Melissa brought the Mane 8 to a large building showcasing many amazing support items, including vehicles, costumes, and gear.

"Whoa...!" Marco breathed in amazement, Click letting out a chirping whistle.

"A lot of this was created using Papa's patented research," Melissa noted. "These support items will someday help heroes around the world. My dream is to become a scientist just like him someday."

"Touch..." Pinkie absentmindedly said as she touched a special scuba suit that could submerge in waters deeper than a submarine.

"Don't touch." A security guard chided.

"So you must be training at the school here, then?" Twilight noted as Melissa nodded.

"Yep, my third year. I've still got a lot to learn, though."

"Yeah, I feel the same. Right now I can use [One For All] at 32%." Izuku said. "Still a good amount, but I've still got much farther to go."

"Uncle Might and Auntie Tia must hold a special place in your hearts," Melissa noted.

"They've almost been like second parents to us." Rainbow smiled. "Don't get me wrong, my birth parents are awesome, but they can sometimes be a little over-supportive of me."

"And my parents are always busy with work since it demands a lot of their time." Rarity added. "Though the one closest to Celestia most definitely has to be Twilight."

"Aww come on, girls..." Twilight bashfully said. "I mean, I value Celestia as my teacher and all but..."

"Oh hey! I didn't know you guys were here too!"

Everyone turned around to see Ochako, Momo, Kyouka, Sunset, Trixie, and Starlight behind them.

"You appear to be having a good time," Momo noted.

"No fair not inviting us to this little party," Sunset smirked playfully.

"Are these your friends?" Melissa asked.

"Yeah, they're our classmates," Izuku explained.

"Wasn't expecting you guys to be here," Marco said. "Lemme guess, Yaoyorozu could afford a ticket?"

Momo giggled. "How did you guess?"

"Do I have to follow you around all day?!" The security guard from earlier snapped at Pinkie as she had been busy touching everything she could.

Everyone was now sitting at a cafe to unwind.

"So you really got to work with Pro Heroes?" Melissa asked.

"Yeah, it was awesome!" Rainbow Dash beamed. "Fluttershy actually helped stop a Villain with Marco!"

"And I had some serious training with Gunhead," Ochako said.

"I was allowed to knock out a couple of villains during a hostage situation," Kyouka added.

"The Great and Powerful Trixie sadly could not truly show off her amazing dazzling skills, but I surely left an impression on those I worked under!" Trixie boasted.

"Here's your drink."

Izuku was handed a drink when he recognized who was giving it to him.

"Kaminari and Mineta too? What are you guys doing here?"

"Don't forget us!" Kira smiled as he and Jotaro stepped in as well, the four boys were all dressed as waitstaff.

"The island needed extra hands to help out with the expo," Denki explained. "Since it meant a free trip to the island, we applied."

"We can make some money while we're here," Minoru noted. "And we get to explore the preview during our breaks.

"I also applied to help at the local hospitals," Jotaro added. "Fortunately, not too many serious injuries and diseases are afflicting people right now."

"And who is this fine lady?" Kira asked with a gentlemanly smile as he turned to Melissa.

"Are they classmates of yours too?" Melissa asked Twilight.

"Yup. Don't let any flirtatious comments Kaminari and Mineta throw your way get to you."

"Why are you all slacking off?!"

Another familiar voice shouted as everyone turned to see Tenya and Flash rushing into the dining area.

"You two wanted to make more money but you're not willing to put in the work?!"

"Can you please relax, Iida?" Flash sighed. "It's our classmates, can't we have some leeway?"

Tenya faltered apologetically. "Oh, I didn't realize so many of our fellow students were here as well."

"Why are you here, Iida?"

"Since my family is a well-known lineage of heroes, it was obvious we'd receive an invitation. But after my brother's retirement, the rest of my family has been working hard to pick up the slack, leaving me as the only one available to attend." Tenya explained.

"Funny you should mention that," Momo said. "I got an invite since my father is a shareholder in some of the expo's sponsor companies."

"Yeah, and she had two extra tickets. Uraraka and I ended up being the lucky winners." Kyouka added.

"Turns out Celestia wanted all of us to have a chance at seeing the expo, so she invited us personally," Starlight said. "You would not believe how happy that made Sunset."

Melissa smiled. "Well, since you're all here, I can show you some of the big sights around the island."

"That'd be awesome!" Rainbow Dash beamed.

Just then, a massive quake rocked the island, causing Minoru to yelp in alarm and cling to Kira's leg like a lifeline.

"What was that?" Marco asked as he made sure Click was okay.

"I think it came from the Villain Attack Course nearby," Melissa replied.

"Villain Attack Course?" Rarity asked.

Melissa brought everyone to a large course full of robots, which had been smashed to bits.

"A clearance time of 33 seconds! He's in eighth place!" Cried the announcer, a relatively minor Pro Hero known as Amplifier.

Everyone was surprised to see none other than Eijirou down on the course, having just finished smashing all the robots.

"I'm guessing he's also one of your classmates?" Melissa asked.

"Darn Tootin'." Applejack nodded. "And so is the fella going after him..."

She pointed to where Bakugo was taking the course next. He blasted his way across the course, easily taking out each robot.

"What an amazing time!" Amplifier called out. "He's in first place at only 15 seconds!"

"THAT'S MY MAN!" A familiar voice cheered as everyone turned to see Elleanor, who had morphed her arms together into a large heart with Katsuki's face on it.

The ash blonde-haired bomber smirked, satisfied with his score as he went to high-five Eijirou before the redhead noticed the others.

"Hey, are those our classmates up there?"

Katsuki looked and saw the group. "Oy, Deku! What are you doing here?"

"Joining All-Might and Celestia on a personal invite!" Izuku called back. "How did you get here so early?"

"The old man was able to pull some strings!" Katsuki explained. "Since I had a plus one, I offered Shitty Hair to come with!"

"So, any of you guys gonna try this villain course?" Eijirou asked.

"Go for it, Izu!" Rainbow Dash smirked, slapping Izuku on the back. "Show everyone just how awesome you are!"

"And we have a last-minute entry!" Amplifier called out excitedly as Izuku took the course.

He let [One For All] flow through him and dashed across the course at blinding speed, shattering each robot as he found it, tracking them with [Danger Sense] as Melissa watched in amazement.

"What an incredible run! A narrow first-place finish at 12 seconds!"

"Heh, figures you'd go and show off, Deku." Katsuki snorted with his arms folded.

"Pot meet Kettle much?" Eijirou snarked.

"Alright!" Lemme go in there! I can beat it in 10 seconds flat!" Rainbow Dash cheered as Izuku smiled and gestured for her to try.

"Y'all better watch this, Melissa. Rainbow may brag a lot, but she often can back up what she says." Applejack smirked as Melissa watched intently.

As soon as she got on the course, Rainbow blitzed across the course at speeds faster than light, thunder strikes, blasts of sharp hail, and small tornadoes occasionally manifested before disappearing as quickly as they appeared before Rainbow stopped, smirking as the exact time she predicted was shown.

"What did I tell ya? Ten. Seconds. Flat."

"Truly an impressive run!" Tenya applauded. "I doubt anybody could top it."

"Well, someone's gonna try," Starlight said with a grin. "Check out who else showed up out of nowhere."

She pointed to where Shoto had just iced over the entire course in only fourteen seconds.

"Hey, Todoroki! I didn't know you were here too!" Elleanor said.

Shoto noticed everyone as he walked over. "Yeah, I'm here on behalf of my dad's agency. Being Endeavor's son does have its perks sometimes."

"Wow, everyone in your class seems so amazing," Melissa said. "You guys must have a lot of fun at your school."

"Oh trust us, my dear." Jotaro chuckled. "It's never boring with this class."

Meanwhile, the strange men had tied up the security guards at Gate 66. Their leader called their mysterious benefactor.

"I picked up the goods as planned."

"Good, but we have a complication. All-Might and Celestia are on the island."

"All Might? Celestia?" the leader repeated before chuckling. "Well, it doesn't matter. We can handle him."

"Our order's ready, Boss! Let's move before anybody can identify us!" one of the men called as the leader nodded.

"Yeah, good going, Daigo. Best not keep those Egg McMuffins waiting."

David sighed as he finished scanning Toshinori as the results came up on the screen.

"Well, from what I'm seeing the decline of [One For All] in your body is slow but gradual. In a year's time, you'll be Quirkless again."

"It's nothing to be alarmed about, David," Toshinori reassured. "Celestia and I have faith that when that time comes, the younger generation will be ready to guide everyone."

"Those kids seem a different sort of people from both of you," Dave noted. "Then again, that's the whole point. If the exact same person is the Symbol of Peace year after year, the world starts to become complacent. You know, thanks to you two, Japan's crime rate is down to only 5%. Other countries are at 20%, and some are even worse..."

Celestia sighed sadly. "That's the problem with being human. Even with all our powers, we can only be in so many places at once..."

"There's still hope for the future, Tia," Toshinori reassured. "Our students have the greatest potential of any team of young heroes I've ever seen. They've already proven themselves against street-level villains, and they're only getting stronger."

As the preview closed for the day, Denki collapsed in relief.

"If this is only the preview, how's it gonna be during the actual expo?"

"It won't be so bad. We're not the only students who applied for work, so we can visit the expo in shifts." Kira said.

"Man, you're so smart, Kobayakawa!" Minoru said with a relieved smile.

"Hey!" Pinkie cheered as she skipped over, followed by the rest of the group.

"You look like you were working hard," Tenya said. "So we thought we'd offer you a reward."

Denki and Minoru were shocked as they were handed two tickets to the reception party. Kira and Jotaro already had their own tickets.

"Awww man! Thanks, guys!" Denki cried in relief.

"Thank Melissa. She figured you could use a break." Kyouka said.

"It's no big deal," Melissa said, a little embarrassed. "I just had a few extra tickets."

"There will be a number of heroes at the party as well, so we should strive not to tarnish UA's reputation," Tenya advised.

"Booo~!" Pinkie pouted. "Parties should be fun and exciting! Who cares about reputation when everyone is having a good time?"

"Trixie concurs!" Trixie added with her hands on her hips. "A truly magnificent show does not restrict itself to rules and regulations!"

"We'll be going as a group," Jotaro said. "Everyone meet at Lobby 7 of the central tower at 6:30 sharp. Of course, considering our usual shenanigans, I highly doubt everyone will be on time."

"I'm sure we'll have everything done by the book!" Twilight smiled.

David had just gotten changed for the party and was walking there with Toshinori and Celestia, the former once again in his All-Might form.

"I still remember the first day we met," David said with a nostalgic smile. "One of my experiments had gone haywire and the lab was on fire. Just when I thought I was done for, you come busting through the wall."

"You should thank Celestia and Luna for their intuition." All-Might chuckled. "It also didn't help that Luna was sweet on you back in college."

David smiled sadly. "Yeah, I wonder if she still thinks about me...even as that...Nightmare Moon creature."

"We'll get her back. I swear to every deity out there we will." Celestia said firmly, though All-Might and David could see how much pain was behind her gaze.

"I still remember what you told me after we graduated college, Toshi" David said. "How you wanted to see a society where everyone can smile. To shine a light on this world. Of course, the world is always in one-half darkness."

"Don't be so down in such pessimism, old chum." All-Might chuckled, patting his friend on the back.

Specs, one of the mercs who was infiltrating the expo, looked over the group of guards they had just tied up as he contacted his boss.

"We found five guards. They're tied up now and won't be a problem."

"Keep them alive. No need to make more of a mess than we have to. Focus on the security system."

"Got it, Boss."

The boss smirked on the other end as he put on a metal mask and turned to the rest of his men, all of them loaded up with military-grade weaponry.

"The game's about to begin, boys. Get ready to move."

The mercs nodded as the shutter door opened in front of them.

Izuku, Twilight, and Marco looked around the small lab where Melissa was doing her work.

"I just realized I haven't met your mom yet."

"My mom...well, she's not dead but..." Melissa sighed sadly. "I don't really wanna talk about her right now."

"Was your relationship with her not good?" Twilight asked worriedly.

"No, we loved each other very much but... she was dealing with a lot of feelings that we didn't realize. Inadequacy, expectations, pressures of Hero work...one day she couldn't take it anymore and she...she snapped."

Twilight, Izuku, and Marco all had looks of realization on their faces as they remembered their conversation with All-Might and Celestia about the story of One For All and All For One.

"Could...could Melissa's mother be...?"

Click chirped sadly as he hopped off Marco's shoulder and onto Melissa's. The blonde noticed the little Scarabax, who nuzzled against her cheek affectionately as she smiled and scratched his head.

"Click can sense your sadness. He's a sweet little guy like that." Marco smiled.

Melissa giggled before taking a small box and handing it to Izuku.

"Here. I developed this a while ago while observing Uncle Might."

She opened the box to reveal a wrist strap, which she put around Izuku's right wrist.

"What's this?"

"Press the button on the back and find out."

When Izuku did so, the strap turned into a red gauntlet resembling boxing tape around his arm.

"Whoa!"

"This little beauty is called the Full Gauntlet," Melissa explained. "The display unit can give you a full read-out of how much power you're putting into [One For All], letting you know how much you can control it. Plus, it's great for defense. It's strong enough to handle even a thousand of Uncle Might's punches at full power. I want you to use this from now on when you do hero work."

"Wow, that's so generous of you." Twilight smiled. "Rarity would definitely love this."

The moment was interrupted when Izuku and Twilight got a call from Tenya.

"Midoriya! Twilight! Hurry up or you'll be late!"

"Guess that's our cue to party!" Marco noted.

Izuku and Twilight got themselves dressed and headed to the lobby while Marco just put on a bow tie. The three found the rest of the Mane 8 as well as Tenya, Shoto, Minoru, Denki, Kira, Jotaro, and surprisingly enough Tony and Ghidorah as well.

"Tony! Ghidorah! When did you guys get here?"

Ghidorah shrugged. "We were invited here as guests of honor for helping stop the Hero Killer back then. I'll take whatever if it means getting some good eats."

"Of course, I came up with the designs for me and the girls' dresses." Rarity said proudly, having gone into many painstakingly long hours to make everyone's dresses to their liking.

"Yup, you sure did a good job on thissun." Applejack smiled as she admired her dress.

"Sorry, we're late!" Ochako called out as she came with Momo, Kyouka, Starlight, Trixie, and Sunset.

"We apologize for taking so long," Momo said. "Jiro was embarrassed by the ensemble."

"I think the look suits her," Jotaro noted. "I like how the jacket brings it all together."

"You really think so?," Kyouka asked bashfully. "I only threw it on hoping to preserve some of my preferred style."

"Oh, good!" Melissa said as she ran in, looking practically stunning in her blue dress and light makeup. "I thought I was gonna miss you guys!"

Marco noticed and looked away, coughing loudly into his fist as a tinge of orange spread across his cheeks. Minoru and Denki noticed this before smirking playfully.

"Dost our eyes deceive us? Is our resident alien boy crushing on the lovely lady?"

"S-Shut up!" Marco barked as Click began chirp-laughing at his friends' embarrassment.

As Specs continued to work on the security, the reception was already underway. The host suggested All-Might come up to say a few words.

"Really, Dave?" Celestia asked.

"Not my idea. But it was bound to happen once everyone learned you were in town."

All-Might rolled his eyes. "Sure. You owe me one for this."

"This everyone?" Katsuki said as he, Eijirou, Elleanor, and Flash entered the lobby.

"Really glad I decided to let Bakugo lead the way," Eijirou said. "Otherwise we might have landed on, like, the 80th floor or something."

"That would be the worst sort of failure one could perceive," Tenya pointed out. "Everyone knows the lobby is on the bottom floor of any building that has one."

"I mean, I could have digitized us a map. It's not that hard." Flash said.

Suddenly, a loud announcement rang through the building, causing everyone to jump.

"This is a report from the I-Island security system. We have received a report that an explosive device was discovered somewhere on the grounds. I-Island will be in high alert mode. As a precaution, most of the main buildings will now be sealed up."

"Bakugou, you didn't sweat on anything did you?" Starlight asked with a stink eye.

"Hell no! I made sure to take a shower before changing into this monkey suit!" Katsuki insisted indignantly.

As the group saw the gates close, Izuku felt [Danger Sense] go off as Pinkie Pie nervously looked at the readers and held up a sign with three simple words on it.

'TO BE CONTINUED!'

Quirk Description: Flash is able to transform any part of his body into any form of machinery and technology, the sole limit being his imagination. His brain is also a supercomputer, allowing him to hack technological devices on sight as well as look up data profiles on people and access the internet freely.

[Jotaro Narukami]

Hero Name: The Plague Doctor Hero: Depestilious

Quirk: Cellular Manipulation

Quirk Description: Jotaro is able to manifest stem cells and accelerate cellular division to heal wounds, replace organs, and even bring the recently deceased back to life. It could also stimulate a body's immune system to let it more effectively fight off disease.

[Denki Kaminari]

Hero Name: The Stun Gun Hero: Chargebolt

Quirk: Electrification

Quirk Description: Denki is able to charge in electricity and emit it out of their body as a sort of protective aura that electrocutes anyone through contact. He is also able to absorb electricity but if he discharges too much, he ends up going temporarily brain-dead.

[Minoru Mineta]

Hero Name: The Freshly Picked Hero: Grape Juice

Quirk: Pop Off

Quirk Description: Minoru is able to take off the spheres that make his hair and use them as sticky traps that adhere to anything they come into contact with. Minoru himself is immune to the adhesion effect and instead bounces right off.
