Discovery and Fighting of the Old Legend
Deku, Glimmer, and Bow are starring shock to see Adora has somehow transformed into an 8-foot-tall warrior glowing all beautiful and as the latter takes a look at herself and the first thing she does is scream in fear then fell on her butt changing back to normal.
Glimmer compose herself and teleports right in front of Adora trying to get the sword back.
"Stay where you are." Glimmer ordered.
"What did you do to me?" Adora asked.
"What do you mean, what did I do to you?" Glimmer confused of the question.
"I didn't know being a Princess was contagious!" Adora panicked, then Bow and Izuku comes in.
"Okay, okay, everyone just… just calm down, okay?" Bow said trying to calm himself down.
"Izuku, what you said, did you called her She-Ra?" Bow asked.
"Wait, what? Her, She-ra? No way!" Glimmer refused to believe that.
"Uh, hello! What the hell is a She-Ra, I did was I picked up the sword and then whoosh, I'm in a tiara!" Adora still freaked out about that.
"Okay, well, I also like to point out that the giant bug that was calm from Adora's sudden transformation is about to wake up and chase us again." Deku alerted his friends.
True to his words, the giant bug did woke up and roars at the younglings as they run for their and Bow gave Adora the sword.
"Please turn into She-Ra again." Bow begged.
"I don't know how I did it." Adora said.
"Then our only choice is to run!" Deku said and everyone started running from the giant bug.
They had no idea they are going, but they didn't care as long as they can get away from the giant bug and they fell down on a hill side and landed on top of each other with Izuku at the bottom.
"You okay?" Adora asked, groaning in pain a little.
"Yeah." Deku answered and saw what appears to be an ancient ruin of some kind.
"Huh, never seen that before." Izuku said.
The giant bug roars more as it climbs down the hill side.
"Hopefully, in there is better than out here." Bow said as he helps everyone up and they ran to the ruin.
Luckily, when the giant bug land some large rocks fell on top of it though it won't be for long as the young ones made it to the ruin but can't get in.
"Everyone, grab on. I can get us in there." Glimmer said.
"Glimmer, no. You've never teleported four people before." Bow worried that she will exhaust herself of magic powers.
"Well, do you have a better idea?" Glimmer asked and they heard the giant bug getting out of the rocks.
"Wait, look! There's appears to be writing." Deku pointed up.
"It looks like some kind of password." Adora figured.
"You can read that?" Deku and Bow asked shock.
"Neither of you can?" Adora asked back.
"I just figured it's some ancient writing by the First Ones." Deku shrugged.
"The who?" Adora puzzled then heard the giant bug roar again as it comes toward them.
"What's it says?" Bow panicked.
"Uh, Eternia." Adora read the writing, suddenly the door lit up and opens much to their shock.
They quickly get inside, and the door closes just in time to keep the giant bug from chasing them, Glimmer forms a sparkling glitter ball for some light inside the dark ruin.
"You okay, Adora?" Deku asked concern.
"Yeah, I'm okay." Adora nodded, forming a small smile.
"So, were you always able to read First Ones' writing?" Bow asked curious.
"Do you want to tell us what exactly is going on here?" Glimmer demanded.
"I told you, I don't know. I just read the writing on the door." Adora said.
"Right, you just read a word in a language that no one's spoken for a thousand years, and the door just opened into a mysterious ancient ruin. Sure." Glimmer chuckled and glared at Adora.
"She's telling the truth; she doesn't know about any of this or the horrible things the Horde have done to Etheria." Izuku defended as he got in front of Adora.
"How can you know that for sure? Bow and I haven't forgotten everything the Horde's done to us." Glimmer yelled.
"And the people we lost, I know. But deep down in my heart, Adora is the She-Ra we have been waiting for to turn the tides against the Horde and free Etheria once and for all, and I think deep down she knows what we're telling her about the Horde is the truth." Deku looked back at Adora as she looks down confuse and scared a little.
"So please, let her come with us and I promise to take full responsibility for her actions because if I can't at least save one life from the darkness then I wouldn't call myself a hero." Deku said strongly that hit Glimmer in the core.
"You… you're serious about this, are you?" Glimmer asked.
"I am." Deku answered.
"Okay, fine. She can come, but my mother will be the one to judge on what to do with her." Glimmer said as she starts walking with the glowing ball.
"Hey Adora, thanks for saving back there with the bug even though you could have escape." Bow thanked Adora.
"Yeah, whatever, I… I just wanted the sword." Adora brushed the thanks away.
"Even though you said you wanted to save them?" Deku recalled those words she did earlier.
"Aw, you do care." Bow said in slight high-pitch tone.
"I do not. You guys are my capturers." Adora pointed out.
"So Deku, you know about the First Ones?" Bow asked.
"My grandma only told me once, she didn't like them for some reason saying something about making our world "contain", whatever that means." Deku mentioned.
"And who are they exactly?" Adora asked.
"Legend says that the First Ones came from beyond Etheria, the first settlers here sharing the people with their advance knowledge of tech and wonders, but they suddenly disappeared without a trace. No one has seen them for a thousand years, all that were left of them are lots of old ruins like this one and some technology too." Deku explained.
"So, no one knows what happened to them?" Adora asked.
"Don't know, some people believe they disappeared along with the stars that used to fill the night sky though I'm not really sure if that's possible since we don't know if stars really existed at the time, but maybe it could that the First Ones were working on something like a new project or" Deku mumbled on and on with his theories about the First Ones creeping the three out.
"Um, Deku." Adora poked Deku on the shoulder, snapping him out of his train of thoughts.
"Sorry, I do that. A lot." Deku embarrassed.
"(Why do I suddenly think that's cute.)" Adora thought asked herself.
"AH! How do we get out of here!" Glimmer winced as they found themselves in a large empty room.
"Maybe we can find a light switch." Deku looked around.
"Or maybe Adora could say a word to make the lights on." Bow suggested.
"Except I don't know First Ones language, remember." Adora raised an eyebrow.
"Hold on, I can shine this place up." Glimmer said holding her sparkling ball.
"Uh, Glimmer. Maybe you should take it easy, we're a long way from Bright Moon and you won't be able to recharge your powers." Bow warned.
"Bow, not in front of the Horde soldier!" Glimmer muttered.
"You have to recharge your power?" Adora chuckled.
"Just stand back." Glimmer said and focus a little more magic power into her ball and threw it into the ceiling as it grew bigger and the room became brighter.
"That's amazing!" Deku complimented exciting and then everyone saw a pedestal of a picture that looks like She-Ra.
"That looks like you when you transformed back there." Deku stated.
"That's me?" Adora wondered if this what she was really meant to be.
"You can read that inscription, right? What's it say?" Bow asked.
Adora looks at the inscription for a few seconds.
"It says, She-Ra."
Then suddenly the room itself started to light up with some bright colors covering some parts of the room and hologram shape woman appeared causing the four younglings to jump.
"Greetings, administrator." The hologram woman said.
"What is that things?" Adora asked a little scared.
"An ancient hologram?" Deku guessed as Bow agrees.
"What is your query?" The Hologram woman asked.
"Uh... Hi. What is this place? How do we get out of here?" Bow asked, but the hologram woman just repeated the question.
"I don't think she's working right." Deku pointed out.
"She's old. I'm surprised any of this stuff still works at all." Glimmer said as she run her arm through the hologram woman who turns red.
"Administrator not detected. Lockdown initiated." Then the doors started closing door as few are cracking causing the room to shake.
"Glimmer, give Adora the sword." Deku said.
"What?" Glimmer gasped.
"Maybe if she can transform into She-Ra again, the hologram would recognized her. This place was built for her after all." Deku explained.
"I'm sorry, but I still don't trust her." Glimmer glared at Adora, then she grabs her arm along with Bow and Deku.
"But that doesn't mean I'm going to let her die here." Glimmer said as she concentrates her magic.
"Glimmer, no!" Bow yelled.
(Outside)
Everyone are now outside, and falling from hundreds of feet into the air as Glimmer is now unconscious from using her magic too much and Bow quickly took out an arrow to shoot at some tree and the arrow let out a giant net for them to land on.
They waited in the forest while Glimmer was resting until she woke up.
"Did it work?" Glimmer asked.
"Yeah, it worked. Barely." Bow chuckled.
"You okay, Princess Glimmer?" Deku asked.
"I'm fine, and you can just call me Glimmer." Glimmer said as she groans. "I think I used too much power getting us out of there."
"I don't know who could've predicted that... Oh, right. Me." Bow bragged.
"Bow."
"Like an hour ago." Bow added.
"Bow!" Glimmer slightly shouted.
"Sorry. I'm just glad you're okay. No more teleporting for awhile, okay. You could really hurt yourself." Bow concerned.
"I'm fine, okay." Glimmer doesn't show it, but she is really glad to have Bow by her side worrying about her safety and knowing what's best most of the time. Okay, all the time.
"Let's just get back to Bright Moon so I can recharge already." Glimmer said and looks at Adora.
"Why are you still here?" Glimmer asked, confusing Adora.
"Bow and I are hardly a crack security team. Deku is the only one who could capture with his power, but I don't him holding you down or any struggle at all. So, why?" Glimmer asked again.
"I just- I wanna figure out what's happening to me, and if I go back to the Fright Zone, then I'll never know. I never knew where I came from or who my family was. Shadow Weaver said it didn't matter who I was before, that- that I was nothing before Hordak took me in. There's always been a part of me that I don't know anything about an- and all of this, it feels familiar somehow. I don't know how else to explain it." Adora explained her confuse thoughts.
"And I promise you'll get your answers, my grandmother knows about She-Ra because she lives for thousands of years." Deku mentioned.
"And Glimmer's mom knows more about First Ones' tech than anyone. She'll know what's going on with you and the sword for sure. So, if you want your questions answered, stick with us?" Bow extended his hand to her.
Adora hesitated at first but wanted to reach out though Glimmer walks ahead.
"Let's go. There should be a village a few miles from here. They'll be able to give us a ride back to Bight Moon. We've wasted too much time already." Glimmer stated as she walks away.
"Don't worry, I think she just needs time to adjust this new situation we're in." Deku assured to Adora.
"That goes for me too." Adora sighed.
(Fright Zone)
"Damn, that stupid witchy bitch. She's really starting to get on my nerves." A cat girl muttered.
She is a slender, tan-skinned person of feline origins with athlete body physics. She has angular features, such as a pointed chin, straight nose, and slanted almond-shaped, heterochromatic eyes; pale yellow (Left) and turquoise (Right). She features three freckles on her cheeks, and soft curving dark eyebrows. Her cat features are retractable black sharp claws on her hands and toes, small fangs, large, black, catlike ears, a long dark brown cat tail, and light brown horizontal markings on her arms and three on her back that resemble a tabby cat's stripes. She also sports wild, spiked, cedar brown hair with two lighter colored tufts behind her ears, held back behind a cat-inspired scarlet red headpiece. She has hair that bounces behind her hair. She wears a two-toned reddish orange leotard sleeveless top over torn reddish-violet leggings that wrap around her feet, exposing her knees, toes and heels. Additionally, she's has two belts that cross over each other, the thicker of the pair sporting the Horde symbol. Breasts sizes: CC-cup.
"Whatever, I just need to get Adora back here and she will be off my neck." The cat girl growled, hoping that Adora is done with her whatever adventure she's doing.
"Then you mind if I join you for the hunt." A guy said walking up to her.
"Oh, I was just about to come and get you, Katsuki." The cat girl smirked.
Katsuki is a young man of average height, with a slim, muscular build, and a fair skin tone. He has short, spiky, ash-blond hair with choppy bangs that hang over his eyebrows. His eyes are sharp and bright red in color. He wears a tight, black, sleeveless tank top, with an orange "X" across the middle, forming a v-neck. There are two dots along the left line of his collar, indicating the support company that designed his costume.[3] His costume also has a metallic neck brace worn with rectangular ends that have three holes on each side. His sleeves reach from within his large grenade-like gauntlets to his biceps. His belt, which also carries grenades, holds up his baggy pants with knee guards, below which he sports black, knee-high combat boots with orange soles and eyelets.
"So Catra, Aodra actually got herself in trouble?" Katsuki asked grinning.
"Yeah, I don't know exactly why but she wanted to go to the Whispering Woods to find whatever she saw in there. And now, Shadow Weaver is up in my neck to get her back." Catra explained.
"Looks like I'm getting my chance to settle the score with her." Katsuki pounded his fist as they exploded on impact.
"Shadow Weaver to bring back Adora alive, so you better not hurt her too much." Catra growled.
"Relax, I won't beat her up too badly that her eyes will close, but I'm actually thinking if you two are going to go rough on us." Katsuki glared.
"What that's supposed to mean?" Catra asked.
"You two are always close over the years, and now I'm getting the feeling that Adora will desert the Horde." Katsuki claimed.
"No! Adora would never leave, not when I'm still here." Catra refused to believe that.
"I know, that's why I think you're going to betray us too." Katsuki said.
"You really like to tick people off, do you?" Catra pressed her forehead against Katsuki.
"I'm just calling it as I see it, kitty bitch." Katsuki growled.
"Whatever, let go to this Thaymor place and get Adora." Catra brushed Katsuki off and walks away.
"And…?" Katsuki turned his head to Catra's back.
"And yes, you can blow up whatever you want and beat up some weaklings." Catra smirked.
"Good!" Katsuki grinned evilly and exciting as he makes small explosions in his hands.
