As soon as they stepped out of the office, both women were hit with a gust of cold air and Callie realized for the first time that Arizona had run out of the restaurant without her coat. Taking her jacket off, she draped it around her wife's shoulders and pulled her close to keep her warm. Arizona looked up at Callie, kissed her just under her jaw and murmured, "Thank you." Callie kissed her temple in response, took out her key fob, started the car and unlocked the doors. As they walked across the parking lot, Arizona burrowed closer and asked amusedly, "Did our therapist really just break up with us?" Callie chuckled and replied, "She did." Arizona looked up and asked, "How do you feel about that? You've been with her for a long time." Callie sighed and answered, "Honestly, it feels great. Not just for me, but for us." When they reached the passenger side, Callie turned so they were facing each other, took both of Arizona's hands in hers, brought them to her lips, and explained, "When we walked into Dr. Dawson's office four years ago, we were a mess and we left broken. When I walked into Dr. G's office a year or so ago, I was a bigger mess. Tonight, we walked in there, thinking we needed her because we looked our biggest demon in the eye and you took her down and we are walking out whole, all of our mess behind us. Most importantly, I feel good about it because it's an affirmation of our growth. I'm not afraid or worried because I know we have each other; we know how to communicate and we don't need anyone else." Arizona had tears in her eyes, lifted their joined hands to her lips, kissed Callie's fingers, smiled her super-magic smile and declared, "I only need you; I only need to look at you and I'll find everything I need and more." Callie nodded, repeated Arizona's actions, and agreed, "You will, and I only need you Arizona, you're all I've ever needed," then pulled her in for a tight hug.

Feeling Arizona shiver, Callie opened the door, helped her into the car, then ran around to the driver's side and quickly cranked up the heat. She turned to look at Arizona with nothing but concern in her eyes, caressed her face and laid her other hand on her protruding abdomen and asked, "How are you feeling physically? Are you in any pain? Do you feel nauseous?" Arizona covered the strong tan hand on her stomach, linked their fingers and responded, "No, I feel good. I'm emotionally drained and physically exhausted, but I feel fine. I'm sorry I got so upset and couldn't…" Callie put her finger over Arizona's lips to stop her from apologizing and soothed, "Shh, don't apologize for something that was out of your control honey. You've calmed down and you're feeling fine, that's what's important." Arizona raised her free hand, kissed the finger that was still resting on her lips and asked, "Did you leave the blood pressure cuff in the office?" Callie shook her head and answered, "No, I shoved it in the pocket of my jacket. I kind of forgot about it. Did you want to check it?" Arizona nodded and clarified, "Just to be safe. I don't feel stressed or panicky anymore and I want to make sure it went back down." Arizona pulled out the sphygmomanometer and the stethoscope and handed them over to her wife. Both women were relieved to see that it was within the normal range.

Callie removed the cuff and placed both instruments back in her med kit, which was lying in the backseat. When she turned toward the front of the car again, she was met with crystal blue eyes looking at her with so much love and felt that familiar tingle in her stomach and the warmth spread through her body as she realized now that things had calmed down, she needed that physical connection. Sliding her arm behind Arizona, she splayed her hand on the small of her back and lifted her other hand to caress her face, all the while keeping their eyes locked on one another. Arizona's pulse started racing for a different reason as she lifted her hands to scratch at the soft stubble at the sides of Callie's head, knowing they both needed this tangible proof that they were still here and their connection was just as strong as before.

Arizona looked deep into dark chocolate eyes filled with unconditional love as her wife slowly bent her head, murmured, "I love you and I am so very proud of you," then brushed their lips together, pulled apart, tilted her head, swiped their lips together again, and pulled back when Arizona tried to deepen the kiss. Arizona's lips tingled and goosebumps rose on the back of her neck as Callie slid her hand through her soft blonde curls to hold the back of her head and leaned in again, barely allowing their lips to touch. Arizona's breath hitched in anticipation, causing her mouth to open slightly. Keeping their eyes locked on one another, Callie slipped her tongue inside Arizona's partially open lips, only to be met by her eagerly awaiting tongue. As their tongues danced and teased each other, they had yet to connect their lips, to deepen the kiss. Unable to wait any longer, Arizona ran her hand along Callie's tight abdomen to the loosened knot of her tie and yanked her closer until their lips finally met, evoking a long lewd moan from the brunette and a whimper of need and desire from the blonde.

Neither of them knew how long they sat in the darkened parking lot, the noise from the passing traffic only an echo in their ears as they got lost in the kiss, drowning in their love for one another. The significance of this moment wasn't lost on either of them as Callie's earlier words sank in. They had shared thousands of kisses; many of them representing monumental occasions, their first kiss, the first time they made love, multiple reunions, and two weddings. This kiss though, this felt just as meaningful, just as momentous, for they'd finally changed their tragic ending from the first time they left their therapist's office for the last time…separate and broken. They'd come full circle and they came out on top. When the kiss came to its natural end, Arizona pulled back and whispered, "Wow!" Callie rested their foreheads together, still slightly out of breath and murmured, "That was…" Arizona caressed her face and quietly suggested, "Let's go home baby. I need to hold you." Callie smiled and nodded, recognizing once again that in times like this, after panic attacks and nightmares, after dealing with things that once made her feel weak, Arizona needed to be the strong one, she needed to be the protector and not the protected. What she didn't realize was that she had become that person again. Tonight she was a fierce protector of her wife, of their marriage, of everything they had rebuilt, determined not to let a shred of doubt break through the barrier of their love and penetrate her wife's sense of security.

Callie pulled into the driveway just after midnight and could see Addie sitting at the dining room table through the living room window. She reached up to push the button to open the garage door, pulled inside and turned off the car. Looking over to the passenger seat, she saw that Arizona was still sound asleep with the seat reclined and both hands resting protectively on her round belly. She unfastened both seatbelts then turned and softly caressed Arizona's cheek and whispered, "Honey, we're home. Wake up baby." Her heart clenched when blue eyes fluttered open, focused on her and a soft lazy smile spread across that beautiful face. She couldn't help but lean over and press sweet soft kisses on full pink lips. Callie caressed her face and suggested, "Stay put, I'm going to come around and help you out." Arizona just nodded sleepily without putting up any fight at all.

Addison was sitting at the table trying to focus on a paper she'd been working on and failing miserably. With each passing minute, her concern for her friends grew stronger. While Callie seemed to be doing well with the whole encounter, she had no idea what would happen once they started talking about it. She still wasn't sure about the whole praying thing, but she was praying now that her friends were okay. She breathed a sigh of relief when she saw headlights in the driveway and heard the garage door open then close. She closed her laptop and refilled her wine glass, expecting her friends to walk through the door at any moment. She took it as a good sign when they walked into the kitchen talking softly and holding hands.

Seeing the concerned look on their friend's face, Callie kissed Arizona's forehead and assured her, "We're good, better than good." Arizona kissed Callie's cheek and added, "And exhausted. I'm going to change; I'll be right back." As she walked through the dining room, she stopped and kissed Addie on the cheek as well and said, "Thank you for taking care of me and the babies." Before she could reply, Arizona was already down the hall. Callie filled the kettle with water, put it on the stove and prepared a cup with Arizona's favorite flavor of tea, hoping to relax her just a bit more so she can sleep peacefully. She wouldn't voice her fears aloud, but in the back of her mind, she worried that one or both of them might dredge up old ghosts while they were sleeping.

Addison handed Callie a glass of wine and offered, "You look like you could use this. How are you really?" Callie took the offered drink and answered, "Honestly, I'm good Ads. I mean, it was no picnic seeing that bitch again, but I was more worried about Arizona and the babies." Addie took a drink of her wine, studied her friend's face and body language and saw no traces of the stress or anger she expected to see. Tilting her head, she stated more than asked, "You really are okay aren't you." Callie took another drink of her wine and answered, "I'll tell you what I told Arizona. I got my closure with Arizona, we talked and I forgave her a long time ago. She never forgave herself though and as much as it hurt and angered us both to see her, I think Arizona needed that. I think she needed to say exactly what she said and close that chapter in her own mind. Truthfully and not because I have any doubts, I think I needed to see it too. I think I needed to see Arizona reclaim her dignity and speak her truth." Addie thought about her friend's words for a moment and realized however painful and shocking the situation was, it seemed to allow them both to start healing on a higher level. Deciding to lighten the mood, she shook her head and chuckled, "I'm sure slapping the shit out of her didn't hurt either. I had no idea the chirpy peds surgeon with butterflies on her scrub cap had it in her." Callie laughed out loud then and replied, "Oh, definitely the highlight of my night. What can I say? My wife is hardcore." "Damn straight I am," Arizona supplied as she walked into the dining room and directly into her wife's arms. Callie pulled her close, turned her so they were both facing the same direction and wrapped her arms protectively around their unborn children.

Addison was relieved to see that they seemed to be just as close, if not closer, despite what happened. She then added, "I'm pretty sure between you and Maria, that skank won't come near you two ever again." Callie and Arizona both looked at her questioningly and she explained what happened once they got outside. Callie exclaimed, "God I love our friends." Arizona nodded in agreement and stated, "I can't believe you both did that." Addie leaned back in her chair and revealed, "I am almost certain you two don't know how much you are loved and admired and after all you've been through, there isn't a single person you know who wouldn't protect your relationship just as strongly as you protect it yourselves. I know it was hard for both of you, but I hope this helped you Arizona, you do need to forgive yourself and start healing your own wounds, self-inflicted or not." Arizona felt the lump forming in her throat and replied, "After calming down and talking to Calliope about it, I honestly feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I never wanted to see her again, let alone talk to her, but I think Callie was right, I think I needed to say those things to her." Callie brushed their lips together and teased, "I'm always right," then turned to pour the steaming hot water into Arizona's cup.

While Callie fixed Arizona's tea, Addison ordered, "Alright mommy, over to the sofa, time for a checkup. We stopped by the center and picked up a fetal doppler. I want to make sure everyone is doing well." Arizona obediently went into the living room and settled herself on the sofa, anxious to hear her babies' heartbeats again. Callie carried Arizona's tea into the living room, set in on the coffee table, then sat on the floor right next to her wife and took her hand. Addison started to squeeze the gel on Arizona's stomach when Callie held out her hand and asked, "Can I see that for a minute please?" Both of the other women looked at her in confusion, but Addison handed the tube over.

Callie quickly got to her feet, went into the kitchen, took the kettle off the stove, carried it to the sink and poured it over the small tube of gel. Arizona looked at Addie and asked, "What is she doing?" The redhead rolled her eyes and replied, "Heating up the gel with the water from the kettle." Arizona smiled softly and cooed, "Aww, that's so sweet." Addison made gagging noises then replied, "You two sicken me." Arizona laughed and answered, "You love us." Addie nodded and shrugged, "I do. But I still want to puke." She took the warm tube from Callie when she returned, tested it on her hand to make sure it wasn't too hot, then squirted it onto Arizona's stomach. Arizona sighed when the warm gel hit her abdomen and declared, "That feels good." Callie kissed her forehead and promised, "I'll put the cocoa butter on tonight before we go to sleep." Arizona took her hand, kissed the back of it, then both of them waited nervously while Addie searched for the heartbeats and all three women sighed in relief when each heart sounded steady and strong. Callie's eyes welled with tears and she admitted, "I don't think that sound will ever lose it's magic."

Addie smiled, looked at her friends and declared, "Everyone is safe and sound." She then looked at Arizona and asked, "Do you think you can sleep?" Arizona nodded her head and replied, "Yeah, I'm pretty tired. Between all the emotion and not sleeping much the past week, I think I'll be fine." Callie helped her sit up and handed her the cup of tea then went and got the glasses of wine she and Addie left in the kitchen. After talking a little more and learning Miguel had everything packed up for them, Callie happily ate her cheesecake and the three women decided to call it a night.

Once they were both ready for bed, Callie could see the utter exhaustion settling in as Arizona sat on the side of the bed, making no move to take off her prosthetic. Going to her wife's side, Callie carefully removed the robotic limb and stood it against the wall. She helped Arizona turn and get settled into the bed, then turned the covers back so she was completely uncovered. Reaching into the bedside table, she took out the lotion, squeezed a generous amount into her hand, rubbed her palms together, then started working it into Arizona's shortened limb trying to work out all the knots and tension she felt there. Arizona moaned at the relief, not realizing how tight her leg had become and murmured, "That feels good. Thank you." Callie asked, "Does it hurt?" Arizona shook her head and closed her eyes just enjoying the attention. Callie was relieved she wasn't in pain because she knew as an ortho surgeon and as Arizona's wife that whenever she was stressed or had a panic attack, her leg would become tense and swollen and more often than not, she would experience phantom limb pain when that occurred. When she was satisfied she had worked out most of the tension, she placed the compression wrap around her leg, set the temperature to cool and added just enough pressure to keep it from swelling.

She moved on to the next leg and was pleased that there was no swelling or soreness in that leg and the muscles seem fairly relaxed. Aside from the fact that it meant Arizona was settling down, it also meant the adjustments they made to the prosthetic were doing their job and keeping her from over-compensating. By the time she finished with that leg, Arizona was half asleep, which was Callie's goal. Lifting her tank top to expose her round abdomen, Callie switched to the cocoa butter to help reduce stretchmarks and began to massage Arizona's stomach in slow soothing circles, smiling when her wife sighed in delight. This was something she had just started over the past week, as it seemed to calm Arizona's stomach and help her sleep after she threw up. Callie found it just as relaxing though and to her it was an extremely intimate act of bonding with Arizona as well as a way to silently communicate with her children. Once she was finished, Arizona was fast asleep and softly snoring and she could barely keep her own eyes open. After putting the lotions away, she washed her hands, climbed into bed, and cuddled into Arizona's side laying her head on her chest and her hand on her abdomen, allowing her wife to hold her as requested. A smile bloomed across her face when two strong arms instinctually wrapped around her and her sleeping wife muttered what sounded like, "I love you." Tonight was one of those nights where Callie drifted off to sleep saying a silent prayer in her head. She thanked God for the patience and understanding she had learned, for keeping Arizona and their babies safe, and for getting them through this night unscathed and in her mind, just a little bit stronger.

Lying on her side with her elbow propped up on the pillow and her head resting in her hand, Callie stared at the beauty that was her wife. At some point during the night, Arizona must have gotten overheated and removed her tank top, leaving her full breasts and swollen stomach exposed. From the moment they met, Arizona's beauty took her breath away and she had always considered her the most gorgeous, sexiest woman she'd ever known. It amazed her how her wife just seemed to grow more beautiful with age, but as she studied her figure now, her breasts fuller, nipples larger and darker, her alabaster skin stretched thinner to accommodate the growth of her womb as their children grew inside her, she was the most exquisite, most gorgeous version of Arizona she had ever seen. Just looking at her like this, her golden hair tousled and spread across the pillow, naked from the waist up, sleep shorts tucked under her protruding belly, it caused Callie's stomach to clench with desire, her clit to pulse with need, and her fingers to itch in want to reach out and touch, caress, and pleasure her wife.

Her resolve was broken when Arizona let out a quiet moan and her hips rolled just slightly as if she were in the midst of a very naughty dream. Deciding to make that dream become a reality, Callie carefully moved so that she was on her hands and knees hovering over the sleeping blonde. She lowered her head and made a trail of feather light kisses down her long pale neck and stopped to lick and suck at the throbbing pulse point. She nibbled and licked first one collar bone then the other, enjoying the soft moans and whimpers emanating from full pink lips. She continued to lick her way down Arizona's chest until she reached her breasts and stopped for just a moment to admire their fullness, their softness, and for some reason she couldn't explain, it turned her on more to know they were getting larger because her body was preparing them to nourish their children.

Lowering her head once again, Callie placed soft, barely-there kisses around the curve of her breast and spiraled her way up until she reached the raspberry red areola with the small raised bumps which indicated her wife was getting turned on even though her budded nipple hadn't fully hardened. Callie smiled to herself and decided to change that as she flattened her tongue and softly lapped at the little bud, closed her lips around it and just barely sucked at it feeling it go taut as she held it between her teeth and began flicking at it with her tongue. Hearing Arizona's whimpers grow louder and her body begin to stir beneath her, Callie switched to the other breast and gave it the same thorough attention. She watched out of the corner of her eye as a small pale hand slid up to cover the breast she just abandoned and continued what she started as the nipple was pinched and rolled between two soft fingers and could feel the moisture pooling between her legs as she watched Arizona help her in pleasuring herself.

Arizona was drifting in and out of consciousness, fighting to stay asleep and in her dream world where Callie's head was between her legs pleasuring her and she could feel herself getting wet but couldn't tell if it was a dream or reality. When she felt the bed shift and warm moist lips connected with her skin, she knew one was turning into the other and allowed herself to lie still and let her wife lavish her with the attention she so clearly wanted to give. She almost cried out when Callie took her nipple into her mouth and could no longer hold her body still as she writhed in pleasure. When Callie shifted from one breast to the other, she couldn't stand the loss of sensation and lifted her hand to pick up where her wife left off while bringing her other hand up to grasp the short tuft of silky black hair to hold Callie's head in place so she wouldn't stop what she was doing. Her breasts were so sensitive and while she was never able to before, she was almost positive she could have an orgasm from just that sensation alone. When Callie opened her mouth and sucked on as much of her breast as she could, Arizona did cry out then and whimpered, "God, don't stop. That feels so good." Callie did stop though, she looked up and instantly replaced her mouth with her hand and stretched up so her lips were just centimeters from Arizona's.

Looking into desire-filled darkening brown eyes, Arizona released the grip she had on Callie's hair, slid her hand down the back of her head, caressed her back and pushed down while commanding, "Lay on top of me, I need to feel you." Callie looked down between them, clearly concerned about the babies and Arizona whispered, "It's okay Calliope, you won't hurt them and before long this won't be an option for us." Callie sat up, removed her shirt, tossed it on the floor, then gingerly lowered herself on top of Arizona, settling between her legs and eliciting soft moans from both of them at the sheer pleasure of feeling skin on skin, experiencing the physical intimacy they'd missed over the past couple of weeks. Arizona wrapped her arms around Callie's back and lightly scratched a path from her shoulder blades to the waistband of her sleep shorts and back up again. Callie's hips bucked involuntarily causing their mounds to crash together and provoking them to continue to roll their hips in a slow rhythmic dance. Looking into one another's eyes, Arizona lifted her head to connect their lips only to have Callie lower her head and pull back playfully just before their lips touched. Arizona tried again and was thwarted again. Callie slid her arms underneath Arizona's arms and wrapped her fingers around her shoulders then lowered her head to give her wife what she wanted.

Arizona watched Callie lean down to kiss her finally and briefly debated whether or not she wanted to continue her wife's little game. Just as their lips were close enough to touch, before Callie could tease her again, Arizona stuck out her tongue and licked at Callie's top lip which seemed to do the trick because she found herself embroiled in one of the most erotic kisses they'd ever shared as their tongues teased and licked at each other's mouths, before finally connecting their lips and deepening the kiss to instantly match the rhythm of their hips. Callie was drowning in sensation and wasn't exactly sure if it was Arizona's juices or her own that were dripping down her thighs and soaking through her shorts. As if they were of one mind, each of them lowered their right hand, caressing the soft skin and rippling muscles along the way until they each reached the top of the other's sleep clothes. Arizona sighed out, "Touch me Calliope, please touch me," then connected their lips once again.

Continuing their synchronous movements, a pale hand slid against tan skin and underneath the waistband of soft cotton sleep shorts at the same time a caramel colored hand slid against alabaster skin under the stretchy waistband, both keeping the same pace as they slid down over small patches of curls and cupped one another's mound. Slowly rubbing back and forth, they swallowed the other woman's groans of pleasure and satisfaction as they each felt the excessive moisture that pooled between their lover's legs produced specifically for them, a reaction caused by them. When Callie felt Arizona's middle finger slip between her slit, she followed her lead, then they each parted the other's lips and continued to caress while increasing both pressure and pace. Callie broke the kiss on a gasp when Arizona's fingers grazed her clit and threw her head back in ecstasy as she continued to circle her sensitive swollen nub. Arizona rolled her head from side to side, whimpering and panting as Callie continued to follow her lead and circled her clit while adding her own touch of brushing across it with increasing pressure every third circle causing her to follow in the same manner.

Callie's abdomen rolled and tingled and she could feel the muscles in her legs clench and start to stiffen, she knew she was close and could tell by Arizona's increasing moans and the way she wrapped her leg around her waist as if to brace herself that she was just as close. Continuing their game of follow the leader, she knew what they both needed to send them over the edge, halted the teasing circles, pressed directly on her clit with two fingers, then started rotating them as she pressed down firmly and rolled her hips at the same time. Arizona immediately picked up the change and the rhythm causing them both to start shaking and panting. Callie lowered her head and murmured against Arizona's lips, "So close," then drove her tongue into her mouth, kissing her aggressively, sending them both over the edge and muffling their cries of pleasure. They slowly brought each other down then groaned in disappointment when the other removed her hand.

Callie instantly rolled them to their sides and lowered her hand to caress Arizona's abdomen making the blonde smile and husk out, "Their fine honey." Callie looked into amused blue eyes and answered, "I know, I just…I can't keep my hands away. It's like they have a mind of their own and just gravitate there." Arizona cuddled closer, tucked her head under Callie's chin and commented, "I've noticed. I like it. I love how much you love them already; how careful you are with them and me." Shocked by that statement, Callie pulled her head back and asked, "Really?" Arizona propped herself up on her elbow, looked her wife in the eyes and confirmed, "Really Calliope. I mean, that doesn't mean I want you to treat me like I'll break and I still want you to fuck me and not hold back when the mood calls for it, but…you're just so caring and sensitive of our needs and I'm so lucky to have you." Callie smirked and asked, "Hmmm so I still get to push you up against walls and fuck you senseless?" Arizona snorted, slapped her shoulder and asked, "Seriously? That's your take-away? I take it all back!" Callie laughed, pulled Arizona back into her arms, smoothed down her hair and replied, "I'm the lucky one." Arizona smiled, kissed her chest and agreed, "Yes, yes you are." Both women laughed then cuddled into one another and fell into a comfortable silence.

After a few minutes, Arizona lifted her hand and fiddled with the heart on Callie's necklace unknowingly indicating to her wife that something was on her mind. Callie took the fidgety hand in hers and asked, "What are you thinking?" Arizona sighed and asked, "Do you need to…" Knowing what her wife was going to ask, Callie shook her head and replied, "I really don't honey. I haven't even thought about it again. But if you need to, we can." Arizona looked up into clear dark brown eyes and saw no traces of pain nor deception and answered honestly, "I can't say I haven't replayed the scene in my head a couple of times. But I feel like we've talked it through and now it's just time to keep moving forward." Callie leaned down, brushed their lips together and answered, "Good, I'm glad, but you know I'm here okay?" Arizona nodded and replied, "I know you're always here for me." She then looked outside and saw it was extremely bright and asked, "What time is it?" Callie rolled over, picked up her phone, looked at the time, then sat straight up and exclaimed, "Holy shit, it's 12:30 pm." Arizona sat up as well and gasped, "Oh my goodness, Sofia!"

Callie was still looking at her phone and replied, "Looks like she's in good hands. This is a message from Addie at 8:30 this morning telling me she kidnapped our child for breakfast, lunch, and a secret mission before her flight this evening." Arizona laughed, kissed Callie's bare shoulder and decided, "We should probably get up and shower before they get home." Callie turned her head and asked, "What would you say to a nice hot bath instead?" Arizona let out an exaggerated sigh and answered, "I'd say you were my hero." Callie stood up, pulled Arizona to the edge of the bed then bent down as if she were going to pick her up and Arizona asked, "What are you doing?" Callie smiled brightly and replied, "Heroes carry their damsels." Arizona laughed and quipped, "Their damsels aren't 15 weeks pregnant with triplets. I'm sure even Superman would struggle with that." Callie bent down, kissed Arizona chastely and scooped her up off the bed with no problem at all, causing her to squeal and wrap her arms tightly around her wife's neck. When Callie reached the bathroom, she sat Arizona on the bathroom counter, stood back and adopted the classic superhero pose with her feet spread apart and her hands on her hips, looked at her wife and bragged, "Then I guess that makes me better than Superman." Arizona tried to glare at her wife but seeing her standing there shirtless after having carried her from their bed, she was more than a little turned on.

Wednesday morning, Callie and Arizona walked into the lobby of Fresh START and found the three people they were looking for huddled together over the computer at the reception desk. They walked up to the counter and waited to get the attention of at least one of their employees. After a couple minutes of waiting, Callie looked at Arizona, nodded and the blonde cleared her throat letting the clueless group know that someone was at the desk. Without turning around, Maria called back, "We will be right with you." The two women looked at one another in question at the out of character behavior. Callie spoke up and asked, "How about someone get with us now and explain a few things. First, why no one is watching my desk? Second, why is there an OB/GYN who is not my wife in the ortho center? Third, why did we learn just this morning that we are having dinner with both sets of parents Friday night when we didn't even know they were coming into town? Finally and most importantly, why are the three of you being all covert and sneaky when we already know you are throwing a gender reveal for us or do you just not think it's important for the parents to oh, I don't know…have any idea what the fuck is going on with their own party?"

Realizing they were in some very hot water, all three co-conspirators turned at once to face their chiefs. It didn't go unnoticed that they were covering up whatever was on the computer. Both Max and Lorraine looked at Maria and nudged her forward, earning them a death stare and a muttered, "Chickenshits." Maria walked up to the counter where the two very unamused women stood, held out her hands, gave her best smile and asked, "Cal, Arizona, do you trust me?" Without even blinking, both women snapped, "No!" Maria flinched, put her hand to her chest and stated, "Ouch, that one hurt." Arizona crossed her arms, raised her brow, and stared unwaveringly, waiting for an answer. Maria looked at the blonde whom she now understood could be extremely fierce, sighed, and explained, "Look, it's like I told Cal, you both do so much for so many people and don't blink an eye. We just wanted to give something back and take a little stress and worry from you." Callie took Arizona's hand, looked at their friends and explained, "We appreciate that, we do, but this is something we were excited about planning and putting together and I guess…we just…we thought we'd have more input and you know how Arizona feels about surprises." The three party planners looked at one another, realizing their friends had a point and suddenly felt horrible.

Lorraine rounded the desk, took each of their free hands in hers and apologized, "We're sorry we didn't think about those things. Our primary focus was on making a special day even more special for you, the babies' gender is already a surprise, so we kind of just, we maybe got carried away and thought we'd make the whole thing a surprise for you. We had the best of intentions but didn't mean to make you feel excluded from something so important to you. If you'd like, we can fill you in and you can make changes where you see fit." The two women looked at one another then at their friends' disappointed faces, then back to one another and held a silent conversation. Callie raised her brow, Arizona shifted her eyes in the direction of their friends, then barely shook her head and they both turned and smiled at the nervous group as Arizona answered, "No, we don't want you to do that. You've gone to a great deal of trouble and we know you love us and we truly appreciate that you took this on and took it off our very full plates." She then looked at Callie and surprised them all when she declared, "I think it will be fun, I'm excited to see what they have planned." Callie opened her mouth, closed it again, then looked at the group as a whole and asked, "Can we at least know a time and place?" Max scratched his head and replied, "Yeah, about that…we're going to need you to go out for breakfast and do some shopping or something Saturday morning at around 9:00 am and not come back until 1:00 pm." Callie arched her brow and asked, "It's at our house?" Maria tossed up her hands and replied, "Well of course it is. Why wouldn't it be?"

Arizona looked at Callie, shook her head, then suggested, "Let it go honey. We aren't going to win this one no matter what we do." Callie chuckled and replied, "Obviously not." She looked at the group and warned, "This better be good…no…better than good or you're all on scut for a week." Arizona laughed, took Callie's hand, pulled her toward her office and commented, "Great impression of Bailey, but somehow she still made it so much more intimidating." Callie opened her office, let Arizona enter first, closed the door then pulled her wife into her and explained, "That's because she was your superior and I'm your equal." Arizona linked their fingers together, tugged Callie closer, and replied, "Mmm you are, unless you're in charge in the bedroom, then its just hot." Callie lowered her head, brushed their lips together and murmured, "Mmm is that right?" Arizona started backing toward the door, keeping their hands connected and flirted, "Maybe you should try it soon and see for yourself." Callie followed, closed the space between them again and asked, "Is that an invitation Dr. Robbins-Torres?" Arizona leaned in, captured her lips in a searing kiss, released one of Callie's hands, reached behind her to open the door and quipped, "Invitation, challenge, take it however you want to Dr. Robbins-Torres." She then backed away until their fingers parted, turned to walk down the hall and added that extra sway to her hips because she knew her wife was watching her walk away. Her thoughts were confirmed when she heard the low growl coming from behind her and couldn't help but throw her head back and laugh.

"Where are we going now mommy? Is it time to go home yet?" Sofia asked from the backseat, her excitement palpable. Callie and Arizona looked at one another then Callie turned to her daughter from the passenger seat, narrowed her eyes, and asked, "What do you know?" She watched as her daughter tried to still herself, batted her big brown eyes at her, bit her bottom lip, then nervously exclaimed, "Nothing. I don't know anything except there's a party and I love parties and all my grandparents will be there and I love my grandparents, and Aunt Aria and…" Arizona interjected, "And you love Aunt Aria." Sofia nodded her head and replied, "Yup, that's all I know…people…and a party." The two women looked at one another again, Arizona poked her tongue in her cheek and replied, "It's almost 1:00 pm now, but I'm getting kind of hungry. Maybe we should go to lunch first." Callie quickly picked up on her wife's teasing and agreed, "Oh, me too. Maybe we should go to that new Italian place in the city. I'm sure everyone won't mind." Sofia started to panic, "NO!" Callie whipped her head back and claimed, "You DO know something." The little girl looked at both of her moms who were now staring at her expectantly, brought her hand to her mouth, pinched her thumb and forefinger together, then pulled it across her lips, turned her hand, then crossed her arms in front of her staring back at them smugly.

Callie looked at Arizona and accused, "That's all you right there." Arizona laughed, turned down their street and retorted, "Yup, because you can't keep a secret." Callie nodded and replied, "Oh that's right, you knew all about the proposal and wedding. I keep forgetting." Arizona pulled into the driveway but couldn't get to the garage because of all the cars so she turned into the circle drive in front of the door and parked. She then turned, glared at her wife and stuck out her tongue. Callie laughed, leaned over to kiss her childish wife, then whispered in her ear, "Save that for later." Arizona turned beet red in fear that their daughter heard her, but she didn't need to be concerned because she looked into the backseat to double check and saw that Sofia was already out of the car and shutting the door. Both women quickly got out of the car and Callie called out, "Hey, where are you going?" Sofia skidded to a halt, turned to look at her moms, looked down at her clothes and claimed, "I need to go change. I want to look nice." Arizona furrowed her brow in confusion and stated, "I think she looks cute." Callie nodded her head in agreement, took her wife's hand and led her into the house.

When they opened the door, they expected to find their house decorated in pink and blue and their friends and family milling about, instead they found it just as they left it, except for the two boxes that sat on the sofa with a note attached. Arizona looked at Callie and asked, "What's going on? Where is everyone? Their cars are all here." Callie read the note then handed it to Arizona and picked up the boxes. Arizona looked at the note which was written on a prescription pad and read aloud:

Cal and Arizona,

These are your outfits for the party. You will know which one is yours once you open them. Put them on and come out to the pool house.

Love,

Your favorite people

Arizona shook her head and asked, "What's in there?" Callie started toward the bedroom and replied, "Let's go see." Once they reached their bedroom, Callie handed one of the boxes to Arizona and they both opened them at the same time, becoming even more confused when they saw what looked to be a white doctor's coat. Callie put her box on the bed, took out the garment and saw a pair of aqua colored scrubs underneath. Looking up to Arizona, she claimed, "I think this one is yours." Arizona looked in the box, took the white coat from her wife, held it up and started laughing. Callie looked up and asked, "What's so funny?" Arizona turned her coat around so her wife could see it and watched as Callie threw her head back in laughter and exclaimed, "Now that shit is funny." Arizona turned the coat around and took a closer look at their friends' creativity. On the right side of the coat where the name of the hospital would normally be, it had a picture of three babies in rainbow colored diapers above the words "Baby Housing Center." On the other side, it read, "Dr. Mommy" and underneath where her specialty would go, were the words, "Queen of Fertility." Still giggling, she looked at her wife and commanded, "Okay, let's see yours if you think mine is so funny."

Callie pulled her coat out of the box, looked at it and proclaimed, "Oh my God, I can't wear this! My mom is in there. Worse, the Colonel…he'll kill me." Arizona snorted, "It can't be that bad, show me." Callie turned the coat around and Arizona nearly doubled over in laughter when she saw the three syringes filled with tiny little X's and Y's above the words, "Baby Delivery Service" then on the left side it read, "Dr. Mama" and underneath was the title, "Master Inseminator." Callie turned her coat around, looked at it again, shook her head and admitted, "Okay, yeah this shit is funny." Arizona nodded and suggested, "Apparently there's a medical theme going on here. Let's get dressed, they are waiting for us." Callie agreed, took out her black scrubs and laughed when she saw that the same syringes were embroidered on the front pocket of her top. She took off her clothes and proceeded to get dressed and tried not to get distracted by her wife's half naked body. Arizona pulled her pants on, then looked at the top, saw the three babies on the pocket then noticed three question marks had also been embroidered on the lower part of her shirt. She put it on, they both donned their white coats, and chose to go out to the pool house through the patio doors in their room, having no idea what to expect.

Just before they opened the door, Arizona tugged on Callie's hand to pull her back and exclaimed, "Calliope, we're about to find out what we're going to have." Callie opened her mouth to say that was the whole point of the party, but her wife's words sank in and she released her mega-watt smile and let out a loud squeal, pulled Arizona into her arms and connected their lips in a long passionate kiss. Pulling back she could feel the tears welling up in her eyes, lifted her hand to wipe the tears streaming down Arizona's face and sighed, "Wow! It's for real." Arizona sniffed, wiped her own eyes and nodded, "It's real." "Damn right it's real, now would you two get your asses in here?" They heard Maria's voice from behind them, but when they turned around, she was gone.

Taking a deep breath, they turned the corner and walked through the door of their pool house to roars of applause and whistles from their nearest and dearest friends, Aria, and both sets of parents. When they looked around the room, they found that it had been transformed into an examination room of sorts. Both women stood in the doorway astounded by what they saw. All of their friends and family were dressed in the multi-colored scrubs from The Robbins-Herman Center and each of them wore different buttons containing three different combinations of the gender markers XX for female or XY for male. Gurneys were transformed into snack and food tables. Stools and extra chairs from their lobbies were arranged around the room. IV poles were set up all over the room with slushie looking fluids in an array of bright colors. Ultrasound pictures of the babies with the masking were blown up and hung on the walls. Posters from not only their specialties but also from plastics were spread throughout the room. Walking further into the room, they noticed the table centerpieces were large sculptures of DNA strands made completely out of food along with old fashioned glass cotton ball containers filled with different treats made to look like medical instruments, such as long thin shortbread cookies dipped in white chocolate with rainbow sprinkles they assumed were tongue depressors, bite-sized bits of cotton candy on white sticks made to look like swabs, large syringes full of multi-colored candies, and Callie's personal favorite was the triangles of cheese tied to the tops of pretzel rods made to resemble reflex hammers. There were cookies in the shapes of scrub tops and stethoscopes and it appeared that nearly everything, right down to the rainbow colored cups with a stethoscope wrapped around tiny baby footprints followed the medical theme.

Arizona spun around in a circle with her mouth slightly open, having no words for what her friends had accomplished, while Callie was just stupefied. Never in a million years would either of them come up with this amazing theme. Before either woman could say anything, Maria tapped something against an IV pole to get everyone's attention and announced, "Before we get started, Sofia honey, can you come join your moms please?" Callie and Arizona looked around to find their daughter and both of them gasped when she stepped out from behind Daniel wearing navy blue scrubs and a white coat just like theirs. When she got closer, they noticed her coat had an embroidered girl strongly resembling her with three babies at her feet with the words, "Babysitting Inc." written on the right side and "Dr. Big Sister, Fierce Protector," written on the left side. Callie pulled her to stand in front of them then looked at Maria to continue.

Maria looked at Callie and Arizona and started, "Cal, Arizona, I think I speak for everyone in this room when I say how honored and privileged we are to be a part of your real or chosen family and to have this opportunity to be here with you when you learn the genders of your babies." She was interrupted when everyone started clapping and cheering in agreement with her words. Maria waved for Max and Lorraine to join her and continued, "When we first started planning, we threw out many ideas for themes and reveals and I think it was Max who said, 'None of this represents who Cal and Arizona are or celebrate their family properly,' so we put our heads together and came up with something that would do just that. The reason for the medical theme is obvious since you are both world-class surgeons and Mark was as well which is why you are both wearing your scrub colors and Sofia is wearing the color all three of you once wore. But if you look around, you'll notice there's no traditional pink or blue and we have chosen to use the gender markers to represent boys or girls because we know neither of you believe in stereotyping and putting people in boxes, and while the rainbow theme may appear to be obvious, it's actually to honor the fact that these are your rainbow babies and we wanted to include your entire family." Callie squeezed Arizona's hand tighter and pulled her closer, but knew if she looked at her, if they looked at each other, they'd both start crying.

Max took over and declared, "I'd also like to think that these colors represent you and the people you surround yourself with, the people you call your family as well as the families you were born into. If you look around, you'll notice the diversity in this room from age to nationality, to occupation, to religious and political beliefs, to sexual orientation, and gender identity. For many of us, it's one or both of you who have exposed us to this diversity and taught us to accept, love, and try to understand those who walk in different shoes and live their lives on various ends of a multi-dimensional spectrum. So, without further ado, please, go to the table, pick a button which represents your guess as to what the newest members of the Robbins-Torres family will be, grab some snacks, drinks are in the ice buckets in the corner and also in the IV bags hanging around the room." Everyone clapped and started talking again, Sofia ran off to be with her friends, and Callie and Arizona each hugged their friends who then stood back and looked at them nervously, waiting for their reaction.

Callie and Arizona both looked at one another wondering what the other thought about the whole theme since they had discussed Callie being okay with the traditional reveal. At the same time, both women allowed their dazzling smiles to bloom across their faces and Callie declared, "I love this and I love you all for taking our values as well as our whole family into consideration." Arizona nodded and replied, "This is just so amazing. I never…I think we were stuck in that box ourselves…you all did fantastic and there's no way we could thank you enough." All three party planners sagged in relief and Lorraine looked at her watch and exclaimed, "Oooh 30 minutes until the big reveal." Arizona looked at the other two in confusion and was more perplexed when they both turned and walked away without a word. Callie leaned over and asked, "Why do I feel like they are up to something?" Arizona laughed and replied, "Because Maria's in charge." Callie laughed and agreed, "Too true. Prepare yourself." Arizona groaned, tugged on her hand and suggested, "Let's go pick our buttons."

As they crossed the room, Callie stumbled when she noticed her mother standing by the table with the buttons and started to worry about what she thought about all of this. Arizona followed her gaze across the room and asked, "Are you worried about her reaction to this?" Callie replied, "I wasn't until just now. She doesn't look happy." The blonde looked at her mother-in-law and asked, "Do you want me to stay here or go with you?" Callie linked their fingers and commanded, "Oh, you are definitely coming with me." Arizona kissed her cheek and stated, "I'm right by your side." Callie took a deep breath and continued her trek across the room, trying to fight the dread she was feeling. When they reached the table, Arizona greeted, "Hello Lucia." Callie offered a timid, "Hi mami." Lucia turned around and exclaimed, "Oh thank goodness you're here! You're friend explained this to me but she was going so fast I didn't understand a word she was saying." Not at all expecting that response, Callie furrowed her brows and offered, "We can definitely help. What is your guess?" Lucia pursed her lips, looked at Arizona's protruding belly and replied, "I'm not sure." Arizona watched as the older woman studied her stomach and noticed how her fingers were wiggling around and looked up into the older version of her wife's eyes and recognized the longing, the want to touch and be a part of this pregnancy. She recognized it because she saw it in her own mother's eyes just the night before when they dropped them at the hotel. Reaching out, she took Lucia's hand in hers, moved closer, and suggested, "Maybe feeling them will help. Some of my patients say their mothers or grandmothers can tell just by looking or feeling, but these scrubs don't give much away." She then placed the shaking hand on her stomach and watched as not one, but two mega-watt smiles beamed back at her.

When Lucia first touched Arizona's abdomen, she thought she would feel uncomfortable, inappropriate, but when she looked into those welcoming blue eyes and those adorable dimples popped, she felt nothing but love and finally felt the connection to her grandchildren she had been longing for but was too afraid to ask. Finally removing her hand, she asked, "Do I have to choose what I think they are or can I choose what I want them to be?" Both women laughed and Arizona replied, "Whatever you want." Lucia studied her daughter-in-law, taking in her natural beauty combined with the sweet innocence that appeared because of her dimples and bright blue eyes then looked at Callie and decided, "I want my twin blonde-haired, blue-eyed firecracker girls because you both deserve to get as good as you give and a sweet little sensitive boy who will follow in his abuela's footsteps and become an attorney. But I think he would be a defense attorney or some type of political attorney fighting for good causes." Noticing Callie was too stunned to answer, Arizona found the appropriate button and pinned it to Lucia's scrub top.

When she walked away, Callie asked, "Did that just happen? Did my mom just say she wanted her twin girls? Not to dress up and be girly but to give us sass?" Arizona laughed and replied, "She sure did." She reached for the same button she just pinned to her mother-in-law and Callie asked, "You want twin girls?" Arizona shook her head and replied, "I want three happy and healthy babies as long as one of them is a boy. But I know you want twin boys and a girl." She put her pin back and picked up another one making Callie gasp and corrected, "Then again, I think I'd like to see how you respond to three mini-me's running around the house." Callie picked up her pin, twin boys and a girl, pinned it to her top and retorted, "You know you'd have to live with them too." Callie laughed when she put down the pin, stared at the table and huffed, "We didn't think this through." Furrowing her brow Callie asked, "Think what through?" Arizona tossed her hands up and replied, "We either get two of me, maybe three, or two, maybe three little Mark's running around." Callie looked at her wife, ran her hand through her hair and whispered, "Oh fuck!" Arizona laughed, picked up the same button as her wife's and stated, "I want my two boys and two girls. We have the nice house, the dog, you know that only leave's one thing right?" Callie hung her head, she knew what her wife was going to say, held up her hand and replied, "Can we have the babies first?" Arizona clapped and squealed, "Yay!" Callie asked, "Why are you so happy?" The blonde smirked and replied, "This is the first time in ten years you didn't say no." She then skipped away to join the party. Callie shook her head and muttered, "Double fuck."

Arizona made her way through the room, thanking everyone for coming, enduring them putting their hands on her stomach only because they were family and finally plopped down in a chair next to Erin. The senator looked at her former doctor and teased, "Do you own real clothes?" Arizona laughed and replied, "Sometimes I wonder. How are the girls?" Erin smiled and gushed, "As beautiful as ever, I would pull out my phone but we could be here for hours looking at pictures." Arizona smiled and asked, "Would it be too presumptuous to ask if I can bring lunch by one day next week and see them?" Erin sighed and asked, "Oh goodness would you please? I'd love to speak to someone who doesn't cry or puke on me every ten minutes." Arizona laughed and declared, "I can't make any promises in either department between the hormones and the periodic nausea, but I can hold a conversation in between." Erin laughed and replied, "I'll take it." Arizona started to stand up and noticed Erin's button and exclaimed, "You want me to have two girls and a boy?" Erin nodded and replied, "I figured with that combination, at least two of our kids could hook up." Arizona snorted and said, "I'm not sure the world is ready for us to be family." Once she stood up, Erin asked, "Speaking of family, is that Cal's sister she's talking to?" Arizona held up her hand and declared, "No more, yenta."

Arizona was standing at the gurney making a plate when Callie walked up behind her, stole a pickle from her and laughed when her wife turned and glared at her. The brunette kissed her ear and whispered, "Five more minutes." Arizona put her plate on the makeshift table and asked, "Seriously?" Callie nodded profusely and started to answer when she saw Max come out of the bedroom with a cart covered with a sheet and a laptop and instead asked, "What is that?" Arizona replied, "I don't know, maybe he's just going to show the ultrasound." Callie pouted, "Well that's boring." Arizona laughed then looked across the room and saw Lorraine and Maria placing three boxes on a gurney covered with a plastic sheet and asked, "What are they doing?" Callie followed her gaze, saw her friends taking out surgical gowns and scrub caps and replied, "I don't know, but I'm not sure I like either option."

Callie started toward Max to ask him what was going on when Lorraine announced, "Excuse me everyone, it's the moment you've all been waiting for, so if you could all find a seat, we can get started. Doctors RT and Sofia, could you join us up here please?" Callie and Arizona slowly walked to the front of the room and joined their daughter, who excitedly skipped up to the front. Lorraine looked at Max who nodded and she started, "Now we know you said to keep the guest list small, and we did…sort of. But we know that you have family who couldn't be here today and we wanted them to join us for this part. Max, reveal number one please." The OB pulled the sheet off the cart, revealing a large computer monitor with a camera mounted on the top. He looked down at his laptop and said, "Okay, I'm switching you over now." Callie and Arizona watched as first Addie appeared in the upper right hand corner of the screen, then Christina in the upper left, and the bottom half filled with a room full of people in what looked like the board room at Grey-Sloan. Callie and Arizona both smiled and waved at everyone and noticed along with Mer, Alex, Richard, and Bailey, were several of their other colleagues including Jackson, Maggie, Amelia, Owen, some nurses they both worked with, and to Arizona's delight, April. Christina being Christina asked, "Can we get this show on the road? It's tonight for some of us." Everyone chuckled and Maria retorted, "Hold your horses."

She and Lorraine helped Callie, Sofia, and Arizona put on gowns and scrub caps, then Maria explained, "Sticking with our medical theme, since Arizona is a maternal-fetal surgeon, and well, babies come from eggs, we decided to have a little fun and let these three find their babies." The small family looked at one another in confusion and Maria continued to explain, "In front of each of them is a box containing 12 eggs, all of them are decorated in various colors and six have the XX marking and six have the XY marking. Eleven of the eggs in each box are hard boiled but one of them is not. The one that is not is the gender of one of the babies. Now we already know that two of them are identical twins, we just don't know what any of them are. Well, we do, they don't." Addie piped in, "I do too, I'm just here for the entertainment." Lorraine added, "What our dear friend forgot to mention is the reason for these lovely outfits. You all have to crack the eggs on your heads." Sofia grimaced and squealed, "Eww no." Callie and Arizona looked at one another and each surprising the other and everyone in the room both smiled and agreed, "This is cool." "How fun." Maria reminded them, "Before you break each egg, you need to call out girl or boy just in case it cracks. We will go one at a time and Arizona can start since she's the glowing mommy."

Everyone watched on in anticipation as Arizona picked an egg out of the middle of the box, said, "Boy," then hit it against her forehead and complained, "Ow, that sh…hurts." Callie picked up an egg, declared, "Girl," then hit it on the top of her head flinching at the pain and asked, "Have you all thought this through? We could have concussions by the time we're done." Max ordered, "Quit being a baby." Sofia bounced up and down, "My turn, girl!" She enthusiastically smacked the egg on her forehead and squealed when yolk ran down her face. Callie and Arizona both laughed then stopped and looked at each other and shrieked, "GIRL!" Callie did a little dance, spun Arizona in a circle, then pulled her close and gave her a hard smacking kiss on the lips. Lorraine tried to help the little girl clean up, but she was too busy jumping around the room announcing that she was having a sister. Arizona picked up another egg, read, "Girl," hit it on the top of her head and groaned when it didn't break. Callie called out, "Boy," smacked the egg on her head and stomped when it didn't break. Arizona studied her eggs, picked each one up, chose the one she wanted, called out, "Girl," and smirked knowing this one wasn't cooked. When she smacked it on her head, she had to bite her lip to keep from cussing. She looked at Callie and laughed when she was doing eenie, meenie, miney, moe. Callie picked up an egg, said, "Boy," then cracked it on her head and screamed, "Yes!" when yolk ran down the side of her head. Everyone clapped and cheered and Arizona and Callie did their little dance again.

Maria said, "You have the deciding egg Arizona. Are you having twin girls or twin boys?" "It's probably a chicken." Christina quipped from the monitor making everyone laugh. Not knowing the story behind the cardio surgeon's comment, Barb proclaimed, "You all laugh, but when Arizona was 6 we took her to a farm and this chicken followed her around all day. When we got home, I had her jump in the bathtub because she was filthy. When she took her pants off, I heard this thud when they hit the floor, picked them up and found an egg in her pocket. When I asked her why on earth she had an egg in her pocket, she said she was going to put it under her pillow and hatch it so she could have her own chicken. She asked for a chicken for four years after that." Callie laughed and corrected, "Uh, no. We are going on 34 years and she still wants a chicken." Arizona buried her face in her hands, growled and muttered, "Have you two embarrassed me enough so I can find out the gender of my third baby?" Remembering they didn't know yet, Callie snapped to attention and focused on her wife. Arizona studied her eggs; she had 4 girls and 5 boys left. She could just crack all of one gender and if that's not it, she would know it was the other one, but that wasn't as much fun.

Everyone watched on in anticipation as she held up an egg, declared, "Boy," then hit it on her head and growled when it didn't break. Deciding to alternate, she said, "Girl," flinched as she smacked it on her head and nothing happened and was starting to get discouraged. Reaching for another, she prayed this was it, not only because her head was starting to hurt, but she had that same image of twin boys as her wife and just couldn't get it out of her head. She held it up, kissed it, hollered, "Boy," then "Shit that hurt!" Both women looked at one another, there were two girl eggs and three boy eggs left. Arizona nodded to the eggs and said, "You pick." Callie smiled and asked, "Yeah?" Arizona nodded and answered, "Yes please." Callie reached into Arizona's box, handed her an egg, and the blonde smacked it against her forehead, shrieked and threw herself into Callie's arms when the slimy albumen and thick yolk ran down her face. Everyone cheered and screamed then heard, "Hold it, HEY!" They all turned toward the monitor and Meredith proclaimed, "You didn't tell us what it is." Everyone looked around the room and realized it was true and Daniel asked, "So? What is it?" Callie and Arizona looked at their friends and family, egg drying on their face and declared, "We are having twin…boys and a girl."

A/N: Okay, this one was a big foreshadow so I'm sure it came as no shock. I am so sorry for making you wait so long and thank those of you who checked on me. I tested positive for Covid and was sicker than a dog. I'm on the mend again and the good news is, after Thursday, I'm on break until the 8th. Hopefully that means several more updates to both stories.

By the way, Barb's story about Arizona and the chicken…my daughter. We visited my sister's farm and she stole an egg, thinking she could hatch it.
