Babymoon final part
Vicki went to see Doc for another appointment cause he wanted to monitor the girls since Vicki was getting close to her due date, and he wanted to be ready for when Merrill tells him it is time
"Vicki at this point in the pregnancy you can start to have Braxton Hick contractions it will be your body preparing itself for the birth, and you can have your dad call me as well just to see if you are in labor cause I don't want to risk it with the girls and the weather as well" Doc says as he was still examining her
"Will I have to go to the hospital after I have the girls?" Vicki asks him
"Yes, you will go to the hospital after as a precaution to see if you and the girls are healthy, and once you and the girls are back on board, I will be checking on you and the girls every month or so to see how you three are doing, and Merritt I am going to be checking on her as well to see if she has any other problems" Doc says cause Merrill stood by Vicki as she was getting examined
"Merrill, I suggest that you and Gopher have your stopwatch handy at all times just in case it is the real thing, and I want you to walk with Vicki to help her with her labor" doc says to Merrill
"Sure, I know my brothers are going to have stopwatches as well just in case Vicki is with them when the time comes" Merrill says cause he had to get two more stopwatches for his brothers
"Doc will se be able to have the girls naturally or will they have to come by an operation?" Merrill asks him
"They should be able to come naturally, but if there is a complication, I am going to need you to sign a form that I can operate on Vicki, and once Merritt is born, I'm going to operate on her and close the opening in her back up" Doc tells Merrill
Vicki was glad the finish line was getting closer and closer with each passing day right now and she could not wait to hold the girls in her arms and look into their pretty eyes
(Days later)
"Vicki here we are Sydney Australia" Trig says as they got off at the very last port since the dads wanted to stay on board and Merrill wanted to run the hospital drill a few times since Vicki went ashore with Trig and Gopher
"Trig it's beautiful" she says as they got off the boat to go explore
"I have arranged for us to have dinner here, but first I have to get something I will join you at where Gopher has plans on taking you" Trig says as he heads to one of the jewelry stores
Gopher had some plans up his sleeve as well he had arranged for Julie to meet them in town to take her to the wildlife preserve where she was going to see all of the animals again
(Later)
"Vicki" Julie says as she came out to greet Vicki as she got out of the cab
"Hi Julie" Vicki says as she hugs Julie
"My sister told me that you were pregnant, and I am going to be on board when these babies come cause your dad will have you on light duty after this cruise" Julie says as she takes Vicki to see the animals
Vicki was surprised to see her dad and some other people who she remembered there as well, and Trig showed up on the deck after she went down to the animals
"Vicki, I wanted you to have one last hurrah before the twins come and the three of us will be busy taking care of you and the twins" Merrill says as he hugs her tight cause his brothers were on both sides of him cause they were going to be staying on the cruise as well once Vicki has the twins, she is going to be sore, and her moods will be all over the place as well
Vicki was so happy everyone who loved her was going to be there for her, and she loved being with the animals as well
"When you told me you were pregnant, I was a little angry, but over these past few months I have learned to love my new granddaughters and be able to se ethe world through their eyes and get to be apart of their first's, and I hope I live long enough to see these two girls go to school, and see your little family grow" Merrill says as he was fighting back the tears he had
Vicki loved spending the day with everyone including Trig and Julie had a mini shower for her and Vicki loved the extra gifts she got for the girls
(That night)
"Vicki, I got you this dress for your big night with Trig" Julie says as she gives Vicki the dress
"Thanks Julie I wanna wear this on board tonight and I wanna wear it for my last dance with my dad before I have the girls" Vicki says as she was getting ready
Trig comes and takes Vicki to the great restaurant where they had dinner, and they danced the night away before heading back to the ship
(Captain's office)
"Vicki did you have a good trip?" Merrill asks her
"Yeah, dad and now I am ready to have these girls" Vicki says as she looks down at her bump
"I hope we don't run into any storms anytime soon and the girls are born right here in the office" Merrill says as he was getting ready to take command of the ship after this trip
The crew get back to LA safe and sound and Julie is there to greet them since she is coming on board to help Vicki since she starts light duty on the next cruise
The babies birth is coming next and I am going to go the Marooned route with those parts
