Spells and Louds.
Chapter 443: The Camping Grounds of Pokémon.
( Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore Camping Grounds.)
The sun shines and the Blaziken crows as the early morning has begun. Lincoln A. Spellman gets up from bed and he pets his Absol. "Morning bud, and happy day three of being here at the lovely Camping Grounds."
Lincoln then sees Simon get up, yawn and stretch and try to rub the sleepiness away. "You wanna use the bathroom first man?" asked Simon with sleepy eyes.
"You go on ahead man, I can wait" replied Lincoln. Simon grabs his towel and he heads to the bathroom first, Lincoln looks out the window with Absol and they both see some Pokemon wake up and come out of hiding and start wandering around. "Man, who would've known that this place is closely similar to that from a Pokémon research center, and also Pokémon nursery."
"Yes, I am still baffled with that fact and to the knowing that Pokémon have been living outside the borders of Royal Woods right here this whole time, and I thought they're mascot would've been a bear, but they have much more" replied Absol.
Lincoln sighs with some sadness. "Yeah, sure wish we could've met the big Guy." they then see the nearby stone cross with bear ears and the name on it. It was the gravestone of the mascot of the camping grounds, who passed away three months ago.

Toby the Sleepy Grizzly Bear.
You're snores and early morning yawns will never be forgotten, Classic Toby.
"At least this place is now a home for a new kind of life and sure as heck that bear would've loved seeing new friends and also would've enjoyed the good company" replied Lincoln.
"We still haven't informed the others back home about this, when we shall tell them?" asked Absol.
"Probably later tonight, from a video chat. Jordan, Linka, Simon, Aggie and Me are planning to do that, and also see how the others are doing back home too" replied Lincoln. "But until we do so, I think we should have some fun and enjoy this place, before we have to leave on Saturday."
"Well, we have spent the first day with a nice stroll alongside Jordan and Lopunny and then we helped tend to some Pokémon and any fights they were having, I like how they don't want any of the Pokémon here fighting and just help them share and get along" replied Absol, they then see a Vivilion fly by them.
"Yeah, and we did spend yesterday with some ATV riding, though it's not as cool as riding on my Vulture Bike" replied Lincoln. "We should see what activities we can do here, maybe we can do some more hang out time with the Pokémon residing here."
"I was also thinking that we should let the family come here one day, it may not be Alola, but it is as great as any other world filled with Pokémon" replied Absol.
"That sounds like an awesome idea" replied Lincoln. They both continue to watch all the Pokémon go around the camping grounds and interact with each other.
(Later.)
Everyone is now eating breakfast and all enjoying the company of their own Pokémon and the little and big Pokémon all around the place.
Then someone goes to them. "Hey everyone, having a good time on day three of your trip here?" asked Camping Grounds Councilor Xavier Riles Willow. A man in his early forties and is wearing a forest rangers outfit, he has the logo of a snoozing bear as a badge and has black hair and a mustache.
"We are sir" replied everyone, even the Pokémon cheer.
"Well, that's good to know and should you all wish to do more fun activities, I'll tell you that the Pokémon fun times are now written on the board and we have tons of Pokémon you can all spend time with, just remember to treat them with respect and no harm" replied Xavier.
They all nod and finish their food and get ready for the fun ahead of them.
Lincoln, Jordan, Linka, Simon and Aggie then hand their plates to Coach Keck as she along with Liam, Tabby, Zach and Giggles volunteer to help wash the dishes.
Then Xavier calls out to them. "Royal Defenders, may I speak with you?"
Lincoln, Linka and Jordan go to him and so does Aggie and Simon. "Good morning Camp Councilor."
"And a good morning to you as well kids, have you guys told FutureTech and your allies about this place yet?" asked Xavier.
"We're planning to tonight, and we were wondering if you'd like to be part of it as well" replied Aggie.
"I was wondering when you guys would say that, and yes I would love to be part of it" replied Xavier. "I too have so much to tell your friends and the guys at FutureTech." They then look towards the lake and see some water-type Pokémon going around the place. "I really want them to see how well this place has been for the past two months, and I also wanna know if it is okay for the Pokémon here to continue with their livelihood in this place, even though it's not Royal Woods."
"Don't worry sir, we know how much these guys mean so much to the place and how much these guys wanna have their life here" replied Linka. "We can be able to talk to them to calm down and let it all happen, and one thing's for sure. The guys at FutureTech will love this more."
"We just never thought Pokémon would head out of the borders of Royal Woods and Great Lake City, to come here" replied Jordan. "They all seem happy."
Xavier chuckles. "That they do, and it all started after our bear passed away, still Toby would've been happy at the new residents to the place and the one kind of Pokémon's living here have to be the large population of Teddyursa, Ursaring, Pancham, Pangoro, Cubchoo and Bearctic here. I think we should have this place renamed, well once FutureTech knows about this."
"This is their home now sir and it should be renamed and I was thinking, Poké-Bear National Lakeshore Camping Grounds" replied Simon. "Kinda has a nice ring to it."
Xavier thinks about this. "Hmm, not bad kid, not bad. I think that could work, now I don't wanna be wasting your time kids. Head on and have some fun, and be careful with the Cloister in the area, they've become rowdy lately and I wanna know what seems to be the problem with them."
They all smile and nod. "Thanks sir and we'll do our part and so will everyone else to see what help some of the Pokémon need" replied Aggie. Everyone else also hears this and nods.
They all head on and go to the activity board and see what's on the agenda.
Xavier sighs and looks to the lake. "Oh Toby, I sure wish you were still here to see all of this. I'm happy this place is now home to some new life and species." Then the man's Pokémon stands next to him. "Hello Rillaboom, how goes the forests?"
Rillaboom – A Grass-Type Pokémon: Looks like a gorilla, has leaves on his wrists and waist and has more leaves on his head that range to his back, a lone vine dangles from his forehead like a hair-style closely similar to Tarzan. Straight from the Galar Region.
The Rillaboom just grunts and sits next to the Camp counselor. "Well, let's hope we can keep this place running. I don't want these guys to go on back to where they came from. They just got here and are enjoying what this place has to offer."
Just then they hear a loud roaring sound. "Oh no! The Gyarados is fighting the Dragonair again!" Rillaboom also hears this and roars, and Xavier rides on his back. "Let's go big guy!" They then leap into action to stop this madness.
(Hours later.)
Everyone is enjoying the fun Pokémon related activities the place has to offer.
Tending to some of the baby Pokémon and also helping some Pokémon who may have gotten wounded from a fight and they try to stop some Pokémon from fighting, but they're told that if there are two power housed Pokémon clashing, then call the Camp Counselor and his Rillaboom.
They spend some hiking time with some forest Pokémon and use the Pokédex they were given, in case they run into some Pokémon that have not been known yet, there have been some reports of new kinds of Pokémon in the area.
The kids also enjoy the rides from some of the land dwelling Pokémon, such as Taurus, Bouffalant, Mudsdale, Rapidash and Zebstrika.
Even in the skies they enjoy the rides from Bird category Pokémon and even race with some of the fastest Pokémon there and of course, the waters as well. They just have to be cautious about the lake and some of the water-type Pokémon.
To the pre-teens of Royal Woods, this whole place was starting to feel like Royal Woods and some of them may have found some Pokémon partners of their own, since they don't have any back home.
By the lake, Lincoln, Linka and Jordan are enjoying the sun bathing on the shell of a Blastoise and so do they're Pokémon Absol, Lopunny and Arcanine.
"Ah. This sure is the life and also relaxing" replied Lincoln.
"Not like Alola, but sure as heck as awesome as Alola" replied Jordan.
Linka lowers her shades and looks to the Blastoise whose swimming with them on his shell. "How are you doing there big guy?" The Blastoise replies with a small water splash and chuckles.
The others also chuckle. "This big guy is fun to be around, and so are the other Pokémon" replied Jordan. "They even try to keep the peace here."
They spot Xavier and Rillaboom and Coach Keck tending to the injured Dragonair and they wave to the trio on the Blastoise and they too wave back to them. "Dang. This place sure feels like the Pokémon world and also Royal Woods" replied Lincoln.
"Our friends are also having fun too, this must be one moment in camping they'll never ever forget" replied Linka. They spot many of their friends all enjoying the fun around the place with their Pokémon.
Lincoln chuckles when he sees someone. "I see someone having fun too." They spot Simon and Stella by the waters of the lake and splashing water onto each other, while Stella's Heracross is on the back of the Lapras.
"Aw. That is so cute!" said Jordan. She then takes a picture of this. "Sam is so going to love this."
"When do you think Simon is gonna tell her how he feels?" asked Linka. "They have been hanging out, sorta and have been showing signs they like each other, but both sides are way too shy and nervous to even speak they're minds."
"In time sis, in time" replied Lincoln. "Let them be and they'll feel like it when they wanna tell each other how they feel."
"The one question on some of our minds, is when Simon Sharp will have a Pokémon as a partner and friend. He's the only one you guys know who hasn't even got a partner and he doesn't seem to be interested into one, could he be nervous?" asked Absol. Lopunny and Arcanine also wanna know, and so does Blastoise.
Jordan sighs. "We don't know guys, maybe he is nervous about having one. He did come back to the world of the living a month ago and he might still be trying to adjust to things around him."
"He seems to be adjusting well." Aggie surfaces from the water and her Misdreavus floats down from the sky. "He hasn't been nervous at all with Rapidash, Pikachu and the Dazzles Oricorio's, and he seems to be okay with their presence."
"I guess we'll have to let him decide" replied Linka. They then look to Aggie. "So, how was diving into the lake doing?"
"Well, Emma, Paige and Renee and I have seen so many water-type Pokémon and some seem to be new to us" replied Aggie. Then a Sharpedo is next to them with Emma, Renee and Paige on board.
"We found this little sad fish, but then it grouped up with others and they looked like one big fish, so we high tailed out of there" replied Renee.
"We found this anchor but it wasn't an anchor because it had an eye and was kinda freaky to look at so we also headed out of there" replied Paige.
"Then we found these five fish looking Pokémon, they kinda looked like Barracuda" replied Emma.
They then think about what they found. "Hmm, the sad fish with the school sounds like a Wishiwashi and the anchor sounds like a Dhelmise. Kinda odd to find those kind of Pokémon here, they're normally from Alola and not in fresh waters" replied Linka.
"But that Barracuda one, that one's hard" replied Lincoln. "Did you guys get an image of them with the Pokédex?"
"We did" replied Aggie, she then shows them this brown barracuda-looking Pokémon. It looks like its smiling and has some white features to the side. "We don't know if it's even registered in the Pokémon books."
"Hmm, we're gonna have to run this with Camp Counselor Xavier, he might know" replied Jordan. They then head back to shore and report what they found, this was new and possibly from the same region as his Rillaboom.
Meanwhile, Simon and Stella enjoy they're fun in the water. Simon is wearing green swimming trunks, while Stella is wearing a red and white two piece swimsuit. The very look of her is enough to make him blush madly and also act nervous.
They then head back onto Lapras and Heracross. "Man that was fun. You okay there Simon?" asked Stella.
Simon smiles. "Y-Yeah, I did and we should do this more often. We could also go for some underwater diving and check out what we could find in the waters, maybe something new."
"That does sound fun" replied Stella. She then feels nervous about what to say next. "Do you…. Do you wanna do it with a group, or…. Just the two of us?"
This makes him blush and he sees her blush and look shy. 'Oh wow! She is so cute when she acts like this.' He then snaps out of it. "Umm, sure, sure. That does sound kinda fun, just the two of us I mean. If that's okay with you."
Stella chuckles. "Yeah, yeah it does." They then hold hands, they blush when this happens and look to each other's hands and look to each other and blush even more. "Wow. This is a…. This is, kinda nice."
"Y-Yeah, it does" replied Simon, they then look away blushing but not letting go. Heracross and Lapras smile seeing this, such young love.
Then something surfaces from the water and looks kinda hurt, which catches the eye of Simon Sharp. "Stella, I think that Pokémon is hurt."
Stella also sees this. "What the? What kind of Pokémon is that little guy?"
The Lapras goes over to the shore and Simon, Stella and Heracross go over and look to the little hurt Octopus. "Kinda looks like an Octillery, but with boxing fists like a Hitmonchan" replied Stella. "What are you little buddy?"
Simon picks him up and sees his face looks purple. "He's sick from poison, I think he ran into the Cloister we were told about not to go to."
"We have to take him back to the Camping Grounds, and fast!" said Stella. They hop back onto the Lapras and the Pokémon races back to the shore, which catches the attention from the others having fun in the lake.
The little Boxing-octopus-looking Pokémon is two feet in size and is pink on the body and orange color around his eyes and has orange spots on the forehead and has six tentacles for legs and two tentacles for arms and they do look like boxing gloves and this guy seems like it's not from any of the known Pokémon region.
The little guy opens his eyes slightly and sees the worried look from the blonde boy and feels scared. "Hey there bud, easy now. We're gonna get you help, I promise you'll be okay."
The voice of this kid is enough to calm it down and seen it does and slowly closes his eyes.
(Moments later.)
The little octopus looks around and sees he's in a room for medical attention and sees the blonde boy looking to him. "Hey there umm, Clobbopus… I was told that's your Pokémon name. You feeling alright?"
The little Octopus nods and goes to him and holds his hand as a meaning of thank you. Simon chuckles. "You're welcome little bud."
Then Stella and Heracross comes in. "Hey, is he doing alright?" Heracross goes over and pets Clobbopus, which he enjoys.
"He is, from what the Camp Counselor said, he's gonna be here for a few hours to get rid of the poison effect from the Cloister, he must've fought them all to get away, and he was really out of energy" replied Simon as he also pets the Clobbopus.
Stella also sits next to the little guy. "He's kinda cute and also kinda nervous to be around people, the camp counselor said they're called the tantrum Pokémon and that he must've thrown one heck of an attitude when those Cloister were attacking."
Simon pets the little Octopus-boxer. "Still, at least he's fine. Also, how the heck does Camp Counselor Xavier know about these new Pokémon?"
"He said he always consorts to his second Pokémon companion, some kind of living Pokédex, I think there's a Rotom inside it" replied Stella.
What they don't know, is that the rest of their friends are seeing this from the door window and smile. "Well, looks like Simon may have found his Pokémon companion at last, even though it does sound scary when it's called the Tantrum Pokémon" replied Linka.
"In time, he's bound to train him to become stronger and turn to his new form" replied Clyde.
"This is gonna be one story to tell the others when they get back home" replied Zach.
Then Camp Counselor Xavier arrives with his Rillaboom and Rotomdex. "We found out what Clobbopus evolves into, wanna check it out?"
The others smile hearing this. "Heck yeah!" even Simon and Stella wanna know, and so does the little Clobbopus, but what he doesn't know, this is the start of a new life, with his human partner, Simon Sharp.

A/N: The Pokémon now live in a new location and it seems to be the best forest outside of Royal Woods for them to be happy about and Simon now has his Pokémon partner, but what is gonna happen on the next chapter? Leave a review and tell me what you all think.
