Sounds of tiny explosions echoed through the dim early morning darkness. Flecks of blood seeped on the morbid skin of the Abomination as its skull head screeched and bared its fangs. Was it in pain or angered? Nobody could tell but each of the internal bullets that detonated that penetrated the skin of the monster appeared to only temporarily stun the creature.

"It's dazed!" Claudia told the group. "Hit it with your weapons!"

Chris went first firing his pistols. The mystical bullets managed to strike the monster's chest but it still did not take it down. The sheriff went next and fired a shotgun round twice into the Abomination's face and though it contacted the skull head's cheek, it did very little in creating any real damage. Now it was Melissa's and Allison's turn. Both shot their crossbows and made an indentation into the torso of the monster but even with the arrows protruding out, it did not stop the Abomination from moving.

"It's still charging!' Braeden yelled. She signaled her men to fire another shot of detonator bullets. More explosions vibrated, but the monster's tough skin did very little to no damage.

Furious, the Abomination screeched. Scott entered the fight joined by Derek as both Alphas attempted to slash each side of the monster with their claws but did nothing but left barely a scratch on its skin. In retaliation, the creature tripped both wolves with its barbed tail as the pair toppled to the ground. Then with a swift kick, slammed both lycanthropes in the chest, causing the two to fly back into the police cars across from the cottage.

Still holding her police baton, Tierney shivered in fear as she watched her new friends being defeated and screamed. "Holy shit! We're fucked!" As the Abomination headed toward her direction, she shut her eyes and prepared for the worst when a sudden jolt of electricity filled her body and felt a strange presence taking over.

"Allow me!" It said,

Harry the pug who had been cowering near the police van looked at Tierney's strange yellow eyes and addressed her. "Kuza? Is that you?"

"Hey Harry."

"Where you've been?"

"Long story," replied the kitsune. "Just need to hijack this body for a bit."

"Hope you have something up your sleeve," noted Harry. "Cause we're getting our asses handed to us!"

"Just wait."

Once again, the Abomination shrieked as it prepared for another attack. It squatted, ready to leap when someone walked out of the shadows and calmly walked up to the monster. This person with dark hair and wearing dark clothes smirked at the creature and proved his dominance over it.

"Such a stupid thing you are," taunted the man. "The Dread Doctors wasted their time in creating you!"

The Abomination shrieked again at him and raised its claw to kill him.

"Sir!" Braeden shouted through her megaphone. "Get away from the Abomination! It will kill you! This is not a joke!"

The man turned his head and sported a sinister grin at everyone. "It should be more like I will kill it!"

"Sebastien Valet!" Kuza sneered through Tierney's body. "It's over!"

"Is it, dear kitsune?" Sebastien laughed as he toyed with her. Shadows surrounded him, twirling in a dark cloud of mist. The Abomination raised its claw to strike but an even larger paw grabbed the monster's hand and twisted it into a sickening fashion. The Abomination screamed as its barbed tail went to trip the Beast but the creature that was Sebastien roared as it grabbed the monster's tail and shoved into the skull face's head. Dark blood oozed as the spikes of its own body betrayed it and the Beast finished the job by twisting the Abomination's head so tight that it snapped and severed the neck from its body leaving the monster into two pieces. In its victory, the Beast tossed the decapitated bloody head of the Abomination toward the police and the pack while the other half fell to the ground dead and unmoving. With another roar, the Beast proved himself victorious.

Stiles screamed at his friends. "Get both Eli's and Derek out of here!"

Teenage Eli picked up Eli Junior and raced toward the police van while Stiles attempted to follow as chaos erupted everywhere. Braeden the LCPD continued to fire but their bullets were ill-equipped to handle the Beast of Gevaudan. The pack and Claudia then shot their weapons but like the police force, it did nothing to stop Sebastien Valet's monster form, leaving Stiles to scramble and attempt to get into the driver's seat to escape with the two boys.

"Protect the two Eli's!" The sheriff called out to everyone. "It wants to kill them and Derek Hale!"

Once teenage Eli and Junior were safely inside the vehicle, Stiles got into the driver's seat and tried to start the police van but unfortunately had no luck. He looked up to see the Beast smashing the hood of the vehicle and damaging the engine. Grasping both sides of the police van, the monster shook the contents before turning it almost completely over. Stiles then screamed at Eli.

"The backdoor!" The FBI agent shouted. "Cover Junior and escape through the back doors of the van!"

Eli scrambled and unlocked the rear doors of the vehicle while clutching a now crying Junior in his arms. The trio leaped out of the van just in time as the Beast completely turned it over on its side. Upon hitting the ground, Eli safely hugged Junior as Stiles helped him up and started running away from the Beast in the opposite direction.

"Get away from them!" Derek growled. He tried to slash at the Beast's chest but the creature proved stronger and it knocked him out with its paw and threw the Alpha on to the ground. Scott then went to intervene before a backhand to the face sent him flying too.

More bullets, more arrows flew at him but none harmed him or even made a scratch as the Beast roared and began to chase Stiles, Eli, and the baby. Cornered at every turn, the Beast finally trapped them as it made one last lunge to finally end them before Kuza as Tierney blocked its path.

Roaring in victory, it leaped leaving Stiles to shield Eli and the baby from the oncoming onslaught. A spark appeared, then a crackled until a bright light appeared around Tierney. An intense explosion of thunder echoed all around as a luminescent, blinding brightness came out of nowhere. Derek shook off the attack and saw the Beast preparing to kill Stiles and his sons and he screamed.

"NOOOOOOO!"

The luminosity became intense until it filled the area, forcing everyone to shut their eyes. All they could see through squinted vision was the brilliance before everything plunged into darkness.

White space.

Stiles looked around to see teenage Eli still holding baby Eli Junior in his arms. Despite all the commotion, the one year old was fast asleep.

"Where are we?" Eli asked Stiles.

"I don't know." The FBI agent shrugged. "But it doesn't feel like an alternative universe."

"Are we dead then?" Eli asked. "Is this heaven?"

"I sure hope not." Derek jumped in as he appeared out of nowhere. Stiles and both Eli's greeted him with open arms. "One thing's for sure. We're all safe."

"It doesn't explain this place." Stiles noted.

"What happened? How did I get here?" Tierney suddenly appeared. "The last thing I remembered was screaming at the Abomination and seeing visions of a dream with this big shadowy Beast thing."

"You don't remember anything about the confrontation between the Abomination and the Beast?" Stiles asked the young woman.

Tierney shook her head. "Did we win?"

"For now."

All heads turned to see Kuza garbed in her traditional robes.

"Wait," Tierney said. "Did you possess my body?"

"I apologize for the intrusion," said the kitsune. "But I only have enough magic to take on a host and offer my assistance when needed. I assure you, Tierney, you have full bodily autonomy but I may have to jump in from time to time."

Tierney rolled her eyes. "You're just like my ex-husband, Harold. Always trying to be controlling."

Kuza exhaled. "I'm sorry, Tierney, but the Beast murdered your ex-husband and his mistress. I know because he kept a prisoner in the basement."

Upon hearing the news, Tierney clapped her hands. "Harold and Misty are dead? That is great news! Serves them right for treating me like shit! Karmic justice has been served!" She smiled at Kuza. "Feel free to possess my body anytime!"

Kuza smiled. "I may take you up on your offer."

Derek frowned. "I'm happy that you're bonding and doing all this girl talk but can you explain where we are? Are we dead?"

The kitsune shook her head. "No, this is the space between worlds. The parallel between the living and the dead. The best way to describe it is…"

"Limbo." Stiles answered for her. "We're stuck in-between. What happened to our physical bodies?"

"They're back in the conscious world but asleep," explained Kuza. "I had enough magic to transport the Beast deep into the woods of Europe but this will only momentarily stall it until you and the Circle can come up with a way of stopping the Beast. For now, I pulled your consciousness away to explain my plan to keep both Eli's safe."

"How?" Derek asked the kitsune.

Kuza shared her plan. "Despite the loss of my tails and sword, I reserved some magic to use to separate mine, Eli, and your son's souls from their physical bodies. Their energies will be then stored and transferred into the souls of a living host for safekeeping so that the Beast will not have easy access to them."

Derek's mouth dropped as his anger began to bubble. "You stole their soul energy and destroyed their physical bodies? Essentially, you killed them?"

"Not killed but transferred," the kitsune corrected him. "They will be reformed, remade and reshaped inside the body of the safe host until the Beast is defeated. Then they'll be set free."

Eli held Junior tight and raised his brows in confusion. "You're saying we're being reincarnated? Reborn? How? To whom?"

"In theory, that is what is happening," said Kuza. "This is the best course of action in order to secure your survival because the Beast wants the Hale blood of father and son to ascend to godhood."

"But you stole their souls to do it!" Derek sneered. "You don't have the right! This is my son!"

"A son that would have ended up dead if I hadn't intervened," replied Kuza seriously. "Would you rather sacrifice him to the Beast and allow it to become a deity. Your efforts to protect both would be for naught."

Derek protested. "But…"

Eli stepped in. "Derek. It's okay." He embraced Junior even tighter as he slept. "This is for the best. The both of us will be safe. I trust her judgment."

The Alpha teared up. "I can't lose my family again a second time."

Eli smiled. "You won't. We'll always be with you." He turned to Kuza. "Do it."

"Wait!" Derek raised his hand to stop her. The white space started to turn black as both his sons slowly faded out. Eli nodded to Stiles.

"I understand now," Eli smiled as he kissed his one year old self. "See you on the other side."

Confused, Stiles watched as everything turned black and he and everyone else vanished. Unsure of what was about to happen he closed his eyes.

The ASA Facility

Stiles, Derek, and Tierney shot up from the bed they were placed in as they tried to get their bearings while a row of doctors and ASA agents surrounded them.

"They're up!" One of the doctors called out from the lab they were in.

Director Claudia entered along with the rest of the pack as Noah Stilinski, Melissa, Scott, and Allison went and hugged the FBI agent.

"You're finally awake!" Melissa remarked. "Thank God!"

Still exhausted, Stiles stared at his friends. "How…how long was I out?"

"Two hours," answered the sheriff. "After the weird incident with both the Abomination and the Beast, the light flashed and the Beast was gone and you and Derek were knocked out cold while Tierney fainted. Claudia brought you here while you were all unconscious and ran some tests to ensure that all of you were fine."

"What about Eli and my son?" Derek asked, shaking off the haze. "Are they here too?"

The pack looked at each worried and said nothing.

Sensing them holding back, Derek pressed them. "Where is my son? Where is Eli Junior?"

Scott was the first to speak. "We don't know. When that flash happened, both Eli's and the Beast vanished. We're hoping they haven't portaled out."

Stiles jumped in. "They didn't. Kuza didn't have enough magic to open universal portals. She said she kept their soul energies stored in another host to keep them safe. I don't know what she meant by that."

Derek scowled. "You're saying that my baby boy is out there somewhere and we don't know where?" His eyes started to glow red in fury. "Where the fuck is my son?" He growled.

A doctor approached Director Claudia with a file. She looked at it worried before addressing Melissa McCall and whispering in her ear. She looked at the file and gasped before turning her attention to both Stiles and Derek.

Claudia's face turned serious. "Derek, I know I'm not your favorite person right now but there is something you should know concerning both Eli's."

Derek sneered at the woman. "You're right. You're not my favorite person. Now tell me what the fuck do you know about my son!"

Melissa placed a comforting hand on his arm. "Please listen, Derek. Kuza is a powerful kitsune and her reasons for protecting both Eli's are with good intentions. When Stiles mentioned the transferring of soul energies into a host to protect them, she did it for the right reasons."

Derek glared at the medical professional. "What are you saying? What do you know?"

Melissa continued. "When you both were unconscious, Director Claudia ran some tests to ensure you were okay after the battle with the Beast and the Abomination and one of those tests was an ASA x-ray." She held up the first transparency to and pointed. "This is yours, Derek, no internal damages or bleeding, organs intact, and thanks to your supernatural healing, you have no broken bones!"

"Okay," the Alpha replied. "That's nothing new. What does this have to do with my son?"

She then pulled up Stiles's file and showed his transparency. "This is Stiles. Everything is normal except for this." She pointed to the area around the midsection that connected to the groin. Everyone in the room looked at it and stared in disbelief.

"Is that?" Allison asked Scott's mom.

"No way," Scott's mouth gasped.

"Are you sure?" Chris asked Melissa who nodded.

"Holy fuck!" Noah Stilinski's eyes widened.

Sitles stared at the x-ray again and began to hyperventilate. "What the…holy shit…it's not real!"

Melissa placed an arm around him to calm him down. "I'm afraid it is."

Director Claudia nodded. "We now know what happened to both Eli's with the soul energy transfer. You're carrying them in your newly formed magical uterus. You're…"

Stiles exhaled in a panic. "Pregnant!"
