So, an aftermath of what went down the other chapter and some small stuff to deal with and sort out what might happen next, along with the Light Fury flying around and getting to know the town of Royal Woods, and with Marcy helping him. Enjoy reading this folks!
Spells and Louds.
Chapter 765: Many days away before the month ends.
(August 28. Lynn's Table.)
Lincoln watches around and sees the restaurant is doing well, and has customers as usual, but he also sees a large table with some patrons who were from the other day, and so he goes into the kitchen and sees Lynn Sr and the rest of the louds are doing all they can.
"So, you called them out, scolded them and then you found out that none of them was the Nosher, and the real one was your butt dialing your phone?"
Lynn Sr sighs and he hands the baked beans in butter out to Kotaro. "Yeah, this was all my fault and I should've seen this coming and now…. Someone is coming and he's gonna be really, really angry with me."
Linka also comes in. "Yeah, we know that too. Word of him coming spreaded fast, and he's also a good friend to Victor." This makes them gasp and Linka nods. "He's known him for a whole year and helped with the Kitchen Nightmares ordeal, especially that damned place called Amy's Baking Company."
Lynn Sr is confused. "What the heck is Amy's Baking Company?"
Linka nods. "Exactly. Victor helped him for a year, and then he let Gordon do his own thing, and Victor went off to continue helping FutureTech full time. Also, Peter Sharp and Uncle Sergei are keeping a sharp eye out for the arrival of the chef himself and…."
They hear a beeping and Linka checks her comms. "Yeah?"
Peter. "The Devil is here! I repeat, the devil is here! Gordon Ramsey has landed, the man has come! Here comes Kitchen Nightmares, here comes Hotel Hell, the judge to Master Chef, London Head Chef from the fires of his mum's empire, and the Hell's Kitchen Boss!"
Sergei. "I'm out! I'm out! You guys are on your own! See ya, wouldn't wanna be ya, Lynnard!"
They hear some clamoring and they look out the backdoor and see Sergei has fell from the roof and lands into the dumpster. "I'm okay!" He then runs off and goes into Peter's Truck and the Sharp man goes in and they drive off.
Then the front door of the restaurant is opened and the patrons all see the man himself. Gordon Ramsey, and this shocks them and they all slowly get up, pay for their food and slowly leave. They know who he is, and they know how dangerous he can be when it comes to restaurant business and stuff.
Gordon looks around and he sees the décor about the place. "Seems alright, comforting and good lightning… Now, where the bloody hell is that man?"
The kitchen doors open and Lynn Sr comes out, and with the others they go over to Gordon Ramsey.
"H-Hi, my name is…. Lynn Sr, and I run…."
"Shut it." Gordon then confronts him. "I saw the footage, I saw what happened and what you did and all this time, I thought those customers were difficult folks with their own damned heads stuck in their asses, but no…. All this time, they act as they normally are when annoying, and you are an idiot."
They don't know that Luna and Sam are recording this and its live stream. "This whole fucking time, you just sat you're dumb ass on your own phone and you thumbs down yourself, well you're phone and ass did the right thing, because you're face says thumbs down, even when you cry like a choking goat."
Lynn Sr didn't know what to say, Gordon Ramsey is literally destroying his mind.
"Now it is a good and honorable thing for your children to help, but to finally see who was the really the cause of all this seems like a fucking waste of time, and now you're stuck serving a retarded old man who should go into a retirement home, an overzealous and delusional rule choking principal who has issues with his own childhood."
"This reject from the theater who doesn't even seem fit to perform at a prestige place, and then we have an old lady, who goes around thinking she's the boss and carrying this big dumb oaf who acts like the big diaper baby. I'm also starting to think, that the big oaf with the scooter hag is possibly her own son who was dropped ten times down the fucking stairs!"
They all cringe hearing that one, and they can tell…. He has a good point."
"The only one who seemed decent and slightly complicated was that Faunus man, I can help serve him and see what's wrong, but those others deserve to be banned, and they're gonna get worse because of what you did. You scolded them for fucking nothing, and all for your fucking ego to not see where the source of the problem is!"
Gordon then looks around. "Don't get me wrong, this place looks comforting, and I know that you have other cooks who help you because one man cannot cook alone, and they need help, and many of the folks love the food except for one, and it's that disgusting green slop with fish sauce."
Lynn Sr is confused and saddened. "B-But, I thought that… But my family…."
"Dad." They look towards Luan. "We don't like it, we have to be honest with you… We dump it somewhere else, and then we order pizza and eat in the attic." The others also agree.
Lynn Sr is now fully shocked and then Gordon Ramsey speaks. "Because of all of this bullshit that you started, I'm gonna stay in this town until the end of the fucking summer to make sure that whatever goes on, is sorted out, especially you in the fucking head."
"I will make sure, that whatever the issue is that the customers see, then I will make sure it's sorted out, otherwise this place of a wreck of broken dreams will end up sinking down the fucking shithole called Nosh! Also, the Restaurant to Another World is far more tolerable than this, and I have been there and the food is delicious, and all made by one man who knows how to cook, close the doors and I'll be back tomorrow. Fucking idiot."
He then walks away, Lynn Sr then looks to his kids. "But, I…. I just… Why didn't you tell me that you didn't like some of my cooking?"
"Dad…." Lynn Jr speaks. "We didn't wanna hurt your feelings."
Lola speaks next. "Because you're sensitive, and very emotional and it's… Well, it's all the time. You really can't take criticism and act out like you don't like everyone, well everyone who doesn't like what you like."
Gordon Ramsey stops by the door and looks to them. "Too sensitive, a crybaby, a scared little idiot on Halloween, and a fucking asshole who doesn't think that not everyone has his taste for half of the shitty food ideas he has, because mashed up cabbage doesn't go well with every seasoning you fucking idiot."
"You don't know what others would like, you just make what you think tastes good, and you don't see what other's would approve, because everyone is different and no one is a fucking clone like you, and if there was a clone like you, then I'd strangle it and then make sure it never comes back again."
"You'd end up food poisoning you're fucking entire family, and I am glad that some of them aren't related to you anymore, at least Sharp and Sergei have better skills, and they don't even cook in restaurants, and now I feel like making my own restaurant here and hiring those two."
Then he leaves, and this makes Lynn Sr wipe away some tears and he goes back to the kitchen and cries at his own mistakes and the words from Gordon Ramsey.
The others feel bad for him, and Lisa thinks about these things and she goes through the words that Gordon Ramsey has more logic with cooking, and is right.
The others go into the kitchen and they check on him, but Lincoln, Linka, Luna, Leni and Sam walk away from the place. "Well, that happened" said Lincoln.
Luna nods. "Dudes, a lot of folks saw the whole thing. I wouldn't be surprised if he'd bring Kitchen Nightmare's back." They can all only see what could happen next, and who knows what will go down with Gordon Ramsey, in Royal Woods Michigan.
(Tall Timbers Park.)
We now see Ridley along with Marcy and the duo are both enjoying playing with the Light Fury, Moonlight. "Wow! It's like one of the pixels I have, but real and kinda amazing." She watches as her Chomp Kitty Horn interacts with the dragon and it seems like these two are friends.
Marcy nods. "Yeah, he's quite something and he has so many cool abilities he could maneuver and I was also thinking… If you do catch a very dangerous dragon glitch, make that dragon glitch into something like a Light Fury or a Night Fury, and then send it back to the game it came from to make the whole thing better than it was before!"
Ridley thinks about this. "Hmm, that doesn't sound like a bad idea. That sounds awesome! As weird and impressive as always, Marcy."
"Heck, yeah!" Marcy and Ridley high five each other. "Weirdoes for life!" They then watch as Moonlight and Horn enjoy playing with each other, as Horn teleports and Moonlight tries to catch her, and they continue to have this kind of fun.
Ridley then asks. "So, he doesn't wanna go home?"
Marcy sighs. "Yeah, he's lost and doesn't know if his own family is alright, and that world he's from may have some folks who are chill with dragons, but there are others who wanna hunt them down, and it sounds so wrong. I mean, there has to be some way for them to live peacefully."
"I mean, the Pokémon have adapted and the folks are all chill with this, but I guess it makes sense. This is the modern era, and stuff like dragons are cool and all, while the past sees this as scary and only seek to destroy them. It's so horrible and I feel bad for all of those dragons from the other world."
Ridley can tell that this is a bad ordeal they're facing. "Huh, sounds like the same with me, when those Glitch Tech's wanna dismantle the many work I put into making my Ridley box and all of the glitch mods I manage to make, modify and then send back. They don't understand mods, or they don't like them."
Marcy nods. "Some folks just don't understand, I mean weird is fine too. It just means you're different, unique and that's what make you who you are. Like me and you, we weirdoes have to stick together and not let anyone push us around or say otherwise."
Ridley nods. "Yeah, I sometimes miss my friends Miko and Hi-5, and I wonder what they're always up to. But with the FutureTech stuff, I can keep tabs on them and see what Hinobi is hiding, whatever is wrong with the glitches dates back to the times of arcade games."
"Hinobi is at the center of this bi conflict and they don't seem to know how to properly contain these glitches or fix them, and I wanna know what's going on and the same goes with Martin. I won't stop till the answers are found and we can fix it. But, I still like doing mods with my work."
Marcy chuckles. "All the respect from me Ridley and I know you can find out what's going on." She then has an idea. "Hey, Ridley wanna see how high we can fly?"
Ridley is confused. "What?" She then sees Marcy whistle and Horn along with Moonlight go towards them. "Wait, what are we doing?"
Marcy offers her a hand. "Trust me, Ridley. This is gonna be awesome!" Ridley nods and she takes the hand, and Marcy helps her as they both hop onto the Light fury, and Horn hops on and they take off as the Light Fury reaches them.
They fly up and Marcy cheers. "This is always awesome! You okay back there Ridley?"
Ridley is screaming, but her scream turns to a cheer of this adrenaline boost. "Oh heck yea! This is awesome!"
Marcy smiles and they continue to fly upwards, and the folks from below see this and cheer. The duo fly around and cheer at how wicked cool it is, but then they see Horn has his mouth open, and he eats a bug. "Eww, Horn, gross!"
