So, the last chapter was supposed to come out a few days BEFORE the 1st anniversary of this fic being out. But considering I was busy editing another fic of mine ended up losing track of the number of days that had passed.

Or, in laments terms: I got lazy and transitioned focus to something else.

That being said… Gamer Of The Multiverse is now a year old. To be honest, I don't even know how that happened. I guess time slipped out of my fingers. That's the only way I can describe it. I got so sucked into writing that I just… never noticed how fast time flew by. So, thank you all for sticking with me for this long, and I hope you'll continue to stick with me until the bitter end!

Now, with all of that out of the way, let's jump into my response to reviews/comments!

[My Response to Reviews/Comments]

(Qoutev) TACO SENSEI: Yeah, Makaria jumped from the pan and straight into the fire. She avoided a bullet and then got taken out by a nuke instead. The world is cruel like that. Jolyne's luck is absurd, and it will only get more stupid as time goes on.

(Ao3) Mister_Caroline-Louis36: And thank you for reading!

(Ao3) Ashima: The Cryo Vision wasn't from Venit, though it did have a message attached from Venti because Venti is, as far as I'm concerned, the Strongest Archon due to them being one of the oldest, and with age comes power. It would only make sense if they knew about other worlds.

Weiss is A main character, but not the main character. That honour goes to Ruby Rose. She's the MC of the RWBY universe. Idk why you put "Jasper" in air quotes, but yeah, all three of them are beefing with one another, though it's more one-sided than anything else. RWBY does stand for something. R = Ruby Rose, W = Weiss Schnee, B = Blake Belladonna, and Y = Yang Xiao-Long.

Rantaro hasn't failed to stop her, he hasn't spoken to her yet so we'll see where this goes (hint: I already know 'cause I'm writing this). Kokichi and Sayaka are in different groups. Kokichi is with Roman and Cinder (the baddies) and Sayaka, Chinatsu, Nagisa, and Saichi have been captured by The White Fang.

Jolyne hasn't pissed anyone off. Most people are unaware of Jolyne's existence except Ozpin and his group of people, and they're hardly pissed off at her. The only one who could be pissed is Raven and (maybe) Qrow.

Salem is vibing atm, so nothing to worry about there.

Jamol does follow someone. That's a MAJOR spoiler though. Atm he's teamed up with Salem, though mostly because he finds it beneficial for him and him alone.

AidenJacksonSmithDSBB: Idk, bad timing I guess? Good luck with your exams!

(Guest) Reader 451: Hehehe, I might need to start doing that… Good ol' Game Of Thrones cast cut down. Not gonna lie, that'll probably happen sooner than you think. Remnant is a very, very dangerous world. Just because characters are strong does not make them unkillable. You have been warned. That aside, Daimen is most definitely laughing his ass off right now, and why wouldn't he be. And believe me, if you think it's been bad for Makaria and Jasper, it's only going to get worse. Only one of them is getting a happy ending.

Kolt999: Essentially what I meant about the no more limits, I mean that this world will go on until it's complete. For all I know that could be 90 chapters from now, or 180 chapters from now. All I know is that it will continue until It is finished with interludes scattered in between to break up the plot and to allow for times skips when needed. That's all I'm gonna say on that matter until it comes up.

As for Makaria and her relation to the Kuroinu universe, yeah, for her it would be a major shift. But, it seemed as if no matter what she ended up in a horribly fucked up situation as the very thing she didn't want to become. Someone's fuck stick. Luckily for her, that's gonna come to an end soon…

Also, she's a Necromancer. Need I say more? Of course, she's going to have limitations, but we'll get there when we get there. Also… you've mentioned him. *Sigh* well, if there's one thing that I can give that fucker credit for, it's being the person who made Gamer Fics as popular as they are.

Finally, expect more stuff to happen with Jasper's group now that we're leading into the first of potentially many interludes for this world. Like, fucking hell there is going to be a lot of interludes. Timeskips are gonna be necessary to make this a reasonably lengthed "arc".

Have a great day, Kolt!

Now, onto the chapter!

[Kokichi]

"You INCOMPETENT, MORONIC, IDIOTS! How the fuck can you screw up THIS BADLY!" A very, very pissed-off Roman Torchwick hollered at the group of workers he hired off Junior's back, causing a majority of them to flinch. To say Roman was made would've been an understatement and a half, and Cinder was not going to be happy…

Then again, Kokichi couldn't give less of a fuck what Cinder thought, but that was neither here nor there, now was it? Had she been there, then maybe Kokichi would care what she thought, but she wasn't, and therefore her opinion was invalid. If anyone said otherwise, then they would be factually wrong.

Moving along, this particular heist, according to the big man himself, had been in planning for a week. Blood, sweat, and tears were poured into this heist to make sure that it would go right. Every little facet and mishap that could've happened had been carefully planned for, and it should have, by all metrics, gone to plan.

But, because the world had its way of throwing curveballs at people, especially criminals, it didn't go according to plan. Because nothing ever really does for someone like Roman Torchwick.

"Little Red" as Roman had started to dub the mystery teen, popped up out of nowhere and started causing problems. She took down the goons that Roman hired with not only precise movements but incredible strength and dexterity to back them up. And that wasn't even mentioning how she was capable of taking the gunmen down by merely touching them.

Whatever power that mystery girl had, it was something that he knew he didn't want to go near with a ten-foot pole. If it could take down men who were supposedly physically stronger than him by her just grazing them, well… yeah, no, he wanted nothing to do with that. The only reason he had stepped in was so that Roman could make a clean getaway.

Kokichi had to admit thought that the girl was impressive. Very, very impressive. And yet, for all her power, she couldn't beat him. Most people probably couldn't. His Probability was too strong for that to happen. Or, at least, for people like Little Red and Roman anyway. He did not doubt in his mind for even a second that the likes of his sister or Jolyne could find some way to move around his Probability.

But the key phrase there was: People like his sister or Jolyne. Neither of which anyone else he had met as of yet has been. So, his dying or being captured was an absolute "Not Happening." It was why he had agreed to "join" Cinder's little posse. Because he knew that whatever happened to Cinder and her gaggle of idiots wouldn't matter to him in the slightest.

"How can you expect us to magically adjust to someone who can take a person down with a touch!"

"BY KEEPING YOUR FUCKING DISTANCE! YOU BROTHER'S DAMNED FOOL!"

Kokichi couldn't help but snicker to himself as he watched the trainwreck unfold. Roman was really laying it on them. Not that he could blame the kingpin. The idiots were just that. Idiots. Mindless henchmen that followed orders, but weren't good enough to actually complete them. He had a feeling Junior knew that and regardless of that still sent them Roman's way.

For all of Roman's "Master Planning," he never once considered that Junior would fuck him over that badly. Or at least that was what Kokichi saw. He wasn't bold enough to just start throwing accusations about all willy-nilly. Powerful he might be, but stupid he most certainly was not.

Roman spun around on his heel and glared up at Kokichi, who had been sitting on some crates all stacked up on a pyramid, grip on his cane tightening as the man snarled. "And what the fuck are you laughing about, pipsqueak? You have a part to play in this fuck up! Why didn't you enter the building when I gave you orders to? You ran off elsewhere!"

Kokichi smirked, reclining against the wall, hands on the back of his head as he spoke. "Well, Mr. Clockwork Orange, allow me to remind you that I don't work for you, I said I was tagging along. There's a very, very key difference there. I wasn't indebted to you nor do I have to listen to you. 'Sides, if it wasn't for me, you would probably be worse off. So cut the shit, fuckwad."

Roman, in what appeared to be a bout of fury so bad that it blinded him, whipped his cane—Melodic Cudgel—forward, the tiny little scope flicking up as he fired off a single round embued with Fire Dust. The resounding bang echoed throughout the room as the bullet hurdled toward Kokichi, and with the direction it was going, it looked to be aiming to hit him square in the chest. Kokichi, rather than ducking, merely caught the bullet, which either way should've caused it to blow up much as most fire dust rounds do.

However, Instead of the round going off like it was supposed to, it didn't. This was because Kokichi had defused it before it could ever go off. With a slight flex of his Probability, he was able to make the round a dud, which made the attempt on his life void. And while he could easily snap back with something of his own, Kokichi decided against it, opting for a smug grin instead.

Roman glared at him, lowering his cane as he muttered something under his breath. Probably something along the lines of "stupid brat" before storming off to go collect himself, but not before telling everyone else to "fuck off" which they did so gladly. Kokichi tossed the now dud Fire-Dust round to the side before standing up straight, cracking his back as he stretched, after which he yawned. "So, Waddya think, Minty. Was that a good enough show for you?"

A slight yelp from his left made Emerald deactivate her Semblance: Hallucinations. One of the many perks of Probability was that he always had it on by a very slim amount. And by doing that, he could will himself to be unable to be affected by simple mind tricks, one of those things being the kind of stuff that Emerald can do.

"How the hell did you know I was there?!" Emerald all but shouted as Kokichi rolled his eyes, glancing over at the woman with an unamused look in his eyes.

"Because, for one, I already told you that wouldn't work on me. Second of all, you really got to work on not giggling to yourself when you're trying to hide. I know Roman's temper tantrums are funny, but you're spying for Cinder right? At least have some tact, yeah?"Kokichi replied as Emerald sighed, shaking her head.

"Fair enough. But seriously though, you owned him. Cocky bastard really should've thoughts things through a little bit more, don't ya think?" Emerald commented as Kokichi jumped off the crates, landing in such a way that only his knees would hurt momentarily before he then approached her. The purple-haired teen shoved his hands into his pockets as he walked. Emerald turned to start walking as the two exited the hideout, which was a warehouse just a couple of hours away from the crime scene.

Cinder had been gracious enough to fly them back to the hideout. He distinctly remembered that when they entered the chopper she said that she was needed elsewhere, but once she had free time, Roman was going to be punished for his failure.

That had sent the man into a tizzy real quick. Although, not in front of Cinder. In fact, that temper tantrum just now was a product of the promise Cinder made. All in all, he was glad that he wasn't in Roman's shoes right about now. That would've been pure chaos.

Kokichi spared Emerald a glance, shrugging his shoulders. "Honestly? Everything would have gone to plan had that little goody-two-shoes not shown up out of the blue. Cinder really doesn't have an argument to make about punishing the mobster. Not unless she wants to look like a moron."

Emerald's eyes narrowed as she glared at him, her expression drawn into a slight sneer. She didn't like what Kokichi had said about Cinder, which intrigued the purple-haired troublemaker. "Are you doubting Cinder's judgement? And in front of her most loyal ally at that? Do you have a death wish?"

Kokichi scoffed, holding back a laugh as he snorted. "Oh, that's glorious! Me? Having a death wish? I mean, not today anyway. Though, I don't know why you're so pissy about me throwing my two cents out there. Calm your tits, Emerald, it ain't anything like that. I'm just wondering why she'd threaten someone for a singular mistake." Kokichi sighed, reigning in his laughter as Emerald continued to glare at the boy.

"It's not my job to question things. It's my job, and by extension, yours to fulfill your end of the job that she gave you. I'm surprised that she didn't rope you into whatever punishment she has planned for Roman. You both failed and yet she's not punishing you. I wonder why?" Emerald said, a cocky smirk taking up her visage. "Maybe she has something else planned for you."

Kokichi, once again, found himself scoffing. "Now, that's just petty and stupid. First of all, you guys know for a fact that even if she did have something planned, I wouldn't allow it to happen. I already told you what my powers do. I can manipulate Probability. Any kind of punishment Cinder could have planned for me would fail, and I know she's smart enough to know that wasting time trying to punish me is just that: wasting time."

"Cinder can be creative. Besides, Aura dries out eventually, once that's gone, you can't use your Semblance," Emerald pointed out as Kokichi frowned.

"Not a Semblance, it's Magic, dipshit. And also, I have an almost limitless supply of Mana, so I don't need to worry about shit," Kokichi stated matter-of-factly, making the lime green-haired woman frown. "Besides, you're changing the subject. All I'm saying is that perhaps Cinder isn't all that she's cracked up to be. I've only known her for what, a day or two? And all she's proven to me is that she's the kind of person who demands perfection. It's really making me question her leadership skills. And quite frankly? You should too."

The moment that fell out of his face, Emerald's expression twisted into one of pure rage. Though despite that, she didn't act on it. Kokichi sighed, glancing over to Emerald. There was a clear distinct hatred she had for anyone who questioned Cinder. It was actually kind of annoying, especially considering that it was the kind of loyalty he hated seeing in people the most.

It was the kind of loyalty that prevented one from seeing the blatant failures of their leaders. Not being able to tell the leader of a group that they're failing at doing something important was, in of itself, important. Because if that leader wasn't open to change or criticism then all that would do is cause problems not only for the leader but for those they led.

And, as it was becoming evident, Cinder was that kind of leader. The kind of leader that blamed everyone for her own mistakes rather than looking at the problem from her angle and trying to change something on her end.

It was the kind of leadership that got hundreds of people—the leader's people—killed that could've been easily prevented.

Kokichi hated those kinds of people.

"Look, I don't know shit about yous guys' relationship. But what I do know is that she's being completely irrational. She's mad, that much is obvious, but blaming Roman for something that wasn't even his fault, to begin with, is only going to cause whatever feeble partnership they've cobbled together to shatter into pieces."

"Cinder's not that impulsive. She's more methodical than that, she won't let Roman get away easily," Emerald replied, her stance as strong as steel. Kokichi knew it was a fruitless endeavour to make the girl see any kind of reason, but the fact of the matter remained that he believed she couldn't be that delusional, right? Unless this was some kind of puppy-dog love thing, she should clearly see how stupid Cinder was being, right?

"And yet, she's threatening the only competent and, more importantly, loyal mobster in Vale. I don't care how loyal you are, but if a single failure results in that kind of reaction—especially after a first job—If Cinder so much as raised a hand to me, that bitch would die faster than she could blink." Kokichi's expression became dark, as his words slowly began to be laced with venom so thick that it caused Emerald to flinch. "The only thing that would protect her is that stupid Aura of hers, and that breaks, just like everything else in the human body does."

"You're twisted, you know that?" Emerald quipped, discomfort clear on her visage as Kokichi snickered to himself. For a moment, he felt like his sister. He was more than aware of his cruel streak. Whenever he got pissed off or whenever he was talking to stupid people he'd get this little tick in the back of his mind. The kind you couldn't just ignore.

It had been with him ever since he was little. The number of people he had verbally abused was staggering, and he did not, for even a second, feel any kind of sympathy for it. Mostly because those dumbasses deserved his verbal lashings.

"Well, consider this, Emerald, if you failed Cinder, and it was your first job, do you believe you wouldn't be entitled to putting a dumb bitch in her place?" Kokichi asked as Emerald, once again, sneered. Though this time she said nothing, and simply walked ahead.

Kokichi frowned. What good was loyalty if one couldn't show loyalty by pointing out one's flaws? Moreover, what good was loyalty if the loyal person can't see the flaws in the person they are loyal to?

"Then that's not loyalty at all. That's unrequited love. Emerald has a thing for Cinder, but Cinder will never give her that love. Cinders using her… toying with her emotions and dragging her by the scruff of her hair into whatever kind of scheme that she has planned… and if there's one thing I hate more than two-timing traitors or goody-two-shoes… it's manipulative bastards."

But that was for later. Right now, he had things to do. Last he checked, Masaru was with Cinder because, and he quoted: The Fire Lady's cool, and she's nice to me. It was… very dumb. But if Masaru wanted to be around Cinder because she was cool, then who was he to say no? Chiaki and Gundham were with Mercury to go assassinate some poor fuck who backstabbed Cinder.

That left Kokichi with Emerald, and Emerald didn't like him. Especially after tonight. But, did he care? No, no he didn't.

If he cared, then why did he steal her wallet?

Kokichi looked down at the sleek metal slab and pulled out a card. On that card was a lot of money. Money that he was going to use to get some new clothes, fancy food, and weapon upgrades. Emerald has loaded with cash thanks to Cinder, and because Emerald was so loaded, she wouldn't mind sparing a few Lien for the penniless, right?

Don't get him wrong, his straight jacket was cool. But, he also needed something else to wear. Clean clothes were something he was going to need. He always wanted to know what he'd look like in a fashion designer purple suit.

"Now… where to find the nearest clothing store…?" Kokichi thought as he wandered off, whistling as he pocketed Emerald's wallet.

[Ruby/Lilith]

When Ruby woke up, she found herself in a much different place than she had been hours prior. It was a small room with a mattress, a bedside table, a glass of water, and small box TV on a stand. There was a window off to her left with the drapes closed, and that was just about it. The room was very, very basic and it smelt like cigar smoke.

Ruby's nose scrunched up with disgust as she sat up in the bed she was in. It was a shameless, small mattress with a single white cover and a few pillows. It was only big enough to fit one person, that person being her.

As she looked around her surroundings, noticed that there was a key on the bedside table. On that key was a tag that read: Room 305. Putting two and two together, she sighed. "Not kidnapped, just in a hotel. Good! Now… why am I in a hotel. Last place I remember being if only briefly, was a hospital…" Ruby thought as she rubbed her neck.

Her throat was very, very sore for some reason. She didn't know why. It wasn't like she had been screaming at anyone. Maybe it was because she inhaled smoke from the explosion.

The explosion….

"The Dust Store!" As soon as that thought came to her mind, she jumped up in the bed she was in, flipping the covers off of her body as she stood up. When she stood up, her legs felt wobbly, and it nearly caused her to fall flat on her face had it not been for her quick thinking. Grabbing onto the bedside table with a sturdy grip, she stopped herself from falling.

"What the…" That… had never happened before. Slowly, she sat back down, trying to recollect her thoughts. Every time she got past the memory at the hospital, the only thing she remembered was waking up in here. "But… that can't be right! Unless…."

"Unless it was me," Lilith Morningstar's voice echoed throughout Ruby's mind as she frowned. Of course, who else but her? But… that didn't explain what had happened. Lilith's voice turned into a snicker, and as soon as she laughed, Ruby's eyes dilated in fear.

"Lilith… what did you do?"

"I saved your life, Lil' Rose. That's what I did."

Ruby blinked, confusion blanketing her expression as she sat down, legs too weak to carry her out the door. It was only now that she realized she was wearing nothing but her bra and a pair of pink panties. She looked over to the corner and saw that her clothes were piled up in the corner. A knot formed in her stomach, and her eyes closed shut.

No. No, it wasn't her. She didn't do it, Lilith did. That meant that she was still fine. Sure, it was her body but she didn't do it.

She didn't kill those people that Lilith drained. That was Lilith, not her…

"Relax, Lil' Rose, no one died. I only took a little bit of their life force. And besides, you got paid a lot of Lien. Check your bank account, you'll see a lot of zeros."

Ruby, once again blinked. The idea of her being loaded on money wasn't exactly a bad thing, but it was what Lilith had said before that confused her. "What? But… those nightmares said that… that…."

"Inexperienced Succubi end up killing the first few people they drain, Lil' Rose. Not the literal Queen of Hell. I've been alive far longer than your planet's been around. I'm fairly certain I'm good at what I do. Oh, and sorry about the throat and legs. One of the guys was really into it."

"One… Lilith, how many people did you…"

"Fuck? At least a dozen. Your lucky your body absorbs semen, otherwise you'd be sticky for days. No amount of showering would get that funk out... But hey, perks of being a Cambion, right?"

Ruby wanted to curl up into a ball and cry, and in fact that was exactly what she did. She curled up into a ball on the bed, wrapping her arms around her legs as she buried her head in her knees, sobbing silently to herself as she lamented what just happened. Great, so not only had her body been violated, it had been violated a dozen times. She didn't want this, she really didn't. Now people would associate the name Ruby Rose with "Whore" instead of huntress, or huntress-in-training.

"Quit pouting, Ruby. You would've died if I hadn't intervened. I told you this over a dozen times now. If you don't partake, you'd die. Do you want that?"

"I don't want to lose my innocence!" Ruby snapped back. "That was the one thing that I can never, ever get back! And you took it from me!"

"It was either that, or you'd be a corpse. Nothing bad would've happened to me, I would've just gone back to Hell. But you would be gone. So get over yourself. Do you really think your mother would've been okay with you dying when it could've been so easily prevented?"

"Mom wouldn't have wanted me to be a whore!"

"Ah, but you aren't, Ruby. Did you really think I didn't shift your appearance, even in the slightest, before I went out and did what I did?"

Ruby dug her face out of her knees and sniffled. "W-What?"

"I lengthened your hair and turned it blond. As a Succubus, I could manipulate your appearance and shape it into something that more represented myself. Your eyes were already turned pink because I was taken over, so no one's going to know who it was who offered themselves up. I even went the extra mile and changed my form for each person I sapped energy from. No one thinks about you as a Whore, lil' Rose. You're safe from that kind of identity. I'm a Demon, but I'm not completely heartless."

Ruby untucked herself from the small ball she had become, as at that moment she felt slightly more vindicated. Granted, she didn't want something like this to happen, but deep in the back of her mind, she knew it was going to. However, the fact that her body hurt after she was… defiled, made the prospect of this turning into a pattern worse.

"I… I don't like this, Lilith…"

"I know you don't, Lil' Rose, but you also have to remember what you are now. If you don't do this, you will die. The amount of semen your body absorbed will only be enough to last you a month before you'll have to go on another spree again. If you want, I can be the one to do that so you don't have to witness it. But, and I cannot stress this enough, you cannot be skittish about this sort of thing. This is your life now, and there will come a time when I cannot do it for you. You'll have to do it yourself. And when that time comes, I want you to take it with a sense of pride."

Ruby scoffed, crossing her arms over her chest as she frowned. "There's nothing prideful in being used like that…" Ruby mumbled, crossing her legs. Her muscles twitched as she groaned. It hurt to even do that. If she was going to feel pain every time she had to do… that then it was yet another deterrent. "Hey… Lilith, does it always hurt after… you know…?"

"Well, it's like working out. The more your muscles are used to being damaged and stretched like that, the less painful it will become. One day, there won't be any pain at all. Most Succubi don't go a day without fucking so they can get used to the pain; knowing you though, you'll be stubborn about it till the bitter end."

And Lilith was right. She was going to be stubborn about it, because she never wanted to be a Succubus, Cambion, or whatever the hell she was now, to begin with! All she wanted to be was a huntress! Nothing more and nothing less! Well, that wasn't true. She also wanted to be a hero, but how could she be a hero if she was forced to… do that stuff every day! There would be no time for heroism or huntress activities!

That wasn't even considering the fact that she was a minor. By the laws of Vale, it was illegal for a minor and an adult to… well, to do erotic activities together. And yet, with her new existence being what she was now, she was actively spitting in the face of the lawmakers.

"Ruby…. I know you didn't want this. I didn't either. But we're stuck together, and so we have to make something work. If you don't want to do the sexual stuff, I'll do it. But as I said—"

"There will come a time when you won't be able to. I know. I'll be all on my own, but… when?"

"Well, you're 15 right now, right? So… 3 years from now. An elder Succubus is usually paired with a newbie until they turn 18 when you'll drop the Cambion title and become a full-fledged Demon. By then, you won't be subjugated to limits and timers. So for 3 years, it'll be you and me against the world. Hows about that?"

Ruby wanted to smile, but she couldn't. That being said, she wasn't entirely against that little proposal. As long as she didn't have to deal with going through that… then so be it.

"Alright. Now… is there anything else I need to know before you go silent?"

"Yes, and this is very, very important. Because you're a Succubus, and since you've now partaken, your body will begin to emit this kind of… signal. It will make every female and male attracted to you, barring family members of blood relation. I've tweaked it so that Yang-Xiao Long, Qrow Branwen, and Raven Branwen won't be affected by it since they are your family, but aside from that, everyone else is free game."

"W-Would… Does Ozpin count in that list? And the teachers at the school… I don't that to happen…"

"Fine, I'll add them to the list. I already know their names so you won't have to worry about anything like that. Teacher and Student relationships are always the hottest and steamiest. At least, here in Hell. But I guess you mortals are too moralistic. Most people like it for the Drama, but I guess you're a Puritan."

"No! I just don't want them to get in trouble!"

"Ah, so you like older men, then?"

"NO!"

Lilith laughed at Ruby's expense, making the silver-eyed warrior blush in embarrassment. Lilith was a jerk, which was to be expected seeing as she was a Demon. And Demons were never said to be the nicest of people.

"I'm just teasing you, Lil' Rose. Oh! You know what, one of these days I'll send my Daughter up to the human realm. She's always wanted to interact with humans, and you seem nice enough. I think you two would get along."

Ruby blinked, confusion blanketing her as she raised an eyebrow. "You… have a daughter?"

"Why yes! Her name is Charlotte, though she likes to be called Charlie, Charlie "Magne" Morningstar. You know what? How about Tomorrow? Besides, she needs to step away from that stupid hotel of hers…"

Ruby sighed. That didn't sound like a bad idea but at the same time… "Are you sure? I mean, she's the Princess of hell, right? She has to have some responsibility, right?"

Lilith snorted. "Responsibility? In Hell? Now that's funny. Though my Husband has a lot of work on his plate, Charlotte and I don't namely because my hubby doesn't want us to be stressed. And while she complains about it, at least she has a life outside of royal work."

Ruby hummed, looking over to the pile of clothes in the corner. It was the middle of the afternoon, at least according to the clock on the bedside table. Her father and sister were probably looking for her, and the longer she stayed here, the worse the verbal lashing was going to be. And so, Ruby got dressed in the outfit she had in the corner. It was… different. Namely, because it wasn't her clothing. It was a different outfit.

The outfit consisted of a black crop top with a single strap, a pair of tight-fitting cheetah print yoga pants, and… a giant pink feather coat. If Ruby were to be honest it looked a little tacky. Although, it did bring out her silver eyes a little bit more, and it made the pants a little less tacky. "Why did you get this? And how did you pay for it?"

"Ruby, you're a millionaire now. Sex work pays, girly. Especially when you target businessmen who are from Atlas."

Ruby wanted to yelp in shock, but she decided against it. There was no way she was a millionaire, that was a bunch of nonsense! At least, that was what she thought when she tapped her pockets. Her scroll was in there, which… she didn't know why. Maybe Lilith was able to get it back from the Hospital Staff. And when she grabbed it out of her pocket, opened it, unlocked it and looked into her bank account, she fell on her ass with wide eyes.

Ruby Rose Bank Account: 1,523,690.08 Lien

Ruby squealed. She was rich! She had over a million Lien in her bank account! Granted it was dirty money—really dirty money, but to heck with that! She was a millionaire! She could buy Yang that new engine she wanted for her bike! She could get her Dad that tool set he wanted! And, best of all, she could get that super cool cookie she had been eyeing for weeks now! The one with strawberries in it! She was drooling just thinking about it!

And that wasn't all! She could get an extended magazine for her Crescent Rose! She could get an x50 scope instead of her x32! She could get a sharper blade for its scythe form! She could do so much with that much money!

However, there was also the fact that she had to sell her body to get that much money. Well, Lilith did that, but still. Chances were that the amount of money she was given was hush money. Especially if the people that Lilith prayed upon were wealthy Atlas elites.

Was it really worth all of that money? Well and truly? Was selling herself worth all of that?

After the initial shock of having oodles of cash subsided, she was left with a moral dilemma. She wanted to be a huntress more than anything. She wanted to save people and kill Grimm and take down baddies. But as a huntress in training, she wasn't getting paid money. She was living off of the school's kindness.

"Maybe… I can do this kind of stuff on the side. Lilith, would you okay with that?"

"Honey, I was made to do this kind of stuff. Do you even have to ask?"

Ruby sighed. She should've expected that.

And then she had a startling realization.

How was she going to explain to her sister and her father that she now had over a million Lien? Because yesterday she was poorer than a dirt sac. She was also in the hospital. And now she was wearing flashy clothing and was absolutely loaded with cash. Not to mention…

It was visible.

Ruby looked down and saw the tattoo that branded her as a Succubus. It glowed a violet shade as it radiated with power. The amount of magic that was sealed within it would come flooding out at her command. It was what gave her the ability to wield soul fire. All at the cost of her having to use her body to… well, to drain people of their lifeforce via… bodily fluids.

She shivered. No matter how much money she made, Ruby would never get over that. Ever. Not in a million years.

Suddenly, there was a knock on the door. She froze as the door was pried open. And standing there was her sister. Her blonde hair was a mess most likely from copious amounts of stress, her purple eyes narrowed in on her flashing red and purple which told Ruby just exactly how furious she was with her, and a small frown marred her visage.

In other words… Yang was pissed off.

"Ruby! Where the hell have you—hey, what's the coat?" Yang said, seemingly calming down for all five seconds when she looked her up and down. And it was at that moment when Yang's eyes widened upon seeing… it.

"What. Is. That." Yang bit out, pointing directly at itas Ruby fumbled with her words. Brother Gods, why did she have to show up now?! Better yet, why did Yang have to show up at all!? Now she had to spill the beans!

"Uh… so, uh… um…" Ruby continued to fumble with her words as Yang got dangerously close. To the point where she could feel the blonde's angered breaths on her face. "Look, uh… okay, do you remember that, uh… coin?"

"Yes. But I have no fucking clue why that has anything to do with the tattoo! You know that's illegal, Rubes! What the fuck were you thinking!" Yang berated, fury in her eyes as Ruby shrunk. Oh, great, she'd done it now. How the heck was she supposed to explain her way out of this?

"Is she bothering you, Lil' Rose?"

"Whatever you're thinking, stop it."

"But I can help! C'mon, trust me. I can handle myself!"

"Just… don't hurt her."

And it was at that moment that Lilith took over control of Ruby's body. Her eyes flashed a bright pink, and it caused Yang to back away, if only slightly. The tattoo flared slightly, as it grew in size by a few inches. Her arms became slightly bulkier, and all of her "features" grew just a tad bit to look more appealing to the human eye.

Then, came the leathery wings. They popped out of Ruby's back so effortlessly that it was almost as if they had always been a part of her. Black markings that looked like vines travelled up the sides of her body, stopping just at her shoulders. Her fingers sharpened like claws, and it was at that point that Lilith Morningstar took full control over Ruby Rose's body.

"R-Ruby…. W-what… what the f-fuck was—"

"Not Ruby, Ms. Xiao-Long. You may address me as Lilith. Lilith Morningstar. Your sisters, Alter Ego. I would have loved to introduce myself to you a little earlier, but… Ruby wasn't exactly all too keen on introducing me to the family. As far as she was concerned, I was a mistake," Lilith said, her tone of voice a tad more sultry as Yang cringed.

"U-Uh… okay, cut the gag, Rubes, this isn't funny," Yang said, laughing awkwardly as Lilith smirked.

"Oh, I assure you, this isn't a gag, Ms. Xiao-Long," Lilith said, a hint of finality in her voice as Yang flinched. "You stressed Lil' Rose out, and she asked me for help. Perhaps you should reign in that temper a little bit. If it weren't for me, Lil' Rose would be… what's the word… dead I believe the word is. Yes, precisely that," Lilith replied as Yang blinked, her face draining of colour as she recoiled.

"W-What—"

"Now, now I know you have a lot of questions," Lilith interrupted. "But unfortunately for you, I won't be answering them. Ruby would like to keep this under wraps as much as possible. But, the coin that Ruby picked up and subsequently broke is to blame for this little… development. Knowing that I ask that you keep your distance and don't ask questions. I'm sure you two shall meet again at Beacon. Oh, and tell that oaf of a father that we are alright. Buh-bye!"

A veil of darkness wrapped around Lilith as Yang called out for Ruby. Unfortunately for the older sister, they had already been whisked away to the far ends of Vale, around about two and a half miles away from the hotel.

Hellish Veil was quite the transport spell, and it was quite effective. It could transport the user far, far away with a single thought, so long as it is 3 miles away from their current location. All one had to think about was the direction, and they'd be transported. There was no need for innate knowledge of the location, which made it a million times better for Lilith.

Ruby took over her body. Her eyes returned to normal, the wings disappeared back into her body, and the exaggerated features that had been… resized returned to normal. The confusion and daze went away rather quickly as Ruby narrowed her eyes.

They were in the middle of what appeared to be an abandoned building. Just how Lilith had transported them here she didn't know, but what she did know was that Lilith had lied to Yang, and she wasn't all too happy about it.

"What did you do? Why did you lie to Yang?!"

"I didn't lie to her, Lil' Rose. I merely told her a half-truth. You will see each other back at Beacon. Besides, I believe it's time that we get to know your Demonic Abilities a little more. You're not strong enough to wield all of them, but you can wield two of them. Soul Flame, and another one. Not the one I used, mainly because that is my special ability. Just like you have your Petal Burst, Hellish Veil can be considered my "Semblance" if you wish."

"You're dodging the question! Why did you lie? You have no idea that we'll actually see one another! And Dad's a professional Hunter! He'll come looking for us!"

"That's never stopped me before, Lil' Rose. Now hush! I want to introduce you to something. Now, take out Crescent Rose. We train, now. This ability is difficult to learn, but easy to master. Are you ready?"

Ruby frowned. Lilith was pushing past the subject, and if there was something that Ruby learned about Lilith, it was that if she didn't want to talk about something then she would keep dodging the topic, or go silent. There was never an in-between.

The ravenette sighed, searching her body for her weapon. When she couldn't find it, Ruby began to panic. "W-Where is it?! Where is she!?"

"Oh! Right, I should've said this when you first woke up. Okay, so, I want you to place your hand on the insignia that brands you one of my kind."

Ruby, albeit reluctantly, did just that. Her hand eclipsed the marking. It began to emit heat, hot enough to scald someone, and yet Ruby didn't so much as a flinch. That was one of the many boosts she had with being a Cambian. She could ignore the heat. As strange of an ability as it was, it was hers. Although Aura already did that, this was twice as effective, as it never went away. Not even when her Aura was broken. And from what she knew there was no real limit to it.

"Okay, now what?" Ruby asked, nervousness flooding her system as Lilith spoke up.

"Okay. Now, I want you to mimic as if you're grasping at something. When you do that, start pulling."

And that was what Ruby did. She pretended to grasp onto something, and as soon as she did, the tattoo began to glow the same light that it did when Lilith began to change her body upon it being taken over. Ruby's eyes widened with shock as she began to pull, and lo-and-behold, Crescent Rose, in its folded-up form, came out of it as if it was being summoned.

Once she was done, the weapon was in her hands, as if nothing had changed. "W-What! H-How is that possible?!"

"The Insignia allows you to store one thing that you hold dear to you. And, in your case, your Crescent Rose is just that. It's the thing that you deem to be the most important to you. Of course, outside of your family, that is. But that is all it is. It's a place to hold your weapon. If you try to put anything else in there, it simply will not enter."

Ruby nodded absently, staring down at Crescent Rose with a hint of a smile on her face. That was not only something that she hadn't seen coming but also very, very interesting! She now had a place to keep Crescent Rose not only safe but somewhere that no one could ever get at it! It was unable to be stolen from her!

Although, that was when an idea came over her. One that she didn't quite like. "Uh… does the tattoo need to be uncovered for me to… retrieve it?"

"Yes, yes it does. So unfortunately for you, You'll have to wear the symbol with pride if you want to summon your Crescent Rose. Because once you no longer need it, it will return to where it was summoned from."

As if to prove a point, Crescent Rose disappeared in a flash of violet light. Ruby's eyes widened at the display, and at the same time, she puffed her cheeks out in annoyance. Ruby sighed, plopping down on the floor with an annoyed expression on her face, her pink feather coat flapping behind her as she did.

Pink. She didn't like the colour pink. But at the same time, this coat was really, really comfy. "Where did you buy this, Lilith?"

"Alburns Fashion. It's just an hour from here. Do you want to get a red version of this?"

"Yes. It fits my red and black theme. Besides, this makes me look… uh, what's the word?"

"Gay?"

"No! And besides, that shouldn't matter!"

"Oh, so you like girls then?"

"I-I—does that even matter?! And besides… I… I don't know," Ruby lamented, frowning at Lilith's antics. "But that doesn't matter! That's not what this is about! Now, what did you want to show me?" Ruby asked as Lilith muttered a curse.

"Shit. Right, okay. Take out, Crescent Rose. It's time I start teaching you how to use one of our kind's strongest abilities. Well, for the newbies, anyway. It's time I teach you how to use…. Black Flames."
