Flood
Once a year, the outskirts of Water Seven get flooded.
It's the Aqua Laguna.
It's part of everybody's life.
It's part of Pauly's life.
Once a year, they all rebuild because a flood destroys large parts of their home.
"I will turn the city into a ship so that the Aqua Laguna won't destroy anything anymore.", said Iceburg.
And Pauly wanted to laugh because the flood is part of his life, and he just can't imagine not rebuilding once every year.
But it's Iceburg, a former apprentice of Tom. And maybe Pauly will learn to live without a flood.
