Chapter 10: The last diaper change

Finally 2 long weeks have past and our little hellhound Jax had only a few hours left of being a baby.

Right now it was around bed time in Imp City with the sky being dark crimson. Inside Blitzo's apartment, Loona was sitting on the couch with her baby pup on her lap feeding him his dinner before putting him to bed for the night. Blitzo was already asleep at the moment.

"That's it kiddo. Drink it all up." Loona said as Jax sucked away on the baby bottle she was feeding him

*Suck, suck, suck, suck, suck, suck.*

Jax drank the bottle up empty before Loona removed it from his mouth and set it aside.

*BURP!* Jax burped cutely

"*giggles* Excuse you." Loona smiled as she rubbed Jax's belly

Loona then noticed Jax's diaper suddenly turning slightly yellow and filling up with his fluid.

"What the? Dude already?" Loona lightly exclaimed

"Sowwy." Jax kindly apologized with cute eyes

"*sigh* Come on let's get you changed." Loona sighed before getting up and carrying Jax over to the small dining table in the kitchen where the diaper bag was sitting

Loona gently laid Jax down on the table before taking another new diaper out of the bag.

One diaper change later

"There. All done." Loona said after securing the new diaper on her pup before carrying him over to his cardboard box crib in front of the couch

One thing Loona was completely unaware of was the regression spell was due to wear off of Jax on the following midnight and the diaper change she just did was going to be the very last one. The reason why Loona was unaware was because she was so engaged in caring for Jax and enjoying him as a baby for the past days that she lost track of time.

"There you go. All comfy." Loona said gently placing Jax in his box

"Goods night mama." Jax smiled as he made himself comfortable on his pillow

"Goodnight to you two kiddo." Loona smiled as she lovingly petted her baby pup

Loona then picks up the small red pacifier next to Jax and inserts it into his mouth to help him fall fast asleep.

*Suck, suck...suck...suck*

Jax slowly sucked on his pacifier while Loona hummed him a soft lullaby. His eyes slowly closed and before you know it he was in a deep peaceful sleep.

"Sleep tight Jax. I'll see you in the morning." Loona whispered as she draped a small blanket over her pup before she stood back up and quietly went straight to her bedroom closing the door behind her.

A few hours later

It was almost very close to midnight and Jax was peacefully sleeping away in his box crib with the pacifier still in his mouth. In a split second right after the clock struck to 12:00 AM, Jax's body suddenly started glowing in a magical light blue aura. The glowing grew brighter for a few more seconds when...

*ZAP!*

A brief flash of light illuminated the living room like lightning.Jax continued to sleep through the rest of the night like nothing has happened.

The next morning

"Mmmm...mmmm" Jax groaned as he slowly woke up feeling pretty uncomfortable in his box

*PLAH!*

Jax spat out his pacifier and rubbed his eyes while wondering why his box crib felt pretty smaller than usual and why he didn't feel any soft padding on his tushy.

"Mmmm...what is going on? Why does my box feel so small and crammy? *GASP!*...M-My voice! I-I can talk again!?" Jax exclaimed in shock upon hearing himself speak normal words instead of baby talk

Jax quickly gets out of his box and looks down to discover he was not wearing his diaper anymore. Instead he was wearing his normal white undies. He also discovers his arms and legs are more longer.

"Am-...Am I a big boy again!?" Jax asked himself before he looked at his reflection in the black screen of the turned off TV in front of him

To Jax's sheer joyful surprise, he sees in the reflection that he was not a 2 month old baby pup anymore. He was back to his normal 5 year old age and size. In other words the regression spell has weared off of him.

"I-...I'M A BIG BOY AGAIN! YAYYYYY!" The now 5 year old hellhound boy cheered bashfully as he happily did a little dance

"This is awesome! I'm a big boy again! I can walk! I can talk! I can use the potty and eat solid food again! Woohoo!"

Meanwhile inside Loona's bedroom

Loona was peacefully sleeping in her bed as she was laying with her face in her pillow when suddenly...

*BAM!*

The bedroom door bursted open and Jax came bolting right in and jumping onto Loona's bed.

"MOMMY MOMMY! WAKE UP! WAKE UP!" Jax shouted as he shook Loona awake

"GAH! What the heck!?" Loona exclaimed as she quickly sat up in her bed and rubbed her eyes

"Tehehe! Hi mommy! Goodmorning!" Jax smiled while swishing his tail

"What the?...Jax!?...Dude is that you!?" Loona asked in disbelief

"Yes! I'm a big boy again!" Jax happily announced as he did a spin around

Loona was very surprised upon seeing Jax grown back up and wearing his undies instead of a diaper.

"Wait...Has it been 2 weeks already!?" Loona asked before she grabbed her phone off the nightstand

Loona checks the date on her phone screen and it shows that 2 weeks have indeed passed.

"Oh...shit. I guess it has been 2 weeks. The spell is finally over." Loona said as she put her phone aside

Jax giggled before he sat onto Loona's lap and snuggled up with her.

"Thank you so much for taking care of me and changing my diapers mommy. I really appreciate it." Jax kindly thanked

"Hey it was nothing. I was just doing my duty young puppy." Loona smiled wrapping an arm around her pup

"All though...I kinda am going to miss being a baby pup." Jax frowned a little

"Oh? Why is that?" Loona asked

"Well it's because even though I couldn't easily walk or reach the potty and had to be fed with a bottle, I loved being very small and warmly cuddled close like a plushie. Especially by Millie in her cat costume." Jax said

"I see. Well kiddo I'm honestly gonna miss you as a baby two. You were so precious. But remember no matter how big you grow, you'll always be my awesome and cute little pup." Loona smiled as she hugged Jax tighter and stroked between his ears

*GROWL!*

A sudden growl from Jax's stomach interrupted the moment.

"Sounds like you need breakfast." Loona said

"Are you still going to feed me with a bottle?" Jax jokingly asked

"*giggles* Silly pup. Come on let's get you dressed." Loona said getting out of bed with her now 5 year old pup in her arms

Later

Loona and Jax were both in the kitchen having breakfast at the table together when Blitzo came walking out of the bathroom holding a magazine book.

"Morning there Loona! Morning Jax!"

Blitzo happily greeted walking past the two hellhounds before stopping dead in his tracks and dropping his magazine on the floor. Blitzo slowly turned back around looking at Jax with a very confused and surprised expression on his face. Mostly due to Jax's sudden change.

"Good morning grandpa Blitzo!" Jax greeted back

"What the-...Are you?...How-" Blitzo stuttered

"Before you ask Blitz, the spell has worn off and Jax is back to normal again. 2 weeks has finally passed. He's done being a baby." Loona explained

"Oh...I-I see." Blitzo said before looking at the diaper bag on the floor nearby

"*sigh* Well I guess we won't be needing this no more." Blitzo sighed sadly as he picked up the diaper bag to put it away somewhere

Loona could tell Blitzo was going to miss Jax as a baby as well that she didn't bother to say anything and kept on eating her breakfast. Jax could also see Blitzo's sad expression. He was about to say something when...

*KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK!*

A sudden knock at the front door makes Blitzo put the diaper bag back down. Blitzo walks up to the door and opens it up to be greeted by Moxxie and Millie.

"Good morning B!" Millie greeted

"Oh...M&M what a surprise." Blitzo faked a smile

"We brought more padding for the sweet little bean!" Millie smiled holding up shopping bags containing more diapers

"Oh uhhh that's nice of you but ummm..." Blitzo hesitated rubbing the back of his head

"Is something the matter sir?" Moxxie asked suspiciously

"Well uhhh the thing is...I hate to break it to you guys but...the kid will no longer be needing diapers anymore." Blitzo explained

"Oh? Why is that?" Millie asked

One quick explanation later

"What!? He's grown up again!?" Millie asked dropping the shopping bags

"The spell has already worn off!?" Moxxie added

"Mmhmm. Come in and see for yourself." Blitzo said inviting Moxxie and Millie inside the apartment

Jax gets down from the dining table to greet Moxxie and Millie upon seeing the enter.

"Hi Moxxie! Hi Aunty Millie! Look at me I'm big again!" Jax smiled up at the two imps

"Jax...Oh sweetheart you are big indeed. You've grown back up. It makes me sad to not see you as a sweet little baby pup anymore." Millie said sadly

This made the 5 year old pup frown and look down to the floor with his ears and tail drooping. Jax felt bad for making everyone sad just because he was not a baby anymore. Millie saw this and she right away put her hands on his furry cheeks.

"Aww don't worry sweetie. You're still the cutest pumkin in the patch!" Millie smiled as she embraced Jax in a warm assuring hug

Jax immediately smiled again and hugged Millie back with his tail wagging. Moxxie stepped forward to give Jax nice pats on his shoulder.
