With everything done from the whole ordeal, time for some new changes and some new upgrades, along with some skill checks. They gotta be ready for whatever might come next, and one of them might involve the upcoming crossover with a series I have been planning and chose to do it myself without anyone else. So, enjoy reading this new chapter I managed to make everyone.
Spells and Louds.
Chapter 873: Upgrades and Skills.
(January 10. Spellman-Lewis Estate.)
The snow has melted away, but chances it'll be back since the season of winter is still ongoing and Marcy is in her Rathalos armour and she is ready for some training, she is about to whistle, but then she stops and sees someone in the backyard. "Lincoln? What the heck are you doing?"
Lincoln is tinkering with his Vulture Bike, and helping him is Absol, Jordan, Lopunny, The Indoraptor Dominic and his Netherdrake Nel'Thorious.
Lincoln then adds some nanomites from FutureTech into the bike. "Right now, we're just doing some modifications to the Bike, ever since Jordan's Indoraptor doesn't need my bike for added armour and firepower, might as well use the transformation sequence and armour specializations to good use."
Jordan then speaks as she scans the bike with her tablet. "That good use is to see how this can be added to Nel'Thorious, if this works then chances Linc's Netherdrake is going to bwe faster and stronger and dang impressive. This is gonna be wicked awesome, but we're not gonna test it out... Yet."
Absol then hands Lincoln a welding torch and then Absol looks to Marcy. "We just wanna test it on a wooden dummy over there." They all look to the wooden dummy that looks like the Netherdrake itself.
Marcy is impressed. "Wow. Nice one dudes, and that looks cool. Well, I hope it does work, I wanna see how Nel'Thorious is when he is clad in that kind of armour. Well, I am taking off to try out something with my beast." She then whistles and her Rathalos named Scorcher lands in front of them.
They don't seem bothered by the ground shaking, but it does knock Boomer off from his chair inside of his house. "What the hell?" thankfully his wife and child are spending some time together at the park nearby.
Marcy then hops onto the monster, and then Lincoln asks. "Hey, Marcy. When are you and your mom gonna take off with the Guardian for the Monster Hunter World?"
Marcy smirks. "That one is set for this Saturday, the plan has been made and we know what to do. See you guys later." They take off and leave the others be.
Lincoln, Jordan and the others return to working on the Vulture Bike, and then Jordan looks to her boyfriend. "Linc, we're gonna be graduating Middle School this year, right?"
Lincoln nods and then he uses the welding torch. "Yeah, why?"
Jordan then asks. "Have you ever wondered what the problem between you and Chef Pat is?"
Lincoln then stops and he thinks about this, ever since he arrived in Middle School, he hasn't gotten the best food from the lunch lady, and she tends to glare at him even when he is doing his part to stop a crime in town, and this confuses him.
"Something doesn't add up, why the heck does Chef Pat hate me when I go into the cafeteria?"
Jordan then has an idea. "Tomorrow, we're gonna have to find out what, but for now let's finish this." They then return to their work, and Absol is confused and curious about this and he needs to know if Linka is also undergoing the same thing.
'If Linka is also affected by this same problem as Lincoln, then it means the chef of the cafeteria has a problem with them... But what could it be? Because, I don't think they have ever done anything bad to her.'
(Karazhan.)
To the home of the Guardian Gyro, and he is right now helping Luna Frost with something she wants to try and ace, the mother of Lincoln Loud is right now in her Luna Frost form and she is standing still with her Runeblade in hand and she has her eyes closed and she focuses on what she has to do.
Bill Cipher and Pyrrha Nikkos watch them from the sidelines. Gyro then stands in front of her. "Now!"
Luna Frost then throws her Runeblade, but the guardian dodges this and tries to hit her with Fel Flame, but she ducks down and then fades into snow, and where the Runeblade landed made some ice and Luna Frost comes out and she grabs her Runeblade and charges.
Gyro then slams his staff and he makes a barrier, but Luna Frost shatters the barrier, and she tries to strike the guardian, but Gyro steps to the side and grabs her foot and throws her away, but Luna Frost lands safely and she dashes forward into a wave of ice.
Gyro then fades into smoke and Luna Frost looks around for him as she lands down, and then she closes her eyes and she can sense his presence, and so she uses her Runeblade and she makes a portal and she goes through in which the guardian also shows up to attack.
Then Luna Frost appears from above and is about to hit the Guardian, but Gyro dodges this and he spins his staff really fast and throws it, but Luna Frost knocks it away and she phases into an ice statue before the guardian can hit her with a Fel flame punch.
Gyro is then grabbed by the ice-statue Luna Frost and it explodes into snow, the real Luna Frost appears from above and she lands on the Guardian's shoulders, but he grabs her arm and throws her off and Luna Frost lands on her feet and she summons an ice spear.
Luna Frost throws it, but the Guardian knocks it back and calls his staff back, then Luna Frost makes more ice spears and she makes them float and attack the guardian, but Gyro is fast and he spins his staff to shred or knock back all the frozen spears and he snickers at this.
Luna Frost hen conjures an ice stalagmite from above, and her eyes glow black and the large frozen projectile is now imbued with demonic magic and the Guardian blinks out of there and he appears behind Luna Frost and hits her with his staff, but she manages to grab it and she enters her Lucified Luna form.
The guardian is then pushed away with his staff, and he sees Luna Frost split her Runeblade in two, and she dashes forward as a cloud of darkness, but the guardian makes a barrier and she's knocked back, but Luna Frost blinks by and she shatters the barrier, and thus the guardian and Luna Frost are melee clashing.
The Guardian summons fel swords and Luna Frost is using her dual split Runeblade swords which she calls "Ice-Pincers" She manages to try to strike Gyro, but he knocks her back and then summons a Fel meteor, but the large object is destroyed with Luna Frost makes a demonic fire ball.
The others watch as what the guardian made is destroyed and Gyro smirks. "Well done, and very impressive work there Luna Frost."
Luna smirks and she powers down. "What can I say? I figured out how to handle each problem you kept throwing at me, this is a powerful effect of my powers, fast thinking and pin pointing out the weakness."
"Not from the powers you have, but from the powers you gained after forging with your son, recall that?" asked Gyro.
Luna recalls and she nods. "Yeah, that sounds about right. Also, thanks for the training, I wanna know what this is about, but I don't think you are gonna tell me."
Gyro chuckles. "Dang right."
Luna then hears her phone go off and she sees the message. "Shoot, I gotta go dudes. Catch ya later." Luna Frost then makes a portal with her Runeblade and channeling some energy and she goes through and the portal closes.
Bill Cipher and Pyrrha Nikkos stand next to the Guardian. "You'll inform her soon, right?"
Gyro nods. "Soon, when the time comes, when she is no longer bound to High School... Then I will tell Luna Frost what she is destined for, something she did not see coming."
(The Royal Fortress.)
Now, normally the Royal Fortress would be somewhere in the Pacific Ocean, but they decided to warp the whole thing and it is now situated in the Atlantic Ocean, and they're location is somewhere in the waters of Africa, and nearing they're 4 Naval outposts.
The three guys are on the deck and looking to the naval divisions being deployed to help escort cargo ships. Victor then checks the reports.
"Alright, so this is what we got. Somalia has been sending tons of pirate vessels to raid cargo ships which seems common for those assholes, and none have been taken by the enemy. Our advanced naval defense has worked."
Jack Cyber also speaks. "Assault Destroyers and Akula Subs have been doing their part, and all supplies within those ships have been sent out, and even five cargo ships containing supplies for our outposts on the mainland of the continent."
Victor then speaks again. "Even though the outposts on the mainland do not belong to us, they belong to the Brotherhood of NoD."
Martin sighs. "Yeah, don't remind me." They turn around and see the NoD forces on their base are being shipped off to back up the outposts.
So, apparently with Somalia still being a threat to cargo ships and attempts of other actions onto claiming advanced tech situated around the country, the Allied forces have chosen to withdraw from the place and only leave their powerful navy to defend the cargo ships.
Someone volunteered to send his forces to outpost guard the continent, Kane. He contacted them from his new headquarters in Miracle City in another world and informed them that he will allow his forces to aid in pushing and taking Somalia back, and taking down the forces harboring the sectors.
The reason for this new attack? 19 tourists were found dead in the country even though they weren't supposed to be a threat to touring folks in the beaches of Somalia, but 19 have been found dead, and half of them raped and the rest mutilated, and so the time to counterattack has come.
They cannot risk their own FutureTech weapons and other supplies falling into the front line, so the Brotherhood of NoD will attempt this attack, and their forces are formidable and deadly, and if they do get captured, then they will self-destruct their sequences since half of their tech is A.I.
Martin then sees something, and he uses his mask to see what is going on. "Looks like our boys have engaged a pirating team, morons."
The others also see this and they spot some Somalia pirate vessels attempting to raid a cargo ship, only to be blasted to oblivion by an Assault Destroyer and a Poseidon Cruiser, and then a Hydrofoil cruises by and traps the pirates in nets across the waters.
"Well, look like a brand new front line is open" replied Victor, he then checks the time. "I'm gonna head off in one of those Cobra Strike crafts and check the conditions on the NoD Outposts, see you guys later." Victor then races off to prepare to take off.
Martin then has an idea and he looks to Jack Cyber. "Contact the guardian, I think I know who could aid us in taking down Somalia, a powerhouse who knows the country more than we do... One of the immortal allies of the Guardian."

A/N: Upgrades for the Netherdrake? Dang, that's gonna be awesome, and as for what Luna is doing, well she's getting there and there has to be a reason why she is being trained for this, but what is it? I hope some of you... Well, I know one of you might not like this chapter, but at least others enjoyed reading this new chapter, thanks again guys.
