Now that our heroes are lost and the worlds are on the brink of ruin what better time for Alphamon to appear.

Everyone stared at the legendary 13th Royal Knight. "No way…" Arata murmured.

"What is that?" Knuckles asked. "A Digimon?"

"Not just any Digimon!" Keisuke gasped.

"That's the Digimon that Kyoko transformed into!" Tails replied.

"Kyoko? Takumi's mentor?" Amy asked.

Mirei simply smirked. "Well look who decided to join us."

"Mirei. It's been a while."

"Alphamon… You're okay!" Rapidmon Armor gasped.

"I though Crusadermon trapped you in the space between dimensions!" Rosemon Burst Mode exclaimed.

"I was trying to investigate where the Eaters were transmitting too when the gate I created was sealed behind me. I was trapped for some time until the wall between realities was damaged allowing me to escape into EDEN. However, I couldn't return to the Digital World, nor could I act outside of EDEN without a physical body. So, I came into contact with someone who I know from past experience I can merge with."

"Kyoko…" Yuuko gasped. "But you said last time you said you could only do that because her Mental Data was removed by an Eater."

"She must have merged with Kyoko's Mental Data." Mirei said.

"Like Erika and Wormmon…" Keisuke muttered.

"Correct." Alphamon replied. "I became Kyoko Kuremi. And she became me. I suppose it was our destiny to be two sides of the same coin."

"Unreal…" PileVolcamon murmured.

"Ha…" Arata faintly smiled. "I'd be a lot happier to see both of you, but…" He frowned looking at Takumi who laid on the ground. "The guy who would be the happiest to see you is…"

Alphamon looked at him. "Takumi…"

"I'm so sorry Kyoko…" Yuuko said sadly. "By the time we knew what was going on, we…"

Keisuke gritted his teeth. "It's all my fault… I tried to stop him but… I wasn't strong enough…"

"Will you stop feeling sorry for yourself?"

Everyone gasped and looked up. Someone was descending towards them. A humanoid with blue hair and butterfly wings. "Who's that?" Arata asked.

"Oh, there you are." TyrantKabuterimon grinned.

"No way…" Tails gasped. "We saw this in Keisuke's memories…"

"What?" Amy blinked.

Keisuke was in stunned silence as the girl's feet touched the ground in front of him. He slowly stepped towards her. "Eri…ka…?"

"Hey, Keisuke."

Everyone watched. "Erika…?" Nokia asked. "Yuuko, isn't this…?"

"Ryuji Mishima's younger sister…" Yuuko replied. "This is… Hudiemon?"

"Erika…" Tears formed in Keisuke's eyes. "Is that really you?"

The Digimon giggled. "You haven't changed Keisuke. Still so uncertain."

Keisuke grabbed Hudiemon's hands and dropped to his knees. "Erika!" Keisuke cried. "You're here! I… I really did… get to see you again!"

"Of course, you do you dolt. I said as much, didn't I?"

"Erika!"

"H-hey, quit crying would you, you're making us both look bad here!" Hudiemon flustery replied.

"How… how did you get here?!" Craniamon asked.

"Uh, hello?" Hudiemon pointed up. "The Digital World is right there. After Mirei ran off with three of my teammates this happened so I decided to see for myself what was going on and flew into that hole in the sky."

"Even though the rift is heavily unstable?" Mirei asked. "Unlike Alphamon, you're no Royal Knight. And I thought Takumi was reckless."

"Hey, you can't be a hacker if you're afraid of a few risks."

"I… I missed you so much…" Keisuke sobbed.

"Ha… I…" Hudiemron crouched down and leaned her forehead against Keisuke's. "I missed you too Keisuke." Sage smiled warmly at them. "Not a day went by without me hoping for this moment to come…" The two of them embraced and took a moment to take in this miracle.

"So, this is Hudiemon." Eggman said. "A human and a Digimon combined into one. Interesting."

Arata chuckled. "I still can't believe Ryuji's little sister turned into a Digimon. That's just nuts."

Erika smiled. "It seems four of the Chosen Ones are here as well… What's going on?"

"I was about to ask the same thing." Alphamon said. "The space between worlds looks ready to fall apart."

"Well…" Tails muttered.

"Here." Eggman pressed a button on his Eggmoblile. "It'll be faster to show her." His machine projected a screen. Everyone watched as it showed everything that happened after the towers were shut down and those trapped in Cyber Space were freed wile Keisuke took a moment to dry his tears and recompose himself.

Alphamon and Erika watched solemnly as they finished watching. "So, this is the dimension they sealed themselves within…" Alphamon said before looking around. "I always wondered what it might be like."

"That's all you have to say?!" Knuckles asked. "Not a word about what happened to Takumi?!"

Nokia looked at Takumi. "Takumi… Takumi!" She felt ready to cry again.

"Nokia." The Alphamon said. "Put your hand over the right side of my assistant's chest."

"Huh?"

"Trust me." Nokia knelled next to Takumi and put her hand over his chest. "Well? Do you feal anything?" Alphamon asked.

"Well, yeah. I feel his heartbeat, but-

"During my time as Kyoko Kuremi, I learned a number of things about humans. And one of the most important things I learned… is as long as their hearts beat… they will hold on to life."

Hudiemon nodded. "She's right. Takumi Aiba is not gone. His story is not yet over."

"Wait… do you mean we can save Takumi?!" Rosemon Burst Mode asked.

"But… his Mental Data is gone." Yuuko said. "He's essentially an EDEN Syndrome victim now…"

"His Mental Data may have been removed. But it wasn't the first time if you recall." Alphamon replied.

"It's not that simple…" Everyone looked at Sage. "This isn't like what happened before. His Mental Data was corrupted by Bagramon's Data and destroyed."

"Don't be too sure. Bagramon's power may have corrupted him, but it didn't destroy his Mental Data. It caused it to break apart and scatter." Alphamon said holding her hand out in the distance.

"Really?" Craniamon asked. "Then where is it?!"

"But This world is not made to hold digitalized consciousness like yours." Keisuke replied. "With nowhere to go… it will have disappeared forever."

"On the contrary. There is one place it can go." Alphamon replied. "A place you frequented many times on your quest."

"Cyber Space?" Rapidmon Armor asked.

"Indeed. The Ancient's technology was capable of uploading even one's memories and consciousness into their network. It picked up the scattered fragments of Takumi's Mental Data."

"You're certain about this?" Rosemon Burst Mode asked. "We can… save him?"

"You three have the closest link to Takumi, do you not? Try to feel him out."

Rosemon, Rapidmon and Craniamon all closed their eyes. After a moment they gasped. "She's right!" Craniamon asked.

"What?!" Yuuko gapped.

"It's faint…but I feel Takumi's presence!" Rapidmon Armor replied. "That way!"

"That's where the Chaos Emeralds went." Amy said.

"He must be in the systems on the final island." Sage replied.

"If we go there and travel through Cyber Space…" Craniamon said. "We can gather Takumi's Mental Data fragments and reinstall them back into his body!"

"Really?!" Nokia smiled. "Then let's do it! We'll put Takumi back together again!"

"I'm in." Arata said. "He was there for me when I was at my lowest. Time to return the favor!"

"I feel the same!" Yuuko replied in determination. "He's done so much to help me in the past! It's time I repaid his kindness and proved myself a worthy friend to him!"

"Small problem." Knuckles said. "The only ones who we know can go in and out of Cyber Space safely are Sonic and Takumi. And one of them is in a coma right now while the other…" Everyone looked at the petrified hedgehog.

Tails stepped forward. "No. Sonic worked too hard for us to give up now." He looked at the sky. "Those visions we saw… we can drive back the corruption and bring him back."

Mirei thought for a moment as she looked at Tails, Amy and Knuckles. "…Yes. That may be possible. You three share a special bond with Sonic. You may be able to cure him of the Cyber Corruption… but if you three do plan on going through with this, it means you will be trapped in Cyber Space again."

"What?" Yuuko asked. "Tails, Amy and Knuckles will have to return alone?!"

"There is a possibility… that if the enemy that was freed is defeated, I take control of Cyber Space to return them. But that is only if Sonic can defeat the enemy. Are you three willing to take that chance?"

"I know I am." Tails replied with determination. "Sonic believed in me. So, I'll believe in him!"

Yuuko looked at him. "Tails…"

"Anything for Sonic!" Amy said.

Nokia smiled at her. "Amy…"

"Whatever it takes!" Knuckles added.

Arata stared at him. "Knuckles…"

"I see." Mirei smiled. "I do hope he realizes just how fortunate he is to have allies like you."

Keisuke chuckled. "I'll say."

Amy turned to Nokia. "Nokia… when Takumi comes back, please tell him to help Sonic one more time."

Nokia nodded. "Don't you worry, I know Takumi will do just that. And so will I."

Knuckles grinned at Arata. "Just don't let those two get you guys into too much trouble."

Arata grinned back. "Never."

Tails approached Yuuko. "Yuuko… there's one more lesson about friendship I forgot to tell you. The most important one. No matter what, friends don't give up on each other. Don't lose hope on saving Takumi no matter how bad it gets."

Yuuko gave him a determined nod. "I won't. After all, he never gave up on me."

"Oh, here." Tails took out a yellow device. "This is the Miles Electric. Give it to Sonic. I programed the transceiver to work with Digi Line. It might come in handy."

Yuuko took it. "Right."

"Tails… Knuckles… Amy…" Rosemon Burst Mode said.

"Thank you… for this and everything else." Rapidmon Armor added.

"We won't let you down." Craniamon stated with confidence.

Tails nodded before he approached Sonic with Knuckles and Amy. The three surrounded their friend and held hands. "Sonic!" Tails said. "I want you to see the hero I become!"

"Sonic!" Amy pleaded. "You still have love to share with this world too!"

"Sonic!" Knuckles grinned. "We're even after this, ha!"

Everyone watched the three of them glow red and disappear. The others stared waiting for something-anything to happen. And then Sonic stumbled forward as the infection on his body disappeared. "Sonic!" Nokia, Arata, Yuuko and Takumi's Digimon gasped.

Sonic looked at his hands then put one over his heart. "Everyone… thank you." He looked at the worlds in the sky. "I won't let you down."

"Welcome back man!" Arata grinned.

"Man, oh man, did you miss a lot." Nokia said as she and the others ran up to him.

"I know." Sonic replied as he took the Miles Electric when Yuuko handed it to him. "Saw and heard everything. We gotta stop the voice in the sky and Crusadermon. But first…" He walked over to the unconscious Takumi. "We gotta help our pal." He held one of Takumi's hands. "I won't let you down either buddy. That's a promise. So just hold on."

Eggman sighed. "Oh good. He's back."

"This is our chance!" Sage flew right in front of Eggman startling him. "I never simulated a scenario where Sonic helped since you never authorized it."

Eggman banged his machine. "I still don't want to…"

"Do you truly think this is an appropriate time to complain?" Mirei asked. "This is your mess to clean up doctor. Perhaps you should suffer a bit to fix this. Sonic and Takumi already have for their involvement."

"Their involvement"?!" Arata gawked. "Are you saying this is their fault too?!"

"They were the ones who undid the seal on our new foe. And they delivered Crusadermon Bagramon's power."

"That's not their fault, those clowns set the two of them up!" Nokia objected. "They didn't deserve any of this!"

"A crime committed unknowingly is still a crime."

"She's right guys." Sonic said. "We started this, so we're finishing it. I know Takumi feels responsible too."

"You're right about that…" Rapidmon Armor murmured. "Takumi is quick to blame himself…"

"But…but…!" Nokia struggled to argue.

Yuuko turned to Alphamon. "Kyoko, say something! Takumi's your friend, isn't he?! Won't you stand up for him?"

The Digimon shook her head. "I do feel compelled to. But Mirei may have a point. Takumi is partly responsible for this. I'm sure if he could speak right now, he wouldn't argue against that. I've known him long enough to be able to figure out that much."

Yuuko, Arata, Nokia, Keisuke looked at her in shock. "Kyoko…!"

"Indeed." Mirei said. "And as his mentor, the boy was your responsibility. Meaning you take responsibility for his actions as well."

"Also true. That being said, Mirei Mikagura…" Alphamon folded her arms. "I would say you are also a guilty party in this mess."

The woman turned to her. "Pardon?"

"As Crusadermon said you hold the power to see the future. That is not something to be taken lightly. Yet you didn't take your position as seriously as you could have. I know you've been childishly playing around with my assistant at times and refused to give him straight answers even for the simplest matters. Not to mention as much as you bragged to him about destiny and how you can see all, you never did much with that power to prevent anything. That behavior made it easy for Crusadermon to pose as you while dodging any major questions that could blow her cover, especially since you share her arrogance. Had you taken your position more seriously, perhaps Takumi would have been able to see through Crusadermon's act."

"You're accusing me of messing with the boy and not taking my job seriously?" Mirei asked. "You have some nerve. Remind me, who was it who went behind the boy's back to have me create a hacker blacklist for him to take care of? Who was it who left the room for him to get harassed by that ignorant fool Date? Who had him Connect Jump into a laser despite not being certain it was safe to test his luck? Who encouraged his reckless Connect Jump that ended up destroying his half-cyber body in the end? And who was it who was always staying behind safe at the agency while he was risking his life?" Mirei smirked. "Let's see, it wasn't me, not, Matayoshi, not Arata and certainly not Nokia or Yuuko so…"

"That was not simply to mess with him." Alphamon replied. "That was to push him to become the best Cyber Sleuth he could be. It's my responsibility as his leader. As for me staying back, you know I wasn't able to act freely since merging with Kyoko Kuremi."

Mirei laughed. "Well, that's not entirely true now, is it? As Crusadermon can contest too who despite using the same method as you to interact with the human world still did far more in it as both Rie Keshibi and Crusadermon individual then you have as Kyoko and Alphamon combined. Maybe YOU'RE the one who didn't take her position seriously."

"And what have you done during that incident Mirei?"

"I provided your assistant with guidance all while making sure not to interfere with fate. Does it really make me guiltier then Eggman if I simply did only what destiny allowed?"

Eggman scoffed. "Oh, that's a perfect excuse right there. And who's to say "fate" didn't make me activate the ruins, huh?!"

"I'm pretty sure you did this on your own free will, doctor." Alphamon said.

"Oh, and now, the legendary 13th aloft hermit's gonna start judging me now?! You know, Crusadermon wouldn't be running amok right now if you just did your job and kept those Royal Knights in check! Something you failed to do for the SECOUND TIME now, I might add! And you Mirei, I may be an evil scientist, but at least I didn't create the créme de la créme of evil and sin in Takumi's world!"

"The what now?" Arata asked raising an eyebrow.

Eggman turned to him and the other folding his arms with a smile. "Oh, right! You don't know. Arata, Yuuko, Nokia, you three might be interested to know that Alphamon/Kyoko's "unique" taste in coffee and "special blends" are all due to Miss Mirei Mikagura here."

For the first time Mirei panicked. "Quiet!"

"Wait…" Nokia shuddered. "For real…?"

"Oh yes!" Eggman grinned. "Saw it in Takumi's memories. Kyoko herself told him."

Yuuko looked at Alphamon. "Is that… true?"

"Yes." Alphamon replied. "Mirei provided me with inspiration and even ingredients I use for my blends. Though I fail to see what that has to do with anything."

"The answer: nothing." Mirei replied. "Nor does it change the fact that-

"Mirei." Everyone turned to Nokia, Arata and Yuuko who each had the most furious expressions on their face. "You have five minutes to explain yourself…" Nokia glared. "Before I throw you off this tower!"

"You got two minutes before I beat her to it." Arata snarled. "And it better be a GOOD explanation."

"Twenty seconds." Yuuko the blackhearted said. "Before I throw your CORPSE off this tower."

Sonic, Keisuke and Hudiemon shivered as they backed away from the three. If looks could kill, they'd have brutally murdered everyone here right now. "They are reacting to this revelation better then I calculated." Sage whispered to Eggman.

"You and me both." the doctor replied.

Mirei looked away and cleared her throat, trying to hide her fear. "Let's not change the subject. I acted in accordance with fate. You two acted for the sake of your egos."

"I'd say you have a mighty big ego on you yourself lady!" Eggman replied. "Thought I won't argue that the Royal Knight over there might need to find a bigger helmet soon with that big head she's got despite her tendency to sit back and drink horrendous coffee all day while sending her assistant to do everything for her!"

"Oh? And what is it that you do while your robots are all conquering the world for you Eggman?" Alphamon asked.

"My brilliant mind must stay safe so it can formulate more brilliant plans! You on the other hand are the strongest of the Royal Knights, so there's really no excuse whatsoever for over relying on some kid to do all the heavy lifting for you!"

"My line of work is dangerous. If Takumi is to reach my level and be ready for anything, he needs experience."

"Convenient how "giving him experience" requires him to deal with the subordinates you were supposed to keep in line." Mirei said. "And let's not forget who allowed Bagramon to become so powerful in the first place "Grademon"."

Keisuke looked at Alphamon. "Grademon"?"

Alphamon squeezed her hand into a fist. "Well at least I didn't trick Takumi into committing the sin of destroying the seven Deadly Digimon just so I could fail to-

Hudiemon clapped her hands together making a loud shockwave that startled everyone into all looking at her. "Will the three of you idiots do us all a huge favor and just GROW UP ALREADY?!"

Everyone looked at the Digimon in surprise. "Erika?" Keisuke asked.

"Eggman, for someone who brags about his brilliant mind you seem to have a knack of creating problems for everyone including yourself whenever your "brilliant plans" AREN'T getting run over by the anthropomorphic hedgehog over here!"

Sonic blinked at her. "Anthropomorphic"?"

"And you Mirei!" Hudiemon ignored him pointing at the next person in line. "You claim that all must be in accordance with destiny, but have you learned nothing watching the chosen ones?! They didn't act because destiny commanded them! They acted on their own free will! Decided their own fate! You had the power to do that yourself but chose to just go with the flow of fate! That doesn't make you "wise"! It doesn't make you "reserved"! That just makes you a coward who's too afraid of not knowing what the future has in store to make one of her own!"

Mirei was shocked into silence.

"As for you Kyoko Kuremi/Alphamon!" Hudiemon said turning to the knight. "Being a leader and mentor isn't just about throwing your student to the wolves and watching them grow from the sidelines! It's involves providing an image! Setting an example! And what kind of image and example do you think you're providing Takumi if you have all this power but still set him to do everything dangerous on his own for you while you sit back and watch?! Is THAT what you want Takumi to be once he's grown up and reaches his peak?! Somebody who just has his assistant put up with everything he doesn't feel like dealing with for him so he can kick back and drink coffee all day?!"

Alphamon stared at her in surprise. Everyone had surprised eyes on Hudiemon until someone else spoke up. "You know..." Everyone turned to Sonic. "I think butterfly girl has a point. I told you before Mirei. Well, fake Mirei at least. We all have the power to make their own destiny. Maybe what you foresaw wasn't what destiny decided but rather what Takumi and his friends decided. And Kyoko, if you just do nothing while Takumi is pushing himself, the dude's going to outpace you in no time. If you really want to push the guy, you should be making him run faster to catch up to you, not taking a break in the middle of the road while throwing hurdles at him. How do you expect him to reach his full potential if you don't care about yours?" Alphamon glanced to the side.

Keisuke pointed at Takumi's body with a stern look. "And you know what else? Takumi may be younger then you three... But in a way he's already more mature then you three put together."

Eggman gawked at him. "Excuse me?!"

"Am I wrong? Here we are at the end of the world and you three are playing hot potato with the blame for a situation that in reality ALL OF US are responsible for in one way or another! But Takumi is at least smart enough to admit when he makes a mistake! And not just him! Nokia, Arata, and Yuuko have all grown through both this adventure and their last! They all acknowledged their shortcomings and mistakes! When these guys remembered what happened in the Digital World that day, did they try to pin the blame for it on others?! Did they make excesses to cover up their ego?! No! They admitted their mistakes! They fought as hard as they could to correct them! That takes strength! The strength needed to save worlds! The strength... of a true hero! You were right Alphamon! Takumi wouldn't be trying to hide from the responsibility for his actions if he were fully here right now like you are! He'd be taking action to make things right! Maybe it's time YOU tried to learn a thing or two from HIM for a change!"

"Exactly!" Hudiemon scolded. "You three are the adults here! Start acting like it!" Alphamon, Mirei and Eggman stood there too shocked to say anything.

"Honestly old man, I feel like you don't trust us to do anything on our own given how often you jump in to help us."

"You misunderstand Grademon. I do not do this to help you or because I don't trust you. If all I do is watch while my subordinates take action, then surly they will lose respect for me. A true leader does not just lead with power or orders. He leads by example. Remember that."

Alphamon clenched her fists. "…I suppose this is not an appropriate time to debate. We can settle who's responsible for this crisis after we stop it."

"That's better." Hudiemon said. "Mirei?"

"…I'll help." the woman replied. "Three worlds are at risk, including the Digital World. I can't ignore this."

"And you Eggman?"

The doctor growled. "Working with Sonic… Sage, you're POSITIVE the Egg Fleet can't stop this? There are other weapons I could potentially use to…"

Keisuke growled before turning to his friends. "Can one of you boost me up there?"

"You got it bud!"

Keisuke felt a pit in his stomach when PileVolcamon grabbed him by the back of his coat. "Wait. Hold on a secoAAAAAAH!" He was thrown and splattered onto the front of the Eggmobile startling Eggman. "Not what I had in mind…" Keisuke muttered. He snapped out of it and climbed up to glare at Eggman while looming over him. "Listen here you lousy, lying, narcissistic buffoon! You not only can but HAVE worked with Sonic before in the past, so stop acting like you're incapable!"

"I told you that was out of desperation!"

"Okay, care to explain to me how this ISN'T a desperate situation!? Let's run down the list, we got an ancient evil that the Ancients couldn't beat with technology far more impressive than yours ready to end us, we got Crusadermon running around doing who-knows-what with Bagramon's power, we have Takumi in a coma, and worlds are literally colliding above our heads! Sage ran simulation after simulation on how to beat this thing and they all end with you getting scrambled like an egg! Who do you think you are to start getting fussy about your options?!"

"I-

Keisuke leaned closer to him. "I kept my end of our deal by helping you and Sage! Don't think I'm going to let you weasel your way out of upholding your end of the bargain just because you'd rather be erased with ALL OF EXISTIANCE than work with the hedgehog for just a bit! Besides, Sage didn't work so hard to protect you just to watch die because you couldn't swallow your pride!"

"Please!" Sage begged.

Eggman scowled looking between Keisuke and Sage then at the smug smile Sonic gave him. After a moment he cleared his throat and spoke up. "Sonic! I here-by induct you into the Eggman Empire and order you to save us all! Understand?" He folded his arms and looked away. "This is not an alliance!"

As everyone else either sighed or groaned in exasperation shaking their heads, Sonic grinned at him. "If that's how you want to spin it, Dr. Ego-man." Eggman growled.

"Alright, let's get started." Hudiemon said. "Our enemies had quite a head start while the three stooges here argued like a bunch of school children."

"So, there's another island Sage?" Yuuko asked.

"Yes." Sage pointed to the distance. "That way. I sent the Chaos Emeralds there."

"To save Takumi we'll need to return to Cyber Space." Rapidmon Armor said.

"We're going too!" Nokia said.

"If Takumi could go in and out freely so should we." Arata said.

"But you guys don't have Digimon." Keisuke said as he jumped down. "It isn't safe."

"Once we get to the island I will have Mastermon use her power to summon Nokia, Arata, and Yuuko's Digimon to us." Mirei said.

"For real!?" Nokia squealed. "I can see Agumon and Gabumon again! YAHOO!"

"Stay focused, we're on a mission here!" Arata groaned before he smiled. "But… it will be awesome to see Diaboromon again."

Yuuko smiled. "Gaiomon… I wonder if he's still the same as I remember him."

"Bring Justimon and Shakkoumon here while you're at it." Hudiemon said. "We'll need all of Hudie for this."

"As you wish." Mirei replied.

"Keisuke!" Everyone looked at Eggman. "Like you said our contract hasn't been fulfilled therefore you're still under my command! Your orders are to take your Digimon and track down Crusadermon!" He looked at the two worlds in the sky. "Loudmouth made it clear there's more to her plan then this and we can't let her mess things up any more than she already has."

Alphamon nodded. "Agreed."

"Got it. I'm on the job." Keisuke said before looking at his Digimon. "No. WE'RE on the job."

"I'm going with you." Hudiemon said.

Keisuke smiled. "Working together again… It's well worth going through this nightmare."

"Just try to keep up "whack"." Hudiemon grinned.

"That just leaves the voice in the sky." Rosemon Burst Mode said.

"Where is it now?" TyrantKabuterimon asked.

"On the remaining island." Sage replied. "It is still within the fourth Titan it was sealed away in."

Sonic groaned. "I knew it, surprise Titan, of course. Then I'll definitely need the Chaos Emeralds. I better round them up once we get there."

"And until then?" Craniamon asked. "I doubt they will just sit back and wait while we gather them and Takumi's Mental Data."

"Leave that to me." Mirei said. "Once I get our friends their Digimon I have an idea to stall the Titan. Alphamon, until that's done you will need to use your power to try to keep the two worlds from crashing into this one. Once Mastemon is finished calling our backup, I'll have her join you."

Alphamon nodded. "Understood." She looked at Arata, Nokia, and Yuuko. "As much as I would like to help look for Takumi, I'm needed elsewhere. Please find my assistant."

"Yeah, we'll hunt down that dope and bring him home!" Nokia said.

"Then we'll help with defeating the creepy voice and Crusadermon." Arata added.

"And we'll put all of this to an end!" Yuuko concluded.

Eggman then turned to his A.I. "Sage, you will help me find the Chaos Emeralds. Sonic won't be fast enough."

"Hey! Wow." Sonic replied.

Sage smiled. "As you command!" The Eggmobile's glass closed, and its thrusters burned as the doctor flew off in the direction the Chaos Emeralds went. As Sage watched her body started shifting between red and black to white and blue again. She looked at Sonic and the others and nodded. Keisuke nodded back before she teleported away.

"Let us be on our way." Alphamon said. Sonic, jumped onto Alphamon's shoulder, Craniamon allowed Yuuko onto his hand, Arata climbed onto Rapidmon Armor, Rosemon Burst Mode helped Nokia onto her, PileVolcamon jumped onto MetalSeadramon, Keisuke got on TyrantKabuterimon, Mirei grabbed Mastemon's hand and Hudiemon flapped her wings and ascended. Alphamon gently picked up Takumi in her hands and together they all took off.

Sonic looked up at the worlds above them. "…Too much is on the line. We can't fail here."

Inside the special ward at the hospital, Ryuji, and Yu were staring at their unconscious friend in a bed. "Keisuke…" Yu muttered.

Ryuji put a hand on his shoulder. "Hey, get a hold of yourself. Is that the face you want to show him when he wakes up?"

"I know but…"

Ryuji noticed Chitose walk in. "So, what's going on outside?"

"Craziness, that's what." the man cringed. "It's like something from a weird movie." He held up his Digivice showing a photo of the hole in the sky.

"What is that?!"

"No idea. But authorities are telling everyone to stay indoors."

Ryuji glanced at Keisuke's body. "I guess we're prolonging our visit."

"Yeah…" Yu muttered.

"Hey, chin up man!" Chitose said. "You heard the doctor, Keisuke's vitals are fine! He'll come back to us!"

"I hope so…"

"I'll go get us something to eat, sounds like we'll be here for a while. Also-

All three of them heard their digivices go off. They each took them out as they all got a message. They all pulled up their digivices and looked at DigiLine.

"Come to Under Kawloon Level 5 in EDEN immediately"?" Yu asked.

"You two got that too?" Chitose asked. "There isn't even a reply address."

"It's probably just some hacker's prank." Ryuji replied. "Ignore it."

Then they got another message. "What the…" Yu muttered.

"Your team, your Digimon and your brother and sister need you"?" Chitose asked.

"Digimon? Isn't that the new app game?" Ryuji asked.

"Yeah. Keisuke and I play it a lot." Yu said.

"But what's an app game got to do with Hudie?" Chitose asked. "And what's this about a brother and sister?"

Yu stared at the screen then looked at Keisuke's body. He then started walking away. "Yu? Where are you going?" Ryuji asked.

"Where else? EDEN."

"You're not seriously buying any of this junk, are you?" Chitose sighed.

"We're not going to know what this is about if we don't go. Besides… I can't shake this feeling… I think this might be something important…"

"You too, huh?" Ryuji asked. "Fine, but you're not going alone. If this is a hacker trap, we'll need to be ready."

"I guess we're all in on this." Chitose said. He looked at Keisuke through the glass. "Sorry man, we got something to take care of. We'll come back to visit you soon." The three walked out of the ward to find an EDEN Terminal.

Sage opened her eyes and gazed upon the last island. "As Hudiemon said, we need all of Hudie. All of Keisuke's family."

Takumi may be out of commission, but now it's time for his friends to shine. We are now entering the final island of the game. Ouranos Island.
