Chapter 521 coin Bonanza

William Smith or Slick Willie as the attorney was known in legal circles sat down and logged onto his laptop. His nickname was given to him due to his ability to slide his clients out of legal situations and his loose interpretation of the law. Rumors weren't as kind. They said he would do anything for a buck including represent someone as morally bankrupt as .

Rich's charm had worn thin after all these years. Sometimes William wondered if Rich had ever caught up with his runaway bride. He had been in the church when an assistant had whispered something in his ear. Rich's face turned purple with rage and he stormed out of the church. He would never forget that image; it was bone-chilling.

There was no doubt in William's mind that Rich would have done everything possible to find his almost wife and exact painful and fatal revenge. He was just that kind of guy. And that was why William enjoyed seeing that vicious bastard behind bars. Over the years, he'd grown to despise him, but since Rich paid well; he continued to work for him.

His considerable legal skills were useless. The Feds had Rich cold and there wasn't a damned thing Slick Willie could do to change that. He could try to get the evidence thrown out, argue there was improper search and seizure and pull some legal tricks. That would delay the trial and cost Rich a fortune. That was fine with him as long as Rich had the coin to pay for his services. He sure as hell wasn't going to work for free.

Now there were only three ways Rich was getting out from behind bars; bail, escape or death. Rich wouldn't be OK with death, so that left two ways he could get out of prison bail or escape. Mounting a prison escape wasn't as easy as movies made it out and he had no idea how to do it. The only way Rich was getting out was bail.

William stared at the contents of Rich's coin wallet. Yeah, there were a lot of coins in it and even with the current decline in value, it would be more than enough. Some economist said only two groups of people were involved in cyber currency grifters and marks. He'd add a third one people hiding money. Rich was hiding a lot of it. No wonder he was broke.

A few keystrokes later, he shut down his laptop. The plan was proceeding just as he planned.
