Summary/disclaimer: Time for another chapter of Spark of War. Enjoy the 3500-word chapter. I don't own Avatar, Nick, Michael Dante DiMartino, and Bryan Konietzko do.
On one hand? It had been the oddest thing to question for now. She had been a lot more for this was going to be something fun for now. The idea had been a lot more to happen as of the time being. Whatever was coming had?
He had tilted his head before now. This had been something odd for the soldier to think about. He still almost laughed if not for the insanity of this and how this had been fun for now. the idea had been questioned for now. The idea had been oh so fun for now. What little this could be for the question before this had seemed to end for now. This hadn't yet ended and she knew that he and she were yet connected for the time being.
Still? This had been something fun for now when he questioned before he seemed to happen what to do next. This had been something fun for him at the end of the day when all was done and dusted for now. It had been something nice at least for now.
Hao felt her hair tickle his face once more before he seemed to question what to do next. There had been a few brief seconds of being thrown off a bit for the time being. He has been a lot more to do before now. He had a lot more on his mind before it seemed as if he had fallen.
Hao looked at Ty Lee and marveled at the fact that this woman had managed to hold him for so long. There was at least some amusement in his situation for the time being.
"Hey, I think I can get us on top of the pillar, you want to try it?" Ty Lee questioned before Hao blinked.
He could fall which might hurt a lot worse than it appeared… But then again? This woman had been crazier than she seemed. It had been something odd and insane for the second.
"Sure?" Hao said before Ty Lee nodded and looked down at the ground.
He sighed for a second before he hummed and looked around. Ty Lee fell silent for only a second as she questioned what to say and do next.
"Ok… I'm going to need you to swing from my legs. I know it might be a little weird, but it's the easiest way to get back up." Ty Lee stated before she turned and started to look around.
Hao was silent if only for a second before he nodded. Ty Lee detached her legs from around his torso. He cleared his throat before looking at her, a look of small interest on his face.
"Are you sure you can get down without um… Dropping me?" Hao questioned before he looked around as he hummed, curious as of now.
"Yeah, just give me a second to try, ok?" Ty Lee said before Hao nodded.
Ty Lee nodded to him as she let go. Hao dropped towards her bare feet as she spun up and around the beam. He caught onto her legs as she managed to reach the apex of her leap. She spun around as he managed to let go. He went flying as if he was almost weightless as he went flying into the air before he seemed to be a lot more delightful again and fell from the air as he dropped towards the ground before now. This was still odd to him even as he fell to the ground.
Hao landed on the top of the pillar before Ty Lee flipped and vaulted into him. Their combined weight almost tossed them off the beam. She managed to wrap her legs around the boy as she landed on his lap. Hao finally laughed at how insane and crazy this had been for the time being.
Ty Lee let out a small giggle as she tilted her head. Hao cleared his throat before it came down to it. This had been a lot more confusing than he had entirely wished to be for now.
He rested his hands lightly on her side for a moment. She secured her hands around his neck and nuzzled gently into his lap. All she knew about Hao was that he was a risk-taker, a cute one at that. One who didn't know what he was getting into. She could tell she trusted him; a lot more than she trusted. She looked into his eyes, curious as to what would happen now on their crazy ride. It had been a weird little thing, nice for the time being. The move was to be weird.
"Sorry, just a little thrown off by how crazy this had been. Not mad at you. Hope you know that." Hao stated before he dusted off his hands and looked at her.
"Yeah, sorry. I hadn't tried to drop you. It's just not as easy as I think to think it had been for now. Little silly, right?" Ty Lee questioned before Hao seemed to shrug toward her.
There was a smile as he did so for the time being. It had been fun. She wanted to be closer to him and she had gotten her wish in spades at the end of the day. It had been something nice to consider for them. Whatever this could be now? it could be a lot worse when this was all over.
Hao slowly moved his hands from the pillar next to him to the girl's waist to make sure she didn't fall. She slowly yet surely placed her legs over his hips on the pillar and rested her hands around his neck to stop him from falling off once more.
"Hi." Ty Lee said with a warm smile.
"Hey," Hao said as he chuckled. "You're the weirdest girl I had met. No offense." Hao said while he smiled back. "You're good at the acrobatics. You haven't been studying how to do that, have you?" Hao asked before he tilted his head to the side.
He knew that something was interesting for now when this had been said and done. Whatever was interested in what came next. It was fun.
"Maybe a little." Ty Lee said with a simple smile as she did so.
"Did I do something bad? I didn't try and throw you against the pillar. Acrobatics isn't something I'm good at yet. I didn't try to throw you too hard into the sky. Whatever this was? it's the best I can do for now when I'm honest." Ty Lee added before she cracked her fingers.
"No, just not used to getting used to being made acrobatic equipment," Hao responded while he looked at the ground.
This had been fun. He didn't so much think of the romantic angle since he was oh so curious about how to best handle this. It had been a lot more interesting.
"Are you sure you're, ok?" Hao asked with a tilt of his head.
"Yeah, thanks for helping me so much." Hao heard as he shrugged and tilted his head to the side as well.
"Eh, it's nothing. There were a lot more boring things I could do… Sad that training tomorrow isn't going to be anywhere near as cool as this had been." Hao responded as he smiled at the girl in front of him.
He knew more than anything that this girl was something special. He wouldn't say anything about her to the others. She was nice to see and done and dusted.
"So, anything you want to talk about?" Ty Lee questioned while her friend looked down at the ground.
"You pick. I'm trying not to fall off the pillar. Ty. This is a lot funnier than it had been before. Honestly? I didn't expect it to be this funny." Hao said as he turned and questioned before he hummed to himself.
Ty Lee could only laugh and smile with interest as she did so. It had been oh so much fun for her to test her skills for now. It had been something interesting at the end of the day and she knew for now.
She glanced at him as the two looked down from the pillar. It was out of sight enough for nobody to notice. It made him laugh despite himself as of now. It had been something, for now, to make it come down to it… Wasn't like he had a lot more on the second…
He looked at Ty Lee who had seemed to settle where she had been for now when it had been as of now. It was a lot odder than it had been for now. He found himself laughing now. It had been more fun than he had been through before. Honestly? It made him question if there was to be more fun to have for now. Whatever came next was honestly a lot funnier than this.
She settled on his lap and looked down at their surroundings. This had been a lot more to this battle as of now. It had been an odd little thing before now. It had been an odd little thing for now. It had made him curious as of now this had been a lot more to this.
"This is a lot cooler stuff, isn't there?" Hao said before he smiled. "This is pretty cool, isn't it?" Hao said as Ty Lee nodded.
She smiled a wide little smile that returned as the two looked down from the top of the pillar. She hadn't moved, a bit too amused and a lot more amused before now. This had been a weird little part of this before now. They had been an odd little bond that seemed to be growing as of now. This had been a cool little thing.
She laid backward as he stopped her from falling. She giggled despite herself. All this time and she hadn't once found a friend like this. One who cared so much to question if she was ok. It wasn't much, sure, but it made both of them laugh when all of this was said and done. It had been an oh-so-odd little thing. Sure, it wasn't much… But it still seemed to make them laugh.
She looked at him before crossing her legs under her as she seemed to question what to say and do before now.
"So… Is your aura always this pink?" Ty Lee questioned as he raised an eyebrow. "Your spiritual energy. It's that stuff that comes from emotions. Yours is pink. I think, like mine. It's a cool thing. I think it's a cool thing." Ty Lee stated to which Hao hummed to himself as he shrugged.
"Don't know, I think you bring that out. Honestly? It's fun hanging out with you. It's cool hanging with someone as silly as you. I just don't know how to do some of this stuff when it comes down to it." Hao said as he hummed to himself. "Sorry, I'm being weird. I didn't expect to get swung around like that when it comes down to it. Honestly? I don't know what will happen next. It's a cool little thing when it comes down to it." Hao added before he tilted his head.
Hao had been odd as of now. It seemed as of the time being that this was a lot cooler of a thing. Honestly? It seemed as if she had been focused on what to do next. What came next would be harder than this before now. It had been an odd little thing to see and do as of now. What came next was going to be cool. Whatever came next would be a little odd plan.
He still laughed before now. It had been an odd part of history for now. This had been odd. It had been fun to him for the time. Whatever came next would be odd… It'd be so odd for now. It'd be fun, and exciting for him at the time being.
It'd be an odd little for now it seemed as of now. It was an odd little for to question before it seemed as of now when it came down to as of now. It seemed to happen before now. It seemed to be questioned for now… Whatever came next would be a problem for now when it seemed to be questioned.
Whatever it seemed to oddly while he seemed to question what to happen before it was all too interesting. He seemed while before he was oddly what to do before as of now. She seemed to be well about what to do.
"This is still a bit weird, isn't it?" Ty Lee asked to which he shrugged.
"Nope, not as weird as you think it should be, why?" Ty Lee seemed before he crossed his legs under him, thrown off by this seemed to understand as of now.
He looked at her as the two seemed to look down as of now. It was a lot more to question for now. It was a lot more of a weird thing for now. Still? whatever was to come next would be a small little thing.
He laughed at how silly this had become, he laughed for new at this. It had been a lot more to question what to handle for now. She hummed to tilt her head at her friend before now. It seemed to be questioned before now. It oddly became a weird little thing between them. She had been prepared for worse.
Yet the idea her friend trusted her had been… Something. She didn't know how to now. it had been an odd little thing for now.
"No, I've seen a lot weirder stuff compared to this," Hao said as he shrugged at the girl.
The two sat in quiet contemplation for a few moments. it wasn't like either mind. They had been happy; it had been a peaceful little thing at the end of the day. She looked down to notice he had been holding her so she didn't fall off the pillar and she didn't say anything. Ty Lee knew she had already made this moment weirder, there was no real point in starting a new weird problem for now. It hadn't been much of a problem when it came down to it. Whatever came next would probably just make this talk weirder… Then again? It wasn't exactly as if she wished to cause problems.
He looked at her with a tilt of his head towards her. He knew more than anything just how odd this had been. It wasn't as if either of them wanted to hold a grudge or cause problems from now. He hadn't been prepared for now. It was just a little problem for now.
Still? if he was honest? It hadn't at all been much of a problem for them and neither wanted to ruin the moment of peace they had for now. It just wasn't their thing for now at the end of the day. She had been curious about what seemed to be coming next.
"Are you going to be weirded out?" Ty Lee questioned before she tilted her head at Hao before he tilted his head.
He was an odd little thing and she didn't want to be thrown off by this. Whatever little thing came next would be weird for them.
She smiled at her friend as he hummed, looking at the ground, and tilting her head at him. Hao was oh so curious for now. It seemed to be a problem for now.
"Sorry, I'm just trying to think of what to say or do next." Ty Lee heard as she laughed. "I don't want to drop you, so…" Hao said as he shrugged his shoulders.
He tilted his head, not trying to drop the woman and crush her head by accident. He knew he wasn't going to be doing anything for a while and knew just how odd this would be at the end of the day.
Yet? He didn't care, this was far too amusing to him. He had too much fun chatting with her. She didn't yell orders at him and expect him to do things, she didn't demean him which didn't help his self-esteem when it was all said and done for now, what little thing he did next, it'd be something, for now, a weird little problem that couldn't be said and done.
He looked over the vast room before them and wondered what would even happen if they did fall.
He tilted his head, all too curious about what came next. This would be so painful if they tilted his head to himself curious, interested in what else would be going on.
There was going to be a weird little niche if he was curious for now. This had been an odd little problem for them.
She tilted her head at her friend, smiling as they looked down once more. She looked back at Hao before he hummed.
"What happens next?" Ty Lee questioned before she tapped her fingers on her neck.
"I don't know, I like staying here. I like that. Sorry, is that a bit weird to ask?" Hao said before he blinked. "Not to be weird or anything. I just don't know how to get down and I also don't want to fall and you know… Die. I mean, I can break my fall. I think." Hao stated before he smiled.
"Yeah, and it was pretty fun trying to get up here, yeah?" Ty Lee asked to which Hao stated.
"Yeah, it was. I didn't want to fall." Hao said while he leaned his head against hers. "You're cool. I know I keep saying that. I don't want you to think about that the wrong idea." Hao said while he clicked his tongue against the roof of his mouth.
"Hey, I'm the one who threw you up to this pillar. There are a lot more things I could say are weirder." Ty Lee said before she hummed. "Hey, so you were saying your name was Hao? Doesn't that mean something? I don't know what it is." Ty Lee stated as she hummed to herself.
There were a lot more things to handle when the time ended. The girl who was at his side made him smile they were good friends. They had a good bond, one which had made him question what to do next. The interested Fire Nation soldier hummed.
"It means good I think… or something, I'm not exactly an expert on the Fire Nation. I'm just a simple soldier." Hao said only to get poked on the nose by her.
"Yeah, well? Your aura is pink and blue. It's nice and bubbly like mine at times, but come and goes." Ty Lee stated to which she smirked to handle what came next.
"And? There's a lot on the mind. I don't know about what. But I do know there's stuff on the mind." Hao said while he tilted his head to the side.
"Well, there's a lot of stuff you don't know that I might know." Hao heard from Ty Lee to which he tilted his head.
He was smiling to himself. Hao clicked his fingers together.
"Yeah, it will be weird," Hao said as he smiled. "And it will be weird then," Hao added.
(Future day)
Hao looked over every single little thing. The problem was going to be a long and tenuous purpose when it came down to it. The idea had been something weird.
So many soldiers deployed and for nothing, when it became clear they'd be throwing themselves against the wall before all of this was done and over. He had been sending soldiers to their deaths, ones that could be prevented if he had just been faster, better of an officer for the Fire Nation officer.
Instead? All he'd be doing is escorting them into the afterlife, it had been something he didn't want to be doing for long if he was honest.
He was their general and he knew that this was going to be a horrid campaign but it didn't hurt any less knowing what would be coming this way.
The problem would be explaining this to his men as they began their push further inland more, it'd be a while before they found what they were after, what they had been doing for now.
He pushed off the table, looking around at every single little thing around them.
Author Notes
Phew. Another chapter is done! I want to point out that the next chapter will be a lot longer and will be shown both Ty Lee and Hao relaxing and more of their bond when it came down to it. The next chapter will also be 900-6500 words and will be in 2-10 months, until then, Lighting Wolf out!
