Baby moon part 3
"Merrill why don't you go back to the bridge or your cabin I will let you know if there is a change with Vicki. Right now, the medicine is working I want to monitor, and I will have her on strict bedrest the rest of the cruise, so no matter how much she doesn't want to use the wheelchair it is vital for the babies, so they go to full term" Adam says as he wakes Merrill up so he could check Vicki and see where she was with her medicine
"I think I will thanks Adam" Merrill says as he was going to go to sleep in his cabin right now
Adam did a quick checkup on Vicki and the babies to see if she was handling the medication alright and the contractions have stopped for now at least
(Next day)
"Morning Vicki how are you feeling?" Doc asks her
"Pretty good the contractions have stopped for now" she says as Trig brings in breakfast for her and the babies
"Today we visit our first port of call and if you go in, I want you in your wheelchair not walking around for anything right now it's vital these babies go to full term" he tells her
Vicki knew she had to do everything she could to keep the little Stubbing's inside of her for as long as she could or risk having them come early
"I want to get you to 35 weeks at the most right now cause the twins will have a better chance of survival" he says as Trig brings in breakfast for Vicki so she could keep up her strength
"Breakfast is served" Trig says as he brought breakfast in
Vicki wanted to eat on her own, but Trig wanted to spoil her for a little longer cause of her condition
"I see Trig already brought you breakfast" Merrill says as he brought breakfast in for Vicki as well
"Dad remember I'm eating for three" she says to him
Merrill was going to feed second breakfast cause she was still hungry a bit and she needed her strength as well to carry these babies to term
"Gopher and Trig gots dinner covered for you since I can't get away from the Captain's table tonight" Merrill says as he fed her as Trig stayed close just in case
"That's fine how close are we to our first port?" She asks him
"We will be docking by lunchtime sweetheart then the seven of us can go ashore together since you probably want to shop as soon as we dock" Merrill tells her
"Of course, Trig can push me unless you want to dad" she tells him
"We can take turns my dad is coming in as well to spend the day with us" Trig tells her as she finished her other breakfast
Once Vicki was full Merrill was gonna help her get ready for day one of the baby moon cruise
(Later)
"Okay Vicki ready to get off and see the first port?" Merrill asks her as he helped her into the wheelchair
"Ready to see where we are" she says as they left
Merrill and Vicki met everyone on deck and the group headed into the first port
"Dad are we really in Hawaii?" She asks him as they were getting off
"Yes, sweetheart we are this is stop one on the baby moon cruise" he says as he pushes her to where she was going to have a scooter for the rest of the trip cause he knew she wanted some independence
Vicki was taking it all in as they went ashore to see the sights and of course shop cause she wanted to get the babies some outfits for pictures
"I see you and Vicki are hitting it off" Gunner says as him and Trig were walking
"Yeah, we are, and I think she is the one for me dad" Trig says as they walked behind the group
"You sure?" Gunner asks him
"Yes, dad I am sure" Trig says as he was looking at Vicki right now
"Okay when we get to the next port I will see if I can let Merrill let up and let you and Vicki be together cause I am sure Merrill needs his sleep" Gunner says cause he heard what happened last night and Merrill must be tired, and he is fighting it for Vicki right now
"Maybe we can be together on the ship I want to have dinner with her again" Trig says to him
"I'll get that arranged and I can have Merrill and Gopher be with me cause they are watching Vicki like a time bomb right now cause of the babies" Gunner says as he was going to head back and make the reservations for Vicki and Trig
Merrill, Vicki, Gopher, Trig and Gunner had a fun time in Hawaii and Vicki even got a massage and that made her feel so good and she was able to shop till she had enough
"Vicki I made plans for us to have dinner together tonight" Trig says as he pushes her cause Merrill and Gopher headed back to the ship with the bags that she had already
"Trig I would love that I'll be back in my room Doc is going to be checking on me though to make sure the twins are staying put" she says as they continued on their adventure
Vicki and Trig went to the beach and she was totally relaxed when she put her feet in the water and she stayed there for a while and she even fell asleep as well
(Later)
"Vicki come on I know your relaxed sweetheart, but Doc needs to see you and check on the twins" Merrill says as him, Marshall, Milo and Gopher come search for her and Trig before they sailed
"Dad the water is warm and I love it" she tells him
"Maybe once we are back on board and before bed you can put your feet in the water" Merrill says as Vicki gets back into the wheelchair
Vicki was okay with that for now cause of the babies
