As Salem blasted Jaune with her magic, she saw that he was not fazed at all. She could tell that he didn't care how much power she uses. In the end, it was all for nought.

Jaune ignored Salem's attempts at his life. Instead, he looked at everyone who consumed the Pills of Gluttony. He smiled as he saw the improvements they were gaining from killing the Grimm.

It didn't take long before Jaune saw the Grimm decrease to nothing, which in turn caused Salem to be enraged. All her planning for who knows how long have been thwarted by an unknown individual.

With all the Grimm in their vicinity gone, including the Monstra, Jaune decided it was time to end the pathetic life of Salem. He only waited for the others to gain enough power for future insanity.

"Let's end this Salem," said Jaune. He looked at the woman with a blank look. Not once did he considered her a threat.

"Do you think that just because you've destroyed my Grimm you've won? This isn't over! I may not have the power to end you, but you do not have the power to kill…" Salem was unable to finish her words.

Jaune sighed at the rambling of Salem. He used Reduced Earth, which he learned from Scáthach, and grabbed Salem by her face before bringing his wings out and flying at immense speed, causing a crater as he flapped his wings.

Jaune was not done, he tossed Salem in the nearest mountain. By nearest, it means a few hundred miles away from the others.

The mountain top was destroyed due to Salem impacting it.

In the air, Jaune stared at Salem who started to heal from her injuries from what he did. He smiled and took out one of the weapons he got early on his journey.

It was originally a red spear, but with the fusions he did to it, the spear now had a red base with the thorn design being golden due to Gungnir and the colours on the circles and lines on the spear had had become purple thanks to Harp, which Jaune got from Ana.

Jaune smiled at the spear and readied it.

With a call of its True Name, the power of the spear was unleashed.

"Gáe Bolg!" shouted Jaune. He threw the spear at Salem, who was regenerating from her injuries.

With each fusion Jaune added to Gáe Bolg, the stronger it became. With Gungnir alone, it gave Gáe Bolg Cosmic Powers. And adding Harp to it, gave the spear the power to kill even immortals.

As the spear neared Salem, she smirked believing she would survive the hit. She never thought of blocking it.

For Jaune, he watched with a grin as he knew the woman would overestimate herself.

The explosion of Gáe Bolg's power was able be felt by the others from a few hundred miles away. Looking up to the sky, they saw a massive mushroom cloud. And the ground they're standing on shook with great might.

"What the hell?!" said Yang. She knew there was only a single person that was capable of such might. But the sheer display left her shocked.

"Are you serious?" asked Weiss. She saw a glimpse of what Jaune was truly capable of. Knowing what she knew now, she understood Jaune has not shown even a sliver of his true capabilities to them.

"Uhm…?" said Jaune-II. He had now words for his counterpart. Strong would be an understatement of what his counterpart was. He saw how the guy disappeared from his spot and reappeared grabbing Salem's face and flapping his wings, which caused a massive crater on where he stood.

"You know, I'm glad that Salem was our enemy and not other Jaune. I think even if Salem was immortal, there would be a chance for us to win, but other Jaune is on another level. I don't see any way we could win against him, even if we were to use all four Relics," said Blake. She didn't want to think about fighting someone on Jaune's level, it was…she didn't have a word for how she was feeling.

"You're right, Miss Belladonna. That is a scary thought to think about. I may not have seen the full power of the brother Gods, but I have no doubt in my mind that other Jaune is capable of besting them with ease," said Ozma. There was not a single person alive that has witness the might of the two Gods at their best. Even remembering what Salem told him of how the God of Darkness destroyed all humanity with a single attack, he believe that it was only possible because he had control over the life of the people of old Remnant.

"Do guys believe that other Jaune has the power to kill immortals? I know that I don't have any reason to doubt him as he gave us no reason to do so, but I am still worried a bit about it," said Ruby. She wanted the war with Salem to be over. Even if they could only have a short peaceful time.

"I believe so, Ruby," said Jaune-II. He knew that his counterpart was like him. Once he made a promise, he would not fail to deliver.

"I can feel it deep in me that he is a man who holds his words and promises with great deal," said Jaune-II. His words were able to calm Ruby of her worries.

Ruby smiled at Jaune and nodding before looking at Pyrrha and giving her a challenging look, which the champion returned. However, a moment later, the duo laughed at each other, confirming that they plan to talk about how they are going to deal with they would confront Jaune about both of their feelings. If a Jaune in another world can have multiple partners, why can't theirs?

"You know, seeing the destruction that other Jaune is capable of, I am glad that he didn't take us seriously in our spar when I challenged him," said Coco. It made her shiver, as did her team.

"Coco. Please don't remind us of that time. I know other Jaune meant no harm, but thinking back at that moment gives me nightmares," said Velvet. She covered her eyes with her bunny ears.

"She's not the only one, Coco. I remember Yatsuhashi the night before scream in his sleep," said Fox. He also had a share of nightmares, but not to the extent of Yatsuhashi's.

"Really? Really, Fox? Did you have to tell them about that? Do I have tell how you were so afraid that day you pissed your pants?" said Yatsuhashi. He was irked at how Fox had to mention his nightmares.

Fox had to shut his mouth after what Yatsuhashi said. Why? After all, it was already told to everyone that he pissed his pants. The reason for it is because it was only a small part of the story, there were more.

As the others conversed, Jaune arrived back to their location.

Clearly, everyone saw he was nonchalant about killing Salem.

"So…? Is she dead?" asked Yang. She was curious.

"She is…permanently," said Jaune. Using Gáe Bolg was enough to kill Salem, but the Grimm essence that latched on to her was still alive as the origin of it was being powered by the God of Darkness and to completely destroy it, he had to use a magic known as [Corrosion of Origin], a magic that corrodes and destroy the very essence of everything it comes into contact with.

[Corrosion of Origin] was originally created to be used against Tiamat, but he decided to not go through with it, which he was glad for. Otherwise, he wouldn't be with Tiamat as she was now.

"Oh! By the way, what was the cause of that explosion? Please tell me it is some super-secret-weapon!" said Ruby. After being calmed by Jaune-II, she was back to her usual self.

"Gáe Bolg is the name of the spear that I used to kill Salem. Originally, it would not have the power to do so, but I fused it with other weapons which gave it such power," said Jaune. He took Gáe Bolg out of the storage and showed it to everyone.

Ruby and everyone in a close vicinity to the spear moved back instinctively as they felt a massive pressure from the spear. It scared the living shit out of them.

"It's such a cool weapon, but why do I feel such fear from being near it?" asked Ruby. She was as curious as she was scared.

"That's because of the material used to make the spear. It was made from the skull of a phantasmal beast. It's residual essence is still within the spear. With the spear, I can even summon the wraith of the phantasmal beast to gain extra strength," said Jaune. He remembered the time he used said ability against Tiamat. It was when he used it alongside God Mode.

It's been a week since the defeat of Salem.

Vacuo citizens were allowed back to their home the day after the fight with Salem.

Beacon still housed all the refugee from Mantle and Atlas as they had no home to return to, but with the help of Jaune, it only took three days to rebuild Mantle.

Jaune refused to rebuild Atlas as he saw how it looked down on the people that lived in Mantle. They saw them as nothing more than second-class citizen. Brining Atlas back would make people that lived in it once again gain an elitist attitude.

However, all those were not important anymore as they were done with.

What is important is what is happening at this moment.

"We will miss you, other Jaune," said Nora. She hugged her fearless leader's counterpart.

"We will all miss him, Nora. We may not have been with him for long, but he has given us more than anyone could. A chance for a brighter future," said Ren. He placed his hand on Nora's shoulder.

"Are you sure we can't replace our Jaune with you?" asked Nora. She was joking, of course.

"Hey! Come on! I'm standing right here! Please tell me that this is going to continue after he's gone? Because I don't think I'll be able to handle it," said Jaune-II. He sighed.

"Oh, come on you big baby. It's only a bit of teasing," said Ruby. She smiled at her boyfriend.

"Ruby's right, it is only a bit of teasing, Jaune. You didn't see us complaining when you teased us in bed the other day," said Pyrrha. She held her checks as she blushed at the memory.

"Yeah! What Pyrrha said," said Ruby. Like Pyrrha, she was blushing.

Yang and Taiyang looked at Ruby. Did she imply that she was sleeping with Jaune-II?

"Ruby? Darling. What do you mean by those words?" said Tai. His eyes were twitching.

However, before anything happened, Summer, who was standing behind Tai karate chopped him in the back of the neck, causing him to faint.

"Oh! Ruby, don't you mind your father, I will be speaking to him about somethings to clear this kind of things in the future," said Summer. She smiled with a menacing atmosphere.

"Thanks, mom!" said Ruby. She hugged her mother.

A few minutes more of conversation, Jaune and the others were ready to depart.

Jaune gave them a wave, as did the others, and in a flash of light, they were gone.
