Okay, so before they go to this world where the fight will be unleashed, they need to know what they're dealing with and who the rest of the players are, and this might also shock them and possibly only few would be part of. So, let's get to know the legends of the Apex Arena. Enjoy guys.

Chapter 757: The Legends of Apex.

Gyro is done drinking some soda, and eating, he then calms down and looks to the others. "So, you all wanna know where I went to, right?"
They all nod. Then Linka speaks. "So, what is this world you went to and what the heck did you do there? Because you smell like glory, firepower and delusional combat."
Gyro is about to speak. Then he thinks about this. "You're words speak truth and yes, I did fight in someplace, so now I should tell you all…. About this other universe, and it was bound within the Infinite Corridor… This is what I know about this other and yet incredible new dimension…."
The Lore.
Located within the same universe of one known as Titanfall. The Frontier war is over the Titanfall conflict is done, decades of fighting from the I.M.C and the Militia, everything is at peace, but the conflict aftermath left dozens of world's barren wastelands and with no aid, no resources and no chances to rebuild their civilizations and homes. So, they ventured to be brave and live in the Outlands.
Outlands.
A remote cluster of planets on the fringes of The Frontier, they have remained untouched by war and teeming with vast resources and opportunity. But life is cheap her and danger lurks around the corner. The folks who are mercenaries, outlaws, pioneer and explorers come to settle the score in power struggle, how? The Apex Games, a bloodsport where legends from all corners of the Frontier compete for money, fame and glory! Because that is what Legends are made of!
Apex Games.
A highly popular, televised blood sport that is owned by the mysterious Mercenary Syndicate and managed by the Apex Games Commission headed by Kuben Blisk. The games were initially hosted on Kings Canyon, an island located on the planet Solace and took a whole year of 2727 to finish the whole thing, and there have been more than 124 seasons of the games in this island.
But after an attack hack onto the tower on the island, the game was suspended momentarily, but they managed to get everything back on track and modified the whole island for another season of Apex Games. Then they had the whole idea, to space trip the whole Games, and that made the whole Apex Games far more popular for folks to come and see just how exciting it was getting.
So they went to Talos and had it on and island called World's Edge, This made way to a new sponsorship from Hammond Robotics, one of the companies used to make up the now-defunct IMC. Various events went down, and more and more locations were used to hold the next Apex Games, and this meant so much more challenge for the Legends competing! To show that they can be, Apex Legends!
All of them are amazed to know this, a world that is from the aftermath of a war and is now holding a Battle Royale. Gyro then has a tablet. "This is from the commissioner of the Games, and he wants to show you guys who are competing, so here they are."
The tablet shows holograms of the competitors and what they can do, who they are and what other mysteries they're hiding, along with their reasons to be within the Apex Games.
Gibraltar.
Makoa Gibraltar. 30 year's old, and from his homeworld Solace and sometimes known as the Shielded Fortress and he sorta is if he's on your side. He's a tough and defensive legend who joined so he could keep his allies safe and along with the skills and sacrifices he learned from his parents with the S.A.R.A.S – Search and Rescue Association of Solace.
He acts as defense and can create a Dome of Protection to protect his allied from enemy fire, deploy a Gun Shield so he may provide cover fire, and his ultimate, calling in a Defensive Bombardment of Mortar strikes onto the area where his enemies stand. You need a shield? Then Gibraltar has your back!
Lifeline.
Ajay Che is a 24 year old combat medic from the planet, Psamathe. A support player who can help her team out of a situation and not get killed, she enlisted in the Frontier Cops, and she devoted her life to helping others and joined the Apex Games to fund the Frontier Corps, and also fight alongside her food friends, such as Gibraltar. But if she has to shoot someone to save her friends, well alright then.
With her combat medic skills, she can deploy her D.O.C drone to heal her allies, she can even use her drone to make a powerful shield to keep her safe as she helps her downed ally back on their feet, and she calls in her Care package to drop in some defensive gear for herself and her teammates. All in a combat medic's work.
Bangalore.
Anita Williams, at the age of 38 is a Professional Soldier, and is just like her family within the military training, resides from the homeworld of Gridiron, and with her four brothers, they served in the IMC armed forces, but an incident led to her one of her brother's lost in space after an attack and now she joins the whole Apex Games to raise some money, find a pilot and find her brother.
A deadly offense player, she can deploy a smoke canister to cover fire and save her down teammate, she can motivate her team to move faster and help them evade enemy shots, and her ultimate: Rolling Thunder, which she calls in an artillery strike that slowly creeps across the landscape.
Bloodhound.
A highly skilled recon player, skilled hunter and technological tracker, and there isn't much known about this player. No gender known, and no age identified and no name either, just Bloodhound and Bloodhound is one of the greatest hunters that Frontier has ever seen, but from the world of Talos.
With the Eye of the Allfather, Bloodhound can reveal enemy traps and clues around the place, and even without his ability, he can track anyone and any clues left behind and his ultimate Beast of the Hunt, where Bloodhound can enhance the senses and find cold tracks and move faster.
Caustic.
His real name is Dr. Alexander Maxwell Nox, from the home planet of Gaea and a 48 year old man, who was reported dead and he wants it to stay that way. Defensive with his noxious gas experiments, he is no hero, this guy is a villain and he's responsible for the death of the science team he was with, and some believe Nox is alive. Shocking they didn't think to look into the Apex Games for him.
He is immune to his own gas attacks and can see through the smoke of poison, he can deploy his Nox Gas Traps that are triggered when enemies get to close and his ultimate Nox Gas Grenade, that blankets a whole area with poison, slowing anything and causing so much damage and it can damage robot circuits. Because to Caustic: "Death is inevitable, and it's calling you."
Wraith.
An Interdimensional Skirmisher from the planet Typhon, 32 year old Renee Hope Blasey seeks out her true identity and who she was before, and that is why she joined the Apex Games, so she can see the secrets that could lead to who she is, and the voices in her head can help guide her, as she controls her unstable powers as a legend for the games, she won't stop till she knows the truth.
She can enter the Void Space so she can be able to evade enemy attacks and the voices from her head can tell her when something is coming, let it be an enemy nearby or a grenade, and then her ultimate: Wraith deploys a Dimensional Rift, which makes tow portals for herself and her team to travel.
Pathfinder.
75 years old and his real name is MRVN, he lost his memory and took in odd jobs and now he knows who he is and what great purpose he had for the outlands. No homeworld, he will fight for the sacrifice his family did, the best scientists who treated him as if he were human too. He now seeks a new path, to help his team as the Forward Recon who can kill, and also…. Find his son! He doesn't have a kid!
With the recon skills he has, Pathfinder can use his Grappling Hook to go around the battle, he can even hack into a surveillance tower and get vital Intel on where the enemy is and his ultimate: Setup a Zipline for himself and his team, heck he's an ace as he shoots in the air. … So, High Five anyone?
Mirage.
An offensive Holographic trickster studying in the tech he uses, the 30 year old Elliot R. Witt wants to show everyone, that he is a legend in this, and from the planet Solace, he is a mama's boy and cares for her. Earning fame, fortune and glory, to be something better than what his brother's did when they lost their lives in the war. He's gonna show off to everyone, that he is a Legend! He loves his mom.
"Psyche Out" He can send out a holographic decoy to confuse his enemies, "Now you see me…" He can automatically disappear and help his allies from trouble, and send out a hologram clone, and his ultimate "Life of the Party." He deploys a team of controllable clones to keep the enemy occupied.
Octane.
From the planet Psamathe, 24 year old Octavio Silva is an extremist who seeks thrill, but after 24 hours riding a grenade explosion to beat the gauntlet speed record, he woke up with new robotic legs and thus, Octane was born! A high-speed daredevil who can speed things up, and take it to the extreme and he plans to show everyone that he can do stuff that no other legend can do! Awesome!
While running and not in combat, he can be able to heal his own body through the many medications he's taken and with his Stim shot, he can move fast and evade everyone's attacks and run on water, but the real ultimate is when he deploys his launch pad. Why? "Because I'm going up, and with this gun you're going down! New Season mi amigos and you're all too slow!"
Wattson.
A Static Defender, and called the Eye of the Storm to her team, 22 year old Natalie Paquette was raised and taught by her father who helped make King's Canyon, on her home of Solace. She became fascinated by electricity and she learned to use it to show that she can improve the games and even with her father's passing, she has a family, her allies and her team. They're her family.
She can be able to setup a Perimeter Security Electric Fence and it's gonna be shocking for the enemies who run into that one! With her Sparks of Genius, she can empower and restore shields from her team and her traps will be empowered to be better, and then her Ultimate: Interception Pylon, which makes an electric field to destroy incoming projectiles, restores shields and save her team.
Crypto.
Formerly Tae Joon Park, and then changed his name to Hyeon Kim, and then stuck with the name Crypto, and the fake age of 22, from the planet Gaea. A surveillance Expert and Recon player, he fights to seek out his revenge on those who framed him for the murder he did not do, and there is still so much more mystery in this man, what else is this guy hiding?
He can deploy a surveillance drone to see what goes on, and follow his foes hiding, he can even use a Neurolink to allow his teammates to see what the drone sees and his ultimate: Crypto sends his drone to shoot out a powerful E.M.P to shutdown enemy abilities and traps. As he says, off grid is the way to go.
Revenant.
Formerly known as Kaleb Cross, he was a 44 year old man from Solace, well now he's a Synthetic Nightmare machine assassin named, Revenant and he's died 313 times, and came back. He stalks and he assassinates all according to his programming, sorry to say he now knows who he is and he will make the Syndicate pay for what they did to him now! Because…. "I am the Nightmare."
He can throw a device that can silence his foes and make them too easy to target, he can stalk the walls and high grounds to get the drop on his enemies and attack from the shadows, and with his ultimate: He summons a Death Totem to make sure that he and his team can evade death! You die, the totem saves you, and all thanks to Revenant. "You thought there was hope? Well, let me end it and you."
Loba.
Loba Andrade is a 34 year old former rich girl and with no home world, not after what Revenant did to her papa when she was a child, she is a Translocating Thief who can support her team by stealing the best tech and letting her team gain the upper hand. You want something better? She can get it, and she's also out, for revenge on the machine who murdered her familia. The wolf never leaves her prey!
She can teleport anywhere in the arena with the use of her bracelets, and get the drop on the enemy, with an Eye for Quality she can see through walls and spot the best loot for her team to get their hands on, or she can use her ultimate: Black Market Boutique to snag all the best loot and send it to her staff and her team can get the best of the best, but only two items per player, nothing else and nothing more.
Rampart.
21 year's old from the home world of Gaea, Ramya Parekh is the known as the Base of Fire for her team. She started her own business of Modding weapons and stuff for everyone, and she can do a whole lot more as she can fund her work and continue to have fun in the Apex Games, she didn't start up to become a legend, but as she says: "Time to turn Crap into Gold!"
Rampart can setup an Amped Cover to shield her team and boost their attacks, with her Modded loader, she can get increase ammo capacity, and reload faster, and she can apply it to her team and her ultimate, this is where you run…. Rampart unleashes her mounted Machine Gun, Sheila! Anyone can use her, and when that gun starts shooting, keep running and do not stop! Because everyone gets a bullet!
Horizon.
A gravitational manipulator, 37 year old Dr. Mary Somers is from Psamathe and was lost in space within the singularity of a black hole for 687 years! Which was her only way to go home, she kept a promise and she intends to make sure that promise is kept for as long as she lives. She fights to fund her research, go back in time and accomplish her promise, and be there for her son.
Because she's a bloody genius, she can deploy a Gravity Lift to allow her friends to go upwards for higher ground, her space suit allows her to reduce her impact from falling and her ultimate: She deploys N.E.W.T to create a micro black hole to pull enemies out of cover, for her team to open fire!
Fuse.
An Explosives Enthusiast and tough man in Mercenary Offense, the 54 year old Walter Fitzroy is ready to show everyone that this old dog from the planet Salvo can do some tricks that no one else can, so watch out. Because this cybernetic right armed man can light the battle field and show everyone why back home, they call him the Grenade-O Tornado!
With the use of his mechanical right arm, he can launch a cluster bomb that expels airburst explosives on impact, He can stack an extra grenade in his inventory and throw grenades farther and with more precision and his ultimate: He sets up his grenade launcher, Wally to send in the Motherlode! A bombardment that encircles the area with fire! No job to hard, and no gig too dirty for this old dog!
Valkyrie.
The Winged Avenger of the skies, from the home planet of Angelia, the 30 year old Kairi Imahara uses the wings that was from her father's old Titan Suit, Northstar. Her father was Viper, she makes the V for Valkyrie, and she's gonna show them that she participates for the legacy she carries.
She can hail down a Missile Swarm and send the enemy running home and confused, and with VTOL jets, she can hover, and fly around the fight and continue to press the attack, and her ultimate: Skyward Dive, allowing her and her teammates to join her so they can take off and use their jetpacks again to travel someplace else, and hunt the enemy down. "If you do go to hell, tell them Valkyrie sent you."
All of them couldn't believe this, and then Gyro shows them something else. "Guys, this one is mine…" He shows them his file, the file he has when he became part of the Apex Games.
Guardian.
Real name is Gyro, and nothing else on age or homeworld, but what everyone does know is that this support combatant is called the Reality Changer, and the info they know is that he's new, lost and pumped for what the Apex Games is all about, and is doing what he can to adapt and fight alongside his team and face the enemies head on, with skills that no one has ever seen!
Guardian can be able to pull his foes close to him, so that his team can deliver the takedown, along with that he can create a stun blast to shock the enemy in place so his team can pick them off, and it can chain onto enemies, but then comes the Ultimate: His Energy slam, which knocks back his foes and destroys all traps. "You wanted a support, hell you got one and I will fight and support for you!"
Gyro then turns it off, and he looks to the others. "So, what do you all think?"
All of them are silent again and look to the guardian who smiles, and then he shows them something. "I have six passes, for some of you to become part of this…. This is no mission for saving, everyone has their own motives and we have to keep clear of that, this is for if we wish to… Well, improve and become more, Legends perhaps."
He then hands the passes towards: Lincoln, Jordan, Luna, Boomer, Carol and Leon. The six of them are surprised by this and everyone else is shocked, and then they see the screens have changed and they see the footage of the whole Apex Games, and that the games are still going, and inbound for a new world.
Gyro smirks. "So, ready to be a legend guys?"
They all look to each other, and then the six chosen get up and ready their weapons and powers and their suits. They lock, load and look to the Guardian. "So, when do we take off?" asked Lincoln.
