P.V. Normal several hours later
Kate: after lunch, we had not stopped all day and we are just where the mountain started, I looked at the sky and I saw that it was already getting dark, "I think we should stop for today" I said

Kate: "Candu, and Garth can go hunting while we look for a place to spend the night" I asked them
Candu: "Sure, no problem" I said nodding before I left with Garth
Lilly: "Because we did not spend the night outdoors, it would be nice to sleep under the stars" I suggested
Kate: "It's risky, we do not know what predators may be stalking we're climbing a mountain, the nights are going to be very cold" explain

Claw: We entered the cave and we began to sniff when suddenly a smell, "there is someone here" I told Kate

Claw and Tommy put themselves in defense position
Kate: "Calm down, we do not want problems," I said calmly.
"Then get out of here," said seriously the being that was in the bottom of the cave
Kate: "It's better to retire," I told Claw and Tommy.
Claw and Tommy nodded and the three of them came out of the cave
Lilly: "That was fast, what happened?" I asked.
Kate: "the cave was busy" I replied
Lilly: "Oh I understand, I guess we'll have to keep looking," I said.
Kate: "That's the way it is and we'd better hurry up," I said a little in a hurry as there was less light
Laila: I was watching the area when I suddenly heard a noise, I listened carefully and I realized that someone was approaching, "someone is approaching" let them know
Kate: We all stood in defense position in front of Lilly and Sally
Suddenly some bushes in front of them began to move and a few seconds later came a gray wolf dragging a dead deer
"HUTCH" said everyone surprised to recognize the wolf

Laila: "We could ask you the same question" I said seriously

Kate: "We're looking for Humphrey, we thought you were with him," I said confused.

Kate: I sighed sadly, "I see," I said sadly.
Lilly: "It takes a lot of advantage" I asked
Hutch: "Probably, being honest I was slowing down a lot, I'm not that fast or I have the same resistance as him" I explained
Lilly: I sighed, "I understand" I said
Sally: "At least you know where she's going" I asked her

Dreck: "hello everybody, sorry for being so aggressive" I said in an apologetic tone

Dreck: "I can ask why so many Jasper wolves are so far from their territory" I asked them
Kate: "There's a lot to tell us, but we agreed with Hutch that we'll talk after the meal" explain
Dreck: I nodded in understanding, "I understand," I told him.
Hutch: "I guess I'll have to hunt again this is not enough for everyone" I said with a sigh
Lilly: "Do not worry Garth and Candu should not be late in coming back with dinner" explain
Hutch: "They're here too," I said in surprise.
Lilly: "That's right" I said, nodding.
After a few minutes, they appeared Garth and Candu carrying a good-sized elk

Both Garth and Candu nodded and everyone sat down to eat, after twenty minutes they had all finished and settled into the cave
Hutch: "I guess now if you can tell me what's happening" I asked them
Kate: "To sum up, both the white-fanged herd and the black-fanged herd are in search of Humphrey, and we, together with all the herds, asked us to help in their quest."

Meanwhile with Humphrey

The next morning with Kate and the hunt group
Kate: We had woken up early so we could continue our journey as soon as possible, we were all getting ready, but I needed to talk to Hutch about something important, "Hutch can talk" I asked
Hutch: "Sure Kate, what's up?" I asked as I approached her.
Kate: "I want you to give a message to my father" explain

Several hours later Kate and the hunting party had finally reached the human path

After an hour and a half Paddy and Marcel approached the group of wolves
Marcel: "good news we found a truck big enough for all of you" let them know
Kate: "Good, come on," I said cheerfully.
Paddy: "With calm Kate, remember that you should not see them" I reminded him
Kate: "I know" I said as I turned my eyes
Marcel: "this way" I told them before leaving flying to the truck
Kate: We all kept trying to hide from the humans, but we stopped right next to the stop, and we were hiding behind several trash cans, "which is" I asked whispering to Paddy

Kate: I nodded in understanding.
Marcel: "Well see you in a few hours" I said before we closed the doors
Kate: "We can only wait," I told them.
Sally: "For me it's okay," I said calmly as I lay on boxes
Garth: "be careful with those boxes, they will not have them, we do not know they can contain" I told them
Lilly: "That you said honey" I asked as I left a box where I had come to see that I had
Garth: I sighed and said "forget it"
Lilly: "oky" I said as I went back into the box
Kate: I chuckled, then settling to one side and tried to get some sleep
