"You think I'm ready to go to school." Autumn asked
"Uh-huh as you're smart for school, well one in the human-world just like Freya and you'll do great but once you make friends, thijgs will go okay, trust us." Daphne assured Autumn.
It was a few nights later and the night before she was to start school and just had a warm bubble bath which had relaxed the frost-goblin youngster who was now in pyjamas with ner icy-blue hair in a braid which Kaley had did being good with hair like hers, hearing giggling as Kiwi had learnt to crawl, so was scampering around the hallways with Casey and Yoko after her so Autumn went to investigate seeing Casey lookijg worried but Yoko seemed calm.
"Kiwi doesn't want to go to bed sweetie, you okay." she told her.
"But bedtime can be fun and relaxing, like when it's my bedtime." Autumn said.
"Yeah, Autumn's right, but maybe Kiwi doesn't know being little." Freya added surprising Autumn as her cousin was shy like her papa Bentley guessijg hearing Kiwi scampering around had made the frost-dragon female youngster curious seeing Crystal there.
"She probably thinks we're playing a game." she said to them creating a magical bubble around Kiwi as Casey remembered it was like the time a young snow-spirit had blanketed New York in snow and not wanting to stop, until she'd sang the lullaby her mom sang to her and her sister, Honey to calm her into sleeping so was doing that, making Freya and Autumn in awe seeing it was working making Yoko grin as Kiwi floated down into her and Casey's furry arms.
"Come on sweetie let's go to bed now, your cousins have school in the morning." Casey said.
"Oh yeah, my first day's tomorrow, and hope I can do it." Autumn mumbled feeling Freya hug her.
"Kindergarten will be okay, trust me." she assured her makijg Deadly choked up seeing his and Bentley's lil girl making her cousin feel better a little about starting kijdergarten in the morning, appearing out of thin air making Freya grin like him when he was being mischievous.
"Yeah, she was feeling nervous about tomorrow, but her moms will also help her." Freya said.
"Yes but proud of you for that, but because you talked to her knowing how shy you are." he told her.
She thought about this as she went back to her room, getting back into bed cuddling her stuffed-dragon as her dad was tuckihg her in, telling her a story which she was loving, along with him kissing her light-blue head after pushing some of her hair away as a dragon's kiss protected loved ones from harm and Freya needed a good rest for the new day, which was a school-day besides it being Autumn's first day of school knowing Daphne and Kaley were probably worrying about this.
He then left Freya's room, heading to his and Bentley's room seeing Bentley in his side of their bed changing into his pyjamas climbing into bed kissing his forest-green furred cheek hearing him laugh softly asking if Freya was okay.
"Yes, she just fell asleep after I gave her a dragon-kiss, plus Daphne and Kaley are probably worrying about Autumn's first day of school tomorrow.":Deadly told him yawning turning off the lamps.
The next morning, Autumn began to stir from slumber knowing today was her first day of kindergarten getting ready just as she heard knocking on the door as it was Kaley trying not to giggle as Autumn had her Loki backpack while wearing pyjamas hearing her say she was ready to go to school hearing her mommy giggling as Daphne entered, understanding what was so funny seeing Autumn in her pyjamas wanting to go to school like this.
"Honey you can't go to school like that, after we eat breakfast, we'll help you get ready for school." Daphne told her seeing Autumn taking off her backpack following them to the dining-room makijg Bentley and Deadly alomg with Loki laughing hearing that Autumn had wanted to go to school in pyjamas alomg with her big sisters but Freya smiled at that knowing that kindergarten was fun so Autumn had nothing to worry about seeing Deadly nodding.
"Freya loved kindergarten when she went, so we know hou're goingto have fun." he reassured Autumn.
