Perfect Strangers

"Son….we need to talk." Nolan said before letting out a sigh, "Mako, son, we need to have a talk….no." he said with a shake of his head. The Viltrumite was standing atop a mountain, his feet sunken into the snow as he sat atop a small rock. Ever since he returned from the Flaxan dimension, he knew that he needed to inform Mako on…..what the plan was. But he also was aware that Mako could react badly to the truth, Which is in part my own fault. I should have taken more steps to prepare him better for what's to come. he thought to himself.

Nolan clasped his hands together in front of him, "Son. We need to-" Beep! Beep! he heard his earpiece suddenly go off. Tapping it, he picked up the call, before he could answer with a greeting to the other line, a familiar voice came over.

"Dad! Dad it's me!" he heard Mako's panicked voice exclaim.

Concern filled him instantly, "Mako? What's-"

"Look I'm at the USJ and there's villains here and we can't get in touch with the school! Come and-*click*" was the last thing he heard from his son. Nolan took off from the mountain into the air and shot off directly for Japan!

Across the planet, deep within the offices of the GDA, Cecil watched as the red dot that they tracked down to be Nolan took off directly for Japan. "Shit." he cursed before reaching for his phone and dialing up Donald as All Might observed the sudden movement on the screen with concern. "Donald, what's the status on U.A?" he asked to his right hand man across the phone.

"The principal just left with a number of hero teachers to investigate, but it's a half hour away by car. We tried reaching out to other heroes in the nearby area but we haven't heard back from them." Donald informed, making the director grit his teeth.

"Nolan just took off for Japan, a call came out from the area and we think it might have been Mako. Get every hero over there on standby. NOW!" he ordered before hanging up. He turned to All Might, "Time to get your ass in gear." he said, the number 1 hero standing up at the ready.

"Right, I'll head to the USJ and protect the students-" he began.

"No, your going to meet Nolan head on. The other teachers will handle the USJ." he said, making All Might recoil in disbelief, "Right now we have one of the strongest beings on the planet heading sight for one of the most populated places on the planet." he said as he looked at the screen showing Nolan's acceleration towards Japan.

All Might stared Cecil down in disgust, "Those are children in danger Cecil! I can't ignore them!" he protested.

Cecil glared back with a cold gaze, "I am well aware, but I'm also well aware of the bigger picture, like the alien that's heading right there now who's a confirmed killer of superheroes around the damn world." he argued as he pointed at the screen. "This is your problem, you don't think of the bigger picture, just because you punch a tornado means that you're the only one who can stop every single crime! You need to be smart about how you use what little time you have left, instead of stupid ground level bullshit you should be on call when shit hits the fan. LIKE NOW." he said forcefully as All Might's stature grew in size until he was in his muscle form, now having a good five feet on the GDA director.

Cecil didn't flinch, "I'm your only hope of getting back to Japan in time to really do anything, so either your on board or your looking for a fight back." he stated sternly.

All Might grit his teeth, "My students are in danger Cecil."

"….I know. But you are not the only teacher at this school for heroes, the rest are on their way there. And you know that Nolan is a bigger threat." he said reasonably.

All Might sighed in irritation, "This is why I hate working with you." he admitted.

Cecil looked away, "Yeah well you're not the only one. Now get going." he said as he opened a doorway for the symbol of peace. All Might stepped through the portal, hoping that his students would be safe.

"Ok am I the only one a little freaked out by the fact that this dude's brains are exposed?" Mako asked aloud as the Nomu's eyes focused on him. The rest of is class was sandwiched between the stairs which led down to where the villains where, and the creature in front of him. Aizawa was at the staircase looking back at his student as he faced the monstrous looking villain, he knew that his chances against a group of villains weren't as good as against a single one, but turning his back on a group of enemies was an easy way to be overwhelmed. And that was without having to worry about his students getting somewhere safe.

"Thirteen! Get the students out of here and past that thing! I'll hold off the remaining villains! Just get everyone to safety!" he called out as he pulled his goggles up over his eyes and grabbed the ends of his scarf. The students looked back at their teacher in disbelief, he was going to fight all those villains?!

"Understood!" 13 said without hesitation as she rushed in front of the students and Mako before holding her hand out, the cap on the edge of her finger flipped open and Mako watched as everything in front of her began to be pulled in by a powerful vacuum! Mako stepped back as he watched the ground and air around the large creature be pulled towards the space hero.

The Nomu sensed the danger and raised its arms up before shooting them down into the ground, the shockwave causing 13 to the stumble into unbalance. She quickly capped her fingers before she could loose control before the Nomu charged at her, Mako quickly pushed her aside and was tackled by the Nomu, leaping off the platform with Mako in it's grasp! Mako pulled them up into the air so they were flying through the facility, "Alright, you can't fly apparently, good to know." he said before slamming his elbow down atop the monster's brain and knocking it off him.

Mako looked up from his enemy to the group of villains at the bottom of the stairs. He saw one of them raise their fingers at him and open fire however the bullets merely bounced off his costume upon impact, "Yeah that doesn't really work on me!" he called out. The villain who was shooting at him suddenly stopped as Aizawa came down from behind them and drove his foot into the fact of their head.

His hair flattened out as he looked up to his student through his goggles, "Mako! Go back to the rest of the students!" he ordered.

The viltrumite looked over to the doors, as he took off towards the rest of his class mates a black blur slammed into him in midair! "GNH! Come on!" he complained as the Nomu slammed him into the ceiling of the USJ. Mako shot from the ceiling and down into the dome of one of the disaster zones of a burning city. Bashing the villain against the ground, Mako flew back away as the villain quickly recovered and charged at him, "Alright then you overgrown chicken! Let's go!" he shouted before charging at the Nomu as well!

Mako's fist collided with the side of it's head, the creature didn't so much as stumble as it's own hand was driven into Mako's chest, the teen gasped at the sudden loss of air before the other fist punched the side of his face and sending him grinding against the ground. Christ he is strong! Mako thought as the Nomu leapt at him with his arms raised over head.

Mako shot into the chest of the creature with his elbow, slamming it against the fake wall of one of the burning buildings, stepping back Mako swung his hands inti the sides of the creature's head, each hit making the crater of the wall deepen!

WHAM! WHAM! WHAM! WHAM! WHAM! WHAM! WHAM! WHAM!

Mako's fist was thrown once more, but the Nomu's hand shot up and caught it, "Uh oh…" Mako said before he was flung and through the wall that the Nomu was against! The entire section of the wall gone, the creature still grabbed Mako's hand as it spun around and threw him through the entire ground floor of the building. Tumbling across the street, Mako groaned in pain as he picked himself up off the ground. "Ok….your pretty tough." he admitted as the monster walked through he hole it made with Mako's body.

Really hope dad is on his way here. he thought as he raised his fists again.

All Might took a deep breath as he stood on the rooftop looking out over the ongoing evacuation of the ward. Cecil had sprung into action as soon as Nolan's flight trajectory became clear. He was heading straight for the USJ, and as much as he wanted to protect his students from the threat they now faced, the one he currently faced was a threat not only to them but the world and society as a whole. "All right, we've evacuated about 89% of the populous, we'll keep working while you hold him off but remember, the objective is to take him out." Cecil said as a red streak began zooming towards All Might's location.

The symbol of peace clenched his fist as the streak of red suddenly stopped above him, Nolan looking down at him bizzarely. "All Might? What are you-" he began before shaking his head, "-doesn't matter, the USJ is under attack by villains! We need to get there now!" he urged.

"…I know Nolan." he said, making the flying 'hero' look at him in confusion, "I know what you've been doing Nolan." he clarified as he looked up at the alien directly. Omni Man's posture stiffened before peeling away into a more relaxed state. The concern on his face melting away into a neutral, calculating expression that made the symbol of peace grit his teeth.

"…..your not smart enough to put the pieces together…Cecil." he realized with distain. "And so he sends you…..not a bad idea." he admitted as his hand clenched together.

"Nolan. I have to know. Why?" he asked.

The viltrumites scoffed, "Why would I ever need to explain myself to something like you?" he asked before shooting forward! All Might's arm twisted up, deflecting the punch as he countered with his own aimed at Nolan's chest! The alien was sent flying back through the air and into the side of a building, the impact shattering glass and stone on the side where he cashed into.

Nolan coughed as he pulled himself out of the concrete, his chest was in pain from that counterattack, before he could push off however he was driven through the entire building by All Might launching himself at him! Slamming him down onto the pavement, All Might's hand was clasped around Nolan's neck and squeezing toughly, the symbol of peace for Earth's other fist raised back before slamming into his face! The ground cracked from each impact, but Nolan quickly braced his feet against All Might's chest and kicked him off into the air!

Nolan rolled onto his feet and shot up after All Might, the hero flipped backwards in midair as Nolan reached him, kicking up upside the head before grabbing onto the alien's costume. Before he could continue his assault, Nolan's head slammed into his own and sent All Might back down to earth, the hero landing on his feet rubbed his now cut forehead before looking up as Nolan wiped some blood off the corner of his mouth, "Ngh, I see now. You're strong yes, but your attacks are pressurized." he realized.

All might frowned, while he was indeed physically strong, it was the force of his attacks themselves that did most of the damage, "You can save yourself some pain if you give up now Nolan!" All Might called up to him. Those hits were around 100% of my power, they're hurting him but I barely have an hour before my time limit is up! he thought before Nolan shot down towards him!

All Might shot leapt up to meet Nolan faster than the blink of an eye, the two colliding with each other with such force the buildings along the street shook from the impact! All Might's Back slammed into the ground as Nolan ground him down the street his fist colliding his face a number of times before All Might slammed his knees into Omni Man's chest, causing the two to tumble down the street with the hero recovering first.

Nolan forced himself to a stop further down, looking up from his concentration he saw All Might rushing towards him. He dashed to the side as All Might threw a punch, causing a blast of air pressure to shoot off down the street before Omni Man flew back with a strike to the head, he followed it up with an uppercut but the hero dodged the attack and countered with another blow to the gut, sending Nolan through buildings with debris flying after him and smashing against him occasionally before he once again stopped himself in the middle of an apartment building.

Nolan grit his teeth in irritation before shotting up through the floors of the building. As soon as he hit the sky, All Might leapt up after him, Nolan saw him coming and before All Might could react, flew around him and hit the hero through the air before flying after him, "You might be able to put up a good fight on the ground, but up in the air? You can't do anything!" he declared as he knocked All Might down towards a building, clipping the side of it before crashing through a neon sign that Nolan chased him through!

All Might suddenly threw his fists back! A burst of air shooting him past Nolan, grabbing the alien's cape in the process before pulling him back for a strike to his back, making him recoil and cry out in pain before All Might drew his fist back, "TEXAS SMASH!" He announced loudly before slamming his fist down into Nolan's face and sending the alien down to the ground, the force causing a massive impact that blew out the ground from the impact!

As all Might fell from the sky, he looked down to the now massive crater where a number of buildings had sunken into. AS the smoke and dust began to clear, in the middle of the crater, standing, was Omni Man, with a bloody nose. Shit. All Might thought before Nolan zoomed up and cracked him cross the jaw with a powerful punch that sent him flying back through the sky, the alien flying after him in pursuit.

Mako's foot slammed down atop the Nomu's head before reeling it back and kicking it through another wall. Ok this is not going like I planned. he thought to himself as he flew around the side of the mock building on fire. Right away he knew that this thing was tough but every time he hit this thing no matter how hard it didn't even seem to feel it! Hopefully this will do something! he thought as he flew down behind the building as the wall burst apart as the Nomu flew through it towards Mako as he clasped his hands together and swiped at the back of the monster's head into the ground, the impact making a small shockwave.

The Nomu slammed down into the ground, and immediately turned it's head to look at the teen, "Oh shi-!" he began to exclaim before his leg was grabbed and he was slammed into the pavement beside the creature before it tossed him into the side of the building he had knocked it through. Mako could feel the building shake as he hit it, stopping himself in midair from falling, "Wait a second…." he said to himself before turning back to the creature, "That all you got?" he taunted. The creature let out a growl before leaping at Mako once again, this time the teen flying out of the way as the feature crashed into the building, causing it to shake again.

"Only one chance!" he said to himself as he looped back and directed himself to the ground floor, flying straight through the remaining walls on the bottom floor and destabilizing the building! As it collapsed in on itself, Mako burst out through the dome of the fire zone. "Alright I don't know if that'll stop him but it'll at least slow him down." Mako said to himself before looking around at the chaos, by the entrance to the facility was a large black shadow similar to the one the villains had emerged from with a chunk of the students there, however he noticed that most where gone!

"Oh shit where is everyone else?" he asked as he looked around for any sign of the others, in the center of the USJ he saw Aizawa tearing through the villains one at a time. His first instinct was to fly in and help but he shook his head, "No, he's a pro, he can handle himself. I got to get everyone out of here." he said before a loud 'Boom!' echoed across the place. Turning to the sound of the explosion, he saw that the small ship in the water zone had begun to sink, he could also see a number of shapes in the water.

Flying towards the water zone, he passed over the gigantic pool and saw it filled with various aquatic villains surrounding the sinking ship! Looking at the bow of the vessel, his eyes widened when he saw a familiar mop of green hair, "Izuku!" he called out as he flew down. His friend, along with Mineta and Tusyu, looked up as he lifted his feet out to land.

"Mako! You're ok!" Izuku said in relief, his friend was scuffed up with some of his costume a little nicked and torn, but Mako wasn't visibly hurt aside from the bloody nose he had. "Where's that big villain?" he asked.

"Buried under a fake building, what happened to you guys?! How'd you even get here?" he asked.

"After you left with that villain, we tried to make a rush for the door, but this other, foggy villain appeared. He covered us with smoke and the next thing we knew, we were here." Tsuyu answered before looking out over the water. "I found Mineta and Midoriya in the water and brought them here, I thought it was the safest bet, but I just ended up trapping us here." she said sadly.

"We gotta get out of here! Can't you fly us back to U.A?" Mineta asked in a panic.

Mako shook his head, "Not all at once, I'd have to take a bunch of trips. Two or three at a time." he said as he looked out to the other zones. "And I have no idea where the others could be." he admitted. He didn't see anyone in the Fire Zone but his and the Nomu's fight was relegated to one part of it.

"And even if he does try, that warping villain could do the same thing as earlier." Midoriya added thoughtfully.

Mako's hand crushed the railing he was grabbing, "Shit I didn't even think of that." he cursed. He took a second the breathe, "Alright let me get you guys off the ship first." he said. Izuku suddenly stopped him, "What?"

"Mako that big villain you were fighting? Well…." he looked at Tsuyu who nodded, "We think….we think it's here for All Might." he explained, making the teen's eyes widen.

"What?! Wait, what do you even mean?" he barked in confusion.

Izuku took a breath, "Ok, so All Might was suppoused to meet us here right? But he didn't show up-" he began, Mako nodded as he followed along. "-they said that they plan to kill All Might, they even knew the schedule for the class today and knew that he was suppoused to be here." he explained.

The half human blinked in surprise, "Oh shit…..that's why I can't hurt it! I've been hitting that thing with everything I got and it's just taking it." he realized.

Midoriya nodded, "Exactly, I think that thing has a quirk that lets it be equal to All Might in some way." he said, causing Mako to bite the inside of his cheek. He had no chance of taking down something that strong! "So I don't think you should fight it." Mako looked to him expectantly, "Instead, focus on getting everyone else together, once your dad shows up? They'll probably all rush him, and let us escape." he reasoned.

Mako pursed his lips together, it was a solid plan, but leaving his dad alone with something that could kill All Might? "Man, I don't know, it's my dad…."

Izuku gave him a confident look, "And you're dad is almost as strong as All Might."

Mako snorted, "Ok, first off, we've had this argument before. And second….thanks." he said gratefully, "Now all abord!" he said before pointing to himself. A few seconds later Mako carried Izuku and Tsuyu under one of each arm with Mineta holding onto him with his arms around the back of his neck. "Alright, we just need to hold out until my dad gets here, he should be on his way now." he said hopefully as they flew over the water and flew towards the top of the staircase. As they approached, Iida and Uraraka turned around and saw the four approaching.

"Mako! Deku!" Uraraka exclaimed as he touched down and let go of his passengers.

Ahead of them, a large black shadow haze blocked the only way out of the USJ, "Let me guess, shadow guy who warped everyone?" he assumed, Iida curtly nodded, "Alright then, don't know how to beat that exactly." he admitted. It would be one thing if he could hit the guy but this thing didn't seem to have a physical body to begin with! "Iida, I'm going to go find the other students and bring them back here." he announced.

The class rep looked at him conflictedly, "I….I don't want you to put yourself in danger Mako but….." the Tenya son's head bowed down slightly before turning to Mako. "Bring all of them back so we can all get out of here! We'll try to get someone past this villain and get a message to the school!" he declared. Mako was taken aback by the determination in his friend's voice, but nodded in affirmation.

"Got it Iida. Stay safe!" he said before turning around and taking off towards the nearest zone, being the mudslide area where he spotted a number of villains scaling the sides towards the top where he could see Jiro, Momo, and Kaminari fighting them off. The creating heroine producing a long metal staff and stirking one in the face with it.

As he stumbled back, he growled, "You'll pay for that you little-" he began before a yellow gloved fist slammed into his jaw and sent him into another villain that was aout to attack Kaminari! "Hey guys!" he exclaimed as he swung a foot into the side of a villain, kicking him off the cliff as Kaminari used his quirk to shock one.

"Mako! Dude you're alive!" the electric user said as Mako flew past him and uppercutted a villain that was behind him. Mako gave him a look through his mask, "Sorry! Right, paying attention." he confirmed before a villain shot up from the ground behind the viltrumites and grabbed him before electrocuting him.

Mako yelped at the bunning pain dancing across his body, "Ha! I got one, he's a strong one!" the villain declared in premature triumph before the teen's elbow rammed back into his gut, knocking the wind out of him before Kaminari swung a pipe that Momo tossed to him into the villain's face.

"Guess we're even." Mako said before turning to Jiro as she used the amps in her boots to destabilize the side of a cliff and make the villains climbing up it fall down to the lower plateau. "I'm getting everyone back to the entrance, get on!" he said, pointing over his shoulder to his back.

Momo seemed to realize something, "Wait! Take me and Jiro up." she said.

Kaminari looked at her like he'd just been stabbed in the back, "WHAT ABOUT ME?!" he exclaimed in dismay.

Jiro gave him a look, "Think spark for brains, if we get clear…?" she began as she gestured around with her hands.

The proverbial lightbulb went off above his head, "Oh! I get it!" he realized as Momo and Jiro rushed to Mako's sides.

The punk girl gave him a stern look, "Watch the hands." she warned. Mako held them up and nodded in understanding before wrapping them around their waists and lifting the two up as villains began to converge on top of the plateau as sparks began to shoot off Kaminari.

When he was a good fifty feet above the top of the mountain, Kaminari let loose, "Indiscriminate shock! 1000 volts!" he yelled out before lighting shot off around him and shocked all the villains into unconsciousness like a human taser. When the sparks stopped, the blonde' expression turned into a distant look with a little drool coming out the corner of his mouth, "Yaaaay." he groaned out as Mako landed behind him.

"Uh….is he ok?" Mako asked unsurely.

"Yaaaay." Kamanri replied as he gave him a double thumbs up, Jiro had to cover her mouth to stop herself from chuckling.

"I will take that as a yes. Hop on my back." he said, the four taking off towards the entrance a minute later with Mako dropping them off on the staircase near the top. Flying up, he looked towards the door in time to see Izuku brace himself with his hand grabbing his other and his finger about to flick, "What the hell is he-" he began before he flicked his finger with a torrent of wind shooting out into the smoke villain, "Holy shit!" he exclaimed as Iida quickly shot forward as fast as he could possibly go, the dispersed black fog not closing in time for him to rush towards the front doors of the USJ! "Way to go-"

Mako's shout was interrupted as slab of concrete stuck him in the side of the head, knocking him out of the air and making him fall down the stairs! Holding the side of his head, he groaned as he looked up to once again see the Nomu standing over him, "You know….you really ruined my afternoon today." Mako lightly mocked before clenching his fist and swinging it up into the foe's gut, the force not so much as making the monster stumble before it swiped Mako in the side of his face!

Nolan's fist struck into the face of All Might, sending the hero own the road and knocking all cars aside that where thankfully abandoned y the time their fight had taken them closer to the USJ. Shit! All Might cursed to himself as he slowed to a stop, out the corner of his eye, he saw a hero pull a couple into an alley out of the way of the battle. Nolan was content on getting to the USJ, and with his ability to fly, All Might was at a disadvantage in terms of mobility. Thankfully his speed allowed him to catch up and halt any noticeable advancement, giving other heroes time to extract civilians out of the way.

His assumption was that Cecil must have reached out to every hero in the area and informed them of the situation, thankfully none of them had tried to intervene.

Nolan shot down the road towards him, All Might reacted fact and turned around, grabbing the car behind him and swinging it around as Nolan reached him! Swatting him into the second story of the building opposite of where the civilians where evacuated before charging after him with eh car smashing into Nolan first and taking them through the building into the sky above the rooftops.

Nolan batted the car away and quickly closed the distance between them, headbutting All Might who struck back with an uppercut that sent him higher into the air as he landed and shot up after him before he could take off! Nolan darted back as All Might shot up, making the symbol of peace's eyes widen, Damnit! he cursed as Nolan shot off below him. Throwing a fist out, the air pressure shot him back on an intercept course for Nolan, grabbing him by the leg and throwing him down towards the street!

Omni Man yelled as he crashed through the middle of a truck, All Might landed on the street and skidded to a halt, "Woah!" All Might's hairs stood up on end as he whirled around to the sight of a young man standing and watching with his phone out, recording the events before him.

"Young man! Leave the area at once-" All Might began before a red blur shot past him and grabbed the man by the back of his neck, making him choke out a yell as Nolan lifted him up like he was a pebble. "LET HIM GO!" All Might demanded.

"Or what?" Nolan asked with irritation, he hoisted the young man up as he tried to claw at Nolan's hands, spikes emerging from beneath his clothes, his quirk trying to pierce All Might's hands but to no avail. The alien looked at the man in his hands with pity, "Those spikes of yours can't hurt me, but who knows? With enough time? Training? Pushing yourself? You possibly could." he mused.

"Put. Him. Down. Nolan." All Might growled out, drawing the alien's attention away from his captive.

"All right." Nolan said.

The man went flying from Nolan throwing him like the pebble he was. "NO!" All Might exclaimed before leaping after him. Nolan scoffed before taking off in the opposite direction towards the USJ. He would be there in maybe five minutes.

Meanwhile, All Might caught the civilvian in his arms and landed on the street, setting them down as they clutched at their neck, "Stay here! I'll send some medics here to treat you!" he said before shooting off down the road.

Damnit! Nolan I had hoped that you wouldn't endanger any civilians in our battle! he thought in frustration.

"Toshi what the hell are you doing!? Get after him!" he heard Cecil bark in his ear through the earpiece he had been given. Looking up, he saw Omni Man flying above him about a mile ahead of him through the sky, his red and white costume standing out against the sky. He could also see some small black shapes following him, they were news coppers!

All Might swore under his breath before leaping off and tackling Nolan through the air, the Viltrumite turning to him with a sneer before landing a right hook to try and knock the hero off him to no avail. All Might's let loose a rapid sucesson of blows to Noln's chest, each hit bringing them further down to earth until they crashed in a park. "New York Smash!" All Might exclaimed before raining down a fluury of punches onto Omni Man, striking him at speeds the normal human eye could barely keep track of, Nolan's head taking a bevy of blows before he suddenly reached up and caught both hands!

Flinging them over his head he slammed All Might into the ground before flying upright and flinging him through the park, knocking aside trees, light posts, and flew out the other side of the park and into the side of a building! Nolan stumbled as he stoof up, his costume scuffed and cut up from the impacts of All Might. He used the time to catch his breath for a moment before inhailing a deep breath and taking off into the sky once more.

Four minutes away now.

"Seriously dude will you just give it a rest for like five minutes?!" Mako yelled as he kicked the Nomu right on the head, his heel slamming down on the monster's exposed brain. As it hit the ground, Mako's foot swung back and kicked the beast as hard as he could, the black skinned goliath flying through the air and towards one of the zones. "Oh damnit! Did I just kick it towards someone like Kirishima? Or…..maybe Bakugo?" he said, his voice a little more hopeful at the later option,

Shaking his head he turned back to the middle of the USJ, most of the other villains where down with the exception of the two that Aizawa-make that one-and now it was zero. They were all down, and the teacher was the last one standing, "Sensei!" he called out before flying over to his teacher's side as he caught his breath, he turned to Mako as he stopped on the ground, the leader of the group watching them from a few feet away.

"Stand back!" His teacher ordered, making his student freeze, "Mako, what's the status of the other students?" he asked.

He glanced up towards the stairs, "Well, I got most of them to the others at the top of the stairs, Iida managed to get out of here and is probably going to get more help. But big, dark, and brain damaged has been keeping me from finding the others." he explained, looking over to the leader of the villains. Mako shivered at the 'costume' he wore, severed hands that gripped him at various joints of his body with one over his face.

Aizawa's gaze was focused on the lead villain as well, "Alright then." he said as he grabbed the length of his memory fabric scarf, "Hold back while I handle their leader." he said before darting off after the grey haired young man with speed that took Mako off guard for a brief moment.

"I gotta say Eraser, it took me a little while to understand you." he said as Aizawa closed the distance between them and slammed his elbow low into the boss' gut, making him grunt in pain as Aizawa's hair fell down over his eyes. "But I noticed something, the longer you fight, the shorter you can use your quirk." he said before the teacher hissed in pain. At his elbow, the villain grabbed him before he could pull away, and his shirt and skin began to crack and fall away!

Mako's eyes widened beneath his lenses as anger flooded him, "LET HIM GO!" he shouted as he took off towards the villain, only to have a knee slam down on his back and pin him down against the ground! Mako grunted before the back of hi and Aizawa's heads where grabbed and slammed down into the concrete, the student suffering less damage than his teacher due to his power.

As Mako struggled to pry the hand off the back of his head, a shadow passed over him, "You know, I'm actually surprised by you." Mako's chin ground against the pavement to look up at the boss of the villains. "Nomu here? He was made to kill All Might, but he managed to play around with you pretty well." he said with genuine interest.

Mako grunted, "Gee, I'm flattered!" he growled out as he tried to lift up again before the Nomu slammed his head down.

"Mako…..don't….." Awiaza wheezed out.

"You should listen to Erasure, you might be strong for another snot nosed student, but Nomu? You can't even hurt him, he's made to go toe to toe with All Might. With the quirks he has? He doesn't stand a chance." he bragged.

That made mako stop, Quirks? Plural? he thought to himself in confusion, if this thing had multiple quirks then it was no wonder he couldn't out beat it with his strength. He had assumed that it was just super strong based on what Izuku said but this thing had other tricks up it's sleeve?! Ok, think Mako! You're not Izuku but his quirk knowledge must have rubbed off on you! You can't beat him, you can't outrun it, how do I…wait a second… he thought as he began to slowly realize something.

"Made? Like…..a monster?" he asked.

the villain chuckled, "In as many words. Yes. Doesn't even resemble who it once was anymore." he said darkly, making a chill go down Mako's spine. "Now what I'm wondering is you, you're clearly tough, but I wonder how durable. See my quirk allows me to break down whatever I touch. I wonder how long and how painful it'll be for it to work on you." he said as he reached down. Mako began to struggle in the monster's grasp, he knew what he needed to do but this thing had him pinned!

The villain's hands reached out, slowly coming closer and closer to Mako's face, What do I do!? What do I do!? What do I do!? What do I do!? What do I do!? he asked himself in a panic!

Suddenly, he stopped, "Wow….you really are pretty cool Eraser Head." Mako tuned to see his teacher GLAREING at the villain, his red eyes straining before the Nomu lifted his head up and once more slammed it down with a CRACK!

Once again, anger flew through Mako at the sight of his teacher in pain, "Get….OFF….HIM!" Mako shouted before suddenly shooting up with the Nomu, Aizawa dropping as the Nomu's arms wrapped around Mako and began to squeeze!

Mako took a deep breath and flew up. The two crashed directly through the center of the ceiling, I can't beat you. I'm just not strong enough. he admitted as he flew higher. The Nomu's grip on him tightened the higher they flew, But Honestly? I think All Might could kick your weirdo ass, but he's not here. So I'll have to do. he thought as he continued to climb in hight above the clouds.

Honestly this only clicked when he said that you were made, you're not a person. So I don't really feel bad about this. he thought as the sky got darker.

See you might be strong as All Might, maybe my dad? But I'm pretty sure they didn't think to give you enhanced lungs. Ones that you'll need to last out here in space! he thought as he broke them both through the atmosphere and into the dark void around Earth.

Mako grit his teeth as the Nomu continued to squeeze the young man, seconds ticked by and the grasp around Mako began to slightly loosen, giving Mako the chance to break out from the grasp and fly away from the Nomu a good few feet, the monster reached out, trying to grab at the teen only to grift further and further away, pulled by the orbit of the planet. Mako rubbed his sore side, Good riddance! he thought before taking off back towards Earth.

The boss villain of the group's neck craned back as he looked up at the hole which Nomu and the other student has disappeared to, "What…what just happened?" he asked as a swirling vortex opened up beside him with a vapor in the shape of a head emerging from it.

"Shigaraki, I am unable to open a portal to the Nomu." he informed, causing the villain to turn his head back in disbelief.

The now named leader shook in anger as his hands rose up to the sides of his neck and began to scratch, "Between this, and the fact you let one of those students get away….you're glad that you're our way out of this mess Kurugiri or I'd kill you!" he growled out angerly as his skin began to become irritated from the scratching. Suddenly he stopped and turned his attention to Aizawa. "Well then, if we can't fightthe boss today, we might as well snipe one of his friends." he said as he began reaching for the teacher.

Suddenly a ice wall shot up between him and the unconscious teacher! "What?!" Shigaraki barked out as he leapt back a few feet. Before Kurugiri could move to assist his master, an expsion rang out behind him!

"DIE!" Bakugo shouted triumphantly before grabbing something solid and pinning the villain down. Bakugo looked down at the villain with a feral grin as his hand pressed against what would be described as a metal collar, as he tried to move, a small explosion rattled the collar, "Go ahead and move, I'd love and excuse to blow you straight to hell!" he challenged as Kirishima rushed over to his side with a grin.

"Woah there, not exactly heroic." he teased the blonde.

Shigaraki gritted his teeth, their plan was falling apart before his eyes, the Nomu was gone, his villains had been dispatched by Eraser Head and the students, he couldn't kill anyone because every chance he got was stopped! And All Might wasn't even here! "Sensei!" Shigaraki's head craned to the ice where the voice came from.

On the other side, Izuku rushed over to his sensei's side, after seeing Katuski and Kirishima making their way towards the center of the USJ he took off to intercept them and direct them to the others. Only to see their teacher not moving on the ground, carefully lifting his arm over his shoulder, Izuku hissed when his broken finger was brushed against by the limp arm.

The young man dragged his teacher back from the ice as it began to crack apart and shattered, a pale hand reaching out and touching it where it once stood. As Shigaraki reached out for the petrified green haired teen, a loud BOOM echoed before part of the ceiling came down with a shape falling down towards the group of heroes in training! Bakugo leapt back, grabbing Kirishima as it hit the ground with an impact that sent everyone flying back!

Izuku looked back to see a familiar shape rise out of the crater.

"All Might?!" he exclaimed in shock in seeing his hero in a beaten up state, his clothes torn and him bloody with a frown etched across his features.

The symbol of Peace looked over to his students and shot his hand out, "Everyone! Get back to safety Now!" he called out. Izuku was taken aback by the command in All Might's voice, he turned to Aizawa as Kirishima rushed over to help him.

"Oh crap." he said suddenly, making Izuku look up to see the villains whom Eraser had knocked out begin to get back up.

"Hey is that All Might?" one of them with a turtle shell and spikes asked.

"Shit it is! He's here!" another one with a mohawk exclaimed as three other villains got up. Izuku gulped, they were outnumbered six to one, and their teacher was out cold! As Izuku swallowed nervously, he channeled his quirk into his other undamaged arm.

If I use another finger, I can just flick them away! It'll clear a path and it'll maybe knock out a few of them! he thought hopefully.

That was right before the villain with a spikey shell was shatted with a fst going through his chest, the one with the mohawk's head was snapped around with his upper vertebre poking out from his flesh, one of the villains just nocticed before being cleaved in two from shoulder to hip.

The sheer brutatilty alone is what shocked most of the students into numbness, but what caused Izuku's breath to stop was seeing who it was with bloody hands among the gore. "M….Mr. Metuki…..?" he whispered in horror as Nolan floated forward.

Shigaraki watched the events unfold with a sadistic grin, "Oh….oh this is better then I could have hoped." he said to himself as Kurugiri formed a swirling vortex behind him. Stepping back through it, he almost didn't want to leave and miss the show, but the state of things right now where more then he could ever imagine.

"Izuku. Where is Mako?" Nolan asked in a neutral voice.

Izuku's legs were frozen in place, his voice couldn't even form in his throat, he could barely even hear hat Nolan was saying over the sound of his own own heart beating in his ears. The other students where just as bad as he was. Bakugo himself was shaking in place, his fight or flight instincts fighting against one another. Shoto was all but frozen in place ironically, and Kirishima looked deathly pale, the only one who moved was All Might, who threw a punch towards Nolan, only for him to raise his arm and block it before countering with a hard body blow to the symbol of peace's side.

All Might coughed up blood from the blow to his injury, "Pathetic." Nolan growled out before backhanding him aside.

"All Might!" Izuku exclaimed as his hero was knocked to the side, still on his feet but breathing heavily.

Nolan turned back to Izuku, and the 9th inheritor of One for All shakily raised his hands with a defiant look. Nolan gave him a look of Pity, "Izuku. You don't stand a chance son. Just tell me where-"

"Dad?" Nolan turned around to see Mako floating in the air with a disbeleifing expression on his face, looking down at the dead bodies of villains on the ground and to his father's bloody hands as a helicopter flew over the hole made in the ceiling of the USJ. "D….Dad what…" he tried to ask as his father floated up to him.

He took a deep breath. "Son…..we need to talk."

AN: Yeah I'm gonna stop this here.

Now I've gotten a few messages that show surprise with this happening this soon in the story, but in the grand scheme of things? This is the inciting incident for Invicible. I mean it's a big season finale but this is the end of the 12th issue, it's literally 1/12 of the way through the story of invicible.

Speaking of the story of invincible, Season 2 of the show is confirmed to have 20 episodes! I mean jesus I thought we'd get fifteen or something but at this rate?! We'll have one of the greatest comic book fights in history on TV!

Guest2: Well Mako doesn't exact beat the Nomu, but he does use what he's learned so far to win against it. And honestly I'm not the biggest Spawn fan, I just know in the comic Spawn does appear in, he looks like Al Simmons does, but it's only like a few panels and it's not like the biggest deal at the moment in the issue.

But no, Invincible at a point cannot share a universe with all other image comic characters due to what happens in the story. Aside from fun cameos.

For'Sleepy: See here's the thing, quirks are tied to DNA from my understanding. Almost like traits inherited from parents. However Viltrumite DNA is so pure that Mark, someone who should be half viltrumite, is almost full blooded. So I don't think viltrumites can hold quirks? It could be that only humans are able to, and honestly…..I wouldn't put it past Cecil.

Sarcasm Sage 626: Well Invicible is an Indi comic that ended a few years ago, and it didn't get a ton of traction until the amazon series.

Sarcasam Sage 626: You'll get a better view of how Nolan views this version of humanity next chapter. And yeah, I think a theme of MHA is that perseverance and hard work is what leads to change. Mako's change is more out of just his genetics, it makes him feel like he didn't earn his place like his best friend who he's seen struggle the same as him for years at that point. In the comics, Mark is a good person who is inspired by comic book heroes and that's here, but if that's why he becomes a hero, why does he stay a hero? That's something I want to kind of explore a little.

Alber1marti: See I don't think I would deem what Nolan thinks as moronic? I see it more as the fruits of having your actions driven by pure logic. Like the viltrumites culling the weak from their society is basically Darwinism, survival of the fittest applied to a intelligent species. As we learn more about them, I think it becomes clearer that they're not like saiyns like some people think.

thedark2: Ok I've discussed this before, but Nolan is strong, but he's not like superman strong, there's a limit to what he can lift. There's people far more stronger then Nolan who we haven't met yet in the series.

Sarcasm Sage 262: I mean Nolan may be able to lift a mountain or whatever, but All Might can break it. So if I were him? I'd be kind of wary as well. And yeah I understand the controversy around him coming in 4th, but I feel like if he comes in 1st? It comes off as him being a little too perfect? Plus you're right, he's not going to be great at everything with his powers, like Mineta with the side stepping or Uraraka with the ball throw.

Also yes, this continues to be fact. All Girls in MHA are best girl.
