This is Chapter 3.5 of Tales of the Decade Second Season. Please enjoy it like a fan for Kamen Rider.
Chapter 3.5: World of Boiling Winds/United Comrades
Minutes before the explosion, Natsumi and the others got out from the museum through the secret emergency exit that Raito led them to.
''This way! We can-'' He informs the group until an energy blast hits the ground before them, stopping them in their tracks. The group is shocked as a voice proclaims in a humorous, calm voice. ''Well-well…'' A figure walks out to reveal Apollogeist.
''JIGGLY!'' Jigglypuff cries in panic, flying behind Natsumi. She gulps as she questions him. ''You're that Apollogeist!''
The monster hums rather politely, snickering as he declares. ''My Great Leader was right you all would appear.'' He then turns to face Sokichi. ''But first, to kill the hero of this world.''
The cop oddly smirks as he traps a belt driver.
''Sorry, but I won't let you people disrupt the peace Fuuto is known for.'' He declares, pulling out a Memory and taps on it. ''SKULL!''
He thrusts it into the USB slot and declares, adjusting his non-existing hat over his head. ''Henshin.''
''SKULL!'' The driver announces as swirls of white energy wraps around him till he transforms into Kamen Rider Skull, gently tapping downward his now existing fedora hat.
''Just awesome.'' Dragonic utters with a star-struck expression. Shotaro scoffs… though blushes as it does look badass.
Sougo walks up to join him but Skull raises his arm, confident he can take him on. Apollogeist snickers, declaring. ''Confident huh? Well a shame I won't be your foe then.''
He takes a step away as walking forward is the leader of Organization X.
''So you're the president of Organization X.'' Skull proclaims with a polite yet cocky bow. The man just glares coldly and unemotional, eyeing the driver and expresses. ''I see Ryubee has such trust to give you that Memory. That fool.''
He presents his own belt around him as he pulls out a Golden Gaia Memory, tapping on its button. ''EMPEROR!''
He thrusts it in the belt as he begins to transform, changing instantly into a Dopant that resembles Utopia except bulker with a silver monster body with golden pieces and a silver colored cape.
Skull is surprised by this new Dopant but he still charges in. He delivers swift strikes but Emperor tanks them with ease, laughing. He now walks forward as Skull kicks him but he blocks it with his forearm with such strength it tosses him backwards. He then vanishes with such speed that he punches Skull so hard he crashes through the wall.
''Emperor's power lets me always be stronger than my opponent. It's futile to fight me!'' The Dopant proclaims confidently on his limitless power. He vanishes as he reappears on top of Skull, picking him up by the neck, choking the life out of him.
Sougo has seen enough, pulling out the Ridewatch and twirls it, activating the device. ''ZI-O!''
''Henshin!'' He shouts, thrusting it into his driver and begins to transform. ''RIDER TIME! KAMEN RIDER~! ZI-O~!'' Zi-O charges at the Dopant but Apollogeist intercepts with a sword slash that the rider dodges it just barely.
''Your opponent is with me, so-called King.'' Apollogeist proclaims, moving his shield weapon forward and comes charging at him. Zi-O grunts, using his own sword weapon to repel his strike.
Natsumi watches, feeling helpless as she doesn't have Layla to fight for her. She eyes Jigglypuff and asks her with a smile. ''Jigglypuff, can you fight?''
''J-JIGGLY!'' The pink Fairy utters in horror, way too scared to fight.
''My, she's scared kuu~'' Kivala expresses in a taunting voice, hovering above them. Shotaro grunts, watching Skull getting beaten down like a ragdoll by the enemy.
Raito also has seen enough, strapping on the Doubledriver.
''Can't be helped.'' He proclaims, pulling out the Cyclone and Joker Gaia Memories and thrusts them into the slots.
''CYCLONE! JOKER!'' The belt begins to announce as Raito flips the two slots to turn it into a W shaped. However, instead of transforming, the belt shocks him violently, unable to control the power of 2 Memories through a human.
''GAAAH!'' Raito screams before the belt flies off him and he falls on the ground.
''Raito-kun!'' Natsumi shouts in horror, rushing to help him until Emperor gets between them, tossing Skull aside.
''Oh? You're still alive huh?'' He questions, looking down at Raito, powerless to move. He snickers, hoping to kill the rest of his family who refused to work under his grand organization.
''Don't worry; you'll join your family after you make me more Memories.'' Emperor announces, extending his claws to shred him until Shotaro dashes forward and shouts, hitting him with a metal rod. ''Get away from him!''
This staggers the Dopant a bit, gazing to see the thug protecting the former richboy.
''I don't have a damn clue what you want with this dewb but he doesn't deserve to be killed!'' Shotaro declares loudly, not going to let him get away from this. Emperor just chuckles deeply, responding. ''Fine, I'll kill you first.''
He soon charges at Shotaro, freaking out in terror that he can't even move. He stands there, about to die until Skull intercepts, pushing him out of the way as Emperor slams his claw on his chest, sparks flying out and then fires an explosive blast, slamming Skull so hard onto another wall that he de-transforms and Sokichi falls onto the ground, badly injured.
Shotaro watches this in horror as does Raito, both letting out a shout of dismay. ''S-Sokichi-san!''
Sokichi doesn't reply, unconscious. Natsumi stares with a look of helplessness while Zi-O grunts, clashing against Apollogeist.
Emperor chuckles, now turning his sight to Raito. ''Now where was-''
"ATTACK RIDE! BLAST!" He hums, turning as he's suddenly blasted by multiple magenta colored shots that explode and send the Dopant crashing through the museum as it breaks apart. Natsumi turns around and smiles to see Decade with Layla. ''Tsukasa-kun! Layla!''
Absol lets out a sigh to see her okay as Decade quickly approaches and pulls Sokichi up, still unconscious.
''Time to relocate.'' Decade tells the group as Zi-O nods, pulling back to the group and firing multiple spread shots around them that explode and leave a smokescreen behind. Apollogeist moves through the smoke, slashing it away and they all vanish. He growls as Emperor emerges from the wall, also grunting with battle damage across his body.
''Damn Decade. He's now getting on my nerves!'' Apollogeist expresses, wishing he killed him when he had the chance. He sighs, knowing this is meaningless to get mad over such pettiness. He turns to Emperor and orders him. ''Proceed with the plan. This world will now belong to Dai-Shocker.''
Emperor just nods as he walks away. Apollogeist snickers, going to make this world belong to his Great Leader.
Quickly returning to Hikari Studio, the group watches as Dragonic is healing the badly injured Sokichi. Shotaro asks if he'll get better but the dragon doesn't answer, focusing on his healing magic upon her.
''HEY! ANSWER-'' Shotaro shouts furiously for a response but Tsukasa cuts him off, telling him calmly yet firm. ''He'll be fine. My pet-''
Immediately Dragonic's tail smacks Tsukasa across his head and flattens him on the ground, groaning in pain.
''DRAGON FRIEND, NOT YOUR DAMN PET!'' The purple dragon roars furiously before he grunts his throat, adjusting his tie. Shotaro is about to ask again but Raito now stops him, pointing at Sokichi's injuries healing up slowly. This causes him to sigh of relief. Dragonic adjusts his fedora, glad he healed him before he took a worse hit.
Sougo frowns as he eyes Tsukasa getting wobbly and he tells him. ''Sorry, I'm still not strong yet. If I had my powers then-'' Tsukasa raises his hand to him, getting the point as he too says. ''Honestly, even with Layla; Kaito still got away with that Accel Memory.''
''Then will you two try to work together then?'' Natsumi asks them, knowing full well they have a better chance to beat Dai-Shocker together. Tsukasa doesn't reply, simply walking away until Dragonic speaks up. ''Natsumi-chan isn't wrong.''
Tsukasa stops, facing the purple dragon as he adjusts his fedora hat downward, gazing at him one eyed. ''If you worked together with Zi-O like how you sort of did with A.R. Yusuke and Layla, then your chances to beat Dark Decade will improve.''
He still doesn't respond as the dragon says calmly. ''I know you don't trust him so much but considering you two are fighting the same enemies, you have to put your trust into him. Besides, you might like the guy and-''
''Okay fine." Hearing enough from the dragon's speech, Tsukasa proclaims firmly. "I heard you the first time.'' He eyes Sougo and questions him. ''You heard him too right?''
''Yea, I did.'' Sougo replies, walking up to him. Tsukasa stares silent as he then tells him frankly. ''I don't trust you but if it means we can stop Dai-Shocker, then I have to.''
He just smiles, replying back. ''I understand but I do wish that you trust me so I will do my best to earn your trust.''
''… Good.'' Tsukasa responds, adjusting his coat and proclaims with Layla beside him. ''Let's go.''
Sougo smiles again as the three walk forward, knowing where their enemy is at. Natsumi watches from the distances, smiling that they're going to try.
''Those two are willingly to work together even though they're strangers.'' She begins to say, eyeing Shotaro and Raito as they seem so alike yet different too. ''And they're doing it because it's the right thing; because they fight for others.''
The two frown, looking back at the dormant Sokichi, each feeling responsible for their own powerlessness.
''I want to avenge my family.'' Raito admits, saddened for his family.
''I want to avenge someone who tried to help me.'' Shotaro also admits, reminded of the cop who tried to reach out to him.
They then turn towards the unconscious rider, expressing their desire to avenge him too. ''And Sokichi-san too.''
Natsumi smiles softly as she declares. ''Then it's settled! Let's go!''
This shocks the two with Natsumi asking them. ''You both want to go, right?''
They eye each other and nod, realizing they must do something. So they head out and Natsumi follows right behind them, also wanting to help. She's more powerless but… she wants to help nonetheless.
Riding on the Machine Decader, Tsukasa grunts as he questions Sougo, annoyed, who's gripping on his back. ''How can you not have a motorcycle?''
''Well, it's hard to explain.'' He expresses, not sure how to explain it. Tsukasa rolls his eyes and he immediately stops on his tracks by a large blockage up ahead and multiple Dopant standing between them and Organization X's headquarters.
''Absol!'' Layla barks, landing beside them as they get off the bike on how familiar this feels.
''Deja-vu indeed?'' Tsukasa, pulling off his goggle helmet, reminded of the A.R. World of Kiva.
''You two will not get pass me.'' Walking out behind the monsters is Apollogeist, his arms folded behind his back. ''Once Emperor releases all the Gaia Memories that we created, then this world will become ours.''
Letting out a small chuckle, Tsukasa understands what their plan is, revealing it. ''Let me guess: Dai-Shocker program the Memories to brainwash those who use them to serve Dai-Shocker?''
Apollogeist hums, rather impressed he figured out his plan.
''Quite clever of you, Decade. No wonder the Great Leader praises you.'' He praises the rider as he raises his sword towards him. ''Sadly you will not stop us.''
''Let's find that out.'' Tsukasa responds, strapping on his Decadriver as Sougo puts on his Ziku Driver. Twirling his Ridewatch and tapping his Rider Card, both of them shout in unity. ''Henshin!'' Tsukasa slides the card into his belt and pushes the levers forward while Sougo twirls his belt around clockwise.
''KAMEN RIDE! / RIDER TIME!'' Both drivers announce as they transform into their individual rider forms. ''DECADE! / KAMEN RIDER~! ZI-O~!''
Apollogeist scoffs, unthreatened as he orders the Dopant monsters. ''Kill them.''
They charge forward, obedient to obey. Decade wipes his hands before charging forward alongside Zi-O and Layla. The Dopants each unleash unique elemental or energy attacks or shoot spears from the ground but both riders slash them down with their swords as well as Layla slashing them with Psycho Cut. She then uses Sucker Punch, delivering powerful dark claws as Decade and Zi-O fire multi-shots from their guns, tearing through multiple monsters. Then both riders go hand-to-hand combat, sending multiple Dopants flying with precise kicks or punches along with Layla using Megahorn to bash them aside.
Just then Natsumi, Shotaro and Raito arrive to see the riders and the mon beating down already a few dozen Dopant on their own.
''There they are!'' She shouts, trying to get close until Layla is pushed back by the remaining Dopant. She pants, not sure how long she'll last. Seeing this, Natsumi joins beside and shouts, showing her Mega Key around her wrist. ''Let's do it Layla, Mega Evolve!''
Eyeing her, Layla can't help but smile as she barks. ''ABSOL!'' The key to the Mega Stone shines as Layla instantly transforms into her majestic Mega form. This surprises the Dopant who one of them throws a series of fireballs at them. Layla simply dashes at the fireballs as her Magic Bounce ability reflects them right back at all of them, causing multiple small explosions. She then uses Sucker Punch while flying, tearing her claw through a Dopant who drops as his Memory cracks open.
''Good winged dog!'' Decade praises Layla who barks smiling.
Apollogeist scoffs at this, declaring irritation. ''This is getting annoying! You think you have any chances against me!'' He comes at them, mainly Raito, until a dinosaur-like Memory leaps out of nowhere and slashes him back. He staggers back, questioning in shock. ''What the? A living Gaia Memory?''
''Sorry, guess Fang can protect the other me.'' A voice reveals as the dinosaur Memory leaps and lands on the hands of the young man who helped Natsumi. And beside him is the so-called Detective that Tsukasa met.
''You…'' Decade mutters while Natsumi gasps amazed. ''It's that guy from before.''
''And the pimp.'' Decade also adds, causing the detective to snap and yell at him, pointing his finger at him. ''STOP CALLING ME THAT!''
Snickering, the other young man begins to say. ''Well Shotaro, you do kinda-''
''Philip, not the time!'' The detective yells at him with an irritated glare. The other snickers softly.
''Shotaro?'' Natsumi utters, eyeing the other Shotaro with her and then back to the fedora wearing guy. He eyes her and smiles, apologizing for it. ''Sorry, we'll explain it later.''
''Right now, leave this guy to us.'' The other young man, Philip, proclaims firmly as he glares at Apollogeist. Shotaro adjusts his hat, telling him with a smirk as he straps on a Doubledriver. ''Lead the way, partner!''
An identical one manifests around Philip's waist; he spins and flips the robotic dinosaur into its large Memory with the dinosaur's head, pressing its button. ''FANG!''
Shotaro pulls a blue Gaia Memory and presses it. ''TRIGGER!''
Both cross their arms the opposite to the other that their arms crossed like that resembles one half of a W before they shout. ''Henshin!''
Shotaro slides his Memory into the slot as it transfers to Philip who slides on the Fang Memory, folding it forward and glowing.
''FANG! TRIGGER!'' The Doubledriver announces as Shotaro drops unconscious as Philip transforms into a Kamen Rider who's right side is white with sharp black horns and the other side is steel blue with similar sharp horns too. He soon lets out a primal roar, shaking the ground and air.
Natsumi drops her jaw while the other Shotaro and Raito are speechless by this raw power.
''So that's Kamen Rider Double.'' Tsukasa proclaims with a small smirk, rather impressed.
Apollogeist groans as W stands up straight, brushing himself before he begins to speak, having the mix voices of Shotaro and Philip. ''Now…'' As he poses and points his left hand's finger towards the villain. ''Count up your sins!''
W soon charges as Apollogeist does the same, thrusting his blade which W counters by swinging his left arm and the horns grow longer into sharp blades, clashing the sword and actually pushing the monster back before he shoots the spikes from his right arm, sparks flying out of him. Apollogeist groans, stomping his feet on the ground to slow himself down.
''Damn pest!'' He shouts, swinging his sword forward and fires a beam of light right at him. W extends his right arm as blades shoot out from his forearm, creating a crossbow-like arrow as he fires a destructive energy arrow that pierces through the energy wave and then hits Apollogeist, sparks flying out from him.
W charges once more, switching the Trigger Memory by pulling up the belt with a silver one and pushes downward to trigger it.
''FANG! METAL!'' The Doubledriver announces as the blue half of W turns a metal silver color as he manifests a metal scythe. He performs a strong, upward slash that launches the monster upward. He then flips the Fang Memory 3 times before the belt announces. ''MAXIMUM DRIVE!''
Gripping on his weapon with both hands, W leaps upward and shouts as multiple blades shoot out from the scythe. ''WILD METAL DESTRUCTION!'' He twirls around and begins spinning rapidly, performing multiple scythe swings. Sparks fly out across Apollogeist, before W swings a mighty downward slash and slashes him into the ground, crashing on impact.
The group watches with Natsumi expressing with a big smile. ''So cool…'' Layla barks really impresses too.
W lands on the ground, snickering a bit. Apollogeist grunts, getting up wobbly as he drags himself away as multiple Dopants charge at him. W twirls his wrist before charging at them too.
Decade scoffs, waving his hand as the Machine Decader appears beside him. He rides on it as he tells Natsumi. ''Be back in a minute.''
She eyes him and nods. Decade nods back as he rides towards the blockage, thrusting a card into his belt.
''KAMEN RIDE!'' The Decadriver announces as he changes into. ''RYUKI!'' Not only did he transform into Ryuki but also the Machine Decader also changes into Ryuki's rider bike. He rams up his speed so fast that once he's in front of the wall he's about to crash; he phases through the wall, actually entering through the reflection of the wall, traveling through the Mirror World before emerging on the other side. Still at top speed, Decade-Ryuki crashes through the doors of the building and stops on his tracks, leaving behind burned bike markings. Decade reverts back, now facing in front of Emperor, oddly waiting for him. ''Sorry about that, didn't want to waste time walking in.''
Emperor scoffs as he walks towards him, proclaiming confidently. ''This will not stop me. The Gaia Memories will spread across the world.''
Decade shakes his head as he responds. ''Maybe but you still need a way to control that many people. And I can assume you're the key.''
This actually upsets the Dopant, declaring coldly. ''Now you will die for that.'' He walks forward, his power emitting. ''It doesn't matter how strong you can be; Emperor will always make me stronger!''
Reminded by one of his many small spars he had with Dragonic, Decade pulls out a Rider Card.
''I wonder about that. Strength isn't always everything.'' He declares as he slides it into his belt slot and pushes the handles.
''KAMEN RIDER!'' The Decadriver announces as Decade transforms into… ''SHIN!''
Emperor scoffs at this organic-like rider and he just charges forward. He swings a punch that Decade-Shin tanks and then thrusts his fist across his gut causing the Emperor to grunts in pain. He staggers backwards as Decade-Shin gasps in his own pain and de-transforms. However, the blow to the Dopant is much worse than his.
''It seems your power works only to make yourself just as strong as your opponent, not amplifying your strength.'' Tsukasa theorizes the secret behind his ability. Emperor growls furiously, about to do something until both A.R. Shotaro and Raito arrive, catching up.
Tsukasa eyes them and smirks as he asks them. ''So you came to kill him?''
The two are surprised that he knew, both looking at each other hesitant.
''I want to, badly…'' Raito openly admits, missing his family. Shotaro frowns, also wanting to. ''I do too. He killed someone who was helping me and now…''
His words fail as does Raito, both reminded of Sokicki and how he would fight for justice rather than revenge, even if it means he might die.
''But Sokicki-san wouldn't want this.'' Both admit, knowing the path of vengeance is wrong. Smirking that they figure it out, Tsukasa begins to say. ''An egg must be hard boiled, strong and cool. A man must never have hate or sin in their heart or else they are not a hard boil man.''
Shotaro startles, surprised he knew Sokicki's favorite quote.
''Hard boil huh?'' Raito mutters, smiling as that sounds interesting. He eyes Shotaro as he asks him. ''Shotaro, was it?'' As he hands him the Doubledriver, realizing what was missing in his formula; a partner. ''Can you dance with the devil?''
Shotaro stares at him and nods, accepting the belt. ''I'll damn try!''
Tsukasa smirks at their determination, ordering them. ''Let's go."
The two nod as Shotaro straps on the Doubledriver as a similar one manifests around Raito's waist. They then hold one of the 2 Gaia Memories, tapping on it.
''CYCLONE!'' The Cyclone Memory announces, followed by the Joker one. ''JOKER!''
''Henshin!'' All 3 shout as Tsukasa thrusts his Rider card into his belt while Shotaro slides the Joker Memory on the left slot and Raito slides the Cyclone Memory on the right side of his belt. The Memory then teleports in Shotaro's belt as he splits both tubes apart, making the W symbol. Swirls of green and black-purple energy begin to manifest across his body.
''KAMEN RIDE! DECADE!'' The Decadriver announces as Tsukasa transforms into Decade again.
''CYCLONE! JOKER!'' The Doubledriver announces as the energy around Shotaro begins to transform him. Raito soon falls unconscious, his mind entering into Shotaro as he fully transforms into Kamen Rider W.
This horrifies the Emperor Dopant who immediately gets so enraged he charges at W with a golden energy fist and W grabs it with his left hand. ''WHAT?!''
W then swings a kick with his right leg so hard that the impact launches him onto a wall. This surprises the newly born rider, expressing astonishment with Shotaro's voice speaking on the Joker's side. ''A-awesome it's like I'm two people in one.''
''That is the power of Double.'' Raito's voice proclaims on the Cyclone side. ''The power of Two Riders!''
Emperor grunts, pulling himself out of the wall as he can't believe it. His ability can't work if the individual is more than one.
''Impossible?! HOW!'' He yells in frustration, despising this so much and yet he doesn't understand how.
''How? Because they're half boil.'' Emperor looks up at Decade proclaiming that.
''Half…'' The Shotaro side of W says as the Raito half says the other half. ''Boil?!''
Decade stares at W before he further explains. ''A thug and a rich boy; two different worlds but two common goals. They both fight not to take revenge but to make things right for themselves and their world. Together, they can overcome the other's weakness and double their unity.''
He then points his finger at Emperor, mocking him. ''Someone like you who feeds on the power of another to make yourself stronger can't understand the power of companionship. That is the power of a Kamen Rider!''
''Kamen… Rider?!'' Emperor utters in dismay and disgust. He becomes furious before letting out a shout at the magenta rider. ''W-who… WHO THE HELL ARE YOU?!''
''A passing-through Kamen Rider. Remember that!'' Decade responds determinedly, going to make sure he remembers it on his grave. Just then the Ride Booker glows and shouts a few cards that Decade catches.
''I get the gist, Decadriver.'' He says as he thrusts the card into the Decadriver and it announces. ''FINAL FORM RIDE!''
''This might tickle.'' Decade says as he walks behind W who doesn't follow. ''Excus-'' In that moment, Decade reaches both hands into his chest. W gasps as he begins to glow in the center. Decade then literally splits W into 2 Riders with both hands moving away from the other, both riders compose of both Memories.
''W! CYCLONECYCLONE! JOKERJOKER!'' The Decadriver announces as both split riders look at each other, looking at their bodies halved.
''You can do this?!'' Joker questions Decade in shock, causing the magenta rider to snicker a bit. ''Cool, no?''
The two halves of W nod.
''D-damn you all! Organization X will-'' Emperor begins to declare, coming at them only for both Ws to deliver a punch from Joker and a kick from Cyclone, pushing him back with ease.
''And your power can't work on multiple opponents.'' Decade declares as he comes at him along with both Ws, all 3 delivering a powerful punch that causes a blast of sparks to fly out from his chest. It slams him backwards, grunting in pain.
Decade then pulls out the Final Attack Ride card, tapping it on its corner. ''You're finished.'' He declares as he tells the two halves of W. ''Let's go you two!''
He thrusts the card in his belt as it announces. ''FINAL ATTACK RIDE!''
He leaps upward as well as both Joker and Cyclone as the Decadriver shouts. ''W!''
All 3 dives downward and perform a triple Rider Kick, striking right through Emperor, powerless to the attack. Sparks fly out as he grunts in pain, staggering back.
''T-this can't be-'' Emperor begins to utter, gripping on his chest as his Memory cracks and he explodes with a loud cry. ''AAAAWWWW!'' The explosion consumes him and destroys him.
The 3 Riders breathe calmly. Apollogeist watches this from afar, scoffing at this failure.
''Tch, what disappointment.'' He utters before walking away. He will hand this world to his Great Leader as soon as Decade is killed, once for all.
Organization X fell quickly with the destruction of Emperor. The delivery of the Gaia Memories was also stopped.
Sokicki had regained consciousness after the group defeated the evil organization, relief to hear.
''I see.'' Sokicki begins to say, smiling, that Shotaro and Raito could work together. ''I'm happy you two were able to work together.''
''I'm surprised our sync was that strong.'' Raito expresses, not imagining what allows the transformation of W to work was two. ''Like two halves.''
Shotaro admits that their power together did a lot of good and… maybe they should use it more.
''Maybe we could use these powers to do good?'' He begins to suggest, having stolen a lot and now he should return all he's done back to Fuuto and its people. ''… We could become private detectives.''
Raito hums about this, still responsible for the Gaia Memories that his family made. He must uphold his duty to make sure they are never used for evil again. Smirking, he agrees with the former thief. ''Sounds rather interesting.''
Smiling at this, Sokicki proclaims softly. ''A good pair. If you two can work together, then this city and world is on your hands.''
Shotaro and Raito nod, not going to let him down.
Tsukasa smirks, taking aim with his camera and takes a photo shot: The birth of two detectives.
Once things are said, Tsukasa and the others watch as they finally leave the studio. Natsumi smiles softly, happy they help them. She eyes Tsukasa who stares at the rider cards with the W cards.
''Awesome! So you can get the rider powers after Decade!'' She asks him, smiling. Tsukasa eyes her and just replies. ''Probably.''
She hums as she eyes Sougo and tells the two happily. ''I'm just glad you and Sougo-kun worked together.''
''I suppose.'' Tsukasa says, putting the cards away. He now looks at Shotaro and Philip, more than certain they're the real W, just like the other riders they've met along this journey.
''So you're not a pimp huh?'' He taunts Shotaro who growls irritated while Philip hums, rubbing his chin on what it means. He opens his blank book, entering the Gaia Library to learn the meaning and he's surprised.
''Pimp? Well Shotaro does-'' He begins to say, recalling all the women Shotaro falls over, especially Tokime-
Shotaro can read his partner's mind since they're still wearing the Doubledrivers and he shouts of embarrassment, blushing bright red. ''Shut up Philip!''
Philip snickers a bit at Natsumi's confusion.
"And yes Tsukasa, they're the real W, the detectives of Fuuto." Dragonic tells Tsukasa who figures as much. Natsumi smiles as she thanks them. ''Thank you again for all the help.''
''Now how are you two even here?'' Tsukasa then asks the obvious, wondering why they're here.
Shotaro sighs, adjusting his hat as he explains. ''Someone brought us here.''
Tsukasa hums, wondering who. It couldn't be Dark Decade, or Kaito for that matter. Then who? But that isn't the only thing he's concerned about, further questioning them. ''… Can I ask what else?''
Smirking, Philip expresses. ''He's quite smart.'' He then explains. ''This person asked us to fight Decade to help him gain a bond with us.''
Natsumi blinks, puzzled, until she realizes it way back in the Rider War.
''Wait, you don't mean-'' She begins to theorize but Tsukasa beats it to her, already assuming it. ''A fight to the death, just like the other riders.''
She frowns, eyeing him, figuring as much. She's not a fan of riders fighting each other; they're heroes who fight the bad guys.
''You can bring them back without killing yourself, right Tsukasa-kun?'' Dragonic asks him about what he did to revive the past riders during the end of the Rider War. Tsukasa eyes him and nods before he tells the concerned Natsumi. ''I mastered the ability so don't worry, Natsumikan.''
Natsumi eyes him and blushes, nodding. She gives him a heavy pat on the back as she encourages him. ''Win, Tsukasa-kun!''
Tsukasa smirks as he eyes Shotaro and Philip, telling them as he straps on the Decadriver. ''Nothing personal.''
''Likewise.'' Philip replies with a calm smirk, holding up the Cyclone Memory as Shotaro says, pulling out the Joker Memory with his own smirk. ''We'll show the real power of Double! Don't hold anything back against us, Destroyer-san.''
Tsukasa smirks, not planning to as he thrusts the Decade card into his belt. Shotaro and Philip hold their arms, gripping on their Memories to form the same W shape.
''Henshin!'' All 3 shout as Tsukasa pushes the levers of his belt as the duo slide in their Memories with the Cyclone Memory transfer over in Shotaro's belt as he spreads the slots to form a W shape.
''KAMEN RIDE! DECADE!'' The Decadriver declares as Tsukasa transforms into Decade.
''CYCLONE! JOKER!'' The Doubledriver announces as Shotaro transforms into W while Philip drops on the ground, unconscious.
''Let's go.'' W declares, charging forward. Decade scoffs as he comes at him too, both clashing fists. Sparks fly from them but then Decade is blasted by Cyclone's strong wind current before W kicks him with his left leg so strong it slams Decade onto the ground, away from the studio and the others. He gets up as W comes charges again. Decade gets up quickly while he dunks a card into his belt.
''ATTACK RIDE! INVISIBLE!'' The Decadriver declares as Decade turns invisible. W quickly stops only to be punched by the invisible Decade who goes behind him and delivers a kick, slamming the rider onto a light pole.
''Woah, okay this will be tricky.'' Shotaro's voice speaks on the Joker half of W while Philip replies in the Cyclone half. ''Not if we become trickier.''
''Good point.'' He replies as he pulls up the lever-slots of his belt, pulling out both Joker and Cyclone Memories and slides in a Yellow and Blue one. He then spreads the levers to form the W symbol, glowing.
''LUNA! TRIGGER!'' The Doubledriver announces as W's colors change into Yellow and Blue as he gains a pistol-like blaster, twirling it. W then swings his right arm as it begins to extend and stretch like a rubber man, hitting the whole area and actually hitting Decade, knocking him out from his invisibility.
He grunts as W then begins to fire with his blast, causing Decade to roll away quickly as he pulls out his Ride Booker in gun mode. He fires back, countering W's until he fires new shots above him and the shots then fly downward towards Decade like homing missiles. Acting fast, Decade slides a card into his belt.
''ATTACK RIDE! BLAST!'' The Decadriver declares as Decade fires magenta energy shots that pierce through and destroy W's blasts. W is surprised by that as he hears the belt then announce. ''ATTACK RIDE! SLASH!''
He looks forward and barely dodges a sword swing from Decade, wielding his weapon in sword form as he swings again. W leaps away but not the magenta colored energy wave that fires off from the tip of the sword, blasting and damaging the rider. W stomps his feet on the ground, tanking the attack barely.
''Then how about…'' W begins to say, switching Memories and spreading the slots to trigger them.
''HEAT! METAL!'' The Doubledriver announces as W's colors change into Red and Silver/Gray as he gains a metal staff weapon. He twirls it around, igniting flames from both ends of the staff. W runs up at Decade with a strong twirling swing. Decade parries it with his sword and force to continue parry as W assaults him with one wide strong followed by another. Decade quickly ducks the last one as he slides to his left side to strike back until W swings a right kick, engulfed in flames that hits Decade and blasts him partly away.
Decade pants, wiping his sword with his free hand as this won't do.
''Rod weapon huh?'' Decade mutters as he pulls a Rider Card and slides it in.
''KAMEN RIDE! AGITO!'' The Decadriver announces as Decade transforms into Agito and then he thrusts another card in. ''FORM RIDE! AGITO STORM FORM!'' Decade-Agito changes into Storm Form, wielding both Sword and Rod form's weapons.
W is again surprised by this as Decade-Agito comes at him with a 360°-degree swing. The twin spinning swing attack is too much for W, blocking it until the blades are engulfed in flames and slashes through the metal rod and slashes W. Sparks fly out before he's pushed back and crashes on the ground. Decade-Agito soon stops, twirling his weapons in a badass way.
W pants, getting up as this was more than he could handle.
''Hey, Philip. This guy is strong.'' Shotaro tells his partner who agrees with him. ''Agreed. Then no holding back then.''
''Right!'' He responds as W raises up his left hand to the sky and shouts. "Come, Xtreme Memory!"
A bird-like shriek is heard as a robotic-like bird descends from the sky. It first goes to Philip's body, turning him into a green data that flies inside the Memory and then flies over to W who changes back to CycloneJoker. W pulls the slots of his belt upward as beams of green and purple shoot out of them. The Memory attaches itself to the beams and grinds downward until it locks onto the belt. W immediately twirls both wings apart to make a large W shape as it announces. ''XTREME!''
W soon grabs onto his chest, screaming out as a white, rainbow-like light shines in the middle before it changes W entirely.
''Woah…'' Natsumi utters astonished. Decade becomes cautious as the evolved W declares, wielding a shield-like weapon. ''CycloneJoker Xtreme!''
''So that's your final form.'' Decade theorizes with Sougo watching fixated. W doesn't answer as he pulls out a new Memory and thrusts it into a slot-like handle. ''PRISM!'' He grabs it and pulls it out of the shield, revealing it to be a sword.
Decade charges, swinging the sword which W repels with ease and then swings the rodded blade which W blocks with his shield and bashes him back. W then moves swiftly, moving to his exposed left rear and slashes him. Sparks flies out from Decade, staggering him as he tries to swing the rod and W simply kicks through the weapon, breaking it and slamming Decade onto a wall.
Grunting as he felt that one, Decade mutters as he reverts back to base and pulls out the K-Touch. ''No holding back ether.''
He switches the Decadriver's base with the K-Touch as he starts it up.
"KUUGA, AGITO, RYUKI, FAIZ, BLADE, HIBIKI, KABUTO, DEN-O, KIVA!'' The K-Touch announces one by one of each main rider's names as their logos glow until they all flash, including the Decade one. Decade then presses on the F letter on the screen. ''FINAL KAMEN RIDE!''
Tapping on the base of the belt now on his right-waist side, Decade begins to glow and transform into his Final Form. ''DECADE! COMPLETE!''
''Absol!'' Layla barks, advising him to strike hard. Decade just nods as he comes walking at W who charges. He swings first which Decade dodges only to get grab on W's shield he tries to bash him again. Decade then moves to the right and delivers a kick which W responds with his own kick. Sparks fly out as the two are pushed back.
Decade figures he'll need more of an edge as he taps on a Rider Card and thrusts it into his belt, tapping on the center.
''FINAL KAMEN RIDE!'' The Decadriver announces as Decade changes into Agito's Final Form. ''AGITO SHINING!'' He wields fake versions of Agito's blades as he comes charging.
W counters, swinging back with his sword. Sparks fly out between them but Decade-Agito pushes back harder. He swings with aggressive yet nonstop strikes, forcing W to block each one until Decade makes an opening and kicks the rider back.
Grunting, W quickly sheaths his sword back into his shield as he thrusts a Memory into each of the 4 other slots. ''CYCLONE! JOKER! HEAT! METAL!''
''EXTREME MAXIMUM DRIVE!'' The Doubledriver announces as W takes aim and fires colorful beams towards Decade as some pierce through the ground or walls. Decade-Agito quickly guards with both blades in an x-shaped. They begin to glow as he moves them forward and blocks the beams but also he swings forward and fires a bright wave of light that hits W, guarding with the shield. The blast is stopped but the shield and sword cracks open, leaving W with only the Prism Memory.
Decade immediately discards both blades, taunting the two-human rider by wiping his hands. ''What's wrong? Is this really your limit? Then…'' He pulls out a Final Attack Ride card and slides it into his belt.
''FINAL ATTACK RIDE!'' The Decadriver announces as Decade-Agito breathes, putting his right foot forward as the Agito symbol burns underneath him.
W sees this and snickers, declaring. ''Heh, guess time to put it all in.'' He thrusts the Prism Memory on the right slot of the belt. ''PRISM! EXTREME MAXIMUM DRIVE!'' W leaps upward as swirls of green and purple wraps around him.
Seeing his chance, Decade runs forward and leaps upward at W, his right kick covered in bright light. ''AGITO!''
''W PRISM XTREME!'' W shouts, descending downward as he performs a double footed Rider Kick. The two kicks collided and immediately created an explosion. Everyone watches brace themselves as they stare Decade still standing over the defeated W.
W breathes heavily as he glows and reverts back to Shotaro and Philip but their bodies are glowing, dissolving. Natsumi watches with a sadden frown.
''He's strong…'' Shotaro admits in Decade's power as does Philip agreeing. ''Maybe he'll have a chance against the evil Decade.''
Shotaro nods as he looks at Decade, reverting back to Tsukasa and he tells him strongly. ''Oi! Beat him and bring us back or so help me-''
''You have my word, pimp detective.'' Tsukasa promises him with a taunt. Shotaro grits his teeth as he mutters. ''Damn bastard…'' He soon smirks, adjusting his fedora hat before he and Philip turns into sparks of light, fading away.
Tsukasa stands there with a sad expression. Again, he has to do this again and something already tells him this will not be the last time he won't meet another Rider… and starting to think who could be doing this either. And that part… no, right now, he has a journey. He'll deal with him later.
''Tsukasa." Snapping out from his train of thought, Tsukasa turns to face Sougo as he advises him. "Next world?''
He eyes him and then Natsumi, Layla, Jiggly and then Dragonic with a smirk.
''Yea, I know.'' Tsukasa responds, adjusting his coat as he smirks, asking the purple dragon. ''So where to?''
''How about we count the medals and find that out?'' Dragonic taunts the group with a soft smirk, adjusting his fedora before flying back inside the house. The others soon follow, sweat dropping as he knows way too much than he should. Kiva-la hovers behind them, cooing as she follows right behind him. The next world will be a surprise for them.
Author's Note: Time to clarify things:
1) This is now full on Fanfic territory, using elements from the Decade series from the TV Series, Movies and even Novels (which I already used so yea).
2) Since there was technically an A.R World of W (sort of) but not fully detailed, I'm doing my own version of it, mixing elements from the DecadexW crossover movie and doing things differently. I can't promise the same detailed structure for each A.R. World (since I was just copy-pasting from the TV Series) but I'm trying my best. ALSO YES, Fuuto Pi version of both Shotaro and Philip. Why? Why not! It's still W, I'm counting it!
3) And yes, just like last time; we get the real Rider of the main world. Why and how without Narutaki? Well… that's the mystery hmm? Figure it out before the end of the A.R. World of Build. So Shotaro and Philip... what's not to say about them; a lot of fans enjoy the 2-in-1 Kamen Rider detectives. No complains... other than well th lack of them in crossovers. Issues with Philip's actor and it affected whenever to when or how to use W. ASK ZI-O. Pisses me off about that.
4) Also right away, yes, expect the main real Riders to help Tsukasa and group but later fight Tsukasa to help him get strong to fight Dark Decade. This might be the last time I'll be doing this anyway. I really didn't want to do a whole repeat of the Rider War. Unnecessary but I also needed Tsukasa to gain the powers of the Neo Heisei Riders. So there you go and don't worry, those defeated will return once this mess is over.
5) Selina the Purrloin. Like if Tsukasa has Layla and I guess Natsumi has both Layla and Jiggly, Daiki needs his own partner. Why not a thieving cat hmm? Thieves get along hehe. It's also a good pair honestly!
6) Do not expect that it'll always be Apollogeist to appear in the next A.R. Worlds. You'll see next time. ;)
A little rough with this first world but I'm still proud of the results. 1 World down… 9 more to go. SIGH… This will be a ride.
Anyway, in 2 weeks (MAYBE 3, I will try not to) from now… We will count the medals in the A.R. World of OOO. SIGH… OOO… I'm still mad at your 10th year anniversary movie. A topic later that I will vent about.
