Overview
In the original Cosmic Era timeline, Flay Allster died when the Providence Gundam's DRAGOON's shot her escape shuttle right in front of Kira Yamato. However, when a mysterious mobile suit from the future made its presence known during the final battle at Jachin Due, her fate was ultimately changed forever from the resulting divergence. After the war, Flay would encounter the pilot of the mysterious mobile suit who was responsible for undoing her death - Akiza Izinski. From that point on, her life changes for the better, which is the turning point of her redemption quest.
Trivia
-Keeping up with Gundam SEED Paradox's homages to Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's, Flay's relationship with Akiza is a recreation of the 5D's Akiza's relationship with Yusei Fudo.
