Within the Mirror Dimension…

Inhibition has been forsaken. It was not needed in the Mirror Dimension as there is no one to bring harm to. Hence, the thought of holding back was gone.

Yang and Nora were butting heads once again.

With every hammer strike, came lightning and thunder followed.

With every shotgun shell fired, a sea of fire blazed.

"Are those two always like this?" asked Willow. This was the second time she saw the same scene. Albeit there was no usage of magic before. "This is the second time this happened. And it has been hours since they started. Looking around us, I am glad we are inside the Mirror Dimension".

"Oh, come now, Willow," said Jaune. He smiled and chuckled at her. "If I remembered correctly when you started training with me and Scáthach, you tend to destroy a mount or two as well. In fact, you caused more damage than Yang and Nora combined".

Willow had the decency of blushing. It was true. She wanted to test her new strength and didn't hold back. This caused her to decimate five mounts. Luckily, Jaune had the idea of training her in the Mirror Dimension. Otherwise, there would be fewer mountains in the Monster Hunter World Universe.

"Hey! Now, I have this!" said Willow. She showed a bracelet. This was something Jaune made for her. A seal to keep her strength in check. "I don't need it anymore, but it is nice to have since I sometimes lose my control when I get angry. Rarely, but it happens".

"Plus, I didn't see you complaining when I did it," said Willow. She teased Jaune. "I remember seeing a look of arousal on your face. You have a fetish for strong women".

Jaune huffed.

"Of, course!" said Jaune. He crossed his arms. "I like my woman strong because I want them to be able to stand alone side me. But that is not necessarily what I look for".

Willow wanted to tease Jaune more.

"Oh? Is that the reason why you want your female friends to be stronger?" asked Willow. "So that you can court them at the right time when they can stand by your side?"

It was not true, but the notion made Jaune blush. Did he make them stronger because he wanted to court them? Nah! That can't be the reason. He wants them to be able to protect themselves when he invites them to travel to the more dangerous part of the multiverse.

However, the thought lingered in Jaune's mind more than he wanted.

Evernight Castle…

Arthur, Hazel, and Tyrian were in the throne room.

It has been months since they last saw Salem, ever since Cinder left with her cohorts to enact the plan at Vale.

"Arthur, have you gotten any word from our dear Maiden?" asked Hazel. He had his arms crossed. "It has been months, but I haven't heard of the Fall of Beacon. It should have happened during the Vytal Festival".

"None," said Watts. He shook his head. "Cinder hasn't been answering her scroll".

"Then things may not have gone as she wanted," said Hazel. He was sure the operation at Vale was a failure. He looked at Tyrian. "What of our Mistress? Where has she been? It has been months".

"Ha-ha-ha!" laughed Tyrian. He knew something they didn't. "You say the Mistress hasn't been around for months, but it has been a year or so since she left".

Arthur and Hazel were shocked. Salem left? When? How? If she's been gone for a year or so, then you were it they were talking to?

"That can't be right," said Arthur. "We have been speaking to Salem in person".

"Ha-ha-ha! No, you have not," said Tyrian. He knew it wasn't Salem. "The person you have been speaking to is nothing more than a hallucination brought about by Cinder's little pawn. Why do you think you haven't seen Goddess Salem since dear Cinder left?".

Arthur and Hazel came to a realization.

"If that's the case, then why do you remain here?" asked Arthur. He knew Tyrian was a devoted fanatic of Salem. He would have followed her. "I know you well enough. You should have gone with our Mistress".

"Yes, that's true," said Tyrian. He did a thinking pose. "However, before Goddess Salem left, she told me to stay here and wait for her return. No matter how long it takes, I will follow her order and stay here until her return. Ha-ha-ha-ha! Even if I am nothing more than bones, I will continue to follow her orders. Ha-ha-ha-ha!".

Arthur and Hazel stared at Tyrian. The stupid scorpion should have told them it wasn't Salem that was giving them orders. No wonder the orders were not coming from her Grimm Seer. It was never Salem and Cinder could not control any Grimm, except for the Grimm bug on her right arm. Even then, she was not controlling it. She was merely ordering it to fulfill Salem's orders.

A month later…

Jaune finished training his friends in Magic. This time his training went smoother as he gained teaching experience when he taught Haruhime.

"I haven't gotten anything good in the Gacha for a while now, at least for a month," said Jaune. He sighed. His luck seems to be running out. Then again, for the past few years, he was gotten amazing rolls. It was nothing to complain about. "Alice, can you spin the Gacha for me?".

[Gacha is now rolling]

Jaune wished for something amazing. He prayed hard to the Gacha God!

[Congratulations! Jaune received (Heaven's Teacher – Demi-God). The user may access the reward within the Inventory]

"Oh, come on! Really?!" said Jaune. When he read the ability he got, he was miffed. He would have loved to receive it when he was teaching his friends magic. It would have helped a lot. "This would have come in hand, I don't know, a month ago! Seriously! This thing lets me teach them as if they were born with said abilities. Talk about overpowered".

[You think that is impressive, then you would be shocked when you see the God rarity version of it]

Jaune raised his eyebrow.

"How big is the difference between God and Demi-God?" asked Jaune. This is the first time he was interested in the higher version of an ability he got. "I'm thinking…around a hundred times more?".

[Try a million times more. The God version is insane. Let's say a person that has no talent at all in magic. When you teach him magic, it would seem he was born with an unparalleled talent for it. That's the difference between God and Demi-God]

"Hah? That's shocking," said Jaune. He was shocked at how big the difference was. "No matter. The Demi-God version is good enough. None of my friends and family are talentless in the first place".

Although, Jaune got to thinking. Is it possible to upgrade your skills? He didn't know. So, he asked Alice.

[Yes, you can. There is an item called the Upgrade Token. A single upgrade token can upgrade anything you got from the Gacha. The only thing that cannot be upgraded by the Upgrade Token is God rarity items. For that, you would need the Supreme Upgrade Token. Even then, you would require 100 of them]

"That's not surprising," said Jaune. His God rarity was insane. A rarity above God? That…he didn't know what to think of what its capabilities would be. "Just how powerful would such an item be?".

[A single item of Supreme God rarity is enough to take over the multiverse. That's why it is extremely hard to acquire the necessary Supreme Upgrade Tokens]

"It doesn't matter," said Jaune. He shook his head. "I don't plan to take over the multiverse. It never even came to mind".

[Be that as it may, my objective is to make you the most powerful being in the Infinite Realities. The first step to that is obtaining your first Supreme God rarity item]

Jaune remembered Alice telling him that. Being the Greatest in the Infinite Realities. He sighed.

Days have passed since Jaune did anything.

Over the last few days, Jaune didn't have to do anything for the company, his friends, or his family.

Everyone saw how hard Jaune was working and thought about giving him time to himself. Even Scáthach and Willow thought the same.

Since Jaune was resting, he was being restless. He was not used to not doing anything. He wanted to go on adventures!

Scáthach and Willow seemed to be planning something. He didn't know what, but whenever he thought about it, it gave him shivers.

Glynda was busy planning the initiations for the new students.

RWBY, Ren, and Nora were training inside the Mirror Dimension and said they would not come out until…maybe a month from now? He didn't remember since he was working on something.

As for Pyrrha and Haruhime, the two girls said they wanted to have a girl's talk. He knew what they wanted to talk about. So, he did not disturb them. Jaune wondered when the two girls would have the courage to tell him about their feelings. He could tell them he knew, but that would be wasting their effort.

And Penny, when Jaune was about to ask her if she wanted to join him on an adventure, she was pulled away from him by his sisters. Why? Because they heard that Penny has never done girl stuff with other girls. The Arc sisters were going to pull Ruby in, but she was not interested in doing such activities.

For Winter, she was doing some paper regarding…Jaune didn't know. She was keeping it secret and even Whitley wouldn't tell him.

"Well, if no one is coming with me, I'll just bring them souvenirs," said Jaune. He wanted to visit a new world. "Here we go!".

With a bright flash of light, Jaune was gone from his previous position.
