Izuku was with Marco, Ghidorah, Tenya, and Ochako helping the Heroes deal with some of the thugs that had been sent out to hold them back. Izuku managed to slam two punks together with [Blackwhip] tying them both up before suddenly feeling [Danger Sense] ping off.
"Izu! What's up?" Marco asked, only for Click to begin chirping in alarm as Ghidorah noticed.
"HEADS UP!"
An array of metal spikes flew down before Ghidorah quickly erected a wall of bones to block them only for a streak of blue flames to fly toward everyone.
"Hold on!" Marco cried as he used his Water Element to create a powerful stream of water, Ghidorah backing it up with a massive blast of ice and frost from his mouth to extinguish the flames.
"Geez, are the League of Villains joining in now?!"
"No, just me."
Everyone spotted a familiar mop of light blue hair as Tomura himself floated down with wings of black crystals protruding from his back.
"Shigaraki, so you're still here."
The villain chuckled. "I've been on a journey of self-discovery just like you, Midoriya. Thanks to Grogar, I'm now someone who can take the power of All For One and make it my own...
"So you have All For One now?" Ghidorah asked.
"To be honest, yes AND no. I have an even better version of it." Tomura said before snapping his fingers as two clones of him appeared. "What I have allows me to harness Quirks in every possible way. Copying, stealing, scanning, combining, it's all there! This is the power of [Quirk Master]!"
Izuku clenched his fists. "So you finally found your identity as a villain. You're taking the legacy of All For One and making it your own, just like I'm taking One For All and making it mine as well!"
Both briefly looked over to the sound of explosions as they saw All-Might and All For One still fighting.
"Looks like the previous generation is working out its own problems," Tomura noted. "As for us, this is merely a test to see how far we've both come."
Both nemeses started crackling with energy, green for Izuku and red for Tomura. In a flash, they both rushed at each other.
"LET'S GO!"
All For One neared All-Might, ready to strike with his massive mutated arm, only to hit a fist crackling with purple gravitational energy.
"You didn't think we'd let All Might fight you alone, did you?" Blast asked as he fully stepped out of his portal.
"Yeah, you picked the wrong Heroes to mess with!" Tatsumaki said, floating down surrounded by green psychic energy. "We S-Rankers are considered to be on par with All-Might himself, you know!"
All-Might laughed. "I should have known you lot would be rushing to back me up."
"How quaint. Killing all of you will be like killing multiple All-Mights at once!" All For One cackled as he moved to take advantage of the sudden lull, only to feel a strong impact against his back.
"Not so fast, pal!"
Tanktop Master had managed to tackle All For One from behind, holding him tightly in a Full Nelson. The Symbol of Evil tried to tag the S-Ranker, his Quirk, [Tanktop Power], wouldn't be much use to him, but it'd certainly leave the man vulnerable to take down.
However, a psychic hold took over him and he found himself unable to move. Tatsumaki had her hands thrust out, squinting slightly to concentrate as best she could on holding All For One completely still.
Back with Tomura and Izuku, the new up-and-coming Symbol of Evil harnessed the power of Adagio's [Emotion Control] to convert his excitement into a massive spear of red energy, which he prepared to use to strike Izuku, only to be blocked by the unexpected arrival of Eijirou.
"Now where the heck did you come from?"
Fumikage and Dark Shadow appeared as well, the latter stretching over to blow the villain back with a punch to the sternum.
"You have me to thank for that. On this cold, dark night, Dark Shadow is at his strongest. But thanks to the training we did together, our synchronization is stronger than ever."
Tomura scoffed and used [Heart of Darkness] to sprout a scorpion-like tail from his back to try and stab the dark duo, only for a magic barrier to block him.
"I don't think so!" Twilight said as she, the rest of the Mane 6, and Tempest arrived. "Nightmare Moon has been defeated!"
Tomura scowled. "Now I regret not bringing in back-up. Just another mistake to learn from, I guess..."
"The power of friends standing together is the strongest power of all!" Twilight said as she formed several magical energy spears around her.
"Hey, Midoriya, how is he using the Quirks of the other League members?" Eijirou asked.
"He has his own version of All For One now. He calls it [Quirk Master] and it lets him not just steal and give away Quirks, but scan them, copy them permanently, and more." Izuku explained.
"Grogar and that whiny little pissant Monoma helped greatly in that regard," Tomura said with a smirk. "That [Copycat] Quirk let him copy All For One itself and Grogar used his own powers to steal the part of his soul that harnessed his Quirk and combine it with many other Quirk souls he had been gathering to create what I have now!"
"Well, you may be super strong now but you can't take all of us!" Rainbow Dash challenged.
"It's best if you turn around and walk away," Ghidorah said as he turned his arms into magma. "If you stay, things are definitely gonna get ugly for you."
"Oh, you poor fools..." Tomura smirked. "You've all been using your Quirks directly in my line of sight...I don't even need to touch you to copy your Quirks!"
Everyone gasped when Tomura's body was covered in monstrous bone-like armor, followed by wings of solid blood sprouting from his back as he created a giant black magic trident, storm clouds crackling above him.
"What's that old saying? Keep your friends close but your enemies closer? Now I can use your Quirks too!"
Meanwhile, All For One was also empowering himself, drawing on every Quirk he felt could bolster his strength to handle the assembled heroes before him.
"Every single Quirk I've collected! I'll bowl through you all with a single blow! Then use all your Quirks to finish off All-Might!"
"Think we can take that?" Superalloy Darkshine asked. "I may have unbreakable skin thanks to my [Shining Strength] Quirk but still..."
"We must all stand our ground," Bang said as he took a defensive stance. "Together, we might have a chance of pushing him back!"
All-Might quickly stepped forward. "No, Bang. It's best if you let me take this attack. It looks like All For One's going all or nothing on this one. And the only one who can put him down right now is me and the embers I still carry."
Izuku stood in front of his friends as Twilight stood beside him, holding his hand tightly. Pinkie then stepped in as well, hugging his side. Next came Rainbow then Applejack then Rarity, and finally Fluttershy.
"Guess we better stand back," Tempest said. "I think they've got this."
"Indeed!" Tenya agreed. "Let's make a strategic retreat! I have a feeling things are about to get extreme!"
As the two villains rushed at their nemeses, the world watched via a news chopper that was monitoring the entire thing.
"It's like seeing the same fight from two different angles! All-Might facing down the mysterious villain who can someone use multiple Quirks! And Seven young heroes facing down the apparent leader of the League of Villains! Wait... It looks like they're both gearing up for their Ultimate Moves!"
The families of every one were watching with bated breath. Inko was with Twilight's family as they did their best to console her through this stressful moment that felt like an eternity.
"Honesty!" Applejack said, her entire body charging up.
"Kindness!" Fluttershy said, a pair of beautiful wings made of branches, leaves, and flowers forming on her back.
"Laughter!" Pinkie said, her eyes burning brightly.
"Generosity!" Rarity said, crystal armor forming around her as well as a pair of crystal wings.
"Loyalty!" Rainbow said, storm clouds crackling around her as crimson lightning, rain, and hail danced all over the place.
"Together, these six virtues embody the most powerful magic of all!" Izuku said. "THE MAGIC OF FRIENDSHIP!"
The seven then lunged at Tomura, who laughed as he flew toward them, raising his black magic spear to meet them head-on.
"HARMONY..."
All-Might felt the power of all his predecessors before him, joining their energy together for this one last attack as he jumped toward All For One and punched his giant fist.
"Ha! A sloppy last attempt!" All For One mocked as he used [Impact Recoil] to redirect the damage on the Symbol of Peace, who fought through the pain but grinned through blood-stained teeth.
"THAT'S BECAUSE MY BACK WASN'T INTO IT!" He said as he pulled back his other hand, the energy having been built up into it as he clenched it into a fist. "UNITED STATES OF..."
"...SMAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAASH!"
The two power-packed punches hit their targets with full force, creating twin hurricanes that nearly caused the chopper to lose altitude. Tomura had just enough presence of mind to use Spot's [Trypophobia] to teleport away.
"You and your friends win this round, Izuku Midoriya. Next time, I'll become stronger as well..."
All For One, however, had no means of escaping, the force of the blow slamming him into the ground, creating a massive crater as his body was torn apart. The S-Rankers all stood their ground, looking away from the shockwave as Gran Torino and the other heroes watched with bated breath.
"Farewell, All For One..." All-Might said somberly as he felt the final embers of One For All fade away. "And farewell...One For All."
With Izuku and the Mane 6, the former fell to his knees and began breathing heavily as he put a hand to his rapidly beating chest. The rest of their friends ran over, all of them with looks of concern on their faces.
"Izuku!" Marco called out to his brother as he helped him up. "How are you holding up?"
"I felt like I was using 100% of my power..." Izuku said. "But my body didn't destroy itself..."
"That's because you had us." Twilight smiled as she held Izuku's hand gently in her own.
"WHOO-HOO! WE DID IT!" Pinkie screeched in joy as she swang around on a trapeze that was just spontaneously there while blowing a party horn. She then hoped off and grabbed Izuku's face before kissing him fully on the lips.
"Pinkie...!" Twilight giggled as Izuku's eyes were spirals, his freckled cheeks blushing bright red before Rarity smirked and pulled him into a kiss of her own.
"Hey, my turn!" Rainbow pouted as she kissed Izuku with passion.
"Give me some sugar, Green Bean." Applejack chuckled as she kissed Izuku next.
"Um, s-sorry about this..." Fluttershy apologized, kissing Izuku as well.
"Heh, that lucky dog." Tempest chuckled as Ghidorah and Marco gave thumbs-ups.
With All-Might, he stood on shaking legs as he raised his fist triumphantly into the air. The S-Rankers all smiled and mimicked his motion, Celestia making her way over as Gran Torino and the other heroes kept watch over Luna.
"And... It looks like All Might has won! He's triumphed over the mysterious villain calling himself All For One!" The newsman said in excitement.
All-Might then turned and smiled at where Izuku and his friends were before pointing, his body deflating permanently into its true skeletal state.
"Midoriya...It's your turn now."
As the dawn began to break, Celestia made her way over to All-Might and hugged him close, her wings wrapping around them both in a warm embrace as the skeletal Symbol of Peace hugged back.
"It's over... the nightmare is finally over."
"And everything is in their hands now," Toshinori said. "I have faith that they will be up to the task."
Toshinori then dropped to one knee, Celestia smiling as she realized what was happening. Her partner opened the box, revealing a ring with a jewel that was shaped like the sun itself.
"Amaterasu Taiyo...will you marry me?"
Celestia's eyes teared up as she took Toshinori's hands before hugging him close once more, pressing their foreheads together.
"I do."
"Alright!" Rainbow cheered as Izuku and Co. made their way over.
"Hey Twilight, since Celestia is like a second mom to you...does that make All-Might your second dad?" Pinkie asked playfully.
"Pinkie..." Twilight sighed, her cheeks glowing pink as she pinched her forehead.
Celestia and Toshinori smiled as they turned to their students, who stood proud at attention as Izuku did his best to cover all the different colored lipstick marks courtesy of the Mane 6.
"Lydia 'Twilight Sparkle' Yugure. From the day I first met you, I saw the spark of something truly amazing. But you could not unleash your full potential until you let friendship into your heart. By a miracle, you met Izuku and the others and they were the ones who helped you rise against the challenges you faced." The Sun Goddess Hero then somberly turned to a certain prone figure. "Now if only another will as well; Luna."
The woman who was once Nightmare Moon stirred, her eyes fluttering open before gasping when she saw the destroyed battlefield around her and everyone surrounding her.
"It has been many years since I have seen you like this. Time to put our differences behind us. We were meant to stand together, little sister." Celestia said as she knelt down and put her hands on Luna's shoulders. "Your husband and daughter miss you so much. Will you accept my friendship?"
Luna stared at her older twin sister with tears welling in her eyes before she threw herself forward, hugging as tightly as possible.
"I'm so sorry! I missed you so much, big sister!"
Celestia teared up and returned the hug. "I've missed you, too..."
Sniffling and sobbing were heard as everyone turned to see Pinkie bawling a literal waterfall out of her eyes before blowing her nose. Katsuki was also looking away as Ghidorah smirked at him.
"Dude, are you crying?"
"No! I got some shit in my eyes, okay?!"
Gran Torino visited Toshinori and Celestia the next day. Most of the heroes were patched up from injuries sustained fighting the Nomus and cannon fodder villains. David and Melissa had flown over as fast as they could as soon as Toshinori and Celestia told them that Luna was free from Nightmare Moon's curse.
"So that brat turns out to be Nana's grandson," Gran Torino said sadly.
"Yes, after all, the DNA matched from the hands Twilight severed all the way back at the USJ." Celestia clarified.
"Didn't either of you have any contact with Nana Shimura's family?" Detective Tsukauchi asked.
"No, we didn't. After Nana's husband was killed, she sent her only son to be adopted in order to keep him away from the hero life, and asked us not to make contact." Gran Torino explained.
"Poor women didn't think of the long-term consequences..." Blast sighed. "I looked around the League's base and found Tomura's journal. Seems his father never truly understood why he was being sent off. When his mom never came back, he started to think it was the Hero life that was to blame, and took it out on his children."
Toshinori clenched his fist. "An extreme example of what could have happened to Young Kota."
"If only Kotaro Shimura had someone to guide him to understanding the same way Izuku and Twilight did with Kota." Celestia sadly lamented.
"Well, it's too late to turn back now. Tomura's chosen his path but I'm only glad that he's removed himself from All For One's influence." Toshinori sighed.
"I guess all we can do now is guide the next generation. All For One may be defeated once and for all...but the rest of his family is still at large." Gran Torino said.
"And that's why we must guide the next generation to be ready when the time comes," Celestia said firmly.
"WHOO-HOO! PARTY TIME!" Pinkie cheered.
Everyone was having a massive party in order to celebrate All For One's defeat and Luna's return.
"I felt like I had all of you guys with me in that punch," Izuku said to Twilight. "Like we were all punching together at once."
"Speaking of which, there's something I heard about," Tony spoke up. "Apparently UA has decided that the two Hero Course classes should be trained to become teams, instead of training them as individual heroes. The system as it stands is only promoting competition, which is getting in the way of doing the job right."
"Yeah, Monoma was a prime example of that..." Sunset frowned.
"But how does UA plan on handling these changes?" Junko asked.
"Apparently, Principal Nedzu has had it in plan ever since the USJ Incident," Kira said.
"School dorms?" Aizawa asked.
"Yes, that's correct. In this way, we can better safeguard our students, while helping them improve relations with each other." Nedzu clarified. "In this way, I hope we can lay the foundations for an all-new super-hero team."
"And in turn, you hope this will inspire other hero schools to do the same," Starswirl noted.
Nedzu nodded. "It'll be up to all of you to try and convince the families of our students to agree to let their children stay here full-time."
"What a pain..." Aizawa sighed bitterly as Present Mic patted him on the back.
Endeavor, now simply Enji Todoroki right now, was sitting in his personal quarters, drinking sake as he pondered everything that had happened in Kamino, sighing as he stared at the bottle and his reflection.
"A foolish goal, that's all it was...I was chasing a shadow this whole time and I have nobody to blame but myself."
"Do not sell yourself short, Enji," Celestia said as she sat across from him. "Things could have been a whole lot worse with your family had I not been there."
"I'll accept your proposal. There's nothing Shoto can learn from me now." Endeavor sighed. "Right now what he needs to learn is not how to become stronger, but how to become more compassionate. And being near people his own age is the only way I can see that happening."
Celestia giggled. "Indeed. Twilight and the others have a magical touch to them, after all."
"Ah, what say we have a few drinks after this?" Rockhoof suggested to Aizawa as they had finished talking with the Tokoyami Family.
"Um, I think it's better if we wait until we're off the clock." Mage Meadowbrook said. "Besides, for the most part, our students have only gotten minimal injuries. To parents that speaks volumes of how well we're working to keep them safe."
"Still, the Aoyama Family seemed more relieved than all of them put together. It's like a heavy burden was lifted from their very souls." Somnambula noted.
"The only ones we have left are the Yugure Family and Midoriya family. Both Twilight and Izuku were in the thick of enemy territory, after all." Aizawa said.
"The police are calling this a solid draw in terms of how things worked out," Toshinori said."All For One is gone for good this time, but the League of Villains is still at large."
Mistmane could see the look of sadness in Toshinori's eyes as she put a wrinkled hand on his shoulder.
"You wish there had been one person who could have helped poor young Shigaraki, don't you?"
"At that time, everyone must have ignored the shivering child on the street under the assumption some Hero or other would come to help him. How different would his life have been, if someone had simply offered a hand to help him?"
Tomura sat in the new hideout with his friends. Grogar had been kind enough to make him a makeshift throne of bones and darkness to sit on as he addressed everyone.
"All For One is as good as dead, now it's up to me to take my place as the new Symbol of Evil. But not yet. In order to keep a balance, we must wait until Izuku Midoriya is ready to become the new Symbol of Peace. We will need to train ourselves to be a team while we're waiting."
"Midoriya, Twilight, and their friends are many," Chrysalis said. "We will need to match their numbers with our own."
"Meh, as long as my goals can be met with yours, I can follow you wherever." Dabi shrugged.
"If our master Crimson Death was here, he would surely applaud your plan." Sliming Sadist chuckled.
"Yeah, Big Brother is right!" Cozy Glow said. "We need to trust each other in order to become a proper team!"
"And how do you even propose we do that?" Ableblade asked.
"Yeah, a few of us aren't exactly on friendly terms with each other," Gilda added. "Especially Dabi."
"Hey!"
Cozy Glow pouted before turning to Tomura, who gave her a nod as she smirked, already having an idea in mind for how to rally everyone together.

Time to try something

No more solo, trust is the way to go

"Please!" Dabi scoffed as he stepped up, folding his arms.
Dabi: No thanks, no way, I

Chrysalis scoffed as she stepped around Dabi seductively and caressed his burnt cheeks with a smirk.
Chrysalis: Ha! Stronger?

Cozy shook her head and stood up along with Tomura as they sang together in a duet.
Tomura/Cozy: It's time

League of Villains: Do we really need

"United as one!" Cozy said proudly as she held Spot's hand as he crouched down and affectionately rubbed her head.
"Teamwork? Please, what a fad." Ableblade said as he rolled his eyes.
Cozy: Combine all our strength
we'll go to any length
Once we have a better way to be bad
Cozy Glow grew out her wings and buzzed around as she sat on Banananasher's shoulders and tried to ride him like a horse but he bucked her off nonchalantly.
Cozy: Let's go, begin
this time we're gonna win
Banananasher: The ice you're on is thin,
so watch what you say!
Tomura put a hand on Aria's shoulder as she blushed in embarrassment before lightly pushing him away, which only made him smirk.
Tomura: I know you're in,
I think I see a grin
"For all this pain and torture, I swear you'll PAY!" Tirek snapped.
Tomura/Cozy: This time, we've got a
better way to be bad
League of Villains: Sounds
like a long shot,
this "better way" to be bad
Cozy: United as one
we'll make those heroes so sad
"If we say okay, would you just go away?" Heart Piercer groaned.
"Once we have a better way to be bad!" Cozy clarified.
The two then walked around, helping convince their teammates to rise and stand up.
Tomura: We want to break their friendship
We want to make them weak
Cozy: You want revenge on Endeavor
You want mutant etiquette!
Dabi and Spinner perked up and turned to each other before slowly nodding in agreement.
Tomura/Cozy: So let's increase our chances
By working as a team
To crush our enemies to dust
And laugh as they all scream!
This is what rallied all the villains to cheer in unison, thrusting their fists in the air triumphantly.
"I think I see a better way to be bad!" Tirek smirked proudly.
"Just put me in charge, make me queen, you'll be glad!" Chrysalis boasted.
"No! Listen to me, I'm the best of us three!" Sombra argued.
"THEN WE'LL SEE A BETTER WAY TO BE BAD!" The League all sang together.
Cozy: Wait!
This is my thing, a better way to be bad
Tomura: You shall do as I command,
I will rule this triad!
"Hey! This is my song!" Cozy complained as Tomura ruffled her head like a big brother would his little sister.
"Sorry, not any LONGER~! The rest of the League sang as Cozy pouted.
"A better way to be bad?" Twice asked. "NOW YOU'RE MAKIN' ME MAD!"
"Won't the Heroes be sad?" Sliming Sadist grinned.
"That will make us so glad!" Adagio crooned.
"NOW WE'VE GOT A BETTER WAY TO BE BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAD!"
The night sky echoed with the triumphant laughter of the newly united League of Villains.
I had been meaning to use 'A Better Way To Be Bad' for the League of Villain's newfound unity.
