"So, what does your Quirk do?" Sonata asked Banananasher, who was checking on Tomura with Sliming Sadist using a scanner..
"Well, my dear, it's called [Consumption] and it allows me to ingest just about anything and, if I desire, take on the properties of that item."
"Cool! My own Quirk is [White Noise] and it lets me induce confusion in others and cause them to forget what they were thinking. I can even jumble up information with a touch!"
"It's been very useful for helping us cover up our tracks," Adagio smirked while enjoying a fruit cocktail prepared for her by Kurogiri.
Meanwhile, Sliming Sadist had just finished looking Tomura over before shaking his head.
"Well, you do indeed have the extra toe joint, so you are indeed Quirkless...at least until you gained [Decay] from what I heard."
"So I WAS Quirkless this whole time...but how did I come across this power?" Tomura questioned.
"Well obviously, All For One gave it to you. Why, I cannot say, but considering he's made deals with my old master Crimson Death before, I can theorize that he either wanted to make you one of his allies or he took pity on you."
"But if that's the case, where did [Decay] come from?" Tomura asked.
Sombra walked over, rubbing his chin curiously before his eyes perked up in recognition.
"I remember a Villain from many years ago. She had a power just like yours, Tomura and she's currently in Tartarus Prison...currently Quirkless."
"So that's it..." Tomura frowned as he began putting the pieces together. "Sensei must have found her and taken her Quirk when she was arrested, then found me and passed it on when I least expected it."
"Perhaps it was another one of his cruel games." Chrysalis scoffed. "A poor child with no Quirk, given a devastating power he cannot control..."
"What?!" Cozy Glow gawked. "That's cruel! Even for our standards!"
"My brother was always the crueler one of us..." Tirek frowned as he placed a hand on Tomura's shoulder. "But fear not, my young friend. There is a very special secret that Master Grogar has planned to show you very soon...and I trust it will be to your liking."
"Hey Twilight, what's going on?" Sunset asked as she and Starlight came over to see Twilight busy searching through records on the internet.
"I'm just trying to find out more about Tomura Shigaraki...or as he used to be known, Tenko Shimura."
"How did you figure out his real name?" Starlight asked.
"Well, the hands I cut off..." Twilight paused to hold back the memories before resuming. "When he attacked us at the USJ had his DNA records on them. I've been trying to learn more about his past and get this...he's technically supposed to be Quirkless."
"Wait, but what about that creepy Disintegration Quirk he had?" Sunset said.
"I know, it's weird. But remember he was wearing those shoes specially designed for those with the extra toe joint? That got me thinking and I needed to search up his family records since we got his DNA at the police database."
"Strange...how did he come across a Quirk like that?" Starlight pondered.
"I think I have a sinking feeling how..." Twilight frowned.
Tomura returned to the bar, where the new League of Villains was meeting. Most were chatting like old friends, but a few were sulking off in the corners.
"Okay, everyone, we're going on a very important assignment right now. Our benefactor, and I'm sure you know to whom I'm referring, wants us to keep targeting UA High School since that's where All-Might is teaching."
"Do not forget Celestia, of course." Nightmare Moon huffed, her arms folded. "She's practically #1 right alongside him."
"We've received some information from our unwilling mole that Class 1-A will be going to Summer Camp to train their Quirks and all that jazz," Tomura noted. "However, I made a few recommendations to the plan myself, and with approval from Grogar, here's our plan. Kurogiri?"
Kurogiri nodded as he continued. "We will make a strike at the Summer Training Camp to gauge how much stronger the students have gotten since the USJ Incident. If we can, we can capture one or two of them for ransom, preferably the Yaoyorozu Heiress or the Todoroki Boy. That way, we can use them as a lure to bring All-Might to us and finish him off!"
"But won't he bring more Heroes with him as backup?" Spinner questioned.
"Yeah, we thought of that. That's why the Doc has planned to set up some Nomu as a contingency in case it does, and quite possibly will, happen." Tomura acknowledged. "There's also a request given to us by Sensei for the plan."
"He wants us to apprehend the Wild, Wild Pussycats. They are to be captured alive, as he desires their Quirks."
"I'm all for that part of the plan!" Spinner grinned. "Pixie-Bob is definitely the kind of hero that Stain would have wanted to be purged!"
Dabi shrugged. "I don't care either way, but if you're planning on catching Todoroki...let me help in that regard, at least. I've got some...personal reasons for wanting to do so."
"Hey, you might need someone backing you up." Ableblade pointed out. "I'll go with him."
"You do you, I guess," Tomura said. "Sonata will definitely be an important part of the team since her [White Noise] can definitely distract the heroes for us. And Mustard, you can use your [Gas] Quirk to knock out any students that might get in the way."
"We should also bring in a few heavy hitters," Kurogiri suggested. "The Pussycats will not go down easily and, as stated before, the students will be definitely stronger. Plus we'll need someone who can navigate their mountain headquarters.
"Thankfully, Giran is helping in that regard," Chrysalis said.
"I can give a dazzling performance myself! I assure you, there will definitely be a surprise present from me at the end of all this!" Mr. Compress proudly declared.
As the League of Villains all got ready to instigate the plan in a few days' time, Tomura was taken aside by Grogar, who smirked as he guided him somewhere else.
"My boy, I have a secret to share with you...one that will remove the wretched curse of that [Decay] Quirk and bring you to your TRUE potential!"
Class 1-A were all getting ready for the Summer Training Camp as Aizawa lectured them.
"During your summer camp, we'll be pushing you to go beyond your limits. Some of you have weaknesses you need to overcome. Others simply need more practice and knowledge of the practical application. And for those of you looking forward to regular camp activities, don't worry. There will be time for those in between training. But expect to be exhausted by the time you're able to enjoy them."
"Man, I've been looking forward to this!
"S'mores, fireworks, swimming, hiking!" Denki, Sero, Elleanor, and Pinkie cheered together, doing a cute little dance together.
"And we can put all those Home Ed courses from Lunch Rush to good use!" Eijirou added. "We can make our own barbecue and curry and other camp favorites!"
"Hey, guys!"
Everyone turned to see Itsuka and Hitoshi approaching with the rest of Class 1-B.
"Looks like we're all going to the same camp. Should prove interesting." Hitoshi said.
"I overheard the teachers say we'll be getting individual training, all designed to push our Quirks even farther! Shinso's even getting one-on-one time running from Vlad King's daughter." Setsuna said.
"Wha-Wha-Wha-Whaaaaa?!" Rarity gasped. "Vlad King never mentioned a daughter!"
"She is actually adopted." Jurtoa clarified. "He found her on the streets, suffering from psychosis-related issues related to her Quirk and its need for blood. He was able to rescue her and take her under his wing. She committed a few assaults, but the victims were graciously not killed."
"Well, best get on the buses, everyone!" Jotaro said. "The thrills and chills of summer await us!"
"We'll be on this bus for about an hour before we make our first stop," Aizawa said. "Since I know you're likely fooling around behind my back, you might as well take the chance while you have it. You won't be getting another one."
The class was confused when the first stop wasn't actually a rest stop.
"Why do I suddenly feel like Aizawa-Sensei is trolling us again?" Kyouka muttered.
"Because that's how he gets off..." Terumi sighed.
Class 1-B's bus wasn't in sight. Instead, there was a black car not far away, the front doors opening. Two young women dressed like cat girls in skirts came out. One was wearing pink with short brown hair, the other was blonde and dressed in blue.
"Your feline fantasies are here!"
"Perfectly cute and cat-like girls!"
"YOU CAN CALL US THE..."
They both posed.
"THE WILD WILD PUSSYCATS!"
"Honestly, really?!" Rarity huffed. "This is no place to be doing such ridiculous things!"
"She's right!" Minoru added. "That sort of thing should only be done at conventions!"
"Wow, who knew Mineta would have common sense?" Tony joked.
"These are the Pros you'll be working with during your training camp," Aizawa explained.
"This is so cool! The Wild Wild Pussycats themselves!" Izuku gushed. "They're a four-person Hero Team that specializes in mountain rescue training! The Pussycats were founded when we were just kids! This marks their twelfth year as a-"
He suddenly felt [Danger Sense] go off and dodged as the girl in blue tried to grab his head with a set of retractable claws hidden in her glove. She wound up stumbling in surprise.
"Damn. Able to sense danger and dodge mid-rant? No wonder he's in your class, Shota."
Aizawa sighed. "I probably should have warned you. Pixie-Bob doesn't like being reminded of her age."
"I'm 18 at heart!"
"Total Christmas Cake," Pinkie said to Elleanor and Junko, who giggled in agreement.
Izuku then noticed a young boy who had also walked out of the car. The kid was young, maybe 5-6 years old. And he certainly didn't look like he was part of either the classes or the Pussycats.
"We own this whole stretch of land out here. Everything you can see. You'll be staying at that summer camp over there in the distance." Mandalay, the other Pussycat, explained.
"Then why stop all the way up here?" Ochako asked.
"I think I can already guess the answer..." Flash gulped before turning his legs into jet thrusters and blasting off. "And I'm not staying in this one spot!"
"Good thing we were allowed to bring our Support Gear!" Rikidou gulped as he, Shouji, Tony, Terumi, Rainbow Dash, and Applejack all jumped off the cliff.
"The current time is 9:30 AM. If you're fast about it, you might make it to the camp by noon." Mandalay noted. "Kitties who don't make it by 12:30 won't get lunch!"
"Come on, Kouda-Kun! Nobody lives forever!" Mina said as she took Kouji by the hand, the rock-headed boy gulping as he followed after his pink-skinned classmate in jumping off the cliff.
"I should have expected this, I really should have..." Twilight sighed as she and Sunset sprouted their wings before taking flight.
"Wait! Can't I go to the bathroom first!" Minoru cried as Junko put him on her shoulders and ran on all fours before pouncing off the cliff, the dwarfish boy screaming on the way down.
"Hell yeah! Let's get this party rolling!" Katsuki said as he practically catapulted himself off the side of the cliff with his explosions.
"Don't wait up for us!" Ghidorah chuckled as he sprouted monstrous gargoyle wings and flew off with Marco quickly jumping and holding onto his arms like a makeshift glider.
Mandalay and Pixie-Bob watched as the students all leaped off the cliff and into the forest below before turning to Aizawa.
"Just how hard have you been pushing them up until now?" Pixie-Bob asked, "I didn't even need to push them off the cliff with [Earth Flow]. It's a good thing I already set things up in the Beast's Forest."
Mandalay laughed, then leaned over to check on the students. "By the way, since this is privately-owned land you're allowed to use your Quirks as much as you want! And you're gonna need it if you hope to get through the Beast's Forest in three hours!"
As the students dusted themselves off after landing, they gauged the forest around them. Twilight, Rainbow, Sunset, and Flash flew back down to join all of them.'
"Why am I suddenly reminded of our fantasy RPG characters and their role-playing?" Rainbow wondered.
"You're not the only one, sugarcube," Applejack noted.
"I'm actually kinda glad that Asahi's leap of faith already made me relieve my bladder..." Minoru whimpered as he pointed forward. "Because now I know why this place is called the Beast's Forest!"
Everyone looked at where Minoru was pointing to find a giant four-legged creature with no eyes and a wide maw filled with teeth.
"Eeep!" Fluttershy squeaked, almost fainting before Tony caught her.
"Gentle creature of the forest!" Kouji called out. "We mean no harm to your home and are just passing through! Please allow us safe passage and we will leave you in peace!"
"Wow, that's the most Kouda-Kun has spoken in the entire school year!" Kira noted.
The creature didn't heed Koda and struck with one of its forelimbs. Luckily, Terumi tackled the rock-headed boy out of the way as Jotaro took out a sniper rifle loaded with non-lethal rounds out of his magic satchel.
"I don't think this is a natural creature of the forest, my friends!"
"Yeah, I get it. No need for Deku or Twilight's nerd words." Katsuki realized. "That paedo bitch Pixie-Bob's Quirk lets her manipulate the ground however she wants."
"Don't you think that's too harsh?" Starlight asked with a frown.
"Does it look like I care?!"
"Still, if they're not living beings and just part of the environment, I see no reason for any of us to hold back!" Tenya said.
"Alright team, let's give it everything we have!" Twilight shouted as she formed magical runes over her hands as everyone nodded in agreement.
The monsters never knew what hit them as the students began plowing through them. Starlight transmuted them into water that collapsed easily while Tony tore through them with his arms turned into black organic buzzsaw whips.
"Look at us go!" Mina cheered. "We're like the perfect superhero squad! Stealth, speed, strength, surveillance... We've got all the S's covered!"
"Hahaha! Good one!" Pinkie giggled as she took out a giant cannon and fired a massive stream of confetti that tore through another golem.
Minoru had held another golem in place with his hairballs as Flash combined both his arms into a giant cannon that fired a massive laser which incinerated it on the spot.
Kouji was grateful that there were plenty of normal animals in the Beast's Forest as well, using his [Anivoice] Quirk to call in their aid in fending off the monsters. Fluttershy was also in her element as she sent out root-like tentacles, massive branch-like spears, and flurries of razor-sharp leaves at the monsters.
"Hey guys, I actually managed to learn something cool during my internship!" Tooru said. "Since my invisibility is created by refracting light..."
Terumi cupped his clawed hands together and gave Tooru a boost into the air as she bounced the sunlight off her transparent body to create a blinding beam.
"...I can redirect the sun's rays to attack! WARP REFRACTION!"
"Mess 'em up, Icy-Hot!" Katsuki roared as Shoto engulfed a golem in flames, allowing Katsuki to be launched by Elleanor, who turned her body into a slingshot so he could plow into the flaming monster with a massive explosion.
"How are we doing for time?" Tempest asked as she stood back to back with Ghidorah, both of them unleashing various elemental attacks.
"It's only 9:45!" Izuku said as he checked his watch. "We still have some distance to go, so let's continue pushing forward!"
In order to get through the forest quicker, the class all put their heads together. With some of Sero's tape and some wood, the bed of a cart was made. Momo made the chassis and wheels before Mina fixed them on with her acid. Tenya, Izuku, Oujiro, Eijirou, Rikido, Tempest, Applejack, and Junko pulled the cart while Terumi, Kouji, Kyouka, and Shouji directed them down the safest path.
Yuuga, Katsuki, Denki, Fumikage, Mina, Pinkie, Rainbow, Flash, Sunset, and Elleanor were the offensive sentries while Momo, Shoto, Minoru, Tooru, Rarity, Fluttershy, Kira, and Twilight were on defense. Ochako, Tsuyu, Sero, Trixie, and Marco were in charge of keeping the cart together long enough to get to the base.
It used everyone's Quirks and skills to pull off, but the plan was solid. When everyone was set, the strongest ones pulled the cart across the forest floor.
In the end, it was 1:48 PM when the class arrived to see the lodge they were staying at in sight.
Mandalay whistled. "That's a little faster than we were expecting."
The class was sporting a few injuries, except for Tony of course. But they were all thoroughly exhausted.
"Hey, he was in the thick of it! How come it looks like he didn't even fight!?" Pixie-Bob realized when she saw Tony clean as a whistle.
"He adapts to everything that endangers him or his allies," Aizawa explained.
"Well, amazing work. You actually got here much faster than I figured. You did just amazing against my dirt monsters. You guys were seriously great." She pointed to Izuku, Tenya, Shoto, Katsuki, Tony, Terumi, Flash, and Marco. "Especially the four of you! It seems you've had quite a bit of experience! I call dibs on these kittens!"
"Screw you, you paedo bitch!" Katsuki snarled while flipping her off.
"Some of us are spoken for, ma'am!" Tenya huffed, though he didn't agree with Katsuki's crass words.
"Has she always been like this?" Aizawa asked while Pixie-Bob slumped in sorrow.
"It's gotten worse lately," Mandalay said. "She's at the age to take a mate, but living in the mountains all the time we haven't really had much chance to go dating."
"If I didn't pity her for that, I would have gladly magically lobotomized her brain..." Twilight growled, having formed a scalpel of magical energy that she had been preparing to sic on Pixie-Bob for daring to get near Izuku.
"Yeah, Izuku is OUR boy!" Rainbow scowled, punching her fist into her palm. "As long as Twilight is okay with it, I mean..."
"Say, who's that cute little kid with ya?" Pinkie asked as she pointed over to the little boy.
"Oh, you mean Kota? He's actually my nephew. He just lives with us." Mandalay explained as she turned to the boy. "Don't be shy, Kota, come on over and greet the students. You're gonna be hanging around them for the next week."
Izuku walked over. "Hey there! My name's Izuku Midoriya. I'm from the UA High School Hero Course."
He offered his hand but got caught off-guard when Kota punched him straight in the groin, making him go white as a sheet as he clutched his nuts and arched back.
"Guess we can forget about having children with him..." Rarity sighed disappointedly.
"You girls have feelings for him too?" Twilight asked in surprise.
"Well, duh! We've known him as long as you have!" Pinkie said. "Of course, we love Izuku as much as you do! Though we were kinda bummed you got to be his first kiss!"
"MIDORIYA!" Tenya cried as he and Jotaro ran over to Izuku before turning to Kota. "You fiend of a child! How could you make such a low blow!?"
"Don't worry, Midoriya! I'll have those healed in a jiffy!" Jotaro said as he got to work with his Quirk.
Kota just scowled. "The last thing I want is to hang with some wannabe heroes."
He then felt a sense of dread as the entire class surrounded him, except for Fluttershy, Kira, Kouji, Shouji, Momo, Tenya, Jotaro, and Izuku.
"Who are you calling 'wannabes', ya little shit?" Katsuki growled dangerously.
"Are you making light of our hopes and dreams...?" Ochako said, her eyes showing pure anger.
"What would you know about who's a real hero and who isn't...?" Shoto chimed in, heat and cold emanating from his body.
Kota's knees knocked together, his eyes watering in terror but was given a reprieve when Pinkie picked him up and hugged him to her breasts.
"That's a mean thing to say, mister! Didn't your mother ever tell you not to disrespect the hopes and dreams of others?"
Kota froze before his eyes began watering even more. Pinkie's eyes widened as she easily deciphered the implications and frowned, setting him down gently.
"Sorry..."
"Oh snap, his parents are dead aren't they?" Eijirou winced.
"Go ahead and get your stuff off the bus, students. We'll be having lunch soon. Then you can get a bath and some rest." Aizawa ordered as the students left Kota alone after that to get their things.
After a filling meal, the boys were enjoying a hot spring bath out in the open air.
"We may only be getting treated for a meal today, but we're being given free use of this bath during the evening once training is done," Denki said with a relaxed smile.
"This feels nice..." Terumi said in contentment, Kouji and Rikidou nodding alongside him.
It was then that Marco noticed Minoru staring at the wooden partition between the guys' side and the girls' side.
"Mineta, please don't tell me you're planning on doing what I think you're doing..."
"I'm sorry my brothers, but the opportunity is right in front of me!" Minoru said. "If God sees fit to smite me for my sins, then so be it!"
"He's gonna fail..." Ghidorah said before grinning as he began recording on his phone. "When you fall, do a flip!"
Minoru began scaling the wall with his hairballs at lightning speeds but just as he reached the top, he was greeted by Kota waiting for him, the young boy giving him a glare.
"Hey, what the hell are you doing all the way up here?!" Minoru barked. "Don't you know a kid like you could break his neck at this height?!"
"Why don't you try acting like a decent human being first?" Kota snapped back before kicking Minoru off.
"So much for paradise..." Minoru lamented as he was caught by a wind pocket Marco created to stop his descent.
"Well, I can't say I didn't expect this..." Kira sighed.
"Thanks so much, Kota baby!" Mina called out.
Kota looked to see the girls but turned red when he noticed Mina was largely out of the water. Without a towel.
In his shock, he wound up falling down on the guys' side, only for Terumi to stand up and catch him gently in his hands.
"Thank goodness for being so freakishly tall, Haiiroiwa!" Izuku sighed in relief.
"It's a blessing and a curse."
"You see!? This is exactly what I was warning you about!" Minoru snapped. "Keeping peepers away is fine, but you shouldn't risk your life trying to play the hero!"
Kota growled. "Well, why not!? My parents did, after all!"
The boys all looked at Kota in confusion, Eijirou wincing as his assumptions from earlier were proven true. On the girls' side, Pinkie's usually poofy hair deflated rather sadly as her own realizations came to light, Fluttershy putting a comforting hand on her shoulder.
Izuku, Marco, Ghidorah, and Tony decided to take Kota to the med bay while the rest of the guys stayed behind.
"Sorry about that," Mandalay apologized. "Aizawa warned me one of the boys was likely to try something. The good news is Mineta's not likely to be expelled or even just reprimanded for this."
"He may be an unabashed pervert, but he does have his standards." Tony nodded.
"Kota mentioned something about his parents, and he seems to hate heroes for some reason. It seems kinda unusual for a boy his age." Izuku noted.
"Not as much as you think. You'd be surprised how many people don't approve of us." Mandalay said sadly. "If Kota had a more normal childhood, he might admire heroes. However, his parents were heroes as well. My sister and her husband were the dual heroes known as Water Hose. Two years ago they were murdered by a villain. They were killed protecting citizens, perhaps the most respectable way for any hero to die."
"Damn..." Ghidorah winced.
"I know, how do you explain that to a child who just lost his parents? Especially when so many people focus too much on the honor and heroism of such a death... And not on the sadness of losing a loved one." Mandalay sighed. "Honestly, I think the only reason he tolerates me is because I'm family. He doesn't seem to like the rest of my team that much."
"I mean, Pixie-Bob isn't the most likable hero around..." Tony muttered, getting an elbow from Marco. "What?! I'm serious! She'd have been on Stain's shit list for sure!"
"Heroes just... Don't make sense to Kota. His logic is that if his parents weren't heroes, they'd still be here." Mandalay said.
"That's a child's logic," Ghidorah said. "Normal people get killed by villains every day. There's no guarantee that his parents would still be alive if they weren't heroes."
Izuku nodded sadly. "The more rational thing to think is that if villains and crime didn't exist, then his parents would still be alive."
What nobody knew was that Kota was nearby, just outside the door, listening to the conversation. Tears were streaming down his face.
The class was up and ready at 5:30 in the morning.
"Good morning, class," Aizawa greeted. "Our goal during this week is to improve your overall strength and ability so that each of you can earn your provisional license. This will allow you to face the dangers that continue to fester in the darkness."
"Eloquently said, Aizawa-Sensei," Jotaro noted.
"Additionally, during this week, you are being allowed emergency usage of Quirks should any attacks happen. Bakugo..." Aizawa threw Bakugo a softball. "You know what to do, don't you?"
Katsuki already understood and threw the ball the same way he did during the Quirk Apprehension Test. However, everyone was surprised when his total distance was only 709 meters, just four meters from his previous distance.
"As you all can see, you've had a whole semester to improve, but it's only been mental. Now that you have the sound mind, it's time to make sure you have the sound body." Aizawa explained.
"So this isn't about improving our physical strength but about increasing the power of our Quirks." Twilight guessed.
Aizawa nodded. "We'll be pushing you so hard you'll feel like you're dying. But by the end of it... You'll feel as strong as a real Pro Hero."
"Whelp, guess this is Hell..." Rikidou gulped.
"BRING IT OOOOOOON!" Rainbow screamed, her blood pumping excitedly.
"Wow, you look so awesome, Big Brother!" Cozy Glow gushed.
"And charismatic as well." Adagio smiled with a hint of lust in her voice.
Tomura was now sporting a black overcoat with red scraggly and sinister straps on the back, a clean new black shirt, fresh black slacks, new red and black boots, and a black mask that covered his nose and mouth with a zipper along the mouth area. His preserved hands were now kept as ornaments on a belt.
"I still haven't found out what sort of villain identity I want, but for now I'm starting to feel renewed," Tomura smirked. "Did the supplies arrive as intended?"
"Yup, I'll be leading the Vanguard Action Squad by the end of the week." Dabi chuckled. "We'll shower flames of chaos down on those heroic wannabes."
"Keep your eyes on the prize, everyone. This will be our warning shot to the world!" Tirek advised.

Another unique aspect is the ability to breathe a special toxin that causes temporary amnesia in those who breathe it in, as well as the ability to mimic other people's voices.

However, her Quirk does not prevent her from slipping up due to her inherent klutziness.

Quirk Description: Mandalay is able to communicate with anyone through thought. She can instruct and send messages to multiple people at once. Sadly, Mandalay's telepathy is only one-way communication, so she cannot hear her targets' thoughts or receive responses. When fighting enemies, she can use her telepathy to send messages directly to her foe's mind with the intention of distracting them and leaving them open to attack.
