Chapter 8: Millie goes purrrr
It was 7:00 AM. After the long heavy stormy night, morning finally came over Imp City as every building was now soaking wet from the heavy down pour. Rain water gently dripped off of street lamps and building ledges while the streets and roads were covered in tons of large wet pools of puddles that were constantly getting splashed by passing cars. Everything was very calm and quiet through out the city as the crimson Pride Ring sky slowly grew brighter and brighter.
Inside Blitzo's apartment, Loona and Jax were still asleep on the couch together.
"Snorrrre...*exhales*...Snorrrre...*exhales*...Snorrrre...*exhales*."
Loona lightly snored in her sleep with her mouth hanging open exposing all her razor sharp canine teeth. Baby Jax on the other hand was still snuggled up against Loona's chest peacfully dozing along with her. Jax managed to sleep very well through out the rest of the stormy night in Loona's warm embrace listening to the soothing sound of her heartbeat the whole way.
Suddenly...
*sniff sniff sniffle sniff*
Jax's little canine nose started sniffing and twitching picking up a delicious smell coming from the kitchen nearby. The smell caused him to open his little puppy eyes and slowly wake up.
"*sniff sniff sniff* Yawwwwwny!" Jax yawned in his baby tone as he stretched out his little arms
After fully sitting up on the couch, Jax turned his attention to Loona and instinctively proceeded to wake her up.
"Mama...Mama wakey wakey!" Jax babbled as he tugged and squeezed on Loona's furry cheeks
"*Snorrr-HIC!* Mmmm...mmmm wha?" Loona groaned as she opened her eyes to be greeted by her precious little baby pup smiling at her
"*Sigh* Morning Jax *Yawwwwwn!*"
Loona rises up from her sleeping position and properly sits up on the couch while letting out a big dog-like yawn. Jax proceeded to crawl up onto her lap and snuggle up against her waist.
"Did you sleep like a baby kiddo?" Loona asked as she wrapped her arm around Jax in a light hug
"Mama softy!" Jax babbled happily as he nuzzled his face against Loona's warm belly
"I'll take that as a yes." Loona smiled as she quickly did a diaper check on her baby
Loona pulled the backside of Jax's diaper open and looked down in it and thankfully found nothing.
"Way to go kiddo. You're all clean." Loona praised while giving Jax soft pats on his padded rear
"Goodmorning you love puppies!" Blitzo called out all of a sudden making Loona flinch
Loona turned her head around looking back to find Blitzo in the kitchen sizzling up something in a frying pan on the stove top.
"Come on over and take a seat Loonie. I'm whipping up something special for ya." Blitzo smiled as he grabbed a spatula to flip around whatever he was sizzling in the pan
"*Sigh* Fiiine." Loona said in a tired tone as she stood up from the couch with Jax in her arms and walked over to the small dining table in the kitchen
Loona gently sat Jax on his cushy diapered rear on one of the dining chairs before proceeding to take a seat next to him and patiently wait on Blitzo to finish whatever he was making.
"*Yawwwwwn!* Damn what a night." Loona tiredly yawned again as she rubbed her eyes more
Finally Blitzo shuts off the stove top and walks over to the dining table holding a steaming hot plate.
"Wakey Wakey Eggs n' Bakey!" Blitzo smiled as he presents Loona a plate of 2 sunny side up eggs with 4 strips of crispy bacon
"*sigh* Please don't say that." Loona tiredly mumbled in a deadpanned tone as she gazed down at the steaming delicious breakfast before her
Blitzo then goes over to Jax to give him his breakfast next. He reaches inside his coat and takes out a pre-filled baby bottle full of nice warmed up milk.
"Here ya go kid." Blitzo smiled handing Jax his bottle
Jax takes the bottle and immediately starts chugging down.
"Enjoy you two!" Blitzo smiled giving Loona a few pats on her head much to her slight annoyance
Blitzo then goes over to the kitchen sink to take care of some dirty dishes he made during the cooking. He turns on the sink faucet, grabs a sponge and goes to work.
While Blitzo tended to the dishes, Loona picked up her fork and knife and proceeded to eat her eggs and bacon while Jax kept on chugging his milk.
"*gulp gulp gulp gulp gulp gulp gulp* *BURP!*" Jax let out a small burp after he finished his whole baby bottle empty
After a minute Loona ate all of her breakfast with only one sunny side egg left remaining. Loona stuck her fork into the egg and was about to eat it when she noticed Jax gazing at her from where he sat. Not normal curious child-like gazing, it was more like begging puppy kind of gazing. Jax was clearly eyeballing the last egg Loona was about to eat. He had been drinking a lot of milk lately that he wished he could go back to eating normal food.
"What's up Jax?...You wanna eat my last egg?" Loona asked
"mmhmm" Jax nodded yes as his tail slowly swished left and right
Loona took a moment to decide if she should let Jax have the last egg. The thing is Jax was temporarily 2 months old and babies his age can't consume solid food yet. But on the other hand the sunny side up egg was very sofy and chewy and Jax still had his little canine teeth to break it down. Loona finally decided it wouldn't hurt to let Jax to have the last egg.
"Here you go kiddo. Chew on it slowly." Loona said as she held the fork right in front of Jax
Jax did not hesitate to snatch the egg off the fork with his mouth and eagerly chew on it until he swallowed it down.
"Damn that was fast." Loona thought
"Yummy!" Jax babbled as he wagged his little tail more while licking his lips
"*giggles* You are just something Jax." Loona smiled warmly as she took a napkin to wipe around his muzzle
Suddenly...
*KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK!* Blitzo's front door knocked
"Oh that must be them!" Blitzo said as he shut off the faucet before walking over to the front door off the apartment
"Them? Who are we expecting?" Loona wondered
Blitzo opens up the front door revealing Moxxie and Millie together. They were both holding a few shopping bags full of more brand new baby supplies.
"Hiya B!" Millie greeted with a bright smile as she held up the shopping bags
"Got more of your baby stuff like you requested sir." Moxxie said in an exhausted tone as he two held up more bags
"Thanks a billion M&M! Come on in you two!" Blitzo smiled as he took the shopping bags of extra baby supplies before stepping aside to allow the two imps to come into his apartment
After closing the front door with his boot, Blitzo carried the shopping bags over to the dining table and set them down while Moxxie and Millie made themselves at home.
"Well well look at all these goodies!" Blitzo beamed in joy as he dug through the shopping bags and took out more packs of diapers and wipes before sorting them all out on the dining table
"Blitz, does Jax really need that much stuff? That looks like more than 2 weeks worth of diapers." Loona asked taken back by the outrageous supply of more baby stuff all for Jax
"Well Loona you never know. It's always good to have plenty enough on hand. Hell he might go through a few thousand diapers during his temporary 2 week regressed state." Blitzo said
"I don't think Jax will go through that much diapers like a machine." Loona disagreed
"You never know Loona. You never know." Blitzo smiled
As Blitzo continued to sort through the baby goodies on the table, little baby Jax noticed Moxxie and Millie's arrival and instantly got excited. He jumped down off the dining chair and quickly waddled his way over to greet them.
"Moxxie! Aunty!" Jax happily babbled with his arms out
"Awww! Well hello there baby cakes! Come give your Aunty Millie a big hug!" Millie smiled as she knelt down with her arms open inviting Jax towards her
Unfortunately Jax waddled a bit too excitingly fast that he suddenly tripped on his own little baby legs and fell face down on the hard floor with a loud impact.
"Wa-WAA!-" *THUD!*
"Woah Crumbs!" Moxxie exclaimed upon witnessing the painful looking mishap
Jax lifted his face off the floor right before his eyes started flooding with tears.
"*Whimper whimper!* WAAAHaaahahaaaaa! Waaaaaah!" Poor Jax let out a tearful painful cry as his muzzle stung in pain from the hard impact on the floor
"*GASP!* Oh My Jaxy! Baby are you alright!?" Millie exclaimed in worry as she quickly scooped up the baby hellhound off the floor and warmly held him close
"Waaaaah! *sniff!* Waaaaahaaa! Owie Owie!" Jax continued to cry in pain as he buried his face in Millie's chest
"Shhhhhh ShhhShhhShhhhhhh You're okay sweetie you're okay shhhhh." Millie tenderly comforted Jax in her arms while Loona quickly got up from the dining table and came rushing on over
"Shit! Shit! Is he alright!?" Loona asked in sheer worry as she knelt down to Millie's level
"Oh he's alright Loona. He just had a little tumble. Nothing major." Millie reassured as she stroked her fingertips between Jax's ears
Together Loona and Millie examined Jax's muzzle and nose to make sure he wasn't hurt. When you're a small infant baby, your body and bones can be more fragile and vulnerable. Jax in his case could have easily got a concussion from the little fall. Thankfully he didn't and he was still intact.
"Hey what's all the commotion here?" Blitzo asked curiously as he came out of the kitchen
"Nothing major sir." Moxxie said
"The poor bundle of joy here took his baby steps a little too fast." Millie informed
"Is that so, alright i'll get him an ice pack." Blitzo said before returning to the kitchen
Later
After the soothing ice pack treatment, baby Jax was now having another fun playtime session with Loona on the couch.
"Teehehehe! Ababa!" Jax giggled and babbled as he laid on his back while Loona playfully jiggled a set of toy baby keys over him to amuse him
"Hey Loona! How's the kid?" Blitzo cheerfully asked showing up and taking a seat next to Loona
"He's fine." Loona calmly said as she continued on jiggling the toy keys
"Great to hear!... ...um hey Loona?"
"What?" Loona said
"Remember ummm...when you very first asked me why I had that bag of diapers to begin with?" Blitzo asked
Upon hearing that question, Loona stopped jiggling the keys to let Jax take a breather and turned her full attention to Blitzo.
"Yeah I remember alright. What about it?"
"Well to answer your question ummm...the diaper bag originally came from Stolas. He uhhh wanted to see how I would look in diapers. It was one of his kinks...if you know what I mean. Hehehe." Blitzo said with a sheepish smile
Upon hearing that explanation, Loona had a cringed expression on her face.
"Oh brother." Loona said as she facepalmed herself
"Hehehe yeah sorry you had to hear that. But anyways on the bright side, the diapers happen to be too small for me and they are a perfect fit for the kid." Blitzo smiled
"Diapiee puffy!" Jax babbled as he playfully bounced up and down on his padded tushy on the couch cushion
Loona smiled warmly as she watched Jax enjoy himself.
Suddenly Moxxie shows up into the living room carrying a very large heavy closed cardboard box that was big as him with a decorative bow on top.
"Woah...Hey Mox what's in the box?" Blitzo asked curiously
"Big boxy." Jax babbled
Moxxie gently sets the box down on the carpet right in front of the three like he was about to present something interesting.
"Well sir, what's in this box is a very big and special surprise made by Millie." Moxxie answered
"oooh a surprise you say? Made by Millie? Who's it for?" Blitzo asked perking up with little excitement
"Well Millie made this big surprise here specially for Jax." Moxxie said gesturing to Jax
"Me haves Sulpwise?" Jax babbled curiously
"No fucking way! That big ass box is seriously for the kid!?" Blitzo asked in a super hyped up tone
"Damn that is a big box. I wonder what Millie is trying to spoil Jax with?" Loona wondered
"COME ON MOXXIE WHAT'S THE SURPRISE!? OPEN IT UP! THE TENSION'S KILLING ME!" Blitzo shouted like an excited energetic child
"WILL YOU CALM DOWN ALREADY!" Moxxie shouted angrily
"Right Right Sorry." Blitzo said now sitting still on the couch with a cheeky smile
"*Sigh* Now is everyone ready?" Moxxie asked
"Yeah surprise us." Loona said in a calm yet sassy tone
Moxxie then walks up to Jax and get's down to his level.
"Feast your eyes kid. You're in for a special treat." Moxxie smiled with a wink
"Tehehe! Me wuvs tweats!" Jax happily babbled as he was now excited for whatever the surprise was in the box
With everyone now ready, Moxxie walks back to the large closed box and give it a few knocks with his fist.
*Knock, knock, knock!*
Suddenly the box starts to shake and vibrate like it was about to explode.
*Rumble, rumble, rumble, shake, rumble!*
"What the hell?" Blitzo said in concern
That's when the top of the box exploded open and out came the big surprise.
*POP!* "TADAHHHHHH!" Screamed a cheery feminine voice
Colorful confetti blasted out and flew everywhere as everyone was taken back by the big surprise that came out of the box. What was in the box the whole time was none other than...Millie herself! And she was dressed up in her adorable pink kitty cat costume. The same kitty cat costume from the C.H.E.R.U.B episode.
"What the-...Millie!?" Blitzo said in disbelief
"Tehehe! That's rrrright! Meeeeow!" Millie said cutely before she hopped out of the box onto the floor
"So Millie dressed as a cat is the surprise? Well this might be interesting." Loona thought as she watched
"HI Yall! I am MILLIE the purrrfect KITTY!" Millie introduced in a super cheery tone as she did a cute pose in her cat costume in front of everyone
"Bravo bravo. This gonna be good." Blitzo smiled as he lightly clapped his hands
Jax on the other hand was very astonished by the wonderful sight he was witnessing. Millie looked so beautifully cute and cuddly in her pink cat costume. What topped the costume was the red collar around her neck with a golden ball bell.
"I, Millie the purrrfect kitty, am here today to give a sweet little pup tons of love and affection! A sweet little pup who happens to be this little fuzzball right here!" Millie said as she went up to Jax
"Teehehe! Big kitty!" Jax smiled
Millie kneels down in front of the couch to be face to face with Jax.
"Hiya sweetheart! How would you like to have some warm and fuzzy time with a big cuddly kitty like me?" Millie offered as she swished her long cat tail, held up her paws, and blepped out her tongue
"Yessy Yes!" Jax babbled joyfully
"Alright then! I'm all yours dear!" Millie smiled brightly as she opened her arms inviting Jax to jump to her
With that Jax stands himself up and with all his baby strength, he takes a big leap off the couch and flies right into Millie's loving arms.
"I GOTCHU!" Millie joyfully beamed catching the baby hellhound in her cuddly arms
"Kitty so softy! So fuzzy!" Jax squealed as he rubbed his face into the chest of Millie's costume like she was a giant soft stuffed toy
"Yes you like my costume do you little one!" Millie cooed tightening her hug on Jax
"Looks like he's really liking his surprise so far." Moxxie smiled as he watched
After the chest nuzzling, it was now Millie's turn to shower Jax with affection like she said she was going to do.
"Come here Jaxy! Let Millie the purrrfect kitty adore you to the bone! Starting off with a little purrrring!"
With that, Millie holds Jax more closer and begins to softly rub her face against his while letting out some tender cat-like purring.
"*PURRRRRRRR, PURRRRRRRRRRR*" Millie tenderly purred as she nuzzled making Jax melt in her embrace like butter
"Oh I so gotta get this. This is priceless." Blitzo said as he whipped out his video camcorder and begin filming the super cute interaction between the two
"Boy Jax is so damn lucky right now." Loona thought as she continued watching
"*PURRRRRRR, PURRRRRRRR*" Millie continued to purr and nuzzle Jax with all her heart until she finally stopped
"Did you like that sweetie?" Millie asked
Jax nodded yes while being in a love daze from all the soft purring and nuzzling.
"Wonderful! Now for some head pats with my big soft paws."
Next thing Millie does is sit Jax on her lap and gently pat her big kitty paws softly around his face and ears much to his delight.
"Mmmm...so softy." Jax said looking like he was going to pass out from the overwhelming tenderness
Millie noticed this and immediately stopped to let Jax regain himself.
"Oh my too much softness! Time to hype things up right meow! Here Jaxy give my paw a little squeeze!" Millie smiled offering her paw
Jax was a little confused of Millie's request but he grabbed Millie's anyway and gave it a little squeeze.
*SQUEAK!* Millie's paw squeaked
"Wha?" Jax gave Millie's paw 2 more squeezes
*SQUEAK! SQUEAK!*
"See I squeak!" Millie smiled
"Teehehe! Squishy!" Jax babbled as he grabbed Millie's whole paw and gave it a big hug making it squeak louder
*SQUEEEE!*
"Teehehehe! Oh this is fun! Just purrrrfect!" Millie smiled feeling proud to make Jax happy with her kitty costume
"I knew it still works." Moxxie smiled as he was recalling the time he and Millie fist bumped in their cat costumes during their ridiculous episode with the cherubs
"Big kitty fun!" Jax smiled as he joyfully wrapped his little arms around Millie's cat waist in a big nuzzling hug
"*gasp!* Awwww! Millie the purrrfect kitty is happy to make your day purrrrfect little dear!" Millie smiled returning the hug
At this point the cuteness was way too much for Blitzo's heart to take.
"Aw shit...I don't I can...Uuuuh *FAINT!*"
Blitzo faints from the overloading cuteness and falls down off the couch dropping his camcorder in the process.
Loona on the other hand wasn't affected very much. But she couldn't help but smile lightly at the scene before her eyes. Just seeing Jax being so happy was enough to touch her heart.
"*sigh* Lucky kid." Loona whispered as she took out her phone to snap a picture of the kitty cat disquised imp and the baby hellhound together
"Looks like the surprise was a super success." Moxxie said in his mind as he continued to watch Millie and Jax play more together
Later that evening
Millie (still in her cat costume) was lying on Blitzo's couch while cuddling Jax on her soft belly. They were both in a deep peaceful sleep together.
"*Inhales*...Purrrrrrrrr...*inhales*...Purrrrrrrrrr." Millie purred in her sleep.
Meanwhile Moxxie was using a broom to sweep up all the confetti from the box. Loona on the other hand was standing behind the couch watching the two nap.
"What a day this has been." Loona thought as she watched Millie and Jax doze away
Meanwhile Blitzo was still hilariously passed out on the floor from cuteness overdose.
