In Bright Moon and Out to the Whispering Woods

Deku, Ochaco, Bow, Adora, and Glimmer who is currently riding the horse due to her exhausting herself of magic power are walking together through the Whispering Woods to show them the way to the Bright Moon Kingdom.

"How are you holding up, Glimmer?" Ochaco asked.

"Fine, just really need to recharge." Glimmer answered.

"Then it's a good thing we're here." Bow pointed at the caslte.

"Okay Deku and Adora, welcome to Bright Moon!" Glimmer gestured her hand to the kingdom.

Deku and Adora saw the castle just several meters away and the sight is breath talking seeing the castle's structure and the shining glowing stone where Deku believes to be a Runestone which if he remembers what his grandmother told him, the Runestones are the source of the Elemental Princesses' power.

"It's beautiful." Adora complimented.

"Dryl got nothing on a view like this." Deku said, hoping the three Dryl Princess Sisters don't take offended of what he said.

"Okay, I just need to go in there, recharge, and deal with my mom. Ugh, this will be fun." Glimmer exclaimed.

"I take it your mom doesn't you're even out here?" Izuku asked.

"No, I snuck out last night. Hopefully, mom doesn't get too angry about this." Glimmer said.

"I'm pretty sure your mom would be already." Ochaco pointed out.

"Right… Bow, while Ochaco helps me to the Moonstone, you take Adora and Deku to the backway." Glimmer suggested as she and Ochaco walks toward the front of the castle.

"Oh, good call." Bow agreed.

"You guys have a back way?" Deku asked.

"And what's the back way exactly?" Adora asked curious.

(Moments Later)

"This is the back way!" Adora scared as she is climb up the rope to Glimmer's bedroom from a high cliff below.

"It might seem weird, but we totally come in this way all the time." Bow explained as he helps Adora in.

"Huh, Glimmer sounds more like thrill-seeking Princess than the ones I know in Dryl." Deku commented.

"Oh, she is and tries to prove herself to her mom. Oh, hey Adora, why don't you put this robe on? No reason." Bow tossed a pink robe at Adora.

"You're trying to hide me." Adora figured him out.

"What? No." Bow denied.

"Bow, I know you're worry that the people here may not come to accepting a Horde solider in the Rebellion even though she is defected from them." Izuku stated.

"Okay, I am worried about that." Bow admitted.

(With Glimmer and Ochaco)

After leaving the horse with one of the royal guards, Glimmer and Ochaco are walking together to the Moonstone as the Bright Moon princess hopes to recharge her power before she runs into her mom.

"Glimmer!"

But it would seem fate has proven Glimmer wrong as she and Ochaco look ahead seeing the Queen of Bright Moon herself, with an angry mother face.

"Where have you been?" Glimmer's mom asked.

"Hey, mom." Glimmer greeted.

"How do you do, Queen Angella." Ochaco greeted nervously.

Glimmer's mother, Queen Angella, has long, dual-toned hair of both pink and purple in shimmery, rather pale hues. Her skin is also a tint of light purple. She possesses a pair of translucent shimmery wings, a gradient of pink to purple. Her outfit consists of a long, blue cape, pink leotard and light mauve leggings with purple boots. An opalescent gem adorns her forehead, matching her pearl-drop earrings. She wears special white gloves, to make her daintily prim royal personality stand out more. Breasts sizes: D-cup.

"All of Bright Moon has been worried sick. What were you thinking?" Angella asked angry.

"Now hold on there, your majesty, I'm sure it was a very good reason why she left." Ochaco defended her friend.

"Does that go with your reason, Ochaco?" A young woman asked walking up to them from the other side.

"Ooh, Commander Momo! Surprise to see you here." Ochaco yelped.

Momo is a fairly tall teenage girl with a rather mature physique, considering her age. She has long black hair that is normally tied into a spiky ponytail with a large strand hanging on the right side of her face and onyx eyes that point slightly inwards, which seem to resemble a cat. She wears a high-collared, sleeveless crimson leotard with silver lines at her waist and around her arms, which is opened to expose her skin from her neck to just below her navel. She sports calf-length crimson boots with heels, which dip sharply down in the center, and two gold utility belts around her waist, another, thinner one around the top portion of her chest, below her shoulders. Breasts sizes: G-cup.

"Save the excuses, I already you went out to Thaymor for that festival. How many times must I tell you to take your job more seriously." Momo scolded.

"But it was for a good reason… and… Glimmer!" Ochaco gasped as she notices Glimmer has just passed out.

"Glimmer!" Angella worried for her daughter and quickly flew her to the Moonstone with Ochaco and Momo following her.

Angella sat Glimmer down on the resting table for Glimmer to feel the strong light from the Moonstone and her powers recharging, a few minutes later, Glimmer woke back at full health seeing her mom and the other two with them.

"You okay, sweetie?" Angella asked.

"I'm fine, mom. Thanks." Glimmer smiled and checked on her magic power.

"You had us worry, Princess Glimmer, why didn't you charge up before you snuck out?" Momo asked.

"She's right, Glimmer, that should have been the first thing you had done beforehand." Angella agreed.

"I didn't think I'd be gone for that long." Glimmer said as she made a big sprinkle light.

"Where did you go anyway?" Angella asked.

"Okay, Bow and I found a piece of super powerful First Ones tech in the woods. We knew it would really help the Rebellion, so we went to get it and bring it back. But we got a little sidetracked, and by sidetracked, I mean meeting Him!" Glimmer started explaining.

"Him?" Angella puzzled.

"She means the Emerald Warrior Deku!" Ochaco revealed as Glimmer nods rapidly.

"The Emerald Warrior, as in the Defender of Dryl? All the way out here in the Whispering Woods?" Momo asked shock.

"I know, it was crazy but he's actually really nice and even helped us find the First Ones tech I mentioned though couldn't bring them back, but that's okay because we also found another thing that could help the Rebellion." Glimmer explained exciting.

"What did you find?" Angella asked.

"Can't tell you, it'll be a surprise later which we should be getting back to Glimmer to get that surprise ready to your… throne! Right, Princess Glimmer?" Ochaco asked giving her a couple of winks.

"Yeah, that's right. Later mom!" Glimmer teleported herself and Ochaco away.

"Glimmer! You back here right now. Glimmer!" Angella yelled.

"Sometimes I wonder fair she will do once she takes the throne." Momo sighed.

(Glimmer's Room)

Adora is starring at a stuff animal wondering how the Queen and everyone in Bright Moon are going to take a Horde Solider joining them.

"Everything is going to be okay, Adora." Deku comforted her.

"How can you be so sure?" Adora asked.

"Because I always have faith that the people will see you for who you are, not what you were." Deku believed.

"Yeah, once they get to know you, the people of Bright Moon are going to trust you just like Deku, Glimmer, Ochaco, and I already—Ah!" Bow jumped spook when Glimmer and Ochaco appeared.

"We're here, so nobody panics but we told my mom that Adora is going to the surprise to show everyone that she is She-Ra." Glimmer informed.

"Wait, what?" Adora worried.

"I said nobody panic! But don't worry, once mom see you as She-Ra then she'll totally love you and everything will be cool." Glimmer proclaimed.

"So, can you do the transformation like you did back at Thaymor?" Ochaco asked.

"Wait, we're jumping straight to She-Ra with your mom? Are you sure?" Bow asked Glimmer.

"Yeah, I don't think my mom is going to buy, "Hey mom, we found a Horde soldier. Can we keep her?" My mom is gonna love She-Ra. We can ease her into the Horde stuff later." Glimmer stated.

"I'm not sure if that's a good idea, I think Adora still new to the transformation." Deku said.

"He's right. I don't know if I can just 'turn on' She-Ra. I've only done it when someone was in danger before, and it felt a little out-of-control last time. I'm still figuring out how all of this stuff works." Adora looked at the Sword of Protection.

"Hmm, maybe my grandmother can help you with that." Deku believed.

"Your grandmother?" Ochaco puzzled.

"Yeah, my grandmother knows more about the She-Ra legends than anyone in the world, if anyone can help Adora connect herself to the power then it's her." Deku said strongly.

"Okay, I think I'm liking where this is going." Bow nodded.

"Fine, you can go! But hurry back here, Ochaco told my mom that we would bring the surprise later at her throne and I'm worried about keeping her waiting." Glimmer said.

"Don't worry, we'll be back before you know it." Deku promised before grabbing Adora's hand.

"H-Hold on, don't I get a say in thi-AAAAAHHHH?!" Adora screamed as she was dragged out the window with Deku grabbing her arm.

"Well, that just happen." Bow surprised.

(Whispering Woods)

Deku lands on the ground with the scared Adora in his arms.

"Next time, warn me." Adora said.

"Sorry." Deku apologized as he sat Adora down and she got over the scare.

"Okay, so your grandmother knows She-Ra?" Adora asked.

"Well, my grandmother actually met the She-Ra from the old legend given that she is thousands of years old." Deku started walking with Adora behind him.

"Whoa, she lives for that long?" Adora surprised.

"Yeah, just to warn you, she can be weird most of the times but sometimes what she said can hold meaning to some answers you seek." Deku explained.

"She also told me that there are bonds stronger than being blood related when she told me how I was adopted by her." Deku mentioned.

"Adopted?" Adora confused.

"Yeah, my birth mom died in this forest while she was trying to get away from the Horde, but she was badly hurt and wouldn't be able to live for much longer. Luckily, grandma Razz was there and took me in when I was just a baby." Deku explained.

"Oh, I'm so sorry to hear that." Adora said, feeling worse for herself that the Horde would even kill innocent families leaving children like him an orphan.

"Hey, don't worry about it. None of that was your fault nor should you feel concern about it, I still had a good and greater when I decided to become a hero since I discovered my power upon my first trip to Dryl." Deku sparked his green electric aura.

Then suddenly, Deku and Adora heard something from within the woods as they put up their guard and can hear the noise getting closer to them.

"Huh, For the Honor of Grayskull!" Adora tried to transform into She-Ra, but nothing happened.

And the thing that came out of the woods is the horse they brought from Thaymor.

"Horsy?" Adora surprised.

"He must've gotten loose from the Rebellion camp." Deku guessed as they walk up to the horse petting him a little.

"I bet you would know what to do if you have this sword." Adora exclaimed while looking at her reflection on the sword.

"Why don't you try again, try remembering how you felt back at Thaymor." Deku advised.

Adora decided to give it a try and close her eyes trying to concentrate on what made her want to transform in the first place, then she raises her sword again.

"For the Honor of Grayskull!" Adora shouted.

The sword glows but what she or Deku expected as it shoots yellow beams around until one hit the horse causing it to change entirely.

"Oh my Etheria!" Deku shocked.

The horse now has yellowish white coat, with pink-orange hooves, wings of yellow, orange, navy blue, purple, light purple, blue and turquoise colors. The beautiful horse also has a yellow and yellow-orange horn, a mane with rosy, orange, orange and light orange highlights and blue-purple eyes.

"Did I just transform the horse!" Adora gasped.

The horse got a look at himself seeing that he is completely different and the first thing he does from his horsy mind is freaking out and running away.

"Horsy, wait!" Adora tried to calm the horse down and chase after him with Deku.

The two try catching up to the transform horse before it could hurt itself until the new wings start flipping hard and strong causing the horse to fly, causing strong wind to blow on the two and the robe on Adora to be blown away.

"Okay, now our horse can fly… great." Adora groaned.

"Wait, does that look like a camp?" Deku pointed the sight that's in front of them.

Then one grown man is walking by putting a wooden box down and wiping the sweat off his forehead, he gasps with his eyes widen when he saw Adora with the Horde symbol on her back.

"Horde! We got a Horde spy here, and she's not alone!" The man alerted the others.

"We better get out of here, now!" Deku grabbed Adora, putting her on his back and blitz away before the angry mob could chase them as they start throwing some pitchforks and shooting arrows.

(Bright Moon)

"Look, Momo, I'm not telling you anything until the surprise is ready. You're just gonna have to be patient." Glimmer told off Momo.

"That's funny hearing that word coming from you." Momo raised an eyebrow.

"Come on, when has Glimmer ever done something that could get her into trouble?" Ochaco asked playfully.

"I can think of several things." Angella said.

"Your Highness, we can assure you that the surprise is harmless and not from a dangerous group." Bow tried to play it cool.

"Your Majesty, some of our men have spotted what they believe to be two Horde spies at the camp and there was also a winged beast which could be theirs." A royal guard reported.

"Deku and Adora!" Ochaco gasped before quickly covering her mouth.

"Wait, you know the spies?" Momo asked.

"Children… What did you DO!" Angella screamed scaring the three.

(Fright Zone)

"I'm telling you, this new Princess is no joke. It was bad enough that the Emerald Warrior showed up wiping the floor with our squad, but this Princess is just as dangerous and fought with nothing but a sword!" Lonnie explained to her fellow cadets.

"Did you actually see her?" One cadet asked.

"No, but I'm glad I didn't. I'm lucky get out of there alive." Lonnie said.

"Maybe for you and me, but I can't say the same for Katsuki when he wakes up." Catra mentioned who has been sitting on a pipe.

"That's right, he was beaten by the Emerald Warrior despite being our best literal bomb fighter. One knock on the head and he's out." Lonnie told the others.

"SHUT UP!" Katsuki shouted scaring everyone but Catra.

"Speak of the devil. How's the head, maybe whatever brain you have left is still intact." Catra mocked.

"I don't want to hear that from you, furball! That guy, there's no way he's strong than me yet he took me down like I was a little kid to him!" Katsuki slammed his exploding hand on his locker.

"I'll get back at that guy! I'll kill him for thinking he's better than me!" Katsuki growled.

"I think you need to cool your head before you go blowing everything in the Fright Zone." Catra said.

"Deku… That name, I'll remember it once he's dead by my hands!" Katsuki determined in rage.

"(Looks there's finally someone who can knock Katsuki down from his idiot ego.)" Catra thought rolled her eyes.

(With Deku and Adora)

Deku stops for a moment before looking back seeing there aren't any more people chasing them.

"Okay, I think we're clear." Deku said as he set Adora down.

"Well, that's just great! We're being chase by the Rebellion before we could officially join them, and I still can't transform into She-Ra." Adora freaked out.

"Don't worry, we're actually not that far from my grandmother right now. In fact, we're right here." Deku gestured to the hidden hut.

"Huh, well, what do you know." Adora surprised.

"Grandma Razz, I'm home!" Deku called out.

"Deku, my little boy! Good to see you finally home!" Razz smiled and hugging her adopted grandson.

"Grandma, I brought someone special I would for you to meet." Deku gestured to Adora.

"Umm, hello." Adora greeted nervously.

"Ah, yes! So you brought Mara here too, wonderful!" Razz clapped her hands.

"I'm sorry, but who?" Adora confused that the old lady just called her a different name.
