Undercover Residence of C.S.G. Agents Zasha Gagrin and James Roland
Los Angeles, California
"Breaking and sad news at the top of our entertainment news segment this morning," the reporter on Zasha's screen said. "Academy Award-winning actor Rick Dalton, perhaps best known to fans as the star of the 1959-1963 television series Bounty Law and the Fireman trilogy in the 1980s, has passed away at the age of 90."
Zasha began to prepare breakfast as the reporter continued: "Dalton fan and legendary filmmaker Quentin Tarantino confirmed Dalton's passing in an episode of his podcast Video Archives released last night, noting that Dalton passed away peacefully at his home in Hawaii. He is survived by his wife of nearly 60 years, Francesca, whom he married shortly before his self-defense killing of the notorious 'Manson family' in 1969."
"James, it's time to get up," Zasha said as the image on her screen switched to footage from a movie. "Dalton won a well-deserved Academy Award for his performance in the 1974 film Chinatown, which reinvigorated his career. We'll have more on the life and legacy of Rick Dalton tonight on KABC News at 6," the reporter continued before Zasha heard the doorbell ring in a specific pattern.
Turning the TV off, Zasha made her way to the door and knocked on the door in the same pattern. She then smiled, unlocked and opened the door. On the other side of the door, William, Sofia and the King's Hand stood and smiled at Zasha.
"Agent Gagrin," William said with a nod of his head. "May we come in?"
"Of course," Zasha said. William and Sofia followed the King's Hand into the house.
James walked in and saw William. "Your Majesty," he said.
"James, you need not salute me," William said.
James then smiled. "All right," he said.
William then turned to look at Zasha. "Zasha, you and James have completed your mission. We're taking over from here," William said before activating his communicator. "King William to Gavan's Glory II," William said.
"This is Agent Carter," Carter said. "We read you five by five, Your Majesty."
"Agent Carter, lock onto the communicators worn by Agents Gagrin and Roland and transport them to Gavan's Glory II on my next signal," William ordered.
"Standing by, Your Majesty," Carter said. "Gavan's Glory II, out."
William looked back at Zasha and James. "You two performed your duty to this mission with honour and distinction," William said. "I give you my word that you will receive any mission reassignment you desire."
James looked at Sofia. "Your Majesty—William, since we're family now—I just want to go back to Enchancia and resume my royal training. After all, I'm King Roland's heir apparent," James said.
William nodded his acceptance of James' decision. Then, he turned to face Zasha. "Your Majesty, I feel that I still have a lot to contribute to the Scarlett Army," Zasha said. "I would still like to serve—perhaps as a member of the King's Hand."
"I will place your application under advisement," William said. "In the meantime, I will send you back to Gavan's Glory II for rest and resupply. Agent Carter, energize."
Zasha and James dissolved in Gavan's Glory II's transporter. William then turned to look at Sofia and the members of the King's Hand. "King's Hand, stow your gear in the underground bunker. Sofia, we need to discuss our next step in looking for the Rescue Rangers."
"Got ya," Sofia said. The King's Hand members saluted William, then made their way down the stairs to the underground complex.
William then activated his tactical sunglasses and performed a medical examination on Sofia. "Is anything wrong, William?" Sofia said.
William smiled as the results of his scan appeared on the display of his tactical sunglasses. He then shut them off. "Nothing wrong whatsoever," William said.
"In fact, we're having twins," he added. "I just performed an examination of you using my tactical sunglasses. With Aunt Scarlett's enchantment weakening, I was able to scan you and it revealed not just 'Scarlett,' but a second child."
Tears began to stream down Sofia's face before she embraced William. "I love you so much, William," Sofia said.
"I love you too, Sofia," William said. The sound of someone clearing their throat forced William and Sofia to break their embrace.
William and Sofia turned to face Uma and the rest of the King's Hand. "The underground bunker is secure, Your Majesties," Uma said.
"Thank you, Miss Uma," William said. "Guys, before we proceed further, what do you think of Zasha Gagrin becoming a member of the Hand?"
One by one, the members of the Hand approved Zasha as a possible member of their group.
"Then, Battle-Sister Koska, you will have the honor of informing Agent Gagrin of her new status once we return to Gavan's Glory II," William said.
"As you wish it, Battle-Father," Koska said.
William, Sofia and the members of the King's Hand then set to work. They needed to find the Rescue Rangers cast before it was too late.
