Spells and Louds.
Chapter 909: Legendary Pokémon Proportions.

(February 27. Royal Woods.)

The Annual Royal Woods Pokémon festival has begun, and the battle is already commencing in the FutureTech setup arena and it is a Gigantamax brawl!

Everyone cheers at the fight, between the Gigantamax Duralodon from Neil A. Spellman against the Gigantamax Coalossal from Jack Cyber, and these two are letting their Pokémon at their full power to show everyone just who the heck the boss of this fight is!

Duraludon.
Alloy Pokémon. Steel and Dragon Type.
Its body resembles polished metal, and it's both lightweight and strong. The only drawback is that it rusts easily. The special metal that composes its body is very light, so this Pokémon has considerable agility. It lives in caves because it dislikes the rain.

Gigantamax Form.
It's grown to resemble a skyscraper. Parts of its towering body glow due to a profusion of energy. The hardness of its cells is exceptional, even among Steel types. It also has a body structure that's resistant to earthquakes.

Coalossal.
Coal Pokémon. Fire and Rock Type.
It's usually peaceful, but the vandalism of mines enrages it. Offenders will be incinerated with flames that reach 2,700 degrees Fahrenheit. While it's engaged in battle, its mountain of coal will burn bright red, sending off sparks that scorch the surrounding area. Evolved from Carkol.

Gigantamax Form.
Its body is a colossal stove. With Gigantamax energy stoking the fire, this Pokémon's flame burns hotter than 3,600 degrees Fahrenheit. When Galar was hit by a harsh cold wave, this Pokémon served as a giant heating stove and saved many lives.

Everyone did not think that Neil possessed another Pokémon partner, and his Garchomp watches this brawl happening from the stands alongside Gwen, Lily and Gothitelle. Everyone watches in awe as Coalossal unleashes a Gigantamax Flame blast, but it is countered by a hardened defense from Duralodon and he unleashes a Gigantamax Draco meteor!

The battle is turning intense and both men on the ground hold the line against each other and they continue to command their Pokémon to give it their all, then Neil yells. "Duralodon, lock it up and power up the Gigantamax Hyper Beam!"

Duralodon is prepared for this and charges up the attack, but Jack Cyber was not gonna let this happen. "Not right there, dude! Coalossal, let's give them the flame thrower!" The large walking coal plant Pokémon roars and then sets its rival a blazing.

"Hold it! Hold it! Do not hinder, remember your training!" yelled Neil, he too holds the line, and he is immune to fire. Duraludon is holding its own and is trying to be immune to these flames, despite the fact it is steel type and is weak to fire types, then Duraludon's eyes glow and he roars and opens his mouth and the hyper beam is charged!

Jack Cyber notices this. "Oh, we are scrapped." He is about to give commands to Coalossal, but it is too late and the blast from the hyper beam from Duraludon hits the walking coal beast of a Pokémon and the large thing begins to slowly wobble and then collapse.

Jack Cyber sees where he is going to crash. "Oh sh..." He then gets crushes, and then his Pokémon returns back to the Pokéball. "Ouch."

Everyone cheers from what had happened and Neil returns his Duraludon and he waves to everyone, they are all amazed that Neil had won this fight, with his new Pokémon friend, and from above the arena is where Gyro is, and he chuckles seeing this. "Well, what do you know, Neil did an amazing job in this fight and to have Gigantamax for the first bloody time too."

Gyro then feels the presence of three legendary bird Pokémon sitting next to him, they too were watching the battle unfold. "Surprised to see you lot here, welcome to Royal Woods Michigan, lads." Who are these three legendary bird Pokémon?

Articuno.

This legendary Pokémon scatters embers with every flap of its wings. It is a thrilling sight to behold. This legendary bird Pokémon is said to bring early spring to the wintry lands it visits. It is said to migrate from the south along with the spring. Has a Galarian form.

They all watch as another battle is made, and they also carry Jack Cyber away who is stunned that he got beaten, but at least he can finish what he has to do later and go to another world. The next battle is Lincoln with Absol and he is going to face Cristina Éclair and her Pokémon, Gardevoir and both sides are going to use a Megastone.

As the battle is about to begin, someone calls out. "Look!" They all look to the sky

Rayquaza.
The Sky High Pokémon. Dragon and Flying Type.
Rayquaza lived for hundreds of millions of years in the earth's ozone layer, never descending to the ground. This Pokémon appears to feed on water and particles in the atmosphere. Rayquaza is said to have lived for hundreds of millions of years in the earth's ozone layer, above the clouds. Its existence had been completely unknown because it lived so high in the sky. It flies endlessly in the ozone layer. It is said it would descend to the ground if Kyogre and Groudon were to fight. The many meteoroids in its body provide the energy it needs to Mega Evolve.

Tornadus.
The Cyclone Pokémon. Flying Type.
The lower half of its body is wrapped in a cloud of energy. It zooms through the sky at 200 mph. Tornadus expels massive energy from its tail, causing severe storms. Its power is great enough to blow houses away. In every direction it flies, creating winds so powerful, they blow everything away. Its power is great enough to blow houses away. Tornadus has a Therian Form.

Everyone is amazed by that sight and Gyro smirks. "Well, this seems normal and obvious. Rayquaza flying across the sky to check this world out, but only to return to the Pokémon world, and as for Tornadus..." The legendary Pokémon looks upon the battle going on. "I guess he wants to see this."

Then something white and large with wings flies down and goes by the guardian at great speed. Just then a large Pokémon lands in the middle of the battle and is now in front of Lincoln, and this Pokémon is none other than... "Lugia?!" Lincoln is baffled by this legendary Pokémon who has stepped in for Absol.

Everyone gasps and Lugia roars and shrieks and looks ready for a fight!

Lugia.
Diving Pokémon. Psychic and Flying Type.
It is said that it quietly spends its time deep at the bottom of the sea because its powers are too strong. It is said to be the guardian of the seas. It is rumored to have been seen on the night of a storm. It has an incredible ability to calm raging storms. It is said that Lugia appears when storms start. It sleeps in a deep-sea trench. If it flaps its wings, it is said to cause a 40-day storm.

Lugia shrieks and Absol knows what is going on and looks to Lincoln. "He says he wants to test his skills, Lincoln... This one is young and new wants to see the full potential of his own skills, he wants to take my spot to test his might and also learn how to cooperate, with trainers."

Gyro then calls out. "Fresh, new and ready to become stronger so he can return to his own world! You can't turn down an opportunity kid!"

Soon, the whole arena chants. "Lugia! Lugia! Lugia! Lugia! Lugia!"

Lincoln is surprised, and then he sees Cristina cross her arms and chuckle. "Come on, Spellman. I don't mind having my partner clash with this legend, because this is a true dang honor." Gardevoir nods and she crosses her arms.

Lincoln looks to Lugia and the legendary Pokémon, and the large winged beast nods. Lincoln smirks. "Well, alright." He then looks to Absol. "You chill with this buddy?"

"Indeed" replied Absol and he steps back and watches this go down.

Lincoln smirks. "Very well then." He then looks to his rival and then he calls out. "Then let's do this thing, Lugia!" Lugia shrieks and roars and then the fight begins as Lugia charges forward and readies an attack and so Gardevoir dashes forward with her attack, and the crowd goes wild and takes pictures of this epic legendary battle!

Gyro, along with the three legendary avian Pokémon, and Thundurus are impressed and amazed. "This is just getting good, and I like it!" He then looks up and sees the rainbow in the sky, and a large bird-like Pokémon flying by it, and he knows who it is. "Well, I'll be dang!"

Ho-Oh.
Rainbow Pokémon. Flying and Fire Type.
Legends claim this Pokémon flies the world's skies continuously on its magnificent seven-colored wings. A rainbow is said to form behind it when it flies. It will reveal itself before a pure-hearted trainer by shining its bright rainbow-colored wings. Its feathers—which glow in seven colors depending on the angle at which they are struck by light—are thought to bring joy. It is said to live at the foot of a rainbow. It is said that those who see Ho-Oh are promised an eternal happiness.

Gyro chuckles watching Ho-Oh fly by. 'The world is just getting started and bigger, and I do believe that soon... Pokémon will populate across the planet and...' Some fast things fly by in the sky and they go through a portal. Gyro then knows who those were. "Latias and Latios?"
