Special - Unperfected AU

In a society where superheroes and villains were real, these powers are called 'Quirks'; the abnormal became less so in the face of time. Some weren't as fortunate to receive this power, and others went on to become something the world would remember, be it good or bad. Down one random street in Musutafu, a shop door burst open with gusto into the sunny, warm weekend, a girl stepping out in haste.

"Thanks for the parts, Miss. Aki!" Waving back at the nice store lady, the girl took off with her backpack thrown over her left shoulder, a bag clutched in her arms.

The girl was young with short, whitish-blue hair and a long, thin ponytail jutting from her locks near her nape, stretching down to her lower back. Her eyes were a dazzling sky blue that brightened at the path ahead with each step she took. She wore a black choker necklace and a blue t-shirt under a white hoodie with a pair of running shorts and white and black running shoes.

Passing by a building under construction, she waved up at the people at work. "Hey guys, try not to drop something on me this time." She grimaced at the last time she came by here and almost had several bricks dropped on her head in a cartoon-like fashion.

"Ah, come on now, kid, we're the best at what we do." One spoke up, their foreman who leaned over the railing of the scaffold to grin down at her. All they heard was what sounded like a wall being smashed in, followed by a 'whoops'. The foreman's smile wavered at the girl's deadpan stare before she shrugged.

"You okay, Jerry!?" She yelled.

"I'm not dead yet!" Was what brought her smile back as the smug glint in her eye lingered on the foreman's exasperated sigh.

"Well, whatever you say, boss, seeya," Soon, she picked up her pace, rolling her eyes at the awfully timed accident.

Her name was Yuki Hiroshi, Quirkless, genius tinkerer, and a slick musician in her spare time. Her life really only had it's down when she was younger; finding out she didn't have a Quirk did suck, but a few years later, and your younger sister has one hurt much more. Now, Yuki was fine with that, 'cause when that dummy became an awesome hero, they'd both be a band together; that was their goal, a vow between sisters.

Soon she passed by a few guys in an alleyway, the group looking back at their artwork on the wall as Yuki waved. "Sup guys - damn, new piece?" They all jumped but soon broke into a calming aura, one slapping their hand to Yuki's waiting one.

"You know it, how's it look?" He motioned as Yuki peered closer to give it her full attention. The mural was of All Might, the Symbol of Peace, his outline shining over twisted thorns that attempted to coil around a skyline, the darkness that he kept at bay with his radiance. It was a good mural, sucks it had to be in some alleyway out of sight.

"Square on the nose," She whistled, shaking her head at them humorously. "How do you do it, man? You got some Quirk under those hands of yours?" Yuki prodded at the lead artist's hands, the man putting his hands up with a chuckle.

"If I have a Quirk, would that make you more inclined to go out with me?" The others all whistled at this declaration. All he received was Yuki smiling slyly at him, flicking his nose.

"Not. A. Chance." Was her reply as the others broke into a fit of laughter, the main teen looking somewhat disheartened under his hood. "But hey, want my advice-" She tossed one of his spray cans for him to catch without thought instantly. "-some girls are into someone with confidence and a personality like yours, you'll see - peace, my guys!"

Leaving the shrouded alleyway Yuki Strapped on her blue headphones; her step buzzed at the song filling her ears, the upbeat tune and the lyrics beginning to fill her mind as she waited to cross into a large park ahead of her. "Today, I change my place in history. Today I'm going to start a brand new life. Done with suffering, had enough of misery. Finally on a path heading somewhere bright~!"

She sang while cutting across the road and into the park with a smile. Did she care that people might hear her? Nope, this was her favourite thing about music; she didn't care if the whole world could hear her; actually, she hoped someday they would if anything in the world excited her more than the idea of being a hero in some other world, it was the ability to sing to her heart's content, even if it only ever brought a smile to one person. That's how she'll be a hero. Or through her tinkering, though both were a mile and a half.

"I feel a different kind of energy-" She peered around the quiet park, basking in the sunlight as she skipped along. "Kicking everything into overdrive-" She kicked her foot out at that, sliding down the railing on the steps ahead with ease. "Switched-on, revved-up, turbo-mode vitality. Find it hard to believe I feel so alive-"

*BAM!*

Her little tempo was cut painfully short a second later as she collided with someone from seemingly nowhere. "Ow... okay, no more singing with my eyes closed," It Ironic how she felt so alive yet now crumpled in the dirt with someone atop her. Blinking out of the whiplash, she peered up at whoever was atop her.

"Ow-ow-ow..." When the person above opened their eyes, he found himself staring not at just red brick but rather a curious and beautiful girl with blue hair and matching eyes. For a second, he felt like this training finally caused him to have delirious hallucinations before a finger poked his cheek. "Eh?" She was real, authentic, and he was very much on top of her. "AHH, s-s-sorry!"

Throwing himself backwards, he fell onto his haunches while the girl sat up, rubbing her head while giving him a small smile. She saw a boy who looked around her age; only he had curly, greenish-black hair and emerald eyes, he even at freckles aligned like diamonds on his cheeks.

"No worries, I was the one not looking where they were going, hehe, I forget to do that sometimes," Yuki scratched her cheek at the embarrassing predicament before gasping. "Hey, you're hurt."

"H-Huh?" Noting the stinging on his right forearm, he noticed the small gash that split across his skin. Smiling kindly at her, he tried to ease her concern. "Oh, it's nothing bad; I get alot of cuts like this during training, so - a-a-ah...!?"

Yuki didn't take 'no' for an answer, lips pressed into a thin line as she grabbed something from her shopping bag. "You move, and I'll hit you," That and her sharp look kept him still as she took out a clean cloth and quickly dabbed away the blood, using a bottle of water to wash the wound as his arm flinched. "Hold still, okay?" She didn't see it, but he nodded frantically with a cherry-red blush on his face.

"T-t-too close!" Even as he attempted to look elsewhere, his left eye kept stealing glances as she worked to patch up his gash with a small bandage that slowly eased his rigid form while his mind wandered. "She's earnest about this?"

"I may not be some fancy hero, but I won't hesitate to help someone," His body stiffened at her eye, peeking between her bangs with a soft smile. "It's fine; alot of people give me that same look when I fret over something, so... well, normal, I guess."

"No, it's fine, I... I get that, wanting to help someone even if they don't want it," Izuku scratched the back of his head sheepishly as Yuki sat back, dusting her hands off proudly. Smiling himself, he bowed his head. "Thank you, um-"

She blinked before facepalming. "Grah, every time... sorry, the name's Yuki Hiroshi." Putting her hand out to help Izuku to his feet, he accepted it quickly.

"Izuku Midoriya," Noting her stuff was still thrown to the ground after their collision, he didn't hesitate to pick her things up. "Here, I'll help atleast."

"I - it's fine," Yuki waved, but by then, he held out her two bags for her. Blinking at the boy's insistence to help her in return, she giggled, taking back her belongings with a wink. "Looks like we're even, Midoriya." "Hold on, 'Midoriya', where did I hear his name before...?"

Unbeknownst to her, he was freaking out on the inside, struggling to hold back a blush threatening to burn across his whole face. "I'm actually talking to a girl, and she's laughing, but in a good way, and she's beautiful! Uwaaah, what do I do, what do I do!?"

"It's you!" His mindset was shattered as Yuki's face brightened with realization, moving closer to look him up and down. "You're the one injured from the USJ! Man, that must have been intense, fighting actual villains?"

To his surprise, the words that came out were without a stutter. "Yeah, I... we really got lucky; I ended up breaking my arm and legs during the whole ordeal," Seeing the paled look on her face, he instantly freaked out. "Sorry, sorry, I-I'm fine now; it was my own fault for using my Quirk too much!"

"Your Quirk destroyed your body?" Now she was either freaked out or impressed he's even standing. Though now, her eyes narrowed, tapping her chin. "A strength enhancement, Quirk, I guess?"

"Y-yep! I was a late-bloomer s-so, um... H-Hiroshi?" Once more, she was prodding at his arms inquisitively, brow hardened into a line.

"It might be that you've yet to break away your physical limitations... so your body can't compensate for the energy you've been putting out," Muttering to herself, she eyed him directly. "Do you channel all that energy into your whole body or just one place?"

"J-just one." That got him thinking. "'My whole body', is that possible without breaking myself?"

Stepping back, Yuki flicked his nose to snap his attention to her. "I see your problem; you're not limiting your output, even if you did focus that energy into one spot you've been clocking in your power... erm, let's say at one-hundred percent," Izuku nodded with her as the two started walking in a random direction, Yuki listing off with her fingers. "All of that force hasn't had time to blossom with your body, so both are out of sync, so to compensate, you shouldn't be using all of your power in one spot, but instead a short burst at a dialled down percentage across your whole body," Throwing her hands down with a shake she continued cluelessly. "How you accomplish that is on you; I haven't got a strength Quirk or any Quirk for that matter to compare."

When she did turn her head, she flinched as Izuku scribbled down her words frantically onto a notebook. This resulted in her inquisitive gaze turning humorous as she swiped the singed notebook from his hands. "Wah, w-wait, don't look at that, please!" He went to swipe it back, but Yuki skipped around to his left, himself missing as she hummed, flicking through the pages. Now Izuku was blushing considerably hotter than before.

"Wow," Blinking, she skimmed the many details and drawings of heroes of all kinds. Izuku had jotted down notes of their Quirks, weaknesses, and strengths, even the reason for certain suit designs. "Didn't peg you as a stalker, Midoriya?"

"W-what!?" He shrieked while that broke a burst of boisterous laughter from Yuki's throat, herself handing the notebook back at his deadpan face. "That wasn't funny..."

"It was to me, haha," She cooed, then noticed they were at a point she'd turn to walk home. "Well, it seems this is where we part ways," Something about that disheartened Yuki, but her smile kept it from showing. "Again, sorry for, you know, crashing into you." Was her reply as her finger tapped the volume down button on her headphones a few times.

Izuku offered a smile back. "No, i-it's fine, and thank you for patching my arm up, and for the advice, I think it'll really help me control my Quirk!" The fact a random person he ran into offered him a small piece of advice that could break this wall he's struggled for weeks with was a blessing in disguise.

"Just doing my part and all that," With a final wave behind her, she turned to give him one last smile that left him in a complete stupor. "Seeya around, Midoriya."

"I actually talked to a girl!" "Y-Yeah, bye!" He hesitantly waved before slapping his forehead. "What was that? I probably looked like such a nerd to her..." Cursing his bad luck, he sighed tiredly and left in the opposite direction, doubts creeping into his mind. "Maybe I should've talked more?" His face flattened. "No, I'd look more like a creep if I asked that, maybe, I dunno..."

The next day...

Back in the USJ, well after the incident, the class of 1-A were to conduct their lesson on rescuing, primarily. It was simple; the group would act in divided teams across the USJ in certain situations helping people in need of saving. The actual plan was to allow the students to conduct everything, but Mr Aizawa had other plans.

"First, we're changing one of the conditions of this lesson," His dark glare kept everyone silent as he motioned to his left. "You can come out now." The drawl drew out three ordinary individuals from behind the highlands' peak. "These are a few volunteers that have agreed to help with this lesson; they'll be evaluating with a civilian mindset compared to ours," Aizawa blinked slowly. "Consider this a step-up in terms of pressure."

"You're kidding...?" Sero gawked as many murmured about the added layer of difficulty; however, Thirteen looked lost in counting between the duo that gave some curious students small introductions.

"Eraser, isn't there supposed to be a third volunteer?" At the requirement, he too looked around for a moment before his eyes landed on UA's problem child.

"Boo,"

"UWAH!" Izuku's face went ghostly white as someone poked his sides, scaring the soul right out of him, followed by a familiar laugh that quickly revitalized his senses. Turning on the ground, he met an outstretched hand accompanied by a toothy grin.

"Hahaha! You should've seen your face, haha, priceless!" Yuki giggled behind her hand, wiping a tear away.

"H-Hiroshi?" Izuku still struggled to understand how the girl he met yesterday was here as if his misfortune finally turned itself around in his favour. That alone brought a smile back as he took her hand.

"The one and only, M-Midoriya." She teased his stutter as he blushed, swiping his hand away while the rest of the class took note of the pair. "Who would've thought we'd meet once more so soon, must be fate." She nudged his side, seeing him try and box his blushing face away with his arms.

"This girl knows Midoriya?" "She's one of the volunteers?" "She looks so beautiful."

Taking in all the murmurs, Yuki spun on her heel with a smile and a peace sign in the style All Might would use over his left eye. "Yuki Hiroshi, here to make your lesson a living hell, that about right, Mr Eraserhead?" Tilting her head toward the underground hero, she did her best to keep her excitement at being with UA student's under wraps, but there were also Pros that couldn't contain her grin.

With a slow nod, he cleared his throat. "Exactly. Your class will split into three groups at our discretion; one volunteer will follow you as you perform a rescue exercise alongside one of us teachers." "If only a certain someone could remember to set the alarm..." "Take the time to familiarize yourselves with these people while we overlook a few notes, understood?"

"Yes, Sir!"

"So this is the USJ..." Yuki muttered beside Izuku, her wide eyes wandering around what was once a gruelling battle with the Leauge of Villains; Izuku could still imagine the scene now, how he almost got himself killed if not for All Might, and how easily they could've overpowered them all, including the Symbol of Peace in an instant. "...I'll be honest, kinda jealous my sister wants to go here."

That reminded Izuku of what she had said prior, and a feeling of familiarity washed over his face. "You said you were Quirkless," "Like me."

Yuki nodded, wagging her finger nonchalantly. "That's just how the world works sadly; I'm over it; besides, if I can't be a hero battling villains and saving lives with a Quirk, then I'll just have to take a different approach; this is part of the reason I'm here,"

"And what's that reas-" His lips were cut off by her finger, followed by a wink.

"That's a secret~" Then she turned to the small group of students before them. "Hello again, and can I just say, your costumes look awesome!" Yuki squealed in delight. Pointing to the first, the redhead of the group, Kirishima. "You look like a brawler with that gear and vice look; I'm guessing you got an enhancement Quirk like Midoriya?"

Kirishima grinned, cracking his fists together as they hardened. "Sure am! I can harden my body to be as strong as stone! Name's Eijiro Kirishima."

"Oooh, and you-" She approached the quiet rocker, Jiro, giving her punk outfit an inquisitive look. "Being bias, I love music, so this strikes a good vibe with me, and these jacks of yours-" Pointing to her earlobes.

Jiro nodding, flicking one of them around her finger while the other wiggled around on command. "-I can hear super far or quiet sounds and amplify my heartbeat for a sonic attack-" Yuki cut her off.

"-through the speakers on your shins, awesome!" The pair looked at each other in the eyes then smiled. "I think I just found my new musical friend."

"Ditto." Jiro chuffed, accepting her compliments which were surprising to hear. "I'm Kyoka Jiro."

"You know my name, but a pleasure." She bumped fists with Jiro.

"So, Midoriya," She slithered to his side, poking his arm then toward the person caught in her blue gaze. "Who's the ticking time bomb glaring up a storm?"

"Eh?" Confused, his head swivelled around with her, and both his pupils dialled at the crimson glare belonging to Bakugo, the man eyeing up Yuki fiercely. "T-that's Kacchan, h-he's... alot to bear." From how exasperated Izuku's voice was, Yuki got a good idea.

"What are you saying about me, Deku!?" Clearly, he was acutely aware they were talking about him. Beside her, Izuku froze up, hands raised defensively, sputtering incoherent words that only served to entice the ash-blonde's irritation further. "How do you know her? You're a freaking nobody!?"

"Said 'her' has a name, thank you," Yuki raised her hand sarcastically, looking dully at the boy while using Izuku's shoulder as a crutch for her left elbow to lean on, even as the greenette blushed at her proximity. "And he knows me 'cause I may or may not have accidentally tackled him, ehehehe." She wasn't too proud of that.

"Seriously?" Jiro snickered slightly.

Then Yuki continued with a sharp glint to her leer. "I may be a little judgemental, but clearly, you aren't the most outgoing of personalities, so I think I'll just stick to avoiding you like a bad habit." She then gave him a 'shoo-shoo' wave of her hand and spun right around.

"Don't ignore me!" Bakugo snapped, almost tempted to storm up to her, only for both himself and Izuku to be surprised as she merely cleaned the wax from her ear.

"Sorry, what was that? I was ignoring you, Dumb-Dumb," And with that, she looped right back into the conversation as though the unbelievable moment a girl not only defended Izuku but shrugged him off like he was nothing. Now Izuku was convinced the world was turned on its head.

While a few others like Ochaco, Iida, and Yaoyorozu greeted and took Yuki's evaluating kind words, two boys watched from the sidelines, inspecting the bluette with perverted eyes travelling across her body. The shortest boy with rounded, purple hair spoke first. "Look at the curves of that hotty; Yaoyorozu, Mina, and Ochaco have figures, but hers is perfect."

"Dude, freakin' Midoriya of all people knows her, how lucky is that?" The electric blonde, Kaminari grunted as he watched the greenette in question laugh alongside Yuki, her voice making Kaminari blush. "Even her laugh is cute, come on!"

Mineta, on the other hand, hadn't taken his eyes off her chest, hands motioning like claws. "Even just a single touch of her chest or butt, that's all I need..." As these perverted thoughts clouded their minds, neither saw the shadow looming over their forms with a black aura.

"You know the perks of living with an annoying little sister is that I've become abnormally good at figuring out when someone talks behind my back," Both boys stared up at the sweet smile betrayed by an azure fire in Yuki's eyes. "What do you say?"

The colour drained from them both like the day the villains attacked, only much more. "S-Sorry, Ma'am!"

That aura quickly dissipated when she spun around to return to her conversation with the UA students, leaving the pair to crumple to the ground. The first to scoff was Yaoyorozu, looking at them disappointedly. "We're representing UA in front of actual people, and they chose now to be immature?"

"There's a time and a place, seriously, guys." A guy with strange tape protrusions on his elbows, Sero, shook his head.

Blowing a lock from her eyes, Yuki looked completely neutral, "Eh, I'm well aware of how I look; let them gawk all they want," Yuki shrugged, hand on her hip. "I may lack a Quirk, but I am trained in several ways of kicking ass."

That brought out several laughs from the group, even as their lesson began shortly after.

"Okay, pro-con this situation," Yuki kept her eyes glued to the scene before her. They were across the highlands, a region that had a small water basin in the middle of the rocky cliffside. In her evaluating team was Midoriya, Sero, Kirishima, and Mina. "A rockslide has occurred with Mina acting as the injured in this scenario..." Her hand rubbed her chin, following the boys.

"Kirishima, with his hardening Quirk, is breaking down the larger rocks that are obstructing their view of Mina while minimizing the threat of another rockslide by shrinking the debris," Her eyes travelled to Sero, his Quirk tape. "Sero's creating safety lines for the trio while using the tape as a rope to reach and fasten around Mina once Midoriya gets there."

That led to the last on her eyes, the serious-looking nerd whose entire personality did a one-eighty. Gone was his timid, hesitant nature; instead, Yuki saw just how serious he took this, and she smiled. "Midoriya's the one that organized them in a heartbeat, directly Kirishima on what rocks to break or to avoid while directly Sero's tape down the cliff to avoid cutting the line, he's not using his Quirk, but without it, he's gotten the tactical evaluation down to a 'T'."

"So, your thoughts, Hiroshi?" Beside her was the teacher shadowing their teamwork, Eraserhead or Mr Aizawa. Yuki had heard of him, not all that flashy, but his Quirk was really cool, being able to shut Quirks down just by looking at them. However, he was currently mummified, which at first freaked her out.

"To put it bluntly, Mummy Man, these guys are excellent," Was her honest opinion, "The teamwork and chemistry are on point; instead of standing around, Midoriya evaluated the situation before anyone made any rash decisions that could endanger Mina's life and quickly formulated a plan that would simultaneously rescue and secure the area."

His head tilted away from her, eyes watching with an acute awareness of his students' abilities since the USJ, excluding All Might's 'help' only a few days ago with that stunt he pulled that could've triggered some serious mental health problems. Overall, he agreed to a degree with Yuki's assessment; however, one thing popped up in his head, a familiar moment before the new year began.

"You sent in a form not long ago, requesting to enter UA," He saw the girl's body flinch but otherwise remained still. "The Development of Support course, right?" No reply, so he continued. "While it was a few days after the exams, a few note-worthy requests of your name were what pushed this form through; you're talents in mechanical engineering are exceptional, even without-"

"-This society has some pretty bold claims," Yuki interrupted, eyes hidden by her bangs as her left hand rubbed her right wrist as though it itched. "Tch, 'an equal, peaceful society', what kind of crap is that? If you're Quirkless, you're just a nobody; being something more takes alot, but without a Quirk, that seems like an impossible goal."

In actuality, Yuki didn't tell Midoriya everything about her goals when they met, more so a fragment of a larger web. She wasn't jealous of her sister's Quirk; rather, she hated the state of the world for how drugged they are on Quirks; even the laws themselves made being a good person harder without being reprimanded. It was stupid.

Eraserhead nudged her shoulder, finally locking his bored gaze with her sharp pupils. "You came here to evaluate who you intend to help, smart, and yet so brazen to assume you'll be accept-" She stopped him again, and he didn't mind; seeing her fire was enjoyable.

"-Then I try again, and again, even if I have to claw my way forward, so be it, Mr Aizawa." She couldn't see it, but a tiny smirk at her challenging tone appeared under his wrappings.

"This kid..." Taking a look at his notes, he turned abruptly from her eyes. "I'll be back in a second, don't get yourself in trouble; I already have enough problems to handle."

"Hardy har." She muttered, looking at the team that had finally succeeded in their lesson, all congratulating one another.

Even as the boys praised Midoriya on his abilities, and he promptly became flustered, he looked over at the cliff edge, watching Yuki's eyes wander the highlands with an almost saddened state. "Hey, Hiroshi, what's wrong?" The trio looked over in time to see her smile again, shaking her head at something muttered under her breath.

Yuki turned to walk their way, only now her vision shifted toward her right, the feeling of weightlessness under her foot apparent as the edge broke away from the shockwaves that abraded the integrity of the cliffside. For a moment, Yuki felt her whole world crawl, this sense of helplessness washing over her body as the frightful sight of the bottom of the highlands stained her mind. She was going to fall to her death.

"Hiroshi!" Kirishima, Mina, and Sero cried out, moving in save her from her fall, only for a gust of wind to beat them to that punch alongside an electrical sensation that flew by their faces.

"Yuki!" Her eyes snapped wide as she saw the timid, emerald-haired Izuku stomp once off the edge of the cliff, his body, or rather his legs, were electrified with neon green bolts flickering across his gym clothes, billowing his clothing. Gradually, a touched smile split her frightened exterior.

Izuku tore down the edge of the mountain, reaching his hands out to catch her in a split second, grunting at the strain to his legs before sliding down the shelf, crashing down at the base on both feet.

"Huh. Huh? Huh!" Once her evaluation of the area was done, her eyes locked to Izuku, who held her tightly at the base of the highlands; his bones were smashed to pieces, nor did he look in pain. Instead, he was watching her with fright and concern. "...Midoriya."

"I... got you," He panted, feeling his hands tighten across her back and side as a faint, pink hue dusted her cheeks. "Ah, can you walk? Is everything okay?" Carefully allowing her to stand, he noticed her bashful posture while keeping her head somewhat low.

"I-I'm fine, t-thank you..." This was new to her; she's normally pretty sharp to avoid these kinds of threats, but this one slipped by, and when she saw Izuku jump in to rescue her, it was... lovely. Shaking off that flustered state, she waved up brightly. "I'm fine, guys!"

"Are you sure!?" Kirishima called down; then, he nudged both Sero and Mina. "You guys wait there; we'll get one of the teachers!"

"Okay, thanks, you guys!" Izuku answered back, leaving the pair at the bottom of the highlands beside the water with not really anywhere to go. "Hiroshi, what happened? Did you slip?" He stepped right back into his worried shoes.

Yuki blinked for a moment, grinning softly at his reply. "That's the first time you called me by my name," At first, he didn't get it, then his face broke out in a red hue, hands darting around frantically.

"I-I did!? S-sorry, I-I was just-" Her sweet laughter cut his panic off entirely.

"Hahahaha, It's fine; I'm only half Japanese so being referred to by my first name isn't so uncommon when I visit overseas, Izuku." Throwing his own name out, she enjoyed how he tried to hide his cherry red face from her; it was alot of fun messing with him. "Ahem, but yes, I am okay; you saved my ass back there. Did you figure out how to use your Quirk properly?"

Blinking for several seconds, Izuku looked up at the cliff-face before frowning. "I think I did on reflex, I... I really didn't know what to do; I just kept thinking, 'I had to move', and I did; my legs do feel sore, though." Patting his legs, he looked back to Yuki. "What do you think?"

"You subconsciously put my words into practice without needing to think of dialling back your output; it's a start and a good one if you can still walk just fine," She slapped his back, Izuku wincing from the force before she stood back. "Midoriya?" She was certain meeting him was a good omen for her days to come.

"Yeah?" He'd never forget it, seeing her stand there with a grateful smile and warmth in her eyes that left him speechless until the others arrived. But much like All Might, someone finally told him the words he prayed to hear someday, to remind him of what he wanted to become.

This girl made his heart skip.

"Thank you for saving me, hehe!"

End

Even in a world where events never transpired, these two still find a way to meet against all odds. I did consider other scenarios, but this was both the most likely outcome and the easiest to formulate. The 'Villain Deku AU' is great, but it's not my cup of tea. This was alot of fun to write either way.

I kind of got the idea of Yuki being Quirkless entirely a few weeks ago. So SIVA doesn't exist, but Yuki's more tech-smart than she lets on and joins UA by creating herself equipment that could make her a hero, either that or music, but that's a side-story of its own.

The concept sounds more interesting than simply giving her this nanotech that we've grown to know and love. Still, either option was exciting to me, yet writing about Yuki having SIVA, the struggles she faces, the enemies of two worlds, and Aksis' past felt more engaging, and I'd struggle with an iron-man-like Yuki story more. And so here we are. I hope enjoyed, appreciate the support as always, seeya in season 4 heroes!
