Chapter 13: The Master of Irrevocable (Part 2)

The coastal waters of Japan were fairly placid on this particular morning, soothing currents and calming breezes ensuring that the waves were calm and languid in their motions. The scene was made even more picturesque by its complete lack of fishing boats or any other kind of Human inhabitation, only pure and undisturbed nature on display as the distant cry of birds added a counterpoint to the crashing waves-

CRUNCH!

-at least until a titanic bulk heaved itself out from the previously undisturbed waters, crushing a few plants and trees in its enthusiasm as startled cries and shrieks from the local wildlife sounded out in response to the intrusion.

As if that hadn't been startling enough the benthic creature opened up its titanic maw, three figures stumbling out of the creature's gullet with clear irritation and relief on their features.

"We are never doing that again. This smell had better scrape off, you know!"

Charles balefully glared up at the enormous whale-like creature, the indignation clear to see in his body language somewhat undercut by the moist and steamy liquid that had seeped into his traveling robes, Merlin and Robin staying silent but also not seeming particularly happy about their current state.

The gigantic beast - possessing a streamlined and smooth hide that was almost too clean to be natural - unleashed a loud and forceful breath, ruffling the trio's clothing and hair as its fifteen meter long body began to compress and fold in on itself, eventually coalescing into the familiar and disinterested form of Harris, wincing as he stretched out his limbs with audible pops and cracks.

"Okay, lesson learned. Holding onto a form for more than an hour can lead to serious muscle ache. On the plus side? I got to taste all three of you at the same time and can turn into a Pokemon, thus meaning I fulfilled all sorts of childhood fantasies in one go."

The man's companions didn't seem particularly amused by his irreverent tone, Robin growling, "And just why, exactly, did we have to ride in your mouth? Couldn't we have just crafted a spell or something similar to ride safely on your back and not worry about the waters?"

"Maybe. But I got bored of waiting on the ship and wanted to get to the mainland all the sooner."

Merlin haughtily sniffed, imperiously stating, "I do believe I am withholding sex until the smell has completely left my skin and hair."

"Suit yourself, I got to turn into a Wailord."

"Okay, what - in whichever hell you choose to believe in - is a Pokemon?!"

Charles' frustrated shout caused Harris to grin even as he painfully rolled his neck, lazily replying, "I'll tell you in eleven centuries or so. Stay alive until then, the punchline is going to be great."

Giving him an entirely unimpressed glare Harris merely turned back to face the ocean, admiring the dent his shapeshifted bulk had left in the sands. His latest increase in power had given rise to obvious experimentation, the man stroking his chin as he considered all that he'd recently learned.

Not only could he assume the forms of creatures and people he'd touched like some kind of extradimensional Animorph but he could also - if this latest series of events was any indication - take on the body and characteristics of creatures that had only existed in his world as fiction. Granted, taking on the form of a Wailord - which was basically just a big fucking whale with a few nifty tricks thrown in for good measure - had drained him far more than shifting into a more contemporary or 'real' body had. Shifting into something like a Scale Mauler for a day would barely leave him so much as mildly winded...one hour as a Pokemon left him pretty worn out. Something to keep in mind.

Turning to his still grumbling companions the male asked, "So did your hypnotisms and such take? Any chance we were noticed while leaving?"

Merlin raised an eyebrow, archly commenting, "Not only do you shove us into the proverbial belly of the beast you also doubt our ability to cause a few unattentive sailors to forget our brief presence aboard their vessel?"

"Hey, better safe than sorry. Consider it a formality if nothing else, that should help assuage your pride."

The Magus of Flowers rolled her eyes, pointedly withdrawing from the conversation as Harris eyed the rough and natural formations of stone and plant life that dotted the beach they had washed up apon, far from any settlements they could find. It would be a bit of a climb to leave the beach but that was fine by him, the male taking a deep breath of the crisp and salty air as he sighed in contentment.

Nothing like a little bit of fresh air to perk someone's spirits up.

"So do you think you would like to try out some of the ceremonial clothing the Japanese often like to wear? I think you would look quite fetching in them, truth be told~!"

"Do you really want the first thing we do after arriving in a new land to be playing dress up?"

Charles' exhausted reply to Merlin's excitement - both he and the Magus of Flowers pointedly ignoring Harris as a means of protest to his earlier actions - caused the shapeshifter to smile at the verbal interplay, Robin sidling up alongside him as her draconic tail lightly wrapped around his waist, their disguises left behind as they wandered through largely empty territory.

"Something on your mind, Harris?"

"Not really, just enjoying the atmosphere."

He took a deep, satisfying breath.

"I can't really get over just how different it smells compared to back home. Every time I get a whiff I find myself comparing it to the air that was fairly commonplace back home...it was never this natural unless you went to specific parks or other places where nature was allowed to do its thing. Believe it or not, I rarely had time to stop and smell the proverbial roses. Life kept me busy and all that."

Robin smirked, musing, "A life that you chose for yourself, albeit. The roses would have been more than happy to have you take a breather every now and again."

"True. But then I very well may have not ended up being the kind of person that would be dropped into a world such as this with a rather broad set of conditions to fulfill. And I do so enjoy your company."

A pleased grin adorned the tactician's features, eyes narrowing in contemplation as she breathed deeply of the air, as if to test his claim of its freshness as they walked in amicable silence, Charles and Merlin still bantering ahead of them.

He took the moment to examine his two - practically literal - soulmates, reflecting that two years had allowed him to form a fairly concrete hypothesis on just how, exactly, they had manifested and worked thanks to his sponsor's actions.

Whatever magics had been worked in creating them the end result was quite impressive. For all intents and purposes both Merlin and Robin were exactly the people they were in their original franchises, albeit with a bit of altered backstory that he had crafted for them...that included truly expansive and far-reaching memories and experiences of histories and events that were both 'canon' and completely original in equal measure, such as Robin's recent tale of Vaike or Merlin's constant recollections of her time among the Knights of the Round even though the vast majority of those stories weren't recorded in any kind of media he was familiar with.

Factor in that both were quite literally connected to him on a deep, emotional level that included the sharing of memories and full knowledge of why they'd been summoned and he supposed he shouldn't really be surprised that they both seemed perfectly attuned to his mood and thoughts, Robin choosing to engage him in conversation as soon as his mood and thoughts had turned distant and contemplative.

"Well regardless of my past and all that trials and tribulations that came with it how are you looking forward to your first real bit of action? Stomping the occasional highwayman into the ground with little to no effort probably seems like quite the downgrade after taking on a perpetually reincarnating Dragon God."

"Reminds me quite a bit of the start of my journey, to be honest. Certainly nothing I'd argue against although it should be interesting to see what your latest scheme ropes us into."

Harris smirked, teasing, "Careful what you wish for, Robin. You might just decide that I'm crazy after all."

"Doubtful. I dealt with the Shepherds on a daily basis and that is a bar you would have to leave the atmosphere in order to clear."

Chuckling at his companion's wry statement he turned to Merlin, asking, "So any updates on our chaperones?"

The Magus of Flowers shrugged, turning to give him a playful smirk as she responded, "Our two little kitties are still staying a respectful distance away, although I did have one of my familiars get a closer look. Two tails each, both seeming more curious than they are wary."

"I'd say curiosity killed the cat but we're not looking to murder anyone. At least not yet. Alright, just keep an eye on them for now and we'll leave them be."

"As you say, master."

For the past few hours the group of four had been tailed by a pair of Yokai that had been keeping their distance, no overt or hostile actions to be found as they no doubt were wondering just where their strange little caravan had appeared from, or what they were planning to do. He was content to keep it that way, since they were probably going to have to end up talking to that group anyways in order to get safe passage to the capital without setting off every alarm bell from here to the americas.

Glancing towards the sun as it began its downward glide beneath the horizon he stated, "Alright, I think we're good for today. Let's set up camp and get something to eat, we'll keep heading towards Nagaoka-kyō tomorrow and maybe see if we can start working towards an amicable relationship with our stray cats then."

"Do you think they would object to some tender chin scratches~?"

"Yes, Merlin. I think they would object to some tender chin scratches. In fact they'd probably try to stab us for it."

"Aww, that's no fun…"

Robin snorted in amusement, commenting, "It likely wouldn't stop with you just giving some chin scratches, Merlin. No doubt petting of a more handsy variety would inevitably occur."

"You know me so well, Robin~!"

Charles just rolled his eyes, long since used to the slightly excessive interplay between his traveling companions.

"I still don't see how you manage to so easily manipulate your magic into doing any of this, I thought it was supposed to be an impossibly intricate and precise art!"

"It is, I just so happen to be quite the master at it, that's all. Now focus, causing your energy to properly fuel and direct the birth of a flower requires serenity, focus and commitment, not irritation and a desire for a short cut. Observe."

Closing her shining eyes Merlin let her hands dance across what was essentially a patch of bare ground and grass, nothing interesting or remotely fetching about it as an idle hum left her lips-

-and within seconds a spiralling, blooming Primrose had appeared before them that shone with an eye-catching brilliance, petals ethereally glowing in the fading light as the quartet dined on a simple but filling dinner of fruits and nuts, the latter grown from a specialized plant that the Magus of Flowers had sprouted.

"See? Easy as that. Now take a deep breath and try once more."

Holding back a grimace that was clear as day to see Charles nonetheless did as requested, letting a dollop of his blood spill onto the ground before making an effort to calm himself, breathing deep as Robin and Charles watched from nearby, highly curious as to what the Vampire's chances of success would be this time. While Robin had been instructing him in the usage of her own brand of magic Merlin had been doing the same, Charles all too happy to learn what he could and while it had been slow going over the two years they'd been traveling the young man was nonetheless getting better and better by the day.

There was no greater evidence of that fact than a tiny wriggle disturbing the dirt before - with undeniable slowness but progress nonetheless - a simple stalk emerged and bloomed into an unimpressive but perfectly healthy dandelion, Charles letting loose a tired breath after almost three minutes of deep meditation.

"See? You can do such things just as much as I can!"

The Vampire gave his comparatively unimpressive and lackluster plant a scowl, grumbling, "You did yours within a heartbeat. It took me a couple of minutes."

"And that's why I'm the master and you're still the pupil. Be at ease, proficiency will come in time."

Charles nodded before unleashing a tired yawn, the Magus of Flowers smiling as she said, "Now why don't I impart to you a few interesting tips and tricks before we bed down for the night? Who knows, you might just find yourself impressed~!"

Before he could protest otherwise Charles was dragged off by the exuberant woman, Harris smirking as he knew full well Merlin was just excited to have a pupil to tease and overwork...a pupil that - while perhaps not as full of raw talent as her previous life's ones - was no doubt far less likely to go crazy and plot to make her a non-entity in the greater scheme of things.

A fair trade off, no doubt.

Robin smiled at the sight, letting her hand cover Harris' as she purred, "Well it looks like tonight is our night, then."

"For which I am extremely grateful, since I doubt the next few days are going to be ones where we have time to just go off on our own and relax or anything like that. But that's half the fun, now isn't it?"

"You have a very strange idea of fun. And that's why I think you and I are going to get along oh so well in the future."

The pair shared matching smirks, Harris lightly grabbing the woman by the hand and pulling her into the small tent grown from branches and interwoven vines that Merlin had grown, one of two that had a comfortable bed of small mosses and flowers that not only smelt nice but was quite soft too.

Thus Harris could push his partner down onto the floor with no worries of causing harm or anything like that, grinning as Robin gained a light flush to her pale skin, breathing becoming heavier as her coat sprawled around her.

"And how do you want tonight to play out, Robin? Soft or hard?"

"We've been playing it calm and gentle for awhile now...I think I want it hard."

"Now that's something I can accommodate, my dear."

Roughly seizing the front of his partner's sturdy travel clothes Harris tore them open without care or consideration, a delighted gasp leaving the tactician's throat as her modestly sized chest bounced from the harsh reveal, flat and trim navel lightly rising and falling with the pace of her breath as the male didn't bother himself with any kind of foreplay per the woman's wishes, latching his teeth onto a cute, erect nipple before insistently pulling on it as Robin mewled with delight, the motion making it seem as if he was trying to pull her breast from her body.

"Oh gods, that feels so good~!"

Smirking to himself Harris placed his hands on the woman's arms, pinning them down as he continued to pull on her teat, back arching in a bid to alleviate the stinging pressure on her chest as frankly erotic breaths left her.

A quick suckle before release had Robin moaning with base joy as the Shapeshifter grinned down at her, skin and bumpy flesh red from his attentions as she gazed back up at him with golden eyes alight with a different kind of excitement than what they had been enjoying for the past few years, cheeks pink with excitement as her tail thrashed beneath her.

"You sound more energetic than usual. Are you actually really into this, Robin?"

"Shouldn't you know? You're the one that called us here, remember?"

"Whoops, must have slipped my mind. Guess I'm a little distracted right now."

The pair shared dual grins, Harris grabbing one of Robin's horns and bringing their lips into a searing kiss, both individuals eagerly attempting to dominate the other.

Whereas Merlin had a taste reminiscent of Earth and floral varieties Robin - true to her draconic heritage as the host of Grima - had a much smokier and tangy variety, Harris finding it just as equally exotic as his other soulmate.

"Never going to get tired of this. Sorry, Wikipedia, but your infinitely intriguing articles don't match up to the woman of your literal fantasies."

They parted after a few passionate minutes, both as bare as the day they were born thanks to some quick disrobing during the make-out session, Harris once again pushing Robin to the floor with little ceremony before flipping her onto her stomach, draconic tail that sprouted from the base of her spine eagerly swaying to and fro as he lined himself up with her greedy loins, already dripping and eager for his attention.

An attention that had grown a little bit with his latest increase in strength, something that amused the man to no end. Not only did he become able to summon the best partners he could feasibly imagine, he also got a bigger dong out of the setup. Not enough that he was packing some ludicrously oversized spear of flesh but definitely enough to ensure his soulmates would be thoroughly satisfied with his efforts.

"Mmm, are you going to be enjoying yourself, Harris~? Normally you like being able to see my-GUH?!"

Following through on Robin's request for a bit of a rougher session he firmly grabbed the horns atop of her skull, rammed his hips forward-

-and with a rush of intense pressure, heat and base pleasure the male punched into the tactician's quivering tunnel, the air driven from her lungs in a single rush as the draconic appendage swiftly wrapped around the man's torso, holding him close in an intimate embrace as a perverse and wild grin adorned Harris' lips.

"Oh? I thought you wanted this, Robin. Are you already tapping out?"

Mixing the words with a sharp and dominating yank of her horns that slid the last few centimeters of his girth into her already stretched tunnel Robin merely mewled like a kitten, cunt trembling and squeezing him like a velvet glove as Harris languidly and lazily retracted himself from her burning hole, the cool air causing his dick to tingle with cold pinpricks of delight as only his flared head remained buried within his lover's pussy, tail writhing and coiling like a snake around him, a band of heated skin, scales and that was just as vocal as its owner in showcasing their delight.

"Well, if you want rough...then I'll give it to you rough."

Using Robin's horns as convenient handlebars he held her neck and body immobile as he began to violently thrust into the tactician's eagerly grasping and grinding tunnel, teeth bared as the delicious friction and slippery pleasure caused his balls and groin to swell and pulse with mounting climax, silly giggles and moans leaving his partner's throat all the while he pounded her senseless, arms and legs scrabbling desperately for traction with little success.

The natural floor was great for sleep and comfort, not so much for providing a steady and worthwhile handhold. Thus Harris essentially had all of his weight bearing down on the pinned and restrained woman, head held immobile as he hammered himself inside of her as their frenzied mating reached a fever pitch-

-and both lovers unleashed moans and growls of respective euphoria, Harris performing a series of small, feral jerks with his hips as he painted the tactician's insides white, lightly falling atop of the female a moment later with a contented breath, Robin panting far more harshly than he as she shivered with primal delight at his rough treatment.

"What do you think the Shepherds would say, if they saw their guiding light acting so thoroughly debased?"

A warm chuckle left her throat, golden eye rolling in its socket to meet his own as she mused, "That it was about time I got properly laid. They always were trying to hook me up with someone."

"Well consider me honored to be your first. Now remember to relax, my dear."

He adjusted his angle of entry so that it was lightly prodding at a puckered, smaller hole.

"Tensing only makes things worse."

And with that he leant forward, biting the back of Robin's neck as she gasped with pleasure, their night continuing on for quite the impressive length of time.
