BOOK FOUR*CHAPTER SEVEN
William/Zenkaiser sat at the helm of a cloaked vehicle that approached the Ultor Corporation headquarters in the center of the Steelport simulation. "Here's the plan," William/Zenkaiser said. "We need to spread throughout the building as quickly as we can in order to minimize the chances the A.I.C. can apprehend us."
"But, William, the A.I.C. are very tricky," Asha/LupinYellow said.
"I agree, Asha," William/Zenkaiser said. "That is why just before we arrived in the world we went to before this one, I separated to recover a couple of additional assets, who are already undercover in the Ultor building."

Camp David, Maryland
Two Years Earlier
Thirty Minutes before the Zin destroyed Earth
William appeared in red mist, hidden behind a storage container. He then used his Scarlett Warrior powers to disguise himself as a Secret Service agent.
He knew he had to hurry, as the Zin armada was in orbit of Earth and was about to destroy it at any moment.
William made his way up to the main corridor, where he encountered a military steward. "Excuse me, Staff Sergeant," William said. "Have you seen Oleg Kirrov and Josh Birk around?"
"I just served them in the recreation room," the steward said. "They had just started their Nyte Blade marathon."
"Thank you," William said. As the steward moved off, William used his tactical sunglasses and called up a map of the Camp David facility. A dotted line traced from his position to the recreation center.
William took off his tactical sunglasses and made his way to the recreation center, where he saw a giant, bald-headed man and a brown-haired man eating popcorn and watching TV. "Mr. Kirrov? Mr. Birk?" William said.
The bald-headed man pressed pause on the controller in his hand and turned to face William. "May I help you, Agent?" the man said.
William made his Secret Service agent disguise disappear, revealing his regular outfit. "I am King William of Cinnabar, and I am here to rescue you both," William said. "I am sure you are aware of the alien war fleet that is approaching this planet."
Oleg looked at William. "Yes, I am aware," Oleg said. "Kenzie told me a few things before we made our way here."
"Well, it's worse than Kenzie told you," William said. "The alien armada, under the command of an alien race known as the Zin, has been attacking the world's major cities. World leaders and notable citizens have been abducted...including Kenzie and the President."
"And to make matters worse, I have reason to believe that the Zin are planning to blow up the planet," William said.
Josh and Oleg rose to their feet. "What are we gonna do?" Josh said.
"Be calm, Josh," Oleg said. "This person standing before us is a mystical being known as a Scarlett Warrior. He has powers and abilities beyond normal people like you or I—a real-life Nyte Blade, if you prefer."
"Oleg's right," William said with a nod. "Come and hold on to my hands. I'll mist us back to my vessel."
"Very well," Josh said.
Josh and Oleg grabbed onto William's hands. William, Oleg and Josh dissolved into red mist...only moments before the Zin fleet destroyed the Earth.
==THE PRESENT DAY==
In the cloaked vehicle transporting William and the Saints to the Ultor Corporation building, Kenzie sat silent, with her jaw almost touching the floor. "You mean...Oleg's alive?!" Kenzie said.
"Alive, well, and ready to kick some ass, just like the good ol' days," William said. "In fact, it's time I let slip the dogs of war."
William tapped a button on his communicator. Then, in Russian, William added, "Oleg, this is King William. Arrive. Raise hell. Leave. Acknowledge."
"Acknowledged," Oleg responded in kind.
A few moments later, a massive explosion rocked the upper floors of the Ultor Corporation building. Then, as the cloaked vehicle grew closer, explosions continued to occur on each lower floor as the vehicle came to a stop inside the parking garage under the building.
The nearby elevator doors opened, revealing Oleg and Josh. "I think we used a little too much dynamite," Josh said.
"You think?!" Oleg said before they dove into the open passenger compartment. "Go! Go! Go!" Oleg said.
William deactivated the Zenkaiser powers then threw the vehicle hard into reverse. As soon as the vehicle cleared the parking garage, William then angled the vehicle forward and sped away from the blast radius of Oleg and Josh's explosives.
Once William, the Saints, Oleg and Josh arrived back at Kenzie's safehouse, Kenzie and Oleg hugged. "I thought I was never going to see you again," Kenzie said.
"King William explained what happened to you all after he picked us up before the Zin destroyed Earth," Oleg said.
"Oleg, Josh, as soon as we get back to Gavan's Glory II, we'll take you back to the Ka-Mahshuv and drop you off before we proceed to the last world we need to get to," William said.
"King William, with all due respect, you need us both," Josh said. "Specifically me, because with Earth gone, I'm out of a job since Nyte Blade no longer exists."
"That's where you're wrong, Josh," J.M. said as he deactivated the Red Buster powers. "Utilizing my authority as Earth's last-living world leader, I gave your biggest fan, Matt Miller, the full rights to the Nyte Blade property. I'm sure he'll be wanting you to pick up Nocturne and the Sun Ra once more."
"Besides, there's over 700,000 survivors from throughout human history that will need a 'shitty vampire show,' as J.M. would say, to help them forget about their troubles...if only for a while," Matt added, extending his hand for Josh to shake. "So how about it?"
"Let's get rid of the A.I.C. first, then you have a deal," Josh said before shaking Matt's hand.
A few minutes later, as soon as Gavan's Glory II re-materialized in the cargo/landing bay on the Tempest, Ryder met William and J.M. as the doors opened.
"Ryder, what's up?" William said.
"I just got a message from Royal Steward Zinjai," Ryder said. "Whatever you did in the Steelport simulation—it worked: there are no more traces of the A.I.C. in the simulation."
"That's good," William said. "Prepare the Tempest for reestablishment of the dimensional deviator interface. We make way for the World of Chip 'n Dale: Rescue Rangers 2022 as soon as you are ready."
Ryder nodded, then left the cargo bay. William and J.M. then stepped back onto Gavan's Glory II.
In the central control room, William and J.M. watched as the members of the King's Hand took their stations at the central pedestal.
"Pathfinder Ryder reports that the deviator link has been reestablished," Uma said. "We can proceed to the World of Chip 'n Dale: Rescue Rangers 2022 on your command."
William nodded at Uma before tapping a button on the panel he stood at. "Poppy, open a channel to Pathfinder Ryder," William ordered.
Poppy Blu nodded, then tapped a few buttons on her panel. "Channel open, Your Majesty," Poppy said.
"Tempest, this is King William on Gavan's Glory II," William said. "We read confirmed reestablishment of the deviator link. Do you confirm?"
"We confirm the link, Your Majesty," Ryder said from the Bridge of the Tempest.
"Then, Miss Uma, program the course to the World of Chip 'n Dale: Rescue Rangers 2022 and engage engines at your discretion," William said.
"Aye, sir," Uma said. When she saw on her display that the course to the World of Chip 'n Dale: Rescue Rangers 2022 was ready, she threw the engine enable lever forward...but not before she remarked, "Rescue Rangers...away."
As the engines activated, William watched as the control room crew went about their duties. He then began to whistle the Chip 'n Dale: Rescue Rangers theme tune. The final world was in front of them. Everything over the previous years of struggles and successes had built up to the confrontation that was about to occur.
