They got the information they need, and all they have to do now is try and get the drop on the enemy and improve the way they fight, let's see if they can survive the Apex Games! Enjoy guys!

Chapter 758: New Apex Season!

(Somewhere in Another dimension.)

A dropship arrives through the portal and the special ops dropship is now above the location, known as Kings Canyon.

Kings Canyon.

Once a simple settlement on the planet Solace, dating back to the earliest expeditions to the Frontier. This island is surrounded by water, and has natural wildlife and was used a century later for the now defunct-IMC as a hub for research and development. It houses a water treatment plant, an airbase, and a plethora of other facilities supported by the IMC's operations. Mysterious operations and projects.

Many years later, the Syndicate Commissioned the rebuilding of the island as the newest bloodsport sector, and they consisted the Thunderdome remains untouched, as a tribute to the first of the Apex Games. But as time went on, something happened, an unknown EMP detonated and destroyed the Repulsor Tower, and this flying creatures and a mighty leviathan were triggered to scatter and now reside within the conflicts of the island.

They relocated the games, but after two seasons, they came back and then something else went wrong. A chain of explosions was set off from within an abandoned simulacra facility, and skulltown collapsed, so much of the island has been excavated and thus making the games postpone, again!

The six members and even Gyro look upon King's Canyon and gaze at everything going on. Then Gyro explains to Lincoln, Jordan, Luna, Boomer, Carol and Leon. "Alright, so here are some stuff to know. We're already known, because I informed the Syndicate about new players for the folks in the outlands to see how well they are, and those folks are you guys."

"We're gonna be dropping off, and that also explains the jetpacks behind ya, you'll all launch from this ship and the other legends from that ship." They spot the large dropship that has entered the area. "That's they're vessel, so time for some basics on this place. You die, then you can respawn here, the respawn warper has been established and you guys can return here after getting shot or murdered."

They didn't seem to like that, and neither does Luna, then she asks. "How do we bring the others back here?"

Gyro points to the cards on their left wrists. "These player banners, take one and head for the respawn beacon and the dropship will come and send that player back into the fight, but you won't have any weapons on you. Be prepared to hand the revived teammate with the weapons they need."

"This entire island has ziplines to use, but be aware that Pathfinder can also setup ziplines so be cautious, and then we have balloons. You go to the balloon rope, you're sent upwards for the jetpack to come back online and fly around the island to land someplace else with weapons for the fight."

"Remember to get any weapon, of any kind along with ammo and extra ammo and some grenades, and some small or light weapons as secondary and another for the backup arsenal. The primary weapon is the one you guys will constantly use, pistols, submachine guns, assault rifles, light machine guns, energy weapons and marksman weapons."

"There are many locations with loot, or boxes that have weapons useful and some armour to keep you all alive in the fight, do not let each other down and stay into the conflict if you guys wanna win, and the arena wall will appear, if you don't get back into the fight, then you are out till the next round."

"There are different areas to land, so be cautious on where you guys head to, and be wary on who will be there to take that loot away and take you down. If the whole team is down, then there is another chance to come back into the fight after 30 to 50 seconds. "

"Also, you guys have your own sets of abilities to use, and most from the weapons you have been using since you guys always head to missions and in combat, so here's your banner of abilities." They all look to the abilities they have and what they can do.

Lincoln: Legendary Weapon - Shredder Claws. Shock mines, Daelam shields and Overcharge weapons. Support element.

Luna: Legendary Weapon – Frostmourne. Ice road, Ice barrier and kick and hailing storm. Assault element.

Jordan: Legendary Weapon - Gauss bayonet. Cluster shock grenades, trip wire trap and cyber wall scan. Defense element.

Leon: Legendary Weapon – Daggers. Shadowed cloud, Traversing assault and Feral Mode. Assault Element.

Carol: Legendary Weapon – Snipers hilt. Extra ammo clips, recon scope and Ranged strength. Recon element.

Boomer: Legendary Weapon – toxic scythe. Toxic trail, Toxin immunity and Acid Pit. Defend Element.

"Okay, okay." Leon then has his knives. "So the legendary weapons means that these are our only melee weapons and obviously everyone else has their own, anything else before we start this shit?"

Gyro nods. "Yeah, there will be some flyers located in areas where animals might be, and these flyers also known as Volactus might drop in some special loot, or they might alarm everyone in the area of your presence…. Then we have that thing!"

They all look out the dropship and spot the large lumbering beast roaring, they see another one in the distance. "Because the repulsor tower went down, the wildlife is now lured to come here and wreck some havoc, those 400-foot tall beasts that done eat you, but they might crush you so be careful of that one!"

"Also, once you guys have made it to the fight, be aware of any other animal lurking here. We have Bin Spiders, Prowlers and anything else coming around, be careful watch out for them and fight them if you must, but if the enemy is caught by them, leave them be and take the shot on the enemy team."

Gyro then gets ready his legendary melee weapon, which is his Staff. "Also, you guys can't use the ranged weapons you have, unless you can prove in the ranks of the shots you all commit to, and with enough shots, then you guys might be able to land into the fight, with your own legendary ranged weapons. Got it?"

They all nod, and then they see the teams they're in. Lincoln, Luna and Jordan, Leon, Carol and Boomer. Gyro, Pathfinder and Gibraltar, and this makes Gyro smile. "Well, looks like I got a recon and a defense. Well, see you all till we meet and fight!"

They see the green light is a go, and they spot the legends in their own dropship jump and take off, and so they all do the same and fly with their own team to their own direction.

(Airbase.)

Carol lands onto the open runway. "Okay, wrong place." She then makes a run for it, and as the Velvet Slinger she's fast enough to look for cover. She looks around and sees Leon and Boomer come down, but Boomer lands face first. "Dude, stop being like that."

Boomer gets back up. "I know, I know….i just… Whoa!" He nearly gets shot and they all take cover. "What the hell?!"

Carol uses one of her abilities, recon scope and she looks around and sees who it is. "Bloodhound and he has the high ground, he's somewhere near the zipline." She then sees something else. "He has other teammates, looks like Caustic and Horizon. They're closing in."

"Then where the hell is the loot box?" asked Leon. Carol looks around and sees the box, and so she makes her way to the box not too far. Carol opens the loot box and smiles. "Weapons." She grabs the Longbow DMR, and she tosses the other guns to the others. For Boomer he gets the L-STAR EMG LMG and to Leon, he gets the G7 Scout Marksman Rifle.

Carol then points at Bloodhound. "Leon, take him down." she sends some firing shots and this makes Bloodhound find cover, and so Leon sees this and he leaves behind a shadowy mist and then he leaps into the air, and then shoots at Bloodhound.

Leon lands far and he's shot by Caustic and he's down on the ground. "I'm okay."

Caustic and Horizon are headed to where Leon is, but then someone lands in front of them. "Spill time!" Boomer cuts his torso and let's out an acidic pit spill and the two legends are stuck to the ground. "Gotcha." Then he shoots them.

Carol goes over to Leon and she helps him up. "No laying down on the fight, Leon. We're still in this."

Then they nearly get shot. Leon smirks. "This is getting fucking fun people!" They all go over the other team trying to take them down. Boomer catches up, with the loot he stole from his down enemies. The enemies they're after, are Wattson, Revenant and Valkyrie.

(Creature Containment.)

Luna is traveling on her ice road, alongside Jordan and Lincoln, and they evade the bullet rounds coming from Fuse, Bangalore and Rampart. But they don't notice Loba is at the end of the Ice road, Luna notices this and she makes her ice wall to shield from her shots, and then she kicks the ice wall.

Loba is hit by the ice wall and she also stumbles onto her own teammates, Lifeline and Crypto. So Lincoln deploys the shock mine and Jordan takes them down with her melee weapon and they're down. They then look for cover and make sure that avoid Fuses own ultimate, the Motherlode.

Jordan then deploys her tripwire and Bangalore takes chase, but she hits the tripwire and she's blown up. The tripwire are concussion bombs. Jordan smiles. "Yes!" Then she sees something. "Flyer loot!"

They spot one of the flyers and it drops a death loot box. "Weapons, kids!" Luna and the others head for the box. Lincoln goes over and he picks up the R-301 Carbine Assault Rifle and Jordan sees the Hemlock Burst AR and Luna takes in the Mastiff Shotgun and they look around and begin to search for threats around their perimeter.

They begin to shoot Fuse who tries to get neat, but then they take cover when Rampart mounts her machine gun, Sheila and she yells with joy from this. Luna's eyes glow. "Let's see her eat this!" She looks to Lincoln and Jordan, and the duo know what that means.

They provide cover fire to suppress Fuse, and Luna comes out of hiding and her hands glow blue, her ultimate is up and Rampart looks up. "Well, that's quite unfortunate."

(Swamp's)

From the bottom on one of the homes above the water, this is where Gyro and his team are. He's teamed up alongside, Pathfinder and Gibraltar. Gyro is wielding the R-99 SMG, Pathfinder with the Triple Take, and Gibraltar is wielding the Mozambique shotgun.

Gyro then looks around. "Pathfinder, recon and shoot."

"Okay, I like this part." Pathfinder scans the area and he spots Octane running. "I got him." He shoots Octane and then gives the others a thumbs up. "Yay me."

Gibraltar chuckles. "Well, dome brother. Also, I think you're team is doing well, man." They hear an explosion from the distance and spot the rain of ice shards from far away. "They're not so bad doing this." He then readies his gun shield.

Gyro smirks. "Yeah, not so… Target!" He shoots at Mirage, but that was an illusion. "Shit, not again."

"Remember me?" They all turn around and see Wraith, she drops the grenade, winks and she goes back through her own portal and they look to the explosive below.

All three of them know, they're screwed. "Oh no…." An explosion is seen from the distance, and the Apex Games carries on! Also, the whole thing is not just seen in the outlands, because a burst drone and several others are seeing this, and this is broadcasted, to the others in their dimension.

The Apex Games, are now a Multidimensional Broadcast! Now, cue theme song: Only one King, by Jung Young.
