Author's Note: We're back. Now, before we begin, I have an announcement to make. In my last chapter, I announced that I would be doing a rotation of updates with this and the other Marvel/Disney Show crossovers. However, it has been pointed out to me that it would take too long, and after going through it once, I agree. So I am revoking the rotation and decided to update these chapters whenever. After all, I don't want to wait another month to work on this.

I'd also like to address a certain question I keep seeing in my comments. People keep talking about Iron Man: Armored Adventures simply because I am using a teenage Tony Stark here. I want everyone to understand that this has nothing to do with Armored Adventures. I just need Tony Stark to be in the same age group as the other heroes. It's just a coincidence. That's it.

I hope everything is clear and I hope you all enjoy this chapter. Any and all comments are welcome.

Hiro paced in a circle beside the car at a hurried state while being watched by Baymax. Tony on the other hand leaned on the car in deep thought.

"Hiro, my scans indicate that you are under a lot of stress." Baymax said.

"You don't need scans to indicate that, Stay Puft." Tony said.

That's when the door to the police station opened. Happy Hogan walked out nervously scratching his head. Hiro stopped pacing and Tony stood up straight heading to him.

"Well?" Hiro asked. "Did you tell them?"

"Yeah, kid." Happy answered. "I told them everything. The warehouse. Your microbots. The guy in the mask."

"And?" Tony asked.

"…They asked me if I also saw hippos doing ballet." Happy admitted.

Hiro groaned. "Seriously?"

"Hey! I tried! But they didn't believe me! I can't believe it myself, and I was there! I don't know what it was that I saw!"

"I'll tell you what we saw." Hiro said. "Some guy in a kabuki mask is building up an entire swarm of microbots. I don't know why, but I know that it's bad."

"And he's also using my miniature arc reactor, so that's five times as bad." Tony added.

"Okay, Tony, let me have it." Hiro said. "How much damage could that guy do with your arc reactor?"

"Well, your neural transmitter alone can only control microbots at a small radius. A building or even a city block. But if it's hooked up to my arc reactor, he could have enough power to control microbots all over San Fransokyo at once."

"This is crazy." Happy said. "Why would anyone want that much power?"

"I don't know." Tony said. "Something's not adding up."

Suddenly, they heard something hit the car. The three of them looked over and saw Baymax slumping over the car. He struggled to get up sluggishly.

"Baymax, what's wrong?" Hiro asked.

"Loooooow… batteryyyy. Hello, my name is health care, your personal Baymax companion."

Hiro sighed. "His power's low. I'll have to hook him up at Tadashi's recharge station at home."

"All right." Tony said. "You take care of that. And when you're ready to talk some more, come to my place. 10880 San Fransokyo Point."

After finishing Baymax's recharge, Hiro took him to the address Tony gave him. Hiro rode his bike all the way to the top of the cliff over the city where a mansion was perched. Hiro took a second to admire it before ringing the doorbell. Much to his surprise, the door opened up on its own. He carefully stepped inside with Baymax following him.

"Uh, hello?" Hiro called out.

"Hello."

Hiro yelled out in surprise hearing the British voice. He looked, but he couldn't see the person who said that.

"Who said that?"

"I did. I am JARVIS, Mr. Stark's digital assistant."

"Are you a robot?" Baymax asked.

"Not exactly. I am an artificial intelligence designated to help aid and support Mr. Stark while also giving my own personal comments on his actions."

"I was designated to be a personal healthcare companion." Baymax returned.

"Charming."

"Right. So, JARVIS, where is Tony? I gotta talk to him."

"Mr. Stark is in his lab. Just take the stairs at the end of the hallway."

Hiro heeded the voice's advice and followed the direction. He and Baymax headed down the stairs and entered a large workshop with lab equipment cluttering the counter. At the center of the lab was a table with a robot arm moving at the top. At its base was a note that was labeled, "Dum-E and U".

Hiro continued looking around the lab until he caught sight of sparks flying. He kept his eyes on Tony who was using a welding torch on something hidden under a white cape.

"Tony!" Hiro called out with no answer. "Tony! …Tony!"

The third time, Tony heard something. He stopped the welding torch to turn and greet his visitor. "Oh. Hey, Hiro. When did you get here?"

"Just now." Hiro said. "What are you doing? And where's Happy?"

"I sent him home. The guy deserves a break after what he's been through."

"Tony, I notice you are holding a welding torch." Baymax said. "That is a dangerous tool to use. You could really hurt yourself."

"Don't fret, buttercup. I mastered and modded this thing when I was five. Besides, I'll need it to make this."

Tony grabbed the tarp and pulled it off revealing what he has been working on. Hiro stared in amazement seeing the gigantic suit of metal armor. It was mainly made of gray metal, but it was clearly armed.

"What is that?" Hiro asked.

"This is my secret weapon against the masked man." Tony answered. "My dad initially made it for disaster relief. You know, like a collapsing building or evacuation in a hurricane. But with my modifications, it's battle ready. It comes with super strength, bulletproof durability, rocket boosters for limited flight, flamethrowers, missiles, and an air freshener on the inside. Yokai isn't going to know what hit him."

"Yokai?" Hiro asked.

"Yeah. That's my name for him." Tony said. "You know, because his mask makes him look like a yokai."

Brushing off the nickname, Hiro went back to admiring the armor. "This is amazing! With this, we can definitely stop this guy."

"We?" Tony asked. "No, no, no. Not we. Just me. This suit only fits one."

"Tony, I have to be there." Hiro said.

"Apprehending the one you called 'Yokai' will help Hiro cope better with his emotions." Baymax said.

"And what will you two contribute to this fight?" Tony asked. "Baymax has the muscle mass of a marshmallow, and that's even more than you've got, Hiro."

"Then help me upgrade Baymax." Hiro said. "Look, you built this suit. You can build another one. And while you're doing that, I can program some self-defense techniques into Baymax so he can fight. Come on, Yokai's the one who started the fire that killed your dad and my brother. I have as much at stake in this as you do."

"Sorry, kid. Too dangerous." Tony said.

Hiro scowled, but then got an idea. He smiled smugly and reached into his pocket. "Well, I suppose you're right. After all, you got the weapon to stop Yokai. And you know where he is, right?"

Tony paused to think before turning his full attention at Hiro. "Whatchu talkin' 'bout, Hiro?"

"Well, obviously, after we found his little mircrobot factory warehouse, Yokai is going to need to relocate, right? But that's not an issue for you, right. I mean, can you track him." Tony didn't give an answer to that. "I thought so. Luckily, I can." From his pocket, he pulled out a small microbot which twitched in one direction.

"Is that…"

"The microbot I kept. It's connected to Yokai's neurocranial transmitter, just like all the others. So all one would do is go in the general direction this microbot is trying to get to, and you'll find the transmitter." Tony tried to reach for it, but Hiro closed his fist to secure it. "Nah, ah, ah. You've got the means to fight Yokai. I've got the means to find him. So we work together."

Tony sighed. "Extortion, huh? I respect your cunning, but I also hate you for it. Fine, I'll build a suit. You can work on your robot's programming at the computer that way." He pointed at the computer desk to his left.

"Yes! Let's get to work!"

It took a few hours, but Tony managed to build a green armor which he equipped around Baymax's body. At the same time, Hiro programmed a lot of martial arts data on a computer chip. When he was done, he slipped the chip into Baymax's slots right next to the healthcare chip that Tadashi made.

"I fail to see how karate makes me a better healthcare companion." Baymax said.

"Look, obviously Hiro is going to chase after Yokai to get some closure." Tony said. "When he does, it'll be up to you to protect him."

"Exactly." Hiro said. "Now, punch this." He held up a wooden plank which Baymax punched through without any effort at all.

BASH!

"Nice." Tony complimented. "Now, hammer fist!"

BREAK!

"Side kick!" Hiro commanded at his turn.

CRASH!

"Knife hand!"

CRACK!

"GUMMY BEARS!"

Baymax just went to a vending machine to get a bag of Gummy Bears. He got it which he then gave to Hiro and Tony.

"Great. Fist bump." Hiro said holding out his fist.

"Fist bump is not in my fighting database." Baymax said.

"It's not for fighting, balloon boy." Tony said. "It's a friendly expression. People do that when they're excited."

"Here. Let me help you." Hiro said pulling Baymax's fist up and tapped it with his own. He then imitated an explosion with it. "Peeeew."

Baymax interpreted it differently and waved his fingers around. "Ba-da-la-la-la-la."

"Well, fist bump knowledge aside," Tony said, "I think we're ready now."

Hiro took point when it came to finding Yokai. With his little container in hand with the microbot inside, he went toward the same general direction it was shifting toward. Tony and Baymax followed in their respective suits.

Hiro carelessly followed until Baymax grabbed him by his hoodie. He just saved Hiro from plummeting off the edge of the docks.

"Always wait one hour after eating to go swimming."

"Is he programmed to always give tips meant for kindergarteners?" Tony asked.

Suddenly, the microbot popped out. It slipped out of its lid and flew across the harbor into the dark fog beyond. Shortly after, a figure slowly made its way out of the cloud. Hiro, Tony, and Baymax ducked for cover as soon as they recognized Yokai. Further spying had the three of them witness Yokai using pillars of microbots not just to bring himself to the docks, but a large, mechanical arch too. The thing Hiro noticed the most was the white circle with a red bird imprinted on it.

"We've still got the element of surprise." Tony said. "Now might be the time to take him down."

"Right." Hiro said. "Baymax, time to use those upgrades." Baymax raised his karate hands ready to fight. But then, a bright light stopped the three from getting any closer.

A car shined its headlights right at them as it pulled toward them. Four people then walked out. Hiro and Tony recognized them as Tadashi's classmates: Gogo, Wasabi, Honey Lemon, and Fred.

"No!" Hiro gasped silently. "Guys, get out of here!"

"Dude, what are you doing out here?" Wasabi asked.

"Nothing." Hiro lied. "Just out for a walk."

"Is that Baymax?" Wasabi asked.

"Why is he wearing carbon fiber underpants?" Gogo asked.

"I also know karate." Baymax said.

"Hey, it's the best I could do on short notice." Tony said.

"Whoa! Tony?" Honey Lemon asked.

"Dude, that's cool." Fred said. "What's with the steampunk armor?"

"Oh. Uh… Auditioning for the part of the Little Engine that Could?

"Look, you guys have to go." Hiro said.

"We're here for you, Hiro." Honey Lemon said. "That's why Baymax contacted us?"

"He did what?" Tony asked.

"Oh… right." Hiro said. "Before meeting you at your penthouse, I told Baymax about Tadashi, and he immediately called these guys."

"Yeah. Do you know how hard it was to track you all over this city?" Wasabi asked.

Tony turned to Baymax. "Why did you call them?"

"Those who suffer a loss require support from friends and loved ones. Who would like to share their feelings first?"

"Ooh! I'll go. Okay. My name is Fred, and it has been 30 days since my last… HOLY MOTHER OF MEGAZON!"

Fred pointed up at Yokai who hovered above the group. He used the microbots to pick up a metal crate and threw it. Wasabi screamed, but thankfully, Tony and Baymax caught it just in time. They set the crate down and jumped up to engage with Yokai. While they did, the other students grabbed Hiro and pulled him over to the car.

"Fill your hands, you son of a…" Tony shouted as he leaped up toward Yokai. He was about to fire his missiles and flamethrowers, but he was quickly snatched by the microbots and his torso was forced open by them. "Nope! Nope, nope!" Tony frantically ran out back into Baymax's arms. That was right when Yokai shot a blast of microbots at Baymax tossing him to the top of the students' car.

"Oh, no."

"What happened?" Hiro asked.

"Let's just say I'm glad the suit was a prototype." Tony said as he climbed in. "He's too powerful. Punch it!"

Wasabi complied and quickly drove out of the docks. Yokai gave chase with his wave of microbots.

"Hiro, Stark, explanation! Now!" Gogo demanded.

"That guy stole Hiro's microbots and my arc reactor!" Tony said. "He's the one who started the fire! But we don't know who he is!"

The chase lead them all the way into the city of San Fransokyo. Wasabi gave some sharp turns, but Yokai never lost track of them. He continued his pursuit of the car.

Looking at Yokai, Fred squinted his eyes. "That mask. The black suit. We're under attack from a supervillain, people! I mean, how cool is that? I mean, it's scary, obviously. But how cool!"

Wasabi suddenly hit his brakes. The car came to a complete stop at an intersection.

"Hey, big guy, why'd you stop?" Tony asked.

"The light's red!" Wasabi said pointing at the traffic light.

"What are you, a driving inspector?" Tony asked. "Just drive!"

At that moment, the light turned green and Wasabi continued his full-speed drive. Unfortunately, Yokai was still after them.

"Why is he trying to kill us?" Wasabi asked.

"It's classic villain!" Fred explained. "We've seen too much!"

"Let's not jump to conclusions." Honey Lemon said. "We don't know he's trying to kill us." She was proven wrong when she saw Yokai using the microbots to throw a car at them. Thankfully, it missed. "HE'S TRYING TO KILL US!"

"This guy's good!" Tony said. "It's like he knows where we're going to turn before we do it!"

Gogo noticed a flashing light and growled. "I know why! WASABI, DID YOU JUST TURN YOUR BLINKER ON?"

"YOU HAVE TO INDICATE YOUR TURN! IT'S THE LAW!"

"That's it!" Gogo said taking out her gum and putting it on the dashboard. She quickly adjusted Wasabi's seat sending him backwards while she took his place. With her in charge, the car moved much faster and rougher. It got so rough, that one of the doors popped off and Hiro almost fell out. Thankfully, Baymax saved him, put him back in the seat, and buckled him up.

"Seatbelts. Save lives. Buckle up every time."

Gogo drove right into a train crossing. She barely made it before they collided with the upcoming train. After driving through, there was no sign of Yokai or his microbots.

"Did we lose him?" Honey Lemon asked.

"LOOK OUT!" Wasabi answered right when a wall of microbots stood in their way. Instead of driving away, they were being led to where he wanted. It was like driving through a tunnel that quickly began to close. They managed to shoot out, but before they could celebrate, they found out they drove off the docks and crashed the car into the harbor.

After crashing the car, Yokai surfed away from the docks. In the meantime, Baymax removed his body armor and scooped everyone out of the car. He floated his way back up to the surface. Everyone coughed feeling the oxygen returning to their lungs.

"Thanks, Baymax." Tony said. "Remind me to not roast you with chocolate and make smores."

"Your injuries require my attention and your body temperatures are low." Baymax said.

"We should get out of here." Hiro said.

An idea lit up in Fred's head. "I know a place."
