So, this next chapter is about all of them dealing with what had happened the day before, about the whole confrontation with the Alpha Gang, and getting ready for what could come next. Enjoy reading this everyone.

Spells and Louds.

Chapter 749: Discussion in the Royal Fortress.

(Royal Fortress.)

The group of heroes have all come together, to begin the talk about what went down days ago, and that means the talk about the Alpha Gang and their method on how they came into their world. The whole team is there, and even Dr. Spike Taylor and Dr. Reese Drake. They both have come to know more about this.

Victor is confused, as he is spinning the sock butter he still has. "So, what the heck is Spike Taylor doing here?"

The father of Max Taylor responds. "Well, I am part of the D-Team, and one of the adults who are part of the whole team and so I should know about what's going on."

Dr. Reese sighs. "He wanted to come along and know as well, and also because he has nothing else to do. The kids are all having a break from the dinosaur card searching and no detection of any dinosaur on the loose either. So, we're gonna be patient for when the next one comes up."

Linka sighs. "Well, let's get this started with. So, Martin, what did you encounter from the underground lab of the Alpha Gang's island?"

Martin then shows them what he got from his scanners. "Now, from what I scanned, this man is named Seth and he is sorta part of the Alpha Gang. But his lab and what he does are not what Dr. Z intends, and seems like he has his own temptations and plans, to make a move and betray the old man."

This doesn't surprise the others, but this does surprise Dr. Spike Taylor, and not much on Reese. "Hmm, so he has plans of his own?"

Victor stands up. "Classic, never ever trust the henchmen alongside you unless they are truly loyal to the cause. Now, we have noticed that the other three known as Ursula, Zander and Ed are too loyal to the old geezer, but now he has someone who is making plans underneath his nose."

Lincoln chuckles. "Way too classic, it's even in most comics where the villain's henchmen or top minion under the wing would betray them, and try to make their own plans to take over things."

Jack Cyber then recalls. "Like Starscream trying to take down Megatron and make his own empire of Decepticons, just way too classic of a villainous backstab."

Martin then shows them the other stuff. "Now, when the team went in to destroy everything, the whole island is powered by several large power rods. Peter Sharp managed to destroy several, while Carol knocked down all of them, and that means they have no power to get everything online."

Lori smirks. "Literally going back to the old times for them, they're literally gonna take a long time to fix everything there." She high fives with Carol and Leni.

Gyro then speaks. "She is not wrong, and it turns out that the whole island undergoing a powerhouse systems meltdown and damaged sectors, the man known as Seth has no way to make the machine as he did to come here, and I found some troubling things from what Martin scanned and what we all blew up."

Gyro then shows them the machine that Peter Sharp launched, the dome-shaped machine. "This device, it possesses the same energy levels to that of time distortion and portal rework, and this Seth person managed to make it possible to travel through another world. Our world, and his purpose might have been known, already."

He then shows them more from the scanners of Martin's Tech Sector mask. "He seems to be trying to enhance dinosaurs, weaponizing them into something that they are not, similar to that of the Indoraptor, Dominic from when he was first made."

The Indoraptor hisses from this and then Jordan tries to calm him down. "So, Seth wants to make his own dinosaurs and make them into weapons?"

Martin nods. "Sure looks like it, but it doesn't seem like he wants global dominion over the world, these enhanced dinosaurs are used for combat, possibly to aid the Alpha Gang, or whoever else is sent to get the cards."

Hollow is also there and then he recalls. "Such as Rod and Laura, the two kids the D-Team and I fought when we were in their world, the dinosaurs they had were enhanced into something that wasn't themselves and this they were stronger than anything ever known."

Leni is surprised by this. "Wow. That's cruel, and probably painful for the dinosaurs within the cards."

"Exactly" said Gyro. He shows them the machine that does it. "But the machine was wrecked and damaged, thanks to Carol who kept shooting her explosive rounds and the machine to enhance the cards has been demolished into scrap, and same goes with anything else Seth had planned."

"But he does have another machine, it was well-hidden and still alive, and this one seems to have the ability to bring forth something from the past and into the present and it has nothing to do with the time lines and other worlds beyond their understanding, the machine they used to come here has that kind of logic than the smaller one Seth has hidden."

Leon is surprised to hear this. "A dark plan, within the dark plan that is hidden inside of another devious plan."

"And then comes the bad news" said Martin. He shows them the image of the machine again. "The one we blew up, the energy levels matched that of the Chronosphere, somehow Seth managed to make his own without even checking ours or even hacking. This guy is from the future, as of the rest of the Alpha Gang and Dr. Z."

"The man has knowledge when it comes to time travel, and so he sorted out how it works, but I believe he cannot replicate what he made to come to our world. It looked like it took him more than a month to make, which is how long we have been since we went to the world of the dinosaur cards."

They all didn't like this and even Dr. Spike Taylor. "So, what you're saying is… He might do this again? After another month or so?"

Gyro sighs. "Yes, we believe so. But that might take even longer than before, because their power rods and towers have been knocked down, they have tons more to work on and that would set Seth back further with rebuilding what we wrecked, and he would need all the supplies to get it up and running again. We have the upper hand and so does the D-Team."

"But Seth is still a threat" said Dana. "I mean, the Alpha Gang aren't much and neither is the old scientist guy, but Seth seems to be the brains behind his own dark operations. What do we do now guardian?"

Gyro looks to the image of the machine and then he looks to Dr. Reese. "Ms. Drake, I believe advanced tech is what you may need. We will provide new technology for you to use and a special front line outpost, in the atmosphere of the planet, we're going to lend in a GST."

Then Boomer speaks. "That's short for Global Stratospheric Transport and those things are big and perfect heavily armoured satellites."

Martin continues. "You will be in charge of ordering recon scans and long ranged system support from the GST. You will have full command of it, and should an anomaly of unknown energy pop-up, then confirm to us and we will come to your aid."

Dr. Reese nods, and still shows no sign of any emotions. "Understood and I am grateful at the task you have given to me. I will do my part and will make sure that whatever the Alpha Gang is up to next, we can stop them. Well, Seth actually, the others don't seem to an issue unless it's a dinosaur card."

The others agree to this and Reese shakes hands with Martin and Gyro.

Then Dr. Spike Taylor asks. "Well, what about me? Surely you left something very important for me to…"

"We didn't have anything else for you, dude" said jack Cyber. "Seriously, you seem to be more onto paleontology and working on the lasso, this is a joint strike and recon operation that is more than just the dinosaurs, this is about stopping someone from causing total chronological damage."

Linka then speaks. "He's right sir. Please, we know you wanna help, but the best you can do is continue helping take back the dinosaur cards and freeing them when the time comes, alright sir?"

Dr. Spike Taylor feels disappointed in not doing anything special, but he smiles. "Well, alright then! I won't let you all down and neither will the kids part of the D-Team. We'll get those cards and stop the Alpha Gang."

They were all glad they could at least let Dr. Taylor do something, they all make their leave from the meeting room, and then Becky looks back to Martin who is going through some more scans about the whole underground island of the enemy.

Then she recalls something. 'Right. Tomorrow is Martin's Birthday.'
