The first day of the internship had finally arrived. After bidding their friends farewell, Izuku and Twilight took the train to their destination, soon arriving at a towering crystal castle-like building. Going inside, they were greeted by two individuals they knew very well; Rusty 'Shining Armor' Yugure and his wife, Cadence.

"Shiny! Cadence!" Twilight beamed, running over to hug her big brother and sister-in-law.

"Twily!" Shining chuckled, embracing his sister before breaking off as she turned to Cadence.

"Sunshine, sunshine, ladybugs awake! Clap your hands and do a little shake!" The two said, doing a secret handshake that they've done ever since Cadence babysat Twilight as a little girl.

"Hey, Shining..." Izuku said as the older man smiled, pulling him into a one-armed hug.

"Izuku! It's been forever, how've ya been, little buddy?"

"I-I've been better..." Izuku giggled awkwardly. "When I heard you and Cadence sent us an offer, we both figured it would be good to go to you."

"Well, you both did pretty amazingly at the Sports Festival. Then again, I knew you were both destined for great things."

Izuku blushed bashfully as Twilight noticed Cadence's belly was noticeably larger and beamed brightly with joy.

"Cadence...! The baby?"

"She's coming along very well." Cadence smiled. "The doctors say she should be coming in a few more months."

"Are you sure it's safe doing Hero Work?" Izuku asked worriedly.

"Don't worry, I've always been more of a relief-effort Hero but I know my way around a fight when it calls for it," Cadence said reassuringly.

"Still, I've mostly been handling villains and stuff while Cadence sees to the civilians and other heroes in need." Shining smiled.

"And Izuku, we already know about [One For All]. Auntie Celestia did tell us as much." Cadence added, Izuku and Twilight both nodding.

"So, what do you think about this Gran Torino guy?" Tony asked as he and Ghidorah walked into an apartment complex and headed to the room where the Pro who had recommended them was living in.

"No idea. But All-Might seemed pretty freaked out upon hearing his name. Anyone who can make the #1 Hero in Japan shit his pants has to be a hell of a guy." Ghidorah chuckled.

As soon as the two boys came to the door, it was already open. Heading inside, they saw a short old man lying on the ground in what looked like a pool of blood.

"OH MY GOD, HE'S DEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAD!" Ghidorah screamed in a high-pitched girly tone.

Suddenly, the old man lifted up his head, no worse for wear.

"I am alive!"

"He is alive," Tony said casually. "You can stop screaming now, G."

Ghidorah calmed down, almost looking like he had lost 10 years of his lifespan. The old man chuckled and got up, stretching out his back as the 'blood' turned out to be ketchup. Starswirl was also heard laughing as he stepped out of the shadows.

"Sorry about that, sonny. Heard you two were a couple of tough old sorts so I wanted to see if I could scare ya. Had to waste some good ketchup and sausage links, but it was worth it!"

"Are you...Gran Torino?" Tony asked.

The old man nodded. "Yup, Sorahiko Torino. I taught that blonde bonehead All-Might everything he knows when he was your age!"

"Huh, this outta be fun then!" Ghidorah said, having relaxed enough. "Show us what you got, old man!"

"Thought you'd never ask..." Gran Torino smirked as he suddenly began blitzing around the area faster than both boys could track.

"You boys better be on your guard," Starswirl advised. "Sorahiko's Quirk, [Jet], has definitely allowed him to more than keep up with the advancing powers of today's youth!"

Meanwhile, Tenya and Terumi were doing their own training with Swift Sculpt, real name Josuke Morimoto. Swift's Quirk was called [Sight Speed] which let him lock on to a single target, and if that target ever lost sight of Swift, his speed would increase a hundred-fold. In addition, a mutation in his Quirk left his skin as hard as concrete and rebar.

"Nice strength, but your form needs work."

Tenya and Terumi were both being trained in submission wrestling. Tenya was up first, currently holding a training dummy in a chokehold as Terumi watched and took notes.

"You need to have a firm grasp on the head, that's the most important part. It doesn't matter if you've got a good grip on the neck, if the head and shoulders can move, they can slip out."

Tenya nodded as he tagged out with Terumi, who prepared to see if his larger size could make him fluent in submission holds himself. As Terumi got to work, Tenya frowned as he continued thinking about Stain.

"Hero Killer Stain...I don't know where you are right now and I can honestly pray we don't meet each other...but if I do find you, I will do whatever I can to make sure you never hurt another hero."

The League of Villains had invited Stain to the bar where they were hiding out. Tomura was sitting on one of the stools, one leg crossed over the other while swirling a glass of bourbon in his hand.

"So you're the ones who attacked UA and now you want to recruit me?"

"Why not? We figured a guy of your notoriety and skill would give our team some much-needed rep." Tomura said. "Show everyone we're not just a one-off band of thugs."

"Most of us have esteemed infamy of our own but we figured adding another to our ranks would prove beneficial," Sombra added.

"But what is your mission? What does your little group hope to gain?" Stain questioned, his eyes narrowing.

"We don't really have anything major in the works." Tomura shrugged. "Just the death of All-Might and the destruction of the blind society he's helped promote. After that, who knows, maybe we'll just delve into good old-fashioned villainy and cause some chaos for the fun of it."

Stain scoffed. "I thought you could offer me something real but I was a fool. You're the kind of person I hate most in this world."

"Oh really? Why is that?" Tomura asked, his eyes narrowing in annoyance.

"You're nothing more than a child, and your goals are equally childish. You don't even have any real convictions." Stain clarified, preparing to draw his sword before he suddenly gasped when energy began pooling off of him and into Tirek's hands, which he absorbed into his body with his Quirk, [Mana Absorption] as he smirked.

"Nice try. You really think you can try something in a room full of villains more experienced than you?"

"We've been keeping our eyes on you for a long time, Hero Killer." Nightmare Moon said, pulling Stain back to his feet. "It's foolish to write us off automatically. We saw you attack the Turbo Hero: Ingenium and heard that you will only allow All-Might to kill you, but that is a worthless goal."

"I think now we have a much clearer view of your psyche, Hero Killer," Sombra noted. "And on that note...we are unimpressed. So sit down, listen, and most importantly; SHUT UP."

Izuku knew Shining Armor and Cadence since he first became friends with Twilight. Because of that, he had a good idea of their Quirks and what they could do.

Shining's Quirk was called [Heroic Shield], which allowed him to create magical shields that not only could be used for defense but also for offense and support as well. He had interned under the Shield Hero: Crust, who had even gone so far as to name him his successor afterward.

As for Cadence, her Quirk was called [Crystal Heart], which allowed her to create magical crystals, project energy blasts, fly with crystalline wings, and even harness empathy to understand people's hearts and feelings.

"You're doing good, Izuku!" Shining smiled as he formed shields on both arms. "Now let's pick up the pace!"

Izuku grinned and charged up [One For All] as he rushed forward to meet Shining once more while Twilight and Cadence practiced their magic skills together.

Rainbow Dash was laughing as she watched Katsuki get served the training mat by Miruko. The explosive blonde grumbled in annoyance as he laid down for a few moments before pulling himself back up.

"Do I have to stomp down harder?" Rumi Usagiyama asked with a hand on her hip. "Because I don't want this to be over just yet, y'know!"

Katsuki wiped his mug and grinned. Miruko was already proving the perfect choice for his internship. Her Quirk was [Rabbit], which gave her all the abilities of a rabbit, scaled up to human size. It also helped that Rainbow was interning with her as well, which allowed Katsuki to get to know "Deku's" friends better.

"I came here hoping to learn one of two things. Either how to fight better, or how to take a punch for someone else."

Miruko smirked back. "From the way you keep getting up, I'd say you're learning both."

"And I came here because I knew someone as awesome as you could be the perfect match for my own awesomeness!" Rainbow said, grinning wildly.

"Well, you better batten the hatches down because the awesomeness is gonna be EXTREME!"

Eijirou and Tetsutetsu had ended up taking the same internship with one of the S-Rankers, Superalloy Darkshine, who was also accompanied by his partner, Puri-Puri Prisoner. Also accompanying them was Kira.

"The rest of our teammates have picked up a few of your classmates as well but the two of us figured we'd help you figure out how to realize your own unique strengths," Darkshine said with his arms folded.

"Indeed." Prisoner said with a nod. "You two are actually much more different from each other than you believe. Additionally, you'll be working on improving your combat skills so that you don't just rely on brute force in a fight. The effective way to do that is to find out how to mesh your Quirks with your combat skills."

"I've always seen myself as using a mostly Defensive Style," Kira admitted. "After all, I don't want a potentially lethal attack to be reflected."

"You're on the right track, then," Darkshine said. "My Quirk, [Shining Strength] makes my skin unbreakable and naturally shiny. But I didn't become strong overnight, I worked hard to get where I am now."

"And my Quirk, [Angel's Passion], allows me to harness my natural passionate energy into power." Prisoner added. "Alas, many people are off-put by my flamboyant attitude. I am a prisoner so to speak, of my passions."

"I don't know about you, but I always thought you were a manly hero, Puri-Puri Prisoner!" Eijirou said, Tetsutetsu nodding in agreement.

Momo ended up taking an internship with Daring Do, Itsuka having also joined her.

"Heroes are allowed to have side jobs. For example, I'm an author in my spare time, writing about my adventures in a sort of autobiography-like style."

"Amazing..." Momo said before Daring Do approached her and put a hand on her shoulder.

"And listen, kid. I may not be a therapist but I do know when someone is doubting themselves. I saw what happened to you at the Sports Festival and I aim to help you out no matter what."

"In addition to learning how hero work goes, you'll be learning how to have better control over your Quirk." Genos Kuseno AKA Demon Cyborg said as he and Drive Knight taught Flash. "I myself may not exactly be the best example since I was born Quirkless before being augmented with cybernetic enhancements."

"As for me, my Quirk is [Tactical Transformation], allowing me to take on a myriad of forms. I also have my Shape-Changing Box, which works well with my Quirk." Drive Knight added. "You, Flash Sentry, have a Quirk that is like a combination of my own and Genos' cybernetics."

Flash looked at his hands, watching as they turned into high-tech blades on command before combining them together to form a large sword which he detached from his body and held in his hands.

"It seems you have a good grasp of your Quirk's capabilities," Genos noted. "That is good, we will be providing you with further experience to unleash your true potential."

Shoto stepped into the office of Kaen Jinshu AKA Spitfire, leader of one of the largest Hero Organizations in Japan; the Wonderbolts.

"So, you're Shoto, huh?" Spitfire smirked as she walked over from behind her desk to meet the boy. "Your old man was an inspiration of mine growing up. Though I aimed to be less distant than him, which is why I formed my team."

Shoto nodded. "Father suggested you might be able to help me control my fire."

"With my Quirk, [Flame Racer], that shouldn't be a problem." Spitfire chuckled. "But we'll also be working on balancing it with your ice. The only way you'll get stronger is if you work on both sides of your Quirk."

Tony and Ghidorah were breathing heavily. Gran Torino was much better than his age would suggest and he had run circles around the both of them, making it harder for Tony to adapt on the fly and Ghidorah couldn't go all-out, lest he ended up trashing the entire apartment.

"You boys certainly know how to work on the fly, I'll give ya that." Gran Torino chuckled as he enjoyed some Taiyaki with Starswirl.

"Hey, I heard you used to be a teacher at UA..." Ghidorah said. "Why did you quit after only one year?"

Sorahiko's eyes widened in surprise before frowning, Starswirl shaking his head but the old hero nodded, needing to tell them this much at least.

"To be honest, it was a promise I made to an old friend. She was a bright and strong hero but she was nearly broken down when her husband was killed by a dangerous villain. She left her son in an orphanage and went to fight, not expecting to come back alive." Gran Torino explained. "You might know her as Nimbus but Starswirl and I knew her as Nana Shimura."

"She was All-Might's mentor the same as I was to Celestia...before her untimely death, she pleaded for her student not to make the same mistake as her."

"Nimbus...both our dads fought her. She managed to win against them." Tony noted. "They kinda became her arch-enemies but what kind of villain was able to kill her...?"

"Kids...considering your friends with that Midoriya kid...you'll be learning about him soon enough." Gran Torino said cryptically.

This chapter was a little short, but I just wanted to show some of the characters getting settled into their internships. I couldn't show everyone obviously or we'd be here all day and I don't have many ideas for Pro Heroes besides MLP characters, sorry.
