Okay please don't kill me for not having an actual chapter yet, I am working on it. I swear, there's just a lot of distractions *cough* video games *cough cough* around me at the moment. But I have an update and as a "thank you" to all the follows and favorites I have a lil deleted scene from in between the first and next chapter.

BUT BEFORE THAT, PLEASE READ:

I got a review with a suggestion on a way to keep Vlad out of the story that was so much better than my original plan, so I'm stealing it. Maybe I'll spill what my original plan for this fic was but it really doesn't change anything except how the DC bad guys got ecto tech and how Danny gets stuck / how he gets home and gets rid of a pointless ghost that I was going to make the villain in a funny twist. I would say kudos to anyone who can guess it, but no one's going to guess this guy, good luck trying!

So thank you Anon E Moose for making my job so much easier.

Theoretically, things should speed things up once I finish establishing the setting and starting the oneshot chapters, just a tiny bit more to go. This is just to give everyone more of a clue of my direction for this story and to dump this deleted scene.

I wrote a whole ass scene before deciding to change direction annnddd I really like it and I don't want to cut it completely but I don't know where to put it, so enjoy! Unrestrained, bubbly laughter traveled freely across the deep green, whirling void that was the Infinite Realms. The unadulterated glee originated from a certain pair of specters, an archetype and his clone but, a brother and sister by choice gliding casually through the endless dimension. Danny and Ellie Fenton journey through the Zone on a regular visit to allies and other various close friends. Ellie was flying in loose loopy de loops while laughing lightly, Danny's flight path was more restrained compared to his sister's more slack route. For the most part she was orbiting around him while he led the way to the Far Frozen for her training. The constant shifting and rotation of the realm usually made it difficult to find your way through but after so many adventures, Danny had the rotations down to a T in the back of his mind. Ellie? Not so much just yet, but there's a time and place for everything.

"Haha! Whatcha think poor Johnny did this time to piss Kitty off?", Ellie laughed out while remembering their short trip to the infamous ghost couple's lair.

They had just wrapped up a few visits across the Ghost Zone that included check-ins on Pandora, Dorthea, and even managed to pay a quick visit to Kitty and Johnny 13's place. Special emphasis on the 'quick visit' part as their detour was cut short by loud banging, crashing, and screaming of mostly incoherent threats from Kitty and Johnny very coherently begging for mercy and forgiveness.

In other words, it was merely another day in the Ghost Zone.

Danny shook his head in dismissal despite the mischievous smirk that pulled on the corner of his mouth. "Who cares? As long as it stays in the Zones and away from me, I'm not stopping them.", he replied.

"Don't you think it's bad that we didn't even think about helping the poor guy out?"

"You can help all you want, but there is no way I'm getting anymore involved in their bullshit anymore than I have to.", he huffed out. Whatever joy he got out of Kitty and Johnny's mess dissolved at the slight mention of engaging in any of it. Sensing his sudden irritation, Ellie pounced.

"Hmm, yeah. I suppose you're right, Sam probably wouldn't appreciate the resurgence of Kitty-Paulina…"

"Yeah…"

…

"Wait, WHAT?!"

For a moment he stuttered in his flying and he turned to face Ellie in shock and horror at the mention of the dreaded fusion from hell. "HOW THE HELL DO YOU - ! Oh wait, Tucker told you didn't he? Uughh, that asshole. That has got to be some violation of the bro code.'', Danny groaned out in exasperation which only intensified with Ellie's increasing mirth at his misery.

With a huge roll of his eyes, Danny quickened his pace unbeknownst to the younger sibling who was too busy with catching her breath from laughing.
