Chapter 461: The arrival part 2.
(Gonzales residence.)
Cops and FutureTech are on the scene and everyone is going through what had happened there, they have scanners all over the place and looking around for any signs of a break in. They all need to know, what or who took Stella.
All the while, the parents and grandmother of the missing girl are crying and telling them everything they know. They're talking to Victor who is taking down notes and doing his best to calm them down.
And also there, crying at what has happened are the friends of Stella, but the one who is crying the most is the boy who has a liking to her, Simon Sharp and right now he's being comforted by his older sister Sam. It pains the Sharp family to see Simon like this, heartbroken.
Neil starts giving out orders to search anywhere within a ten meter to twenty meter radius around the house for any signs of the creature who did this.
Martin is scanning in the air for any traces and then he takes off with Penny to look for any patterns on the movement of Slenderman, but you can't be able to track his movement.
Loona and Sergei are in the house, and using whatever tracking skills they have to look for anything, something that can lead them to Slenderman and his whereabouts.
Stella's Pokémon Heracross also tries to help out, but is too sad to even do anything. Absol tries to talk to the beetle-looking Pokémon, but Heracross wasn't in Stella's room, he was downstairs helping Stella's grandmother. He didn't even sense the being that went after his friend and now he feels bad for not doing anything sooner.
Lincoln, Linka and Jordan are looking towards the house and looking around the place as everyone else begins the search. Lincoln then looks down with some tears that he wipes away. "This is it. He's here. That bastard is in town and he's going to keep doing this, I know it." Linka and Jordan know he's not wrong.
"Then what do we do commander?" They turn their heads to see Hollow. "This thing, Slenderman is somehow able to evade my sight." The sith lord stands next to the three officers. "The force is strong, but this creature seems to process a form of force that is easy to find and yet can be hard to trace. I can see the remnants of energy he left behind, but they're scattered all over the place."
Lincoln and Jordan do know the force, so they close their eyes and when they open them they can see these black smoke remnants scattered all over the place. "You can see it, can't you?"
"We can and it's scattered. Slenderman is using his own force to create some kind of distortion and chaotic way to move around, which means he cannot be found unless you're him" replied Jordan.
Lincoln walks around the front of the house as he looks to the scattered remnants of shadowed force energy. "So, what do we do now? Chances it'll do this again and take someone to who knows where" said Linka with concern. "We don't even know what it wants."
Lincoln then sees something on the ground, a photo and they all see him kneel down and pick it up. "Lincoln, what did you find?" asked Luna. She goes over and sees the photo and soon the others come as well.
They all look to the photo, it was a photo of Lincoln, Clyde, Liam, Rusty, Zach and Stella at the arcade and having fun, but what shocks them is that the faces of Zach and Stella have been scratched and something is placing its pale white hand onto their shoulders.
Lincoln sighs and he hands the photo to Linka. "It wants our friends." Everyone stops searching and look towards the boy. This also shocks their friends who are there crying.
"I figured it out, the reason why he targeted Stella next, was because she was the next person to see his face" replied Lincoln. He then looks to the others and the ones who are on comm links can hear this. "Stella, she enhanced the footage so we can see the face of the one who took Zach and she's the first one who saw his face before us, and in this photo she's the closest near him which means the next one is either Clyde, Rusty, Liam or… Or me."
This shocks Luna, her brother might be next. "No, no, no. We are not going to let that happen, we'll stop him. We will!" She goes to her brother and hugs him, Lincoln knows she's scared of losing him and he hugs her too.
Leon sighs and he sits on the porch stairs. "So, the freak wants you guys. All because Zach was the first?"
"Wrong." They all see Gyro. "He doesn't want just anyone, once Slenderman finishes claiming the group of friends, he'll go after everyone else closest to them. Families, friends, loved ones an pretty much the whole town and no matter where they go, he'll find them and take them with him."
"Take him where exactly?" asked Jordan with some tears.
"His domain, Slenderman is doing this because he wants friends, friends he can play with, until they break like toys" replied Gyro. This makes Stella's mom faint and so does Zach's mom. "I managed to find what I could in Karazhan." He tosses the book and Lucy catches it and she sees the cover of the book.
Large, black with the image of a claw in the middle holding this white pearl that has some shadowy energy inside of it moving. "Whoa! That is wicked." Lucy then opens it and looks for the being, she goes through pages of different beings.
"Let's see…. Smile Dog, Jeff the Killer, Siren head, the Russian Sleep Experiment, The Ayuwoki, the Backrooms, SCP-173, the Expressionless, the Rake, Ben drowned….. Oh here it is, Slenderman."
They all gather to listen in and Martin and Penny return and go towards them.
"Slenderman - a creature that was made through the very belief from those who first saw it. Through the Ripple of Existence this being manifested along with several other creatures of Creepypasta legend, but there have only been a few who have powers beyond any Creepypasta that can come to life and be part of the reshaping of history, just so they can be noticed and keep the belief going. Wielding eldritch powers at an unimaginable strength, Slenderman drags his victims to be his friend and to play with him for all of eternity, at times he can show mercy and help keep the person he captured alive to continue they're life or when he feels bored and no longer pleased he will cast them out of his realm, but not before ending their lives."
"He seeks a friend, or friends because he spends the rest of his existence in eternity and wishes to make a friend, one who understands what it is like to be returned into the world he was made from and yet not be known by many, but known as something else. Slenderman thrives on the belief from people, for those who believe in him, then he shall continue to remain in the land of the living and doing what he continues to do, and that is to take friends which are mostly children and at rare times, adults."
"He has gone through a tremendous change into making sure people know he's real. He sometimes fool's hikers into following the pages left behind, he toys with them in the forests and sometimes brings with him a creature that is his loyal friend, then he decides to show himself through the nature of electronics such as cameras, which always make a static like appearance and then cuts off he feed and lastly, his greatest way to exist is through a website which others eventually share to other people so he can lure them into summoning him like when kids and teens are stupid enough to see Bloody Mary, who knows what it's motives in keeping it's awareness to people are, chances Slenderman might follow animal migration rules next."
"Nothing can stop him, but only belief. As long as people believe, then Slenderman remains and remain he shall, for as long as eternity stands."
They all remain silent and Boomer faints. "Wow! That is so fucked up and terrifying" said Loona. "Does Alastor know about this?"
Gyro sighs. "Yes, yes he does and yet he won't do anything about it."
"What?!" Gyro sees they're all upset, the Radio Demon is not gonna do anything about it.
"Alastor knows that Slenderman is nothing more than just the creation of humanity and he blames humanity for making it keep its existence, he won't waste his own eldritch powers to fight some monster that is not worth his time. I tried to reason with him, but he won't do it and I can't force him into helping us. Sorry" replied Gyro.
One of their most powerful allies, is not gonna help them. They all needed to come up with something, something to take it down. "We can't be able to take him down so easily, he exists through the meaning of belief and sure as heck we can't tell everyone around the world to forget about him" said Sunset. "He's all over social media."
Hollow then has an idea. "Containment." They all look to him. "Like the SCP thing, which we've all heard."
"I don't know that" replied Lori. The others also don't know that, but Martin does.
"SCP stands for Secure, Contain and Protect. It's a group that' existed somewhere after World War 2 or way before that, and they have been keeping these unidentified creatures of myth, legend and evil and believe me, these creatures are not to be trifled with, especially the wretched teddy bear" replied Martin.
"Exactly, we use the same kind of thing SCP does and those guys are still in service" replied Hollow.
All of them are shocked, especially Gyro. "What?! Those guys are still active?!"
"Yes, yes they are" replied Martin. "I have the files and they're closely similar to some kind of MIB stuff or some monster hunter's club or something and they are somewhere hidden, and only few people know and I am one of them." He then looks to Hollow. "So, the plan is to contain Slenderman?"
"Yes" replied Hollow. "We contain him and we deal with him until he brings back Stella and Zach. We need some kind of containment that can be able to alter his form so he won't be able to use his eldritch powers to escape to the realm he created and if this works, we can be able to find this domain and get the kids out of there and then take that freak down, and I can provide the containment and the energy for it."
Jack Cyber then recalls. "Three days ago you ordered a powerful forged glass prison. One forged from Adamantium, Vibranium and any known and unknown metal we've been through. You imbued it with the force for one day capturing something."
Hollow looks to Jack Cyber. "Smart man, and true. I requested such creation for when I capture a Sith and beat the shit out of them whenever I want, but I think it's best to use what I requested for taking this thing down. We just need to know how to lure Slenderman out, it's not gonna be easy."
They all remain silent, the last part when he said to lure did not sound well for all of them. "Sooo, who wants to be bait for Slenderman?" asked Victor.
They all felt uneasy about this, usually they'd be brave in the face of danger but this is something they all feel uncomfortable with. "Let me do It." they all look to Lincoln.
Luna knows where this goes and so does Jordan. "No. No, no. No you are not!" said Luna.
"It's not your choice sis. Let me do this, Slenderman wants one of the kids who have been friends with me and taking two of them has become personal and I wanna be the one to lure that son of a bitch out in the open!" said Lincoln in anger.
Luna goes towards him. "I am not losing you, we're all not losing you. I am not letting you go out there and face this freak who won't bring you back!"
"Slenderman is a being who wants a friend and he has my friends and I am not going to let him go after anyone else, not loved ones and not any of my other friends and not you!" said Lincoln. "Slenderman might be more attracted to me, because I have been through so much and he knows he wants to make someone happy as his friend, so let me do this!"
"No! I forbid you from doing this!" said Luna.
"Lincoln, I'm with Luna" said Gwen. "We are not letting you fight through this and lose you again!"
"We can find some other way to make this work, just not using anyone else to do it for us" said Neil.
This eventually turns into an argument between the Spellman families, and then he friends from Lincoln join in because they wanna be with Lincoln to bring back their friends.
They all start talking on what to do and how to lure the monster out, all while Simon is feeling sad and anger, sad because Stella has been taken away and might not come back and anger that this creature took the girl he loves and he might not see her again.
Just then Simon looks to the forest nearby Stella's home and he sees something right there and looking at the argument is the mother fucker himself, Slenderman.
Simon is shocked, but then he sees Slenderman looking to Lincoln and he knows he is the next target. Then he recalls something. 'When someone has been through so much, Slenderman will go to any lengths to free them and bring him to a place where they can be friends forever and he targets people who are closest to their victims.'
Simon then looks to Slenderman and it looks to Simon, he feels startled but then he looks to the being in anger and when he blinks Slenderman is gone.
Simon then knew what he had to do. 'I am closest to Stella, as the boy who would be her lover.' He then races into the woods and takes chase after his foe.
As the others argue, Hollow stops and looks around. "Slenderman was here earlier guys." They all stop and look to the sith lord, then they look around.
Lincoln and Sam then see Simon race into the woods. "Simon!"
(Forest.)
Simon races through the woods and tries to find his foe, his friend and the girl he loves. He then keeps running and then everything is dark, almost like night has fallen early in the daytime.
Simon knows, that this is it and he keeps walking. He then spots this broken gateway which has vines on it and he touches it and he looks to the fog. He then hears everyone calling his name and so he steps into the fog. "Sorry guys, but I have to do this."
Sam arrives and sees her brother. "Simon!" But it's too late and he walks through the fog, Simon is gone.
Peter runs through the fog, but he hits a tree and Simon is nowhere to be found. "No! Simon!"
(Where Simon is.)
Simon continues to walk through the foggy woods, some part of him feels like this is Dead by Daylight. 'They should add Slenderman to Dead by Daylight next time, and I might be the survivor in the game.'
Simon can feel something watching him, but he ignores the feeling and keeps going, he then sees this very tall and old tree with no leaves on the branches and he looks to it sternly. "Slenderman! Where the hell are you?!"
He looks to the tree still and has his hands turn into fists. "I know what you want, I know what you seek and… And I understand." Simon then calms down. "You don't wanna be alone, I get it you're lonely for being real and not like anyone else."
The ominous sound of cicadas can be heard. "I know that you're different from anyone else, and that you question why you were even given life, well so do i. I am not supposed to be alive, I don't even know if I should still be dead, and yet here I am, alive and well and back with the family who never forgot about me and that's what you want too! People who won't forget you and people who can be with you, like friends. Like a family."
The tree branches all around the place start to crackles and shake.
"You have been doing this for a long, long time and whenever you do this, take children it never truly makes you happy because you don't know how to be happy. You don't know how to make a friend because it's in your dumb created nature, which is why you killed the man who made you!"
The cicada sounds become even louder and the tree branches then shake violently and the shadows of the trees close around Simon like the tentacles from Slenderman's back.
Simon then looks to the shadows. "Let me show you how to make friends and find happiness."
The cicada sound stops and everything else is halted, Simon knows this was it. "Let me help you, let me be the one to show you how to exist and find a reason to live. Let me be your friend."
Simon then hears nothing, nothing is heard and all is quiet. He then turns around and sees the tall figure in front of him and looking down to the boy.
Simon is not intimidated and looks to the creature. "Slenderman, you're tormented that you don't have anyone with you as a friend, and that you seek to help others who have been through pain and suffering, like I have, like Lincoln and pretty much everyone else. There is no good reason to take people and let them suffer in the world you created."
Slenderman then looks around and he sees the world he made and he can see, just how fucking depressing it looks. Slenderman then recalls all the children he took, played and ended up killing. All because they didn't wanna play with him… Anymore.
Slenderman then feels someone holding his hand, Simon holds his hand and he looks up to the creature. "Let them go, and we can be friends. We can show you that you're not different, that we're all the same. Just like you."
For once in his life, which existed only year's ago. Slenderman feels something he has never felt. He then looks to the tree and so does Simon and he sees Zach and Stella on the ground, asleep on some leaves and unharmed. Okay, so Zach's left shoe is missing.
They then hear someone calling his name and they see the Royal Defenders have arrived, Simon also sees their back in the world of earth, and no longer in Slenderman's domain.
The others then go over to Stella and Zach and check on them. Sam and Peter go towards Simon, but they stop when they see Slenderman and they have their weapons and powers ready.
"Guys stop!" Simon gets between them and all of them look to the Sharp boy. "He's not bad, he never was. He just wanted friends, and not to be lonely. He's not a monster, he's my friend."
Stella and Zach hear this too. "He's right." Stella gets up and goes next to him. "He's just lost and has no clue what he wants to do with the life he was given."
Zach stands with them as well. "He may have given me one heck of a scare, but I then saw he just doesn't wanna be alone, like when I first went to school and didn't have any friends, until Lincoln and the gang came along."
Lincoln then looks to the creature who looks to all of them, and even though he has no face. Lincoln can tell just how depressed Slenderman is, and just how lonely it must be to be this thing that everyone wanted to exist, this thing that has no other friends and people to be with.
Lincoln then sighs. "Stand down everyone, Slenderman is not a threat. Stand down." They all lower their weapons and powers. Lincoln looks to Simon and smiles. "Good job, Sharp. Good job."
Simon smiles and he sees Slenderman raise his hand and snap his fingers, they then see the spirits of the children he took appear and they fade into blue orbs and fly off to rest where they belong.
Everyone can now see, the nightmare that could've gotten out of hand, is over and in less than three days.
Zach then notices. "Where the heck is my other shoe?
(The next day. Sharp Residence)
Simon heads to the backyard with Stella and they both have a board game and they go towards the new tree at the Sharp House, tall with no leaves and then something appears from the trunk, Slenderman.
Simon smiles. "We got a game we can play." He shows the game monopoly and Slenderman looks to it as if he's smiling.
They then sit by the tree and place the game down. "This should be fun for us, but I have to warn you two. I think I know how to own you both in this game" said Stella.
Slenderman shuffles the fake money of the game and looks like he's smirking, also where did he get that gambling dealer hat and when did he put that on?
Simon smirks. "Then let's see who wins the lot and remains standing, but chances Slenderman will win. He has known more things than us." They look the Slenderman who gives them a thumbs up.
They all chuckle and begin to play, and all while Peter and the others watch them. "So, is he part of the family now?" asked Kick.
"No clue, but he does look like he's having fun and I don't think he can harm anyone" said Sam. She smiles at the fun her brother is having. "Simon did good, he showed someone true happiness and is gonna keep haling him. Maybe this is the sole reason why he's back, to help others."
They all agree and smile as they watch Simon play with Stella and Slenderman, then Sonata goes out there and she joins in.
Peter then realizes. "Guys, if Slenderman exists. What are the odds that there are going to be more, like him?" That was something that shocks them all.
(Somewhere in Texas.)
The prison far from the main road is on alert, two people have escaped and are running to the main road. Who are they? Stan and Steak Stankcos.
"Okay, so the riot worked! And now we're free!" said Stan as he keeps running and then he trips.
His son Steak, helps him back up and they keep running. "Yeah, we're free and now we can get to the plan we made in there and sure as heck we ain't gonna fail!"
"Yeah! We find Hank and Hawk, bust them out and then we get McCann and we go back to Royal Woods and we take down the Royal Defenders!" said Stan. "We are going to teach them a lesson!"
"Yeah!" said Steak. "You think we can have some love action with one of the super ladies?"
"Now that sounds like a plan! Let's go for that Frost bitch! She seems like someone we can break and right in front of that loser kid!" said Stan. He and his son laugh evilly at this plan.
Just then, they hear the sound of a Truck. "We got a ride! Let's go!"
They both run to the main road and they catch their breath and then look around. "What the?" They look to the left of the main road and nothing, they look to the right and nothing.
They're both confused. "We heard the sound of a truck right?" asked Steak.
"Yeah, we did. But where the heck is it?" asked Stan.
Then the sound of the truck is getting closer, but there is no truck on the road. Then they hear the sound of some stomping behind them that stops.
They don't turn around, something is behind them and they're both afraid to look. Zoom out and what do we see? Tall skeleton like body and with a long neck and at the top of the neck is the source of the sound, sirens for a head.
Stan and Streak then look up, and a large hand grabs them and the last thing heard, are multiple random siren sounds combined.
A/N: Never thought you guys saw that coming huh? Slenderman is one of my faves and I wanna see him as a being of good and not evil, chances they'll meet more than just one Creepypasta. Leave a review and tell me what you all think.
