Chapter-1

Hello, this is my first fanfic so please be gentle in the reviews.

After living a long and content life Sasuke dies, but his story does not end there. Reincarnating in the AOT universe as Mikasa's older twin is the start of his new life.

He will defiantly be OP (it's Sasuke come on).

Somethings may be wrong so please feel free to correct me.

If one would look at Sasuke's life, they will come to a conclusion that his life sucked in the beginning. Being mentally tortured by your own older brother that you loved more than anything after learning that he killed your entire clan when you were 7 years old. Abandoning the village that you grew up in at the age of 13 because a creepy guy offered you power to kill your brother, while almost killing the person who you considered to be the same as you.

Finally confronting and killing the murderer of your clan, only to find out that the brother you hated did everything to keep you safe and prevent a war. Being mind-fucked again by someone calming to be Madara Uchiha, while being driven further into darkness and swearing revenge on the village that you grew up in (yea, that was a crazy stage).

During the war Sasuke thought that peace that Itachi wanted was only possible when all the people were ruled by one single power. Now that he thought about it, he really misunderstood the meaning of peace. Thank sage of that blond idiot who knocked some sense into him. He should really be more thankful to that knucklehead for all that he did for him. He and Sakura were the only one who defended him when he got back to the village.

After the war his life improved significantly, no longer being a rouge shinobi and coming back to the village, he realized that despite him trying to kill her on multiple occasions, Sakura still loved him and was one of the few in the village that accepted him as their own. After spending some years dating, they finally decided to marry and had Sarada.

Watching his child grow was one of the happiest moments of his life, she became an excellent kunoichi right alongside Boruto-Naruto's son-and had the dream of becoming the Hokage (the knucklehead was very happy at this deceleration).

After the 4th grate shinobi war, the 5 grate villages became allies so no large-scale conflict happened after the war. The Kage's had seen enough bloodshed to come to a conclusion that peace should be maintained so that the future generations could live on peacefully.

As Sasuke finished thinking about his life, he looked towards his left where he would see the blond that was his brother in all but blood.

For Sasuke, Naruto was the person who understood him the most. Naruto knew the same loneliness that he knew after the massacre, the pain of being alone in a harsh world with no one to comfort him.

After Naruto retired from being the Hokage and gave the seat to Sarada, they both would often spend time while talking about anything or in some cases they would just sit ideally on top of the Hokage mountain in silence. They both were comfortable in each other's presence and did not need to engage in a conversation to understand each other's thoughts.

They were currently, sitting on top of Sarada's head at the Hokage mountain just observing the peaceful village, occasionally commenting about certain things.

They both had lived their lives wonderfully after the war and were now 94-year-old, though if one would look at them only Sasuke would look his age. Naruto on the other hand was looking way younger.

Being a jinchuriki of Kurama (who apparently wanted to be with Naruto for as long as possible), on top of being an Uzumaki, who were known for their long-life force, made sure that Naruto looked like he was in his 50s instead of 94.

At this line of thinking he let out a chuckle. When Naruto received sage's yang chakra and the sun mark, it boosted his already massive life force to the extreme level. It was bigger then any Uzumaki ever had. Normally the average life span of an Uzumaki is about 110 years or so but adding these gifts on top of being a sage Naruto's life span easily became around 180-200 years.

Hearing a chuckle Naruto looked over to him, after seeing that Sasuke was staring off in the distance, he thought that his brother in all but blood was just thinking about the past. Thinking about the past was something they did a lot, so Naruto just shrugged it off.

After letting out a chuckle he went ahead and closed his eyes, only to never open them again.

Yohan was generally a happy to go person, but today he was particularly very excited. This was because his wife just gave birth to two wonderful children (His children!). He was with Dr. Yeager who performed the delivery, asking when can he see them.

After getting the green signal from Dr. Yeager, telling him that he can see his wife and children, he rushed through the door to see his wonderful wife holding a pair of twins, one boy and the other one girl.

"ohh, they look so cute," said Yohan as soon as he laid his eyes on his kids.

Both of them were wrapped in a white bundle and were soundly sleeping. Some might say that this is the cutest thing they ever saw. The twins looked a lot like their mother with both having small tuffs of black hair on their scalps. He was already imagining how he was going to spoil them to the best of his abilities.

Akina giggled at the site of her husband gushing over their cute little kids.

"So, what are we going to name them?" Asked Yohan as he held the two bundles of joy.

"I already have names in mind."

"Oh, do tell?"

"Sasuke and Mikasa, what do think?"

"Sasuke and Mikasa huh? I like those names." As he said that, he went back to gushing over the pair of twins. Akina could only sigh at his attitude but had a very huge smile on her face too. Her family just became bigger today.

After Dr. Yeager came back and di all the checkups and conformed that they were ok, they went back to their home. Their home was little away from the shiganshina district, inside wall maria.

It was a decent size house for them but they knew that it will only get smaller as the twins grew up. The house was mostly made up of wood, Yohan working as a logger, suppling wood to the district got the house from his boss for their marriage.

The main entrance of the house led to a hall connected by the kitchen and dining room towards the left side of the hall. A passage from the hall leads towards 2 bedrooms, a store room and a bathroom.

Toward the back of the house there was a big open area, some of which had some vegetables growing on it. Akina liked farming since she grew up with her parents on a farm, and this doubles as an income source for the family.

In the outer walls money was usually a big problem. People living on the streets was a common everyday occurrence in the districts of the outer wall. Yohan's boss was one of the few good people that helped the poor and gave him the house for his services. Thus, having another source of income was a good thing to have.

As they arrived at their house, Yohan set the twins in their cribs, and carried his wife to the bed to relax.

Just as the husband-and-wife duo was starting to fall asleep, they hear a cute yawn from one of the cribs, it was from Sasuke. As Yohan went to check on him, little Sasuke opened his eyes to revel his onyx eyes an instantly started to cry. This cry from Sasuke woke up Mikasa too, as after 5 seconds of Sasuke crying Mikasa too, started to cry. Seeing Yohan tried to calm them down but to no avail.

After a total of 40 minutes and some help from his wife he finally calmed them down. After the twins were asleep (apparently, they were both hungry), he realized that this might not be so fun after all.

(2 years later)

It has been 2 years since Sasuke and Mikasa were born, and that time in the Ackerman house had been chaotic to say the least. Both the parents did not know how difficult it was to raise even one child, let alone a pair of twins. It felt like they could never sleep, because as soon as they would even make it to their bed one of the twins was already up to something, the other usually following suite. In the last 2 years, they felt like the number of days, they could get a full night's sleep could be counted on 2 hands.

Sasuke was a very curious kid. He usually was the one who was the main cause of their very messed up sleep schedule. He was seen always doing something or the other, trying to break anything that he got his little hands on. It was so bad that in the last 2 years they already had to buy a new cutlery set 5 times. When he started speaking at the age of 9 months, the house got only louder, shouts coming randomly from him. Both the parents were surprised at how quickly he learned to speak, as usually a child starts to talk when he is 10 to 15 months old, but were nonetheless very happy. His curious nature went along with how much energy he had; no normal toddler should have this much energy yet Sasuke was an exception to that case.

Mikasa was the calmer one of the two, calm when she was not with her brother. She didn't make much noise and was a very happy child, but when she was with her brother (which was most of the time), nobody knew what happened to her as her quietness went out of the window. She would often happily follow along her brother's goal to destroy as much as possible, before their parents stopped them. Following Sasuke, she also learned how to speak when she was 10 months old, and joining him in his random shouts. When she was not with her brother, she was usually very quiet and much less likely to break anything.

At the current moment we find Sasuke running from his father the reason being simple, he doesn't want to go to Mr. Yeager's place.

Mr. Yeager had asked the parents to come to his house so that he could checkup on Mikasa who was having a cold. There was a pandemic about 3 months ago that Dr. Yeager found the cure of, and Yohan wanted to be sure that Mikasa only had a cold and nothing else.

Mikasa watches the chase from the couch with her mother who was combing her hair. She wanted nothing more than to joint her brother in the fun activity that is antagonizing their father. Alas she couldn't do it because her mother would be very angry, an angry Akina was very scary.

While she was thinking this, her father finally managed to catch Sasuke who was having a very cute pout on his face for being caught. After about another 15 minutes they finally locked the house and started to make their way towards Dr. Yeager's house.

On the way to his house her mother told her and Sasuke that Dr. Yeager also had a son abought the same age as them. This piece of information finally made Sasuke's frown disappear as he was still in the 'I don't want to go at a doctor's house' mood.

After about 3 hours of travelling the family of 4 finally made it to Dr. Yeager's house in the shiganshina district. The house was a one-story tall house on an incline with stairs leading up to the front door.

When they arrived, Yohan went ahead and knocked on the door. They waited for a while as they heard a shout of "coming" and footsteps from the other side of the door.

The door opened to reveal a beautiful black hair woman with honey-colored eyes. "Oh, Mr. Yohan you are finally here. How are you?" She asked in a friendly tone.

"I am fine, though that cannot be said about Mikasa."

"Oh, Grisha told me about Mikasa please come in, I will get him." She led them to the living room where they could see a boy the same age as Sasuke and Mikasa with brown hair and green eyes sitting on the couch.

"That is my son Eren. Eren these are the people I told you about that will be coming today." At the mention of his name the little boy turns his head towards the people in the room. Seeing Sasuke and Mikasa he gets excited by finally seeing someone he can play with.

"Hello, I am Eren" he greets them excitedly. Akina smiles seeing this and nudges the twins to introduce themselves.

"Hi, I am Sasuke"

"I am Mikasa"

As the children were playing Clara went to get Grisha, and the remaining parents sat on the couch watching the kids play.

After about 5 min Grisha came from the study room with Clara right behind him. "Sorry to keep you waiting" he apologizes.

"No worries, we didn't have to wait any long anyway" replied Akina.

"So, let's check up on Mikasa first to see what kind of decease she has, shall we?"

Both Akira and Yohan nodded and called Mikasa over for a moment earning a little pout from said girl who got her playtime cut short but she accomplices none the less.

While Grisha was checking Mikasa, Clara went ahead and made some tea for the guest and Sasuke and Eren continued their activities. After some time Grisha stopped checking Mikasa and told her that she can go play with her brother and Eren earning a happy smile from her.

"Mikasa just has regular cold, nothing else." said Grisha to the two parents. After hearing this their shoulders, which had been tensed considerably relaxed and a relived look spread across their faces.

"Thank god" Yohan and Akina muttered. They did not want Mikasa to be infected with the same disease that took away so many lives during the pandemic that occurred 3 months ago. It was one of the many times that they were thankful they lived away from everything and were thus, not affected by the pandemic.

Grisha went and gave them some medicine and instruction on when to take them. After this they talked among themselves and watching the kids play.

When it was finally time to leave, the kids were sad that they had to stop playing because they were clearly having fun the three had quickly become friends after their first conversation. Mikasa and Sasuke lived away from everything that they had no one but themselves to play with. Their father would be outside collecting wood for the company he worked with. Their mother, while at home for almost all the time had her own duties like cleaning, cooking and the occasional taking care of their farm, this led the twins to be mostly by themselves as there were no other children around. Eren while living in the district did not go outside that much and thus had no one to play with. Sure, his mother would always be there with him, but there was no one he could interact with that was in his age group. Considering these facts, it was no secret to anyone that they would become friends.

While going towards their home Akira asked Sasuke "so, do you still don't want to go to the doctor's house?"

So, what are your thoughts on this story so far, please tell me in the reviews. Again, this is my first time posting a story anywhere.

Updates would not be consistent; I am a university student and have that to deal with already.

I got the idea of this story from "Beginning after the End" from "TheLastOmega00912" and plus the fact that there is almost no story of Sasuke in the AOT verse. This Sasuke will not be nurfed as I hate it when people do that.
