The twins first check-up
Vicki and her dad headed down to se Doc with he girls cause Georgina was being carried by pappy right now while Vicki had little Merritt in her arms since the hallways were crowded with people the strollers could b a nightmare to move around, and if they had to get shots the twins could have cuddles as well with mommy and pappy
"Delivering Georgina was the highlight of my life and being able to see Merritt be born and hold her on the operating table is something else" Merrill says as they headed for Doc's
"I bet and you two have that bond that can not be broken" Vicki says as they approach Doc's office for the twins first check-up of course
"Vicki, Merrill come on in I have been waiting for the girls" Doc says as he opens the door for Merrill and Vicki since they had the twins
"I bet and they have been fed and change as well so hopefully the visit goes great and we can get back to cruise life" Merrill says cause he had to go back up to the bridge as well and see how things were going as well
Vicki takes the girls clothes off and they were in their diaper for their check-up and they did not like that at all cause they hated being cold especially Merritt cause she loved being the warmest of the two girls, so Vicki put her in her blanket to keep her warm
"I know baby I know" Vicki says as she tries to calm Merritt down right now
Merrill was going to put her in his coat and she was quiet as a mouse after
"She loved my big coats" Merrill says as he looks down at her as she was settling down to go to sleep on pappy cause he was really warm
"I say she does she looks so little in your blue one dad" Vicki says as Doc came back in to check out the twins
Doc gets the height and weight of the twins before doing the actual exam on them
"Georgina is well on track for her height and weight and Merritt is a little behind in her weight, but her height she is a little above in that category" Doc says as he documents the weight and height of the twins and he compared them to when they were born and see how they have change as well from then till now and they have changed an awful lot and Doc was happy about that, but Merritt needed a little more care right now and Vicki was willing to give Merritt that extra attention that she needed so she could grow and Doc was going to do daily weigh in for Merritt and see where she was and try to get her back on track as well
"Adam what do we have to do to make Merritt's weight go up since she is under?" Merrill asks him cause Merrill was willing to do whatever it took to get her weight up in time as well cause she was the special baby of the family
"Besides the feeding supplement with formula and see if that helps any and then we will check back in a week to see where her weight is and then go from there" Doc says as he was going to get the appointment underway right now to see how the twins were doing otherwise
Vicki was going to go into the first port and get any formula that Merritt could have and get as many as she could and she was going to try all of them and see which one will work best for her as a supplement cause Vicki blames herself for why Merritt was like this as well cause Vicki has been nursing Merritt every chance she got and she was still under
"Okay let's see these girls" Doc says as he starts the check-up
Merrill stood close to Vicki the whole time during the appointment
"Georgina is healthy as can be" Doc says as he got done with her check-up
Vicki was glad that Georgina was doing super right now and was healthy as she could be for her age
"I am going to have to do her shots so I am going to do that now and she will get three shots today" Doc says as he was going to give her shots
Georgina hated the shots that she got so Vicki was going to cuddle her once she was done and she was dressed once more
"Okay Georgina you are all done so now mommy will hold you" Doc says as he was going to was his hands for Merritt's appointment cause hers was going to be longer cause of the surgery she had in her back as well to fix the hole that she had
Doc started Merritt's appointment and he was happy with how her hole healed up, but the weight and height was still eating him cause she was so little
"Let's see how the rest of you is doing okay Merritt" Doc says as he checks her over and he was happy with how healthy she was
"Besides the height and weight Merritt is as healthy as a horse" Doc says cause he had to give Merritt her shots as well so she could be healthy like her sister
"That's good" Merrill says as he was going to hold Merritt cause she hated shots
"Merrill this isn't going to work if you are holding her" Doc says as he had the shots ready for Merritt
"Adam just do it she is contented and is going to sleep right on me, so do it when she is asleep that way she doesn't scream" Merrill says as he was still rocking Merritt cause she was going to sleep
Adam decided to just do her shots since Merrill was holding her cause it might be the only way to get one twin to get their shots in them
"Merritt you are going to get some shots and it's going to be quick" Merrill says as he talked to her as she slept on his shoulder right now
Merritt didn't move as Adam gave her shots in her leg
"That's my girl I think pappy is going to take a nap with you since your sister is with daddy Gopher and mommy has to have her check-up as well" Merrill says as he was going to leave with her and go to the office to nap with her
