Hey there guys, so let's get this thing going. We are finally at the start of Episode 1, and we will start the plot real soon. I know it was a bit long, but we are having a good time here, let's make sure that Luffy and his harem have a connection before things start.

Also some of you might wonder how I will make Lemons with Luffy way. Well I already have a plan and you guys might think this is mad or doesn't make any sense. Lets just wait and see what happens.

At Rias room

Rias was having a dream. On this particular one Luffy was coming to her room, he was with just sweatpants and no shirt, showing off his abs and his scar.

''Oh Rias did I wake you?" Asked Dream Luffy

''Luffy! What are you doing here.'' Asked Rias as Luffy keeps getting closer to her bed..

''I came here to make sure you are ok? You were making me nervous.'' Said him with a worried look.

''I am just with a lot in my head, I don't need…'' Said Rias blushing and Luffy cuts her.

''Hey…'' Said him sitting on her bed.

Rias saw Luffy getting super closer to her, to the point that they were inches of kissing each other. The Black haired teen maintain a serious expression while Rias was blushing.

''Did I ever told you that you are so pretty?'' Said him with a smile as he reached out for something.

Then Luffy grabbed Rias left breats and started to play with. Licking the nipples and going up and down.

''Aaaaah.'' Said Rias moaning.

''So soft.'' Said him

He then started to take out his sweat pants, revealing his cock already erect and with a smile of lust in his face.

''Luffy…'' Said Rias.

Soon Rias alarm waked her up from that dream, pretty much awakening her from the wet dream and giving her a very shocked look in her face.

The girl looked at her sheets and saw she had indeed made a mess. She had accidently released some ´´liquid´´ while having that dream.

''Shit!'' Said Rias all embarrassed.

She put some robe to cover herself and took out her bed sheets, this was definitely a new low for her.

''I am a member of the Gremory clan. A pure blood devil, sister to the current lucifer, a powerful force to be revered and ties with some of the most powerful beings in existence. Why did I…just did this? It's so embarrassing!'' Though her.

Rias then went to her window where she saw Luffy on her backyard.

''Is he doing exercises?" Asked Rias.

She saw Luffy doing a lot of push ups, Squats and other forms of exercises. Rias looked for about 3 minutes and saw his nice muscles and abs, she was starting to get red as her hair again.

''No! Stop it! This is getting ridiculous! I need a shower!'' Thought her nervous.

She then went to her shower and tried to get things done. She was hating the state that she was feeling and she wanted to get things done and quickly.

After the shower.

Luffy was done with his workout and had a shower. He felt a lot fresh now that he was clean (His crew forced him and Zoro to take more showers than once a week), and now all he wanted was to eat a large breakfast.

While going down he saw Rias also going downstairs.

''Oh hey Rias, good…'' Said Luffy to her but she cuts him.

''I am busy at the moment, we talk downstairs.'' Said her.

The attitude didn't sit well with Luffy. He saw Rias as a great friend but why she was being rude with him?

''What is with her?" Asked Luffy.

''Luffy! Come on we need to eat so we can get to school!'' Said Rias

''Sorry! I am coming.'' Said Luffy.

After breakfast.

''So what is going to happen today? I am going to be a part of your club?" Asked Luffy.

''I am need to finish some questions with the others, after that I will tell you.'' Said Rias.

''Well ok, but don't mind if you let me join now and…'' Said Luffy but Rias cut him.

''I will tell you.'' Said her serious.

The pirate didn't like that attitude, something was bugging Rias off and he didn't know what was it

''Is she mad at me?'' Thought him.

Luffy was never someone that would understand the female mind. He would usually just simple ask and see what was eating that person. However, after numerous beat down from Nami when she is having a ´´bad day´´, he decided to keep himself out of this. He knew Rias was strong so he didn't wanted to make her mad.

At school

After passing the school gates Rias looked at Luffy with a serious expression.

''Luffy I will be going to class, you should do the same before Sona changes her mind.'' Said Rias

''Ok.'' Said Luffy with a nod.

As Rias went to her seat Luffy did the same thing, before the class started Akeno came to see how her president was doing.

''Akeno do you have everything ready for tonight?'' Asked Rias

''Yes, we have everything. If Luffy-kun is really one of us things will be easier to explain. Maybe he doesn't know about the war, but I guess we can breeze everything to him.'' Said Akeno.

''Good.'' Said Rias.

The black haired girl noticed Rias wasn't as chipper as usual in the mornings, she saw that there was something off.

''Are you ok bunchou?'' Asked Akeno.

''Yes, just thinking about…something lately.'' Said Rias a bit off.

''or rather someone.'' Said Akeno with a smile, she knew what she was thinking about.

The two looked at Luffy, just looking at the window with a smile. He just wanted to be out there and enjoy the day, not stuck there with classes and other things.

''He looks so friendly; I would love to meet him closely.'' Said Akeno with a smile.

''I guess there is a time and place for everything.'' Said Rias in a quick tone.

The Vice President noticed the mood around her superior, she could tell something was really off.

''Are you mad at him?" Asked Akeno.

The Red Haired girl didn't know what to say. She wasn't as comfortable and quick on the answer like she usually is. However, after Luffy really started to show some of his unique presence she started to question if she could trust him. After that mess in her bed, she felt like a fool.

'No. I am just…I am not sure. Like what is he? Why hasn't he told me what he is or where he comes from? I mean from what he said he is from a place called ´´East Blue´´ but I never heard of such a place, either here on in the Underworld. I don't want to be angry at him but I don't like to be lied.'' Said Rias.

''Good, because I think he is going to be a good friend to us, and we need to be open to the odd balls like us.'' Said Akeno.

''Same feeling, but...we need to come forward about everything.'' Said Rias

''Understood.'' Said Akeno.

Luffy saw Akeno and Rias talking. The Black Haired girl just smile and wave while Rias looked a little off.

''Why is she looking at like that? Do I have something in my face?'' Thought him.

After class

Luffy wanted nothing more than just eat. Those classes were the worst, but hey Luffy had nowhere else to go so what about, so a place with people that he knew it was the best shot.

''Hey Rias want to go to lunch?'' Asked Luffy.

''Sorry, I have a meeting with the club.'' Said Rias all codl

''Oh ok.'' Said Luffy a bit sad.

As Rias went to her club Luffy went to the cafeteria.

At the Cafeteria.

The Pirate had his usual 20 plates on his trade while he was sitting alone.

''Man eating alone is the worst!'' Said Luffy all sad.

''Hey Luffy!'' Said Aika passing by Luffy.

''Oh hi Aika.'' Sad Luffy happy to see a familiar face.

''Listen I just want to make sure you remember my party this Friday.'' Said Aika.

''Yes, I can't wait for it.'' Said Luffy.

The poor fool didn't know, but Aika was snickering on the back of her head. Full of pervert thoughts as she keeps looking down on Luffy pants.

''I wonder if I can get to touch this python.'' Thought her.

''Hey Aika aren't you going to stay with us?'' Asked Katase on the line.

''Coming!'' Scream her going to her friends side.

Luffy started to eat, but he hated eating alone so he tried to find someone that he could seat and eat at the same time. He then saw a familiar brown haired boy walking nearby.

''Issei!'' Said Luffy waving at him.

''Hi Luffy!'' Said Issei happy to see the Straw Hat student.

''Want to seat with me?" Asked Luffy.

''Yeah sure no problem.'' Said Issei

''Where are the other guys that hang out with you?" Asked Luffy.

''Matsuda and Motohama got wrapped into some ´´troubles´´.'' Said Issei in reality the two got caught by some big girls and they were getting a beat down as they speak.

Luffy just laugh at that and decided to eat in peace. Now that he has someone to speak things were a lot better.

''Wow! That's a lot of food!'' Said Issei seeing how much food luffy had.

''Yes, I eat a lot.'' Said Luffy with a smile.

''A lot is nothing compared to this.'' Said Issei.

As the two continue to eat Issei couldn't help but feel a bit off by Luffy excessive appetite.

''You need to slow down man. I am almost done and you already ate like 10 plates.'' Said Issei.

''Sorry, I can't help it.'' Said Luffy with a smile

''Your body not mine. Besides I cant much today.'' Said Issei.

''What!? Why?'' Asked Luffy in shock.

''I am meeting my girlfriend today, I don't want to look fat in front of her.'' Said Issei.

''Oh really!? Cool.'' Said Luffy.

''Yes, today is the third date. I think this is it Luffy, I am finally…going to loose my virginity.'' Said Issei whispering the last part in happiness.

The straw Hat pirate just look at that part in a bit of odd, he didn't even know what ´´viriginty´´ was.

''Really?'' Asked Luffy.

''Yes, Yuuma even said that today I would get a surprise! Oh man, I am so lucky.'' Said Issei.

The pirate felt something off, almost like the universe was telling him ´´don't let him go´´.

''I dodnt know Issei. This sounds a bit off.'' Said Luffy and that made Issei a bit mad.

''Dude, you are already wrapped with that hot Rias girl. Let me have some action too, its not like I am going after yours.'' Said Issei.

The pirate felt that this ´´virginity´´ thing was something very important to Issei, so he decided to let him go after. But if something happens he would pass by and try to save his friend.

''Ok, I guess you have a point.'' Said Luffy.

As the two continue to lunch some people stare at them. Wondering why the recently popular ´´Straw Hat Luffy´´ was hanging out with one of the pervert trio? Maybe they thought Luffy was a pervert or he wanted to be friends with him.

After class

Rias meet up with Akeno and the two were ready to start the explanation to Luffy, first they need it to gather the others.

''Alright, make sure everyone is there.'' Said Rias.

''So are we telling him today?" Asked Akeno.

''Yes, and if he doesn't want I understand or if he tries to attack us we can defend ourselves.'' Said Rias.

''I don't want to hurt Luffy-kun, but I am been wondering what kind of sounds a man like him feels while in pain.'' Said Akeno with her sadist side appearing.

''Yes, save that for your ´´alone time´´.'' Said Rias while rolling her eyes.

Akeno just laugh at that while Rias put some truth in advance.

''Despite everything, I really hope he is honest with us. I don't want to treat him poorly or ignore him. I kind like his presence and his style, he has been bringing so much life in the past few days.'' Said Rias.

''Yes, he is so full of energy. I don't think most of the boys from the school can compare to the enthusiasm that Luffy-kun bring to here.'' Said Akeno

''Yes, he truly is something.'' Said Rias with a blush.

Later

Luffy was relaxing near the lockers when Rias finally came to see him. She told him to wait for her after class and he did just that.

''Luffy, I need to prepare the club for your arrive. We have some things to get ready before the final interview.'' Said Rias.

'Ok.'' Said him.

''Stay here.'' Said her a bit serious.

The pirate hated to do what people tell him to do, but he knew better because he has been boss around by so many people. He decided just to wait a little more before Rias arrive. While waiting he saw in one of the windows, Issei walking down on the filed.

''Issei.'' Said Luffy

He then saw a young girl with black hair coming near him.

''Uh who is that?" Asked Luffy.

Luffy however then felt his haki going nuts. It was almost saying ´´danger! Danger!´´ to him.

''Oh no Issei!'' Scream Luffy rushing off.

A few minutes later.

''Ok luffy, the club is ready. Let's…'' Said Rias going to pick up Luffy.

She saw the hallways empety and no sign of the Straw Hat.

''Luffy?" Asked her confused.

She looked outside and felt a bad energy, one of a Fallen Angel. She felt like something bad was going to happen.

''Oh no!'' Said her in horror.

At the forest near the school.

Issei was in the middle of the forest, alone with Yuuma. He felt this was it.

''Wow I am bit nervous here.'' Said Issei

''Yes, I know. You haven't stop holding my hand in the entire afternoon.'' Said Yuuma.

The boy sat down in the grass with Yumma, he felt that this was it.

''This it. I am goonna do it.'' Thought Issei with pride.

''You know Issei I had a really great time with you. I want to make you happy, but first I need you to answer one question.' Said her.

''What is it?' Asked him.

''would you die for me?'' Asked her in a bit of a cold tone.

The teen just blink confused on what she just asked.

''Uh…what?'' Asked him as he got stabbed in the stomach.

Slash

He saw his stomach and saw what looked like a sword of light in the hold of Yuuma hands.

''What…'' Said him coughing blood.

''Good, now that I got what I need we are about to part ways.'' Said Yuuma now revealing to be the Fallen Angel Raynare. She turns back into her original outfit, which is more revealing and her black wings were showing.

''Why are you doing this?" Asked Issei in pain.

'Oh dodnt worry I enjoyed our time together. If I was human you would make a decent boyfriend, but I got what I need.'' Said her with a smirk.

The teen felt that this was it, he was going to die in the middle of the woods. Nobody would rescue him and he was going to be full of vermin once they dig him out.

''Have a good death dear.'' Said Raynare ready to fly off when suddenly

''ISSEI!'' Scream Luffy.

Luffy barged into the froest, destroying trees left and right in order to reach the teen, which he did.

''What that…'' Said Raynare in horror seeing all this.

''Issei!'' Scream Luffy finding the teen.

''Luffy.'' Said Issei in pain.

The sight of seeing one of his few friends in this new land made Luffy blood boil, he then direct his attention on the black wing girl standing near them.

''Did you do this?!"' Asked him.

''What if I did? What are you going to…'' Said Raynare with a smirk and then Luffy started to stretch.

''Gomu Gomu no Bazzoka!'' Scream him aiming an attack on Raynare.

The fallen Angel saw that attack and quickly dodged it, but she saw the power of one of these attacks could do as it destroyed several trees.

Bam

''What was that?' Asked her in shock.

She then saw Luffy charging at her, stretching his arm and aiming for her head.

''Wait a minute! What are you?" Asked her in horror.

The fallen Angel dodged the other attack and Luffy still had a look of anger platter in his face.

''You are going to pay for hutting my friend!'' Scream him.

''So you want to fight kid? Alright, let's do it!'' Said her.

''I am going to kick your ass!'' Scream Luffy.

In the air

Rias was flying and looking for Luffy, she could sense his energy nearby, but now it was exploding to the point that she was getting worried of what Luffy was up too. Soon she heard some explosions sound coming from the forest.

''What is this?'' Asked her.

She saw a boy all bloodied up and a Fallen Angel down there.

''that's Issei Hyoudou!'' Thoguht her in shock.

However the biggest shock was when Rias saw a certain Straw Hat boy stretching his arm into a ridiculous matter.

''Luffy!'' Scream her in shock.

So yes, I am ending right here. Next chapter is Luffy vs Raynare, I have plans for her and she will change. People say she is either misplaced or she is a bitch. Lets see what I can do with her.

Don't get angry at me that I making Rias a bit out of character. I feel that the whole sexy appeal that she used for Issei in the first season was pretty much a mask. Like in reality she is a very nervous girl, yes she loves her peerage but she wants to be herself and not someone in power because of her connections. This was actually a point brought up in A Devil Diamond that Josuke tried to help her out. Rias despite being sexy is still a fragile character and that's why I think Luffy is the perfect pair for her, he is someone that knows how to reach out even to the most serious characters.

I know my story is a bit of a slow pace, but I want some build up. I don't want Rias to just fall in love with Luffy in the same pace as she did Issei. Like she knows Luffy a little more and she has fun with him. Don't worry she will still show her breast to Issei, but he wont be claiming them. I also have plans to why Akeno, Irina, Roseweei, Xenovia and some others would fall for Luffy. He has power and charisma, while Issei has the power of MC.

By the way, I actually I found a way to get both Luffy and Issei a harem a not be a case of the girls going to Luffy and Issei is alone. I saw some fics online where an OC does get most of the main cast girls, but Issei gets Asia and some others. I already spoiled some of the girls and you know that Rias and Akeno are already going to be with him.

Also, I wanted to tell you guys something, I don't know if we are getting a season 5 any time soon, I looked around and all the news about it were fake, just like those news of the Bleach Anime coming back until we finally got the official one.

Some say it's because of sales that they get the anime. First off, I received a lot of people saying that the anime is not the best adaption, its just a bunch of fan service, which I will admit it is. I checked the sales, and I was shocked to see that High School DxD while have a good fan base is not a best seller. It sold around a total of 4 million copies the entire series, I know this is much but Danmachi and Overlord both sold over 12 million. Ok I have to admit, those series are better written and explore the world instead of focusing on a pervert. Which is funny because Bell could have a harem but he is too much of a nice guy, which I like for him. I think he would beat Issei.

Also did you known that the Fate series is more popular, I never actually watch or read it the Fate series so if anyone can explain to me what that hell that series is about it would be great.
