be hard with four no matter what the circumstances," Ema said.

"True," Haruhi said, "But so help me, I actually wouldn't mind if I wound up pregnant with four at once. Could you imagine if all three of us ended up pregnant with quadruplets?"

Sunako looked horrified at the idea.

"I don't know if I could handle four all once! Maybe one at a time but not all at the same time!"

"I personally wouldn't have asked for this either of the circumstances had been different," Ema said, rubbing her belly, "I just wanted one, but...," She stopped herself just in time.

"But what?" Haruhi prodded with a smirk.

"I," Ema sputtered. She looked to Sunako for guidance.

Sunako looked unsure about what to say as well as she looked as though she was trying to come up with an excuse to further along the discussion.

"It just something that happened right?" she finally said.

"Uh yes," Ema sputtered.

"Uh-huh, but I'm guessing it happened for a reason?" Haruhi asked intrigued.

Ema sighed, "promise you won't tell Tsubaki about this?"

"Depends," Haruhi said calmly.

Ema sighed again, "The truth is, I was starting to worry about not getting pregnant naturally with Natsume so we went to see Tomori to have us examined. And even though she said we were both healthy and able to have kids naturally, she did offer to prescribe us with some pills we could take to increase our odds. But one of the risk with the pills was the chance of multiple babies, which we now have."

Both Sunako and Haruhi stared at her in surprise.

"For real?" Haruhi said.

"Yes," Ema admitted embarrassed.

"Wow," Sunako said.

"I don't think we would have gotten pregnant with quadruplets if we hadn't been on those pills," Ema continued to confess.

"Well that does make sense," Haruhi said, "but still, I kinda feel like I'd want get pregnant with a multiple set. Hell I'd settle for twins. I'm ready for 'em! Hell I was ready for the kids before marriage."

She paused as she said that.

"Actually, can you two keep a secret?"

Both women nodded.

"There was a point, not long after Tsubaki and got engaged, that I thought I was pregnant. We were both pretty excited about the idea. That's what provoked us into picking into picking out a room that would be for our baby. We were that ready, and we still are."

"It would be exciting to have you and Tsubaki have a baby in and around the quads' age," Ema said.

"Exactly! Keep the family close!" Haruhi said. She looked towards Sunako. "All the more reason you need to step things up with Azusa, get married and get yourself pregnant!"

"Uh," Sunako sputtered, "that might not be in my plans. At least having a baby right away. I'd want to see how well me and Azusa adjust to married life, where we'd want to live and such before we'd try bringing a baby into the picture."

"But you can see yourself married to Azusa?" Ema asked.

"To be honest? Yes, he's got to be the best boyfriend I've ever been with. I mean we're living together now. Plus I adore his family. Mizu and Kadia, they're great! I love them so much, and enjoy coming up with child friendly stories for them. I sorta feel like a part of the family already," Sunako explained.

"it's just, I don't know, there's so much going on right now already. You and Tsubaki getting married, Mie and Subaru also getting married soon, Ema and Natsume having the quadruplets. I like to try planning a wedding when things weren't so crazy. Maybe get some more time to get to know Azusa better too."

"Makes sense," Ema said.

"Boy when you put it that way, things are going a little crazy at the moment," Haruhi said but with a smile, "guess you have to deal with that with a family that size!"

"True," Sunako and Ema said together, raising their glasses. Haruhi did too and each took a sip.

"I still want a big one myself," Haruhi said, "I love the idea of having a big tight knit family. My parents were always so distant and bust for us, and my sister and I had such an age gap, we never were really that close. Sometimes it made home life a little frustrating and boring."

"I sorta know that feeling," Ema said, "growing up with just Papa and I, and him having to be gone so often due to work, I was alone a lot. I wanted nothing more than a big family to come to, while made it so amazing when Papa decided to marry Mother and I got to go live with all my stepbrothers."

"And yet, out of those all them, you ended up with the one who didn't live at the mansion," Haruhi joked. "But I digress, it's really sweet you were able to join up with the big family like that."

"Yeah, everybody should have a family unit they feel belong to," Sunako agreed.

"That's always what I wanted, without the intent of falling in love with Natsume," Ema said looking at her wedding picture of her and Natsume.

Just then her phone went off.

"Oh speaking of which," she said as she looked at it.

"Hi, Ema?"

"Natsume! You're not going to believe this, but guess who stopped by to visit!"

"Who?" Natsume asked, sounding suspicious.

"Sunako and Haruhi! Apparently they got tired at Haruhi's batchelorette party so they came to see me!

"Did they really?" Natsume said looking at his brothers. "Well that's nice, I was a little worried about you being all alone. But it's good you have company."

"I was feeling a little lonely, so them coming here really cheered me up," Ema said, "are you having a good time?"

"Yes, even if Tsubaki managed to make himself throw up," Natsume said.

"Oh dear," Ema said.

"He'll be fine," Natsume assured her, "I'll be home soon."

"Have fun," Ema said as she hung up.

"Your girlfriends are at my place visiting Ema, apparently," Natsume mentioned to his brothers.

"Yeah," Haruhi texted me that they were going to do that," Tsubaki said.

"Oh, that's nice," Natsume said.

"Haruhi was all going on about the three of them being close since they're all dating is," Azusa said.

"Which isn't a bad idea," Tsubaki said.

"No, I suppose not," Natsume agreed.

"To our magnificent women!" Tsubaki said holding up his water bottle.

"Yes," Azusa and Natsume said together.

"Your man is quite a catch," Haruhi said.

"Thank you," Ema said with a blush.

"Yeah he is, I like to think Azusa and I will be like that," Sunako said.

"What do you mean? You are? Both our guys checked in on us when we were out partying. They're all great guys, in their own way!" Haruhi insisted.

"Very true!" Ema agreed with pride.

"To our wonderful men! Haruhi said raising her glass again.

"Yes," Sunako and Ema said together.
