Izuku and Twilight had been thrown into a simple room with one bed, a desk, and a small television.
"Sorry for the meager accommodations." Tomura apologized through the TV. "But we figured you'd be the perfect bait."
"Bait? Bait for what?"
"For All-Might and Celestia to take their final bow, of course..." Another voice spoke up as Twilight gasped.
"That voice... It can't be..."
"Yes, it is I; NIGHTMARE MOON!" The voice said. "How nice to meet Celestia's star pupil. A shame she'll fail you, just like she failed me..."
"That's not true!" Twilight said. "I know who you are; you're the Moon Goddess Hero: Luna! All For One is manipulating you!"
"Manipulating me? No, my little girl, he simply recruited me after I struck out on my phone. After Celestia left me to die!"
"No! She thought she lost you!" Twilight argued. "She never stopped looking for you! She still hasn't!"
"Believe all the lies you want, dear." Nightmare Moon scoffed. "Get nice and comfortable as we allow you to bear witness to society's crumbling."
The TV shut off as Twilight cried out in frustration before Izuku put a hand on her shoulder and reached through her hair, much to her confusion.
"Izuku, I'm grateful for you being here but... what are you doing with my hair?"
"I think the Pro Heroes will be coming much quicker than we think," Izuku said as he showed a marble. "Shinsho must have tossed this to us when we were snagged by the villains. It's one of the GPS marbles from his Quirk training. By tracking it using his phone, they'll be able to locate us easily."
Twilight smiled. "That's a relief. Maybe our friends will join as well."
"In the meantime, we should see if we can sneak out of this room and find out what kind of operation the League is planning on running," Izuku said as he looked up to see a loose vent in the ceiling that he and Twilight could fit through...
Meanwhile, Detective Tsukauchi was bringing in a number of notable heroes, including the Pillars and the S-Rankers, going over everything that had been learned about the League of Villains.
"The League wanted to kidnap the Pussycats for their Quirks. No doubt because of an ancient evil we hoped had been vanquished many years ago." Starswirl sighed.
"Truth be told, the Nomu was the very first sign he wasn't as dead as we hoped." Detective Tsukauchi said.
All-Might, Celestia, Tiger, Kamui Woods, Best Jeanist, Edgeshot, Mount Lady, Gran Torino, Miruko, and Endeavor.
"Glad to see you all could make it." Starswirl chuckled. "Most of the top heroes have been assembled here for the raid."
"The GPS that was snuck onto Lydia 'Twilight Sparkle' Yugure confirms their location in the Kamino Ward, the exact building site having been supposedly abandoned." Detective Tsukauchi said.
"We've also got a full list of the League of Villains' members; The Dazzlings, Storm King, Mr. Compress, Spinner, Mustard, Magne, Twice, Ableblade, Banananasher, and Sliming Sadist." Mistmane listed. "However, no doubt there are others as well."
"That had to have been an awkward reunion for Kobayakawa-San..." Somnambula said sympathetically after hearing Ableblade listed amongst the members.
"And Monoma Neito, a former student of UA High, is revealed to have defected to the League's side." Celestia frowned. "His Quirk, [Copycat], lets him mimic the Quirks of anyone he touches."
"If HE is still alive...that could prove to be a deadly combination." Gran Torino grumbled.
"What kind of Quirk is yours supposed to be?" Monoma asked Heart Piercer, the former wearing his former Hero Costume now as his villain attire.
"My Quirk is [Heart of Darkness], it's a Transformation-type Quirk that is infused into my heart. From it, I can form a symbiotic suit with a stinger tail and extendable tentacle-like limbs that I can unleash at my own will."
"I can copy Emitter and Transformation-type Quirks. I wonder what would happen if I copied yours..." Monoma curiously said with a smirk.
"Still, I must say it's admirable that you'd be fully willing to go against your former classmates as readily as you did." Heart Piercer noted.
Monoma scowled. "Those Class 1-A dogs turned my own classmates against me. Seduced them with the invitation of joining them in their falsely deserved fame. I was the only one who sought to show my class could rise on our own and look where that got me..."
"Yeah, look where that got you..." Heart Piercer scoffed with a roll of his eyes.
"Ah, you've arrived. Welcome..." Grogar said, waiting for the two of them as he opened the doors leading to All For One's chamber, where he sat in his life-support system.
"So...the time has come, hasn't it?" The Symbol of Evil sighed, as if he expected what was about to happen.
"You should have expected this from the beginning, my pupil," Grogar said. "You are clinging too desperately to your fantasies. Your time has come to an end. You had the right idea to raise Tomura as your successor... but he deserves to rise on his own merits."
"Sorry, we're late."
Tomura and the rest of the League arrived. Heart Piercer moved to join them as he stood by Banananasher and Dabi.
"Where's Kurogiri?" All For One asked.
"Captured, most likely, but it's no bother. My own Quirk can make up the deficit." Sliming Sadist said. " But first thing's first. Monoma, you've been told how Mugen's Quirk works, yes?"
"Of course..." Monoma smirked as he placed his hand on All For One's chest. The Symbol of Evil grunted but did not do much to resist as he felt Monoma copying his power, but only the base of it.
"Perfect..." Monoma said as he thrust his hands out and used the power of [All For One] to dig through All For One's vast arsenal of Quirks, grinning as he soon found the original Quirk itself.
"Do I take it?" Monoma asked excitedly.
"No, it is merely a copy of the original," Grogar said. "Mugen thought ahead in case the time came he needed to pass his Quirk down."
"What do you intend to do now?" All For One asked.
"Simple...THIS!"
Monoma and All For One were shocked when Grogar turned his staff into a spear-like form and stabbed it through Monoma's back and out of his chest. The blonde gasped in shock as he slowly turned to the Necromancer, his eyes showing pure betrayal.
"You were never meant to have any power, Monoma Neito. Now it is time for the true blessing!"
Grogar then yanked out a glowing white orb from Monoma's back and held it high above while chanting a Latin incantation. The orb held the part of Monoma's sou that harnessed his Quirk as well as the copied All For One. The powers meshed together until they transformed into a brilliant blood-red orb that floated into Grogar's hands before he handed it to Tomura.
"Here, my boy. I have created a brand new All For One; One that allows you to not simply steal Quirks but also harmlessly copy them and keep said copies. You can still steal and give away Quirks at your leisure but you can also create duplicates of the Quirks to keep for yourself after passing it down, scan Quirks, and even fuse them together to create new ones!"
"Master Grogar has been collecting all sorts of soul energy from various Quirk energies to make a new and improved All For One for a more adequate successor of the mantle," Tirek smirked as All For One glared, despite not having eyes.
As soon as Tomura touched the orb, it dissipated and absorbed itself into his chest. Already he could feel the power coursing through him as he put a hand to his chest and took a deep breath. Grogar then reached his staff out and pulled out a small black orb from Tomura.
"What's that?" Cozy Glow asked.
"This is the soul orb that represents [Decay], the Quirk my pupil gave to Tomura when he was a little child all those years ago," Grogar said as he crushed the orb into nothingness. "And now... it exists no more."
Tomura's black crystal prosthetic claws that Sombra made for him suddenly shattered as brand new flesh and blood hands formed, regenerating into perfect health as he flexed them. Tentatively, he placed all five fingers against the door, nearly tearing up when it didn't turn into dust.
"I can touch things again..."
"Yes! You're free, Big Brother!" Cozy Glow cheered as she hugged Tomura tightly, jumping into his arms as he hugged her back.
"It's true you were born Quirkless." Queen Chrysalis noted. "You were once Tenko Shimura, grandson of Nana Shimura, the 7th holder of [One For All]. Mugen caught sight of you and saw how horrid your family situation was. Seeing this as the perfect opportunity to spite his enemies' legacy, he gave you [Decay] and the rest is history."
Tomura clenched his fist. "I see...Shimura... that name means nothing to me anymore. All it's done is brought me misery because of my father's irrational hatred. Sensei... I'm grateful that you took me in and trained me... but I'm not going to be another pawn in your petty game. Now... I'm doing my own thing."
All For One could only watch as Tomura went around, touching each and every member of the League to permanently copy their Quirks. The Symbol of Evil sighed as he turned to Grogar, who smirked at him.
"The time has come, Mugen. Surely you should have known this by now."
"So it has... But I will still not stop until All-Might is dead at my feet. Only then will I rest..."
"Allow me to join you... so that I may end Celestia's blight on this world once and for all." Nightmare Moon scowled.
Momoma coughed, weakly getting up as he felt the part where Grogar stabbed him. He wasn't wounded at all, but he felt empty, like his Quirk, a part of his very soul, was missing.
"I'm... Quirkless..."
"Yes, you're Quirkless. Your power was the final piece of the puzzle needed for Tomura's ascension." Grogar said. "That's why we scouted you after you were kicked out of UA by your own ego. And now... that ego has ruined you."
"But... I'm still part of this time. We're still together in this, right?!" Monoma asked desperately. "I was supposed to be a Hero! I gave up everything so that I could have my revenge on Class 1-A for taking everything from me! My classmates at 1-B! My reputation! MY LIFE!"
"'We'?" Tirek asked incredulously. "There was NEVER a 'We', Monoma Neito..."
"Look at you..." Chrysalis scoffed as she caressed Monoma's cheek. "...As if you were cobbled together by fat-fingered children, how could you be a part of our League? You're simply a mistake we could use and take the important parts of to apply to the ones that truly mattered. You were never meant to be a Hero or even a Villain, just a worthless parasite suckling off the dredges of fame you believe were entitled to you."
"You couldn't even figure out how little you mattered?" Sombra asked mockingly. "But I guess we can still use you for a few things... I hope you enjoy your suffering under us."
Monoma stared ahead. His entire life, he had been made fun of for his Quirk, now he didn't even have that. He had hoped to get ahead of the game and prove himself... and now he had absolutely nothing. His family, his friends, his reputation, his entire life... all of it was gone.
As the League of Villains left the room, Grogar turned to All For One, who nodded as he got up with his life support still closely connected as he prepared for the final battle that was coming. Monoma was all alone in the room now, all was silent... until he screamed at the top of his lungs.
He screamed until his throat was raw. He screamed until he laughed. He laughed until he cried. He cried until he felt absolutely nothing anymore...
The League of Villains were now all gathered in their new meeting room. Unbeknownst to them, Izuku and Twilight were sneaking through the vents and currently spying through one of the open airways. Twilight had cast an Invisibility Spell to make sure she and Izuku weren't seen.
"Any minute now, a contingent of Pro Heroes are gonna come knocking at our door," Tomura said.
"A lot of thugs were recently hired to slow them down. And from what I've heard, that doctor of yours is planning on sending out some of his Nomu." Adagio noted.
"Still, we have those two UA students hostage. We can use them as leverage if push comes to shove." Mr. Compress pointed out.
"Don't underestimate those two," Tomura warned. "Back at the USJ, it was Twilight Sparkle who chopped off my hands."
"We can handle anyone who comes around here!" Twice boasted. "It might be best to try and plan around who might show up!"
"There's no way to predict the entire roster of heroes being sent against us," Aria pointed out. "There are some obvious choices, such as All-Might, Celestia, Eraserhead, or Zecora. Not to mention there's the fact that they managed to convert one of our former potential candidates, Himiko Toga, to the side of heroes."
"It gets much worse than that. Apparently, her Quirk mutated to the point where she can copy the Quirks of people she transforms into." Ableblade added.
"If that's the case..." Tomura said with grim realization. "We gotta prepare for what's to come. No doubt they're using her to copy Kurogiri as we speak."
Monoma has served his true purpose; to create a new and better All For One that Tomura can use without risking the OG user hijacking his body. It's now time for the Kamino Raid to commence, who will come out on top?

Quirk Description: After being given the Quirk soul orb Grogar created for him, Tomura can now steal, transfer, alter, permanently copy, scan, and fuse together Quirks. Via touch, he is also able to activate and deactivate Quirks with a touch, manipulate how a Quirk is activated, or even force a Quirk into a dormant state.

Quirk: Heart of Darkness
Quirk Description: Heart Piercer's Quirk manifests in his heart, which creates a symbiotic suit that covers his entire body, giving him extendable barbed tentacle-like appendages as well as a scorpion-esque stinger tail coming out of his back. The suit increases his physical characteristics tenfold and he can produce his tentacles from anywhere on the suit.

Villain Name: Sliming Sadist
Quirk: Void Walker
Quirk Description: Sliming Sadist can create portals to travel anywhere he desires, as well as access a pocket dimension that he can store just about anything. He also can produce a corrosive slime that can corrode any solid matter it touches as well as be used to cling to walls and ceilings.

Villain Name: Ableblade
Quirk: Edge Summon
Quirk Description: Ableblade has access to a special pocket dimension that houses hundreds of different weapons. Only he can use the weapons he summons as if he loses them or if someone tries to take them, they will vanish into nothingness in an instant. Many of his weapons consist of simple ones such as swords, bombs, and flamethrowers to obscure weapons such as a giant pair of scissors with the inner blades covered in miniature sawblades and a rocket-powered claymore.
