(The Sentry doesn't exist in this Marvel Universe, after all he was retcon into Marvel's continuity where he was a superhero for many years until he had to make everyone forget about him because of his other half the Void)
The Marvel Universe
Within this different reality there are ancient beings known as the Celestials who are powerful extraterrestrial cosmic beings and over time they had influenced key events on the world known as Planet Earth for the race known as human for mysterious and unclear reasons. They were responsible for key human evolutionary events, such as the genetic-offshoot races known as the Eternals and the Deviants, as well as the creation of the X-Gene.
On the world known as Titan lived the second colony of the Eternals where A'Lars also known as Mentor and his wife Sui-San had two son's Eros who would later be known as Starfox and Thanos who unlike his brother was born with purple, hide-like skin and a massive body due to his Deviant Syndrome as the Celestials experiments that created the Eternals, the Deviants and the X-Gene were more similar then anyone had originally thought. Meanwhile in a another Universe there is a super powered being that would become known as Hyperion who's backstory is very similar to that of Superman's however he was the only survivor of that Universe version of the Eternals from a dying world and he was raised by a the Milton family who have him the name of Marcus Milton, teaching him the morals of society and when he became a adult he became the super hero known as Hyperion and he protected that Universe version of Earth along with a team of superhumans known as the Squadron Supreme who are a lot like the Justice League.
The individuals that possess the genetic trait of X-Gene were known as the Mutants that allows them to naturally develop superhuman abilities and sometimes affecting their appearance and unfortunately this cause many human's to fear them as they could be the next stage of evolution and humanity would be wipe out, however there mutant superhero team that fought for both humans and mutants alike and they were known as the X Men.
EARTH 616
Clark Kent was born on February 29th of June in 1983 to Robert and Lindy Kent where they live at New York city at Queens in the neighbourhood of Forest Hills, Clark's best friend who lived next door to them was Peter Benjamin Parker who lived with his Uncle Ben and Aunt May Parker as his parents Richard and Mary Parker had die. Clark and Peter met because Clark's parents were close friends with Peter's Aunt and Uncle and they had many things in common and it is though Peter that Clark had meet his other best friend Harry Osborn who was the son of Norman and Emily Osborn as Peter and Harry had originally met because Peter's dad was a brilliant scientist who worked at Oscorp Industries the company which Harry's father owns.
(I figured since the Sentry doesn't exist in this Marvel Universe then any not use his and his wife names to be this Superman's parents names)
They also made other friends and they all attended Midtown High and as they grew up they saw the rise of many superheroes like Iron Man, Thor, The Hulk, Black Panther, Ant-Man, The Wasp, Hawkeye, Miss Marvel who later became Captain Marvel and many others and even the return of the legendary super soldier Captain America and together they formed a superhero team known as 'The Avengers Earth's Mightiest Heroes' and like pretty much everyone else Clark and his friends love them. However after a field trip to Oscorp Industries Peter began acting differently and then something horrible happened on one night where Peter's Uncle Ben was rob and killed which devastated everyone that knew him and Clark remembered the wise words that Ben Parker had not only told Peter but also told Clark as well and that was 'With great power comes great responsibility'.
Not long afterwards another new superhero appeared known as Spider-Man who J. Jonah Jameson the editor-in-chief of the Daily Bugle newspaper try to make out wasn't actually a superhero but instead he was an menace which Clark didn't believe any of it and when he told Peter who had gotten a job at the Daily Bugle to take pictures of Spider-Man which caused Peter to smile. Over the years many other superheroes and super villains appeared all over the world like the superhero team known as the Fantastic Four who were four astronauts are were exposed to cosmic rays during an outer space test flight and it granted them super powers with Dr. Reed Richards became Mr Fantastic, Pilot Ben Grimm became The Thing, Susan Storm became Invisible Woman and her brother Johnny Storm became the Human Torch.
Clark was extremely smart even smarter then Peter and Harry who were both considered to be geniuses as well and his friend's gave him the nickname of 'Brainiac' which he always hated it even more than he should which confused him as to why, over the years as he watch the news he was disgusted by how Mutants were treated by people as to him they were people sure they possess superpowers but so dose many other people for different reasons yet you don't seem them being hated for simply existing. He was excellently shock when it was revealed that Norman Osborn the man who always encourage Harry, Peter and Brandon to work hard was the villain known as the Green Goblin so he was there for Harry to help him like many of his other friends.
Both Clark and Peter attended Empire State University on a science scholarship, and after Clark graduated he was offered a job at the Baxter Building which was also home and headquarters for the Fantastic Four where he would be working under Reed Richards with many other people which was call the 'Think Tank' where they solve problems for Reed Richards when he was too busy with other projects.
Big event's continue to happen like the Avengers disbanded and not after that the Scarlet Witch used her magic powers to nearly erased the Mutant Race which also killed and the thing that confused and angered Clark was that she wasn't punished for it as he thought the Avengers stood for justice and yet they weren't punishing Scarlet Witch because she was simply a member of them which cause Clark to lose respect for the Avengers. All while Clark Kent simply watch from the side lines and while he wanted to do something to help he knew that he couldn't as he would probably just end up getting himself hurt or worse but like so many other people in the world he always dream of one day becoming a superhero.
However when Clark went his cousins wedding it was during the drive home that changed everything Clark knew, as in the dead of night a large truck that was carrying a shipment for Wilson Fisk who was known to many as 'The Kingpin of Crime' was driving behind Clark and the driver was becoming frustrated with Clark's safe driving, but then the man next to him who had a large square and known as Hammerhead had enough as he didn't want to be caught by any superheroes so he ordered the driver to smash into Clark's vehicle which caused what should have been a fatal accident expect it unknowingly caused something to awake.

This version of the Marvel Universe the event of 'House of M' where the Scarlet Witch used her powers and said those famous lines 'No More Mutants' has already happened which isn't to shocking since this story is going to take place after 'Avengers: Disassemble' and 'House of M' takes place not to long after that but before 'Civil War'
In the this story continuity 'Avengers: Disassemble' happened and then 'House of M' happen during the six months before 'The New Avengers' written by Brian Michael Bendis take place
Another change in Marvel's continuity is that Carol Danvers is already Captain Marvel as she was still Ms. Marvel during this time in the comics
