Chapter 16: Meet in Jiraiya and Hunt in Kiri.
( Konoha, Next day)
Everything had cooled down after Danzo's whole fiasco with disobeying Hiruzen and committing several violations and crimes behind his back. The conniving warhawk met his end at the hands of Uzumaki Shredder along with the other two masked hunters.
Hiruzen had told the council that Uzumaki Shredder and his hunters will be working for them as assassins in secret. And declared it as S-Rank. To keep the secret.
As for Koharu and Homura, they were arrested and sent to Ibiki to be interrogated while Hiruzen will decide their fate yet their council status as Elders have been terminated.
As for the Root Operatives, well remnants of them here in the village are being reconditioned. Since Shredder showed the Hokage Danzo's base that was underneath Konoha. The Hokage have the whole base shutdown and relayed a command to any Root Anbu outside of the village and there in other villages and countries to be returned immediately for reconditioning since Danzo is no longer their leader anymore and they are to serve the Hokage now. Like they should have from the Start. Hiruzen saw all kinds of documents and many treasonous things Danzo has done behind his back.
( Hokage Tower)
"Well Sensei. I removed the seals from every Root Anbu's tongue. Knew it was gonna be a matter of time until that warhawk was going to screw-up." Says Jiraiya looking at his sensei who was holding his smoke pipe.
"Thanks again for your help Jiraiya." The Hokage says.
Jiraiya had arrived when the sun came up. As he was immediately called to his sensei to come help unseal the seal on the Root Anbu's tongues. Since Jiraiya is the only seal's master left to fix this problem.
"So Where is he? I was told he was here?" Jiraiya asked since his sensei gave him the message about Naruto being here along with those who have raised him.
"He is with his fellow Hunters. Hunting In the forest of death. Neko!" The Hokage replied
"Yes, Hokage-sama." She appeared
"Would you please bring Naruto here? Tell him there is someone who wants to meet him." Hiruzen answered as She nodded and left.
"He's In the forest of death hunting there? What the hell is he doing in there? And fellow Hunters? What's going on?" Jiraiya asked confused to why his godson in the forest of death.
"Why not ask him yourself when he comes." Hiruzen replied.
( Land of Iron)
In the Day time Izanami is blending in with the humans. Walking by them. Paying them no mind.
She is on her way to a Weapon's shop.
Looking up with her black eyes spots a weapon shop and walks inside it.
( Weapon Shop)
"I'd like 60 Shuriken," Izanami says in a cold voice.
"Just got more of those in today." says the store clerk as he gives her a box of Shuriken.
"Chakra Suppressant Cuffs. I want 4." She requests as he hands her the same cuffs.
"I want that Triple bladed claw." She points to the weapon
"Oh this? This is brand new just got it in. It's called a Chakra Enhanced Triple-Bladed Claw perfect for close combat." The Clerk says handing her the weapon as she observes it.
"All you have to do is coat the weapon in chakra." He adds seeing her test it out.
"Anything else?" He asks her.
"I want a Kusanagi Sword." Izanami wants on her list in her arsenal of weapons. So far she has smoke bombs. Senbon, Fuma Shuriken, 60 Shuriken, the Triple bladed claw.
"Just what you see miss." He Chuckled as her eyes moved to two chain sickles.
"I want those double kusarigamas." She says seeing the clerk take them off the shelf.
"Well here goes your weapons, Miss. Any of these are good for Combat and assassinations. So which will it be?" He asks her seeing her hold both kusarigamas
"All" She replied
"There will be a waiting period on some of the weapons you want, the Shuriken and Senbon you can take but you will have to sign these forms." The Clerk says until Izanami reached into her purse and pulled out a hefty bag of money she had taken from bandits. Which caught the store owners attention.
"On Second thought i'll fill these out." He says now accepting the money and signing the forms.
"So typical these humans are... They will do anything for money..." Thought Izanami. Since money can turn a blind eye.
"All done. A pleasure doing business with you," he says while she gave him a cold smile.
As she sealed all her weapons in a scroll and walked out the store.
Having left the store. She returns to her hotel to plan her moves and motives of building her Hive. And then... She will search for her "Father" Orochimaru and kill him. Including those in the sound village.
Once she kills her father she will take over Sound Village and turn it into her primary Hive. Then will amass a Hive strong enough and massive enough to conquer The Elemental nations Repopulating it with her kind.
She will masquerade as a human for sometime. She's already adapted to their emotions and interactions. Using them to blend in with the humans.
After all. Who could stop her from doing what her instincts wants her to do? Eat more to Evole as a Queen and form her Hive.
( Back in Konoha)
Coming in the Hokage Office is Uzumaki Shredder with Yugao besides him.
"You wanted to see me Hokage?" Naruto asks
"Yes. Naruto there is someone I'd like you to meet." Hiruzen answered as he turned towards Jiraiya nodding towards him
Jiraiya was stunned when he looked at his godson. 6 foot tall, Seeing him armored with weapons... Masked.. Then they noticed his hair color is red. The last time he saw Naruto was that his hair was blonde color like his father's.
Naruto for his part turns to Jiraiya facing him.
"H-Hi... Naruto..." Greeted Jiraiya.
"Who are you?" Naruto asked.
"My name is Jiraiya... Your father's sensei... And I'm also your godfather." Jiraiya answered with Naruto tilting his head then looked towards the Sandaime who nodded.
"Godfather? And you are my father's sensei... You don't look much.. But how do you do?"Naruto replied.
"Well... Uh how you been? Who's been looking after you?" The Toad Sage asked
"My mother's friends. Dragon, Artemis and Falcon." Naruto answered as he began Telling Jiraiya his story of how he was raised by the Yaujta. Who are what you called otherworldly beings and are hunters who hunt for Sport.
Jiraiya was taking in the story his godson was telling him as slow as he could so that he can understand.
"So let me get this straight... Kushina... Let these... Yaujta's... Take you off the earth and raised you to be like them? A killer?" Jiraiya asked hoping he understood correctly
"Yes... Is that a problem?" Naruto asked frowning behind his mask.
Jiraiya was going to answer until the Hokage's intercom pinged
"Yes?" Hiruzen answered.
"Oh? Send her in." He says as he turned to the two in the room
Sorry to cut in on this but We have company coming in." Hiruzen says as suddenly the Office Doors opened revealing a beautiful auburn-haired woman with green eyes.
Suddenly Jiraiya blushed with a perverted look on his face when he saw the woman enter.
Naruto for his part also eyed the woman seeing she does look beautiful.
"I hope I wasn't interrupting?" the Woman asked looking at the Hokage.
"Oh no, of course not. Gentlemen this is Mei Terumi. The leader of the rebels in Kiri." Hiruzen spoke introducing her to Jiraiya and Naruto.
"Hello. Nice meeting you. I'm here for help. To fight the war in kiri against the fourth Mizukage Yagura." Mei spoke looking at the Hokage.
