Cram Session

"Alright that's the Moochi from Hiroshima that Uraraka asked for, the Sausage from that one place in Germany that I think Kirishima will like, the cake from Holland that Momo told me about. Crepes from Paris that I know Izuku likes, and the Cheese Burgers from America that Kaminari told me to grab." Mako said, looking over the list on his phone as he checked off each of the items that he had gotten from his shopping trip around the world. It had taken him around an hour or so to get everything prepared but thankfully the first study session for the class was all set.

Kali had gone out for the evening with Inko and that left Mako in charge of the place while his friends were over, thankfully none of them were ones to get too rowdy. The only ones who turned down the offer to study with the group was Bakugo and Kirishima, who were studying together. As much as I hate to admit it, Bakugo does have pretty high marks in the class, so I can't really blame Kirishima. He thought before shaking his head as the elevator dinged. Looking over he saw the first batch of the class arrive, Izuku, Iida, Urarka, Tsu, and surprisingly Shoto, "Hey guys." he greeted as he walked from the kitchen to his friends as they entered, taking the shoes off near the elevator.

"Hey Mako, thanks again for hosting the study session." Izuku greeted gratefully, the two friends giving each other a one armed hug. Looking across the room, Mako had prepared for the session with a number of knee high tables and pillows across the floor, with the couch and chairs that were around the tv pushed up against the wall where others could gather if needed.

Uraraka looked around, feeling a little intimidated, "Ya know, last time I was here, I didn't really realize how nice this place was." She said, rubbing her arm with her other one self consciously. She glanced at the food that was set out in the dinning room and kitchen and she swore she stomach shriveled when she saw how much of it there was. "Oh Mako you didn't need to do all this!" she exclaimed.

Mako waved her off, "It's fine, Cecil pays me super well for all my work with the GDA, this is barely a dip in the cash I've been saving up." He assured her, the brunette seemed to stiffen a little at that revelation. He patted her shoulder, "Relax, just think, once you get to be a hero, you'll be able to burn some cash too." He assured her.

Ochako's face pouted as she crossed her arms, Tsu tilted her head as she looked over at them, Awww. He's like an older brother to her. Kero. She thought amusingly to herself while Todoroki walked over.

"Thank you for the invitation Mako.' He said somewhat stoically.

The viltrumite nodded, "Sure thing, honestly I'm hoping I can just help some of the others out with English. It's my best subject." He admitted. While his grades were not terrible, he didn't have high marks across the board.

Shoto blinked at that, "Really? I sometimes struggle with it, they have more vowels then Japanese and it can throw me off a little bit." He revealed.

"Yeah that's a common problem actually. When I was learning Japanese I'd have the opposite problem, sometimes I'd say words I didn't mean to because they sounded similar." Mako explained.

Todoroki blinked in surprise, "Wait your native language is English? I couldn't tell." He said.

Mako nodded, "Yeah, I moved from the United States to here when I was little. Hell back when I met Izuku I could barely speak the language." He said, tilting his head over to his friend as he set his backpack down on the ground next to one of the tables.

Izuku smiled, "Yeah I remember you called Kaachan, 'Bang Boy' for a while because you didn't know how to read his name." he recalled while Shoto and Mako sat down at the table with him, Iida, and Tsu while Uraraka glanced at the Mochi that Mako had picked up.

"I'll admit I did that to piss him off for a while." Mako admitted with a smirk.

Tsu looked between the two friends, "You know, it's sometimes hard to believe the two of you had the same experiances growing up." She commented, Mako and Izuku looking at her curiously. "No offense Mako, but you really seem to antagonize Bakugo more than Izuku does…..which is none whatsoever." She explained.

The teen snorted while Izuku rubbed the back of his head, "Well I never had a problem telling Bakugo what I thought about him. Guy needs an ego check." He said honestly as he got his books on English out. "I don't know why Kirishima hangs out with him." He admitted.

Iida raised a hand, "While I agree that Bakugo's behavior at times can be unbecoming, he does take his studies seriously." He commended. Mako rolled his eyes as the elevator dinged again, looking over he saw that Kaminari, Jiro, Momo, and Sato step out of the box and into his home.

"Holy crap dude you live here?!" Kaminari balked as he looked around. Jiro's elbow dug into his side not so gently while the punk girl gave him a nod of greeting.

"Thanks for the invitation Mako. Where can I set down?" she asked, raising her bag in her hand.

Mako waved off the question, "Wherever you want, I didn't really have a system in place, I'm going over English because I'm good at it. But I think Izuku might be the best when it comes to hero studies, I need some refreshing on the procedure laws." He admitted while Izuku opened up his notebook along with his own textbook on the subject. Jiro nodded and walked over to one of the empty tables.

Soon after the second group's arrival, the rest of the class slowly began to fill up the apartment, thanking Mako for hosting their get-together as well as providing food for everyone. When everyone was seated at their various places, Iida stood up, "Attention Classmates!" he said, getting everyone's attention, "While Mako was kind enough to host our first after school study group, me and Yaoyorozu asked around and sought out what subject that each individual is struggling with as well as what they're exceeding at. As such, we've developed this chart." He said, pointing to a seating chart that seemed to have been drawn up fairly quickly.

Mako blinked, "Dude where'd you get that?" he asked, Momo cleared her throat, "Ohhhh, nevermind." He said, waving off his question as he looked at the seating chart.

Mathematics and History were what his biggest struggles were in, Geography was one as well but he had been improving once he began working with the GDA. As such his assigned group consisted of Momo, Shoji, Mina, and Aoyama. Sitting down at the table, the group of five got to work.

While it was no surprise that Momo was easily the best suited to tutor in Mathmetics, she surpisingly struggled with Geography which Mako helped out with. And while Mako's History needed help, Aoyama was able to explain things in a much clearer way that he was able to understand. Mina Benefitted from the overall lessons that they discussed and Shoji, much to all their surpised, knew an abundance of hero studies that might make Midoriya get a run for his money.

"-and so you see my friend, the Justifiable Action Act was what allowed heroes to first engage in first responder situations. But it wasn't until later that Heroes were able to operate in independent capacities." Aoyama explained as he pointed to some of Mako's notes that he had taken during class. The Viltrumite hummed as he scrubbled down a new note bullet pointing what Aoyama was saying. Mina groaned off to the side of the two while she took a bite of the Susuages that Mako had picked up.

"Dude the food is legit. How'd you even know about this stuff?" she asked before taking another bite.

Mako looked up from his notes, "My dad would sometimes fly out to grab us takeout from around the world. And every date night he an my mom had they'd go find a new one somewhere." He explained fondly.

Shoji blinked in surprise, "Really? That's…..kind of hard to imagine." One of his mouths said.

Mako blinked in confusion before catching onto his meaning, the only person who ever saw his dad as he did was Izuku, to everyone else the first time they ever met him was the day his motives were revealed to the world. "Yeah now that I think about it, it must sound pretty strange." He admitted with a sheepish grin.

Shoji raised a hand, "I didn't mean-"

"It's fine, I get it." Mako reassured him before a familiar chiming went off in his ear, "Oh you gotta be kidding me, one second guys." he said, standing up from the table he was at before walking out to the balcony and answering the device in his ear, "Cecil, hey, what's up?" he asked.

'Mako I got a situation developing right now, I need you to get in the air and on your way. I'll give details in transit.' Cecil said, Mako looking back over his shoulder to his classmates with a grunt of irritation. 'Something wrong?' Cecil asked.

"No, I was just studying today, I'll be in the air." He said before hanging up, he couldn't exactly complain, after the alien invasion Cecil did let him off for a week with Mirko's Internship. So he did need to get back to work eventually. Returning inside, he flew past his friend up to his room where his costume was hanging on his closet door, quickly changing into it he tugged his boot onto his foot as he floated out of his room and closed the door, "Sorry guys I got called in." he apologized as he dropped down to the living room, slipping his boot on completely.

Iida sat up, "Mako while I understand your commitments, I do hope you hurry back so you can get the most out of your study time." He said as the teen pulled his mask down over his head before flying out the doors to the balcony, a few papers fluttering about from his takeoff.

"Crap my notes!" Mineta exclaimed, trying to gather them up before any of the girls saw the doodles that he had done in the margins.

Invincible flew through the air at rocketing speed, his hand on his ear as he spoke to Cecil, "Alright I'm in the air Cecil, what's going on?" he asked.

'We've been tracking a cell of Villains, they operate on a global scale as guns for hire on the Black Market. We lost track of them in China a few weeks ago but we got lucky, they've been spotted in a Shipyard on the Chinese coast' Cecil explained to him through the communicator as Invincible flew West.

"Ok so how many of these guys are there Cecil? You said a cell, so I'm guessing a small group?" he asked.

'The core cell with their heavy hitters is relatively small, four or five members, but there's a dozen other guns for hire, at least that's the estimate.' Cecil informed him.

Mako smirked to himself, "Alright then, I'll grab and bag these guys for you and be back home in time to finish studying." He said as he shot through the sky at his faster speeds, his arms dragging behind him at his sides while his feet straightened to not get as much wind resistance.

Robot looked over the cloned body with his sensors in his eyes, the clone had taken a shorter amount of time to form than the Muller Twins would have, mainly due to the sheer size difference between his human body and theirs. His bones, musculature, and skin were all formed in the pod, there was still a few days left as the immune system was being genetically altered to suit Robot's needs but another issue had arisen as well. "Hmmmm, you were right about your brain's mutation, it's nurons are much larger than the machine is used to dealing with. We'll have to make some adjustments to the consciousness transplant process, but it should be fine." One of the Mullers said as they tinkered with the machine between two tables.

Robot turned his attention to the villain as he looked over the helmets that were connected via cords to the large machine. "I calculate that at the rate of the body's growth it should be ready for the procedure in two to three days. I must admit it's very effective." Robot said as he walked over to the machine. "I'm curious though, with how successful your cloning process is, why not look at different applications for it? Organ transplant for instance." He asked.

The other Muller, who was at the computer looking over the DNA sequence modifications being made to the body looked up, "Well for one thing the cost of service would be too high. The cellular fluid we use to grow the clone bodies alone would cost millions of dollars, and there's no healthcare system on the planet to could support it." He explained.

"Secondly," the other Twin began, "there's the 'ethical' issues, 'We're playing god. It's unnatural. Blah, blah, blah.' Even if a country did support our work it would take decades before any legislation could legalize the use of it." He reasoned.

"And then there's the fact that you two are criminals." Robot added dryly.

The Muller at the machine gave him a look, "Oh please, don't even try pulling that holier than thou with us, you're the one who came to us for the clone body." He replied snidely. "And don't forget, any whiff that you intend to double cross us, and this goes down the drain….literally." he said, looking over at the glass enclosure.

Robot stared at him, the fact that the machine's eyes didn't blink only adding to his gaze, "I understand perfectly."

Arriving at the shipyard, Mako had a rough idea of what to expect from what Cecil described to him. And so far what he met had pretty much lived up to his low expectations, "Machine guns, wow, you don't see those every day." Invincible joked as the group of men unloaded on the Viltrumite as he flew towards the beached freighter ship that was being used as their base of operations. Thankfully his costume was thin enough that the bullets weren't even piercing the cloth and were instead bouncing off his skin beneath the suit.

Zooming forward he grabbed the barrel of one of the guns shooting at him, lifting it up out of the man's grasp before smashing the stock over his head, knocking him out. "Hang on! Hang on! I can make a pretzel out of this!" Invincible joked as he crumbled the gun into a ball, "Aw man, I need another one, hold this for me please?" he asked before throwing the ball into the chest of one of the men just light enough so it knocked them back through the air and through one of the wooden crates on the deck of the ship.

Shooting across the deck to another, his shoulder drove through a group of the gunmen and punching another in the face. "Alright guys, where's your leader?" he asked as he floated up over the henchmen he had easily gone through.

A pair of large purple arms slammed onto Invincible from above, smashing him onto the desk of the ship, overtop of him stood a muscular purple man with large oversized arms. "You think you can come in here and get in our way you little punk?!" the pruple man yelled as he raised his hands to smash the teen again. Invincible however reacted quickly, tucking his foot in and shooting it into the man's chest and knocking the air out of his lungs.

"Yeah, pretty much!" Invincible replied as he pushed up off the ground and threw a haymaker into the side of the man's face, following up with a combination of punches as the man continued to stumble back. He blindly swung his arm but Invincible raised his own to block the attack and countered with a sharp jab to the villain's head. The blow sending up into the air which Invincible flew up into to continue his assault, knocking him back through the air, he zoomed after and even flew past him to get behind him where he kicked him up into the sky. The Viltrumite watched as he arched through the air before landing back down onto the ship, his size shrinking to that of a normal sized man who was currently bruised and beaten.

"Ok, so if that was your guy's boss then I guess-" Invincible began before a sheering wind sncoked him through the air and the upper decks of the ship before going out over the water and stopping himself, the right shoulder of his costume now torn. Inviniclbe sighed, "I for once, ONCE I'd like to have a fight with a supervillain and not get my costume torn up!" he complained before flying back to the ship. On the deck of the ship was another man, this one much more lanky and taller than the now deflated purple villain. The man's quirk included his hands, which had webbed skin between the fingers similar to catcher's mitts.

He swung his arms out wide, the air rippling towards Invincible who rolled out of the way of the attack and tackling the air attacker into the ship, grabbing his hands by the wrists, "Neat trick, but I'm guessing you need to wind up to do it." Invincible guessed before swinging the villain over his head and slamming him into the ground, when the villain went limp in his hands, Mako dropped him and dusted his hands off. "Alright! I know there's someone out there whose going to just attack me! I wouldn't be here if these were the strongest guys here!" he called out challengingly, Not to mention neither of these guys' quirks match what their leader's is.

These thoughts were interrupted by the metal beneath the teen suddenly folding upward and wrapping around him in a vice before pulling him down into the ship's belly. Invincible fought against the force of the metal pulling him down, the old steel wrapped around him waning against the strength of his body pushing up, before he could break free however, more sheets encompassed him, "When I heard the attack I expected an team of heroes, but you? A single kid?" a male voice said incredulously.

The hero in question looed up overhead to one of the catwalks on either side of the room, sanding on it was a man in a long white coat with a metal mask voering his chin and upper face, with black paint covering the exposed bottom portion of his chin and mouth. He matched the description of the Villain that Cecil had given him, "So you must be Wolfram." Invincible guessed.

The villain huffed, "Oh wait I recognize you, your that Invincible kid." He said before grinning, "I guess that explains how you got through my men so easily, but you'll find that I'm not as easy!" he said before throwing his arm out, the metal binding the hero shooting off in the direction he pointed towards, Invincible crashed through the outer hull of the ship and thorough another ship beside it, coming out the other side Invincible impacted the sandy beach and skipped across the ground with grunts of pain until he slammed into a rusty anchor, tipping over onto it's side.

Invincible groaned as he stood up, the midsection of his costume was torn off with a series of bruises forming on the exposed skin, the entire right sleeve of his costume had also been ripped off as well, which he used to support himself against the anchor. "Ok, yeah, totally see why Cecil sent me after this dude." He said, rolling his shoulder before taking off from the ground back the way he came from with the intent of blitzing the metal controlling villain like he had done for the other two, a technique he had learned from Mirko.

Overwhelm your foe fast so they go down fast! He thought as he re-entered the ship, Wolfram reacted quickly, the section of the walkway he was on sliding down the wall as Invincible's fist indented the spot where he was a moment ago. But with how strong I've gotten I can't go all out with my attacks or I could accidently kill him! He thought, dropping from the air down towards the villain who leapt back as Invincible's foot came down onto the ground, making a small shockwave that echoed throughout the large room.

Wolfram's arms swung up, the two turbines on either side of him creaked and groaned as thy lifted up, the spinning wheels torn free of their containers before being thrown at the teen, catching one in his arms he tossed it off to the side before jumping over the other which went into the steel hull behind him. Ok fighting a guy who can control metal inside a metal ship is not going well. Invincible thought before charging into Wolfram and tackling him into the wall on the other side of the room. Reeling his fist back he threw it forward, but the walls around the villain's head folded over and blocked the attack.

With a pull the metal blocking Wolfram was yanked away and his head exposed, Invincible's head slammed into his before he could react, cracking the metal mask and dazing the man which the hero used to his advantage by throwing him across the room and into the opposing wall. Unlike before the metal didn't bend or reach out to cushion his impact and instead he hit it like anyone else would, with a loud thud.

Falling to the ground, Invincible landed in front of the villain as he sat up onto his knees, Invincible grabbed him by the scruff of his shirt and hoisted him up off the floor, with his fist raised, "I see so much as a screw move and I'll hit you so hard that I'll loosen yours." Invincible threatened as water brushed over his feet.

Wolfram grinned, "That won't be necessary hero." He replied cockily, Mako tilted his head in confusion before waves lapped up against his knee, looking down he saw the foor of the ship beginning to flood rapidly. He turned his head to the side and saw a massive amount of water pouring in from the hole in the side of the ship, and the outside moving as the ship made it's way into the water!

Oh sonofva-he's been using his quirk the whole time! He realized before the ceiling above them opened up, the men he had taken down falling through the air and into the water. Invincible gawked before turning to Wolfram, "What's it ging to be? Take me in or let them drown, hero?" he asked mockingly.

"How about this?" Invincible asked before quickly jabbing the villain in the face hard enough to knock him out. As the ship stopped moving, Mako zoomed out from the hole in the ceiling and flew over to the shore, dropping him off on the sand before flying back to the ship and retrieving a henchmen in both arm and also dropping them of next to their boss.

He repeated the process until he picked up the last man from the water, floating above it he looked around for any other people before flying the last man to shore and dropping him off. Flying overhead, Invincible did a quick headcount and saw that all the men he had taken down were present, Wolfram included.

After a call to Cecil, the local heroes of China arrived on the scene to help secure the number of small time henchmen as well as the high priority villains while the GDA gathered as much evidence as they could from the ship once Invincible used had managed to use the nearby anchors to stop the waves from carrying it further out into the water. Invincible had also helped them move most of the evidence onto shore, crates of weapons and ammo, money that was used to pay for their services, and computers they used to communicate with clients on the dark web…or more accurately what remained of them.

"It appears that Wolfram destroyed the computers while you were engaged with his forces." Donald explained as Invincible and him watched some agents load the remains of the laptops and computers into evidence bags. The electronics in various states of damage, "In fact he probably tried to sink the ship to make the evidence even harder to recover."

Invincible looked over at the smashed laptops laid out on the ground in plastic bags, "What were you guys hoping to find?" he asked curiously.

"Intel on their next target, as well as who hired them." Donald explained as he and hero walked away and moved towards the prison bus that the henchmen were being forced onto. "Preliminary questions put all these guys as hired guns, they don't know any details. The two villains who you faced seem to be regulars with Wolfram, but they're as tight lipped as he is." The man said as he turned to the teen.

Mako crossed his arms, "Bummer, so the guy who hired them could still strike their target." He realized. "You guys have any way of recovering the data on the computers? I bet Robot has some ideas." He suggested as they continued on their walk.

Donald nodded, "He's on a sabbatical at the moment, something about a possible treatment for his condition. But when he's able I'll see what he can do." He said in agreement.

"Oh really? Man I hope it works out for him." Invincible said with concern, recalling Rex's situation at the GDA. "I got to run, tell Robot I hope it works out if you see him." He asked.

Donald nodded with a smile, "Will do." He said, Invincible nodding before taking off into the sky and shooting off through it back towards Japan. As he flew away, Donald pulled his phone out and dialed the one number on it, "Sir it's me, Invincible just left the scene, Wolfram and his men aren't saying anything but it looks like our intel was right."

'The evidence matches the contract that's for I-Island?' Cecil asked.

A week ago, one of their intel gathering operatives traced a contract put out on the dark web for a job, the description of vague but listed the target as I-Island. However the specifics were intentionally left to be vague. However to pull any robbery or crime successfully at I-Island would require someone on the inside, which was ruled out as after the events with D.A. Sinclare, anyone with any level of security clearance was given a through background check to any criminal organizations.

Or someone with high level hacking skills, and given that I-Island's cyber security could trace the location of anyone who even considered hacking anything on their networks, that was a challenge….but not impossible. "What's more, Wolfram's men don't seem to have any background in cybercrimes, however the equipment that we recovered from the scene does indicate someone backing them." Donald explained.

"Hmm, get our lab techs on their gear. See if we can find out who made it for them." Cecil said.

Donald nodded but paused, "Sir, why not keep Mako in the loop on this one?"

'Because last time someone threatened his girlfriend he nearly knocked the bastard's jaw off. It shows his judgement is clouded when loved ones are involved, so for now we don't know that they're targeting I-Island. And until either we can't stop it, or we already have stopped it, he doesn't need to know either.' Cecil explained.

Returning home from his work with the GDA, Mako slid open the door to have most of the class look at him and his battered state with shocked expressions. "Dude holy crap!' Kirishima exclaimed as Mak pulled his mask off. "Are you ok?" he asked as the teen entered his home, sliding the door shut behind him.

"What?" Mako asked before looking down at the state of his costume, "Oh! Yeah, no, I'm fine. Couple bruises but the costume makes it look worse then it is." He said with a dismissive wave of his hand as he walked across the room to the kitchen where he grabbed a plate along with a slice of pizza he had picked up before walking back over to his table.

Mina gave him a concerned look, "Are you sure? You don't need to go see Recovery Girl?" she asked with worry.

The Viltrumite shrugged, "I've been beaten up plenty worse." He replied, the room became dead silent at the casual response. Looking around, Mako suddenly realized that might not have been the most appropriate choice of words. "I mean…..oh you guys know what I mean." He said shaking his head.

Mina frowned as Mako pulled off his mask and dropped it in his lap before taking a bite of his food, "That's kinda messed up Mako." She replied.

The teen frowned, "Sorry, I just…..I didn't mean to upset you Mina." He apologized, the pink skinned girl was probably the most bubbly person in the entire class. Momo reached over and put a hand on her shoulder, her dark eyes darted over to her before returning to Mako and sighing.

"It's fine Mako I just…when we saw that video of you getting beat up it really freaked me out." She admitted embarrassingly.

The viltrumite raised his hands passively, "Hey it's ok, I get it. It's scary to see anyone like that." He assured her.

The pink haired girl shook her head, "It's…..well I sorta got a thing about bloody stuff like that." She admitted. Mako tilted his head curiously while the girl rubbed her arm bashfully, "I mean it grosses me out, sure but I also kind of just get scared whenever I see anything….gory." she admitted sheepishly before dropping her head, "I can't even watch some horror movies."

"Mina that's totally fine." Mako replied with an assuring smile. "I mean you all saw me get the snot beaten out of me, I mean when I saw how badly I looked? I was shocked." He admitted, in the moment of the fight with his dad he didn't exactly have a mirror to look at himself with.

She groaned in response while Shoji patted her shoulder, "No it's nooooottt!' she groaned out, "I mean what if someone gets hurt badly and I need to help them? I can't just freeze up." She asked rhetorically before sighing, "I mean if I see anything on the outside that's supposed to be inside?" she shook her head.

Izuku rubbed his head, "I mean that's not exactly an overreaction." He said supportively.

Sero leaned away from his table, "You could try and get past it, I used to be afraid of heights." He admitted, causing everyone to turn to him in surprise. Their last exercise with All Might had Sero swinging through the industrial zone like some sort of trapeze artist! "I remember I was so bad that I couldn't look over the side of a railing without getting scared." He sheepishly admitted.

Mina's hands slapped down on the table as she leaned over it, "Really?! How'd you get over it?"

The tape using teen grinned proudly to himself, "One day I decided that if I was going to be a hero and since they're always jumping from building to building…." He trailed off.

"…oh no." Uraraka whispered.

"Sero you didn't."Mineta drawled out in disbelief.

He nodded, "Yup. I shot my tape out swung from a building…..and faceplanted into a wall." He admitted wholeheartedly.

Mina winced, "Sero honey, that's not really helpful." She said.

"But I was dangling there for like an hour until a pro came by the help me! So I got over my fear of heights." He reasoned as he looked around his room for support to his point. Kaminari opened his mouth but Jiro reached over and laid her hand on his shoulder, shaking her head silently to stop him before he could say anything to encourage this line of thinking. "Well whatever, I'm not scared of heights anymore."

Mako set the crust of his pizza down on the paper plate, "Ok so maybe don't take Sero's advice and go to a slaughterhouse or whatever."

Mina shook her head, "I'll get over it. I mean it's not like if I see someone beat up a little I'll feint, I mean my quirk is acid! It's not exactly pretty to get splashed with." She admitted.

Momo nodded, "True, but thankfully your quirk's acid isn't a lethal dose." She reasoned, "And even if it were you seem to be able to control it very well Mina." She praised.

The yellow eyed girl smiled, "Awww thanks Yaomomo!" she said before reaching over and glomping on the other girl, the heiress laughing a little at her friend's affection. Pulling away, she turned back to Mako and glanced at his costume before smirking, "At least we get a nice show out of it." She added cheekily.

Momo blushed and purposefully avoided looking at Mako, "Mina!" she chastised as Mao let out a laugh.

"Alright, I just needed a bite to eat, give me a sec I gotta change." He said, standing up and flying up over the railing and entering his room.

"Thanks again Mako!" Kamanari said as he entered the elevator with some leftovers from their study session. Kota walked past him and gave him a silent but happy nod of gratitude as well, while he hadn't gotten to study as much as his friends had ironically, he still managed to get enough done that he felt more confident now. As the doors closed, Mako turned back to his living room, his classmates had all helped him clean up and re-arrange the room as to how it was before they came over. The nly person left was Izuku who was filling up the garbage bag with the remaining trash from the gathering.

"You don't need to do that." The teen offered his friend as he walked over and dumped a empty pizza box into the bag.

Izuku looked up and smiled, "It's the least I could do. I mean this whole thing was your idea to begin with." he recalled. Mako snorted and accepted the offer to help, leaning back against the countertop of the kitchen while his riend finished up. "I think this is the most people we've ever had over here before."

Mako laughed, "Easily yeah. I mean compared to our two families? We've only had five people over here at a time." He reasoned as Izuku tied the trash bag up.

The green haired inheritor nodded, "Yeah, I think the last time we all were together was your birthday." He recalled.

The Midoriya's and Metuki families gathered for many occasions ever since Izuku and Mako had become friends, birthdays, holidays, special events, movies, the occasional theme park. But ever since Nolan's reveal, they hadn't all gathered together like before, of course Kali and Inko would meet from time to time, and Mako saw his best friend almost every day. But the gathering of both their families was something special…..and to be honest both the boys missed them.

Mako smiled sadly, "You know every birthday, me and my dad would stay up late and watch 'Night of the Living Dead'. That old one in black and white." He told his friend fondly. "First time I saw it I was terrified, I just clung to my dad's arm through the whole thing." He recalled, having seen the movie for the first time back when he was no more then eight or nine years old, Izuku looked over at his friend sadly while his gaze was on the floor, a small smile on his lips as he recalled the day, "I actually begged him to let me watch it, mom didn't want me to but when dad said he'd watch it with me she didn't argue. He pops it in, I'm excited as all hell, but when I see the first zombie and he kills the guy? I'm terrified." He admitted.

Izuku chuckled, "Back when we were kids I didn't think anything scared you." He revealed, recalling how he would stand up to Bakugo on a regular basis.

"Heh, well I was scared watching that movie. I was shaking like a leaf, sunk back into the couch as far as I could, but my dad is just sitting there with me, and I'm thinking 'My dad is the bravest guy in the world'." He recalled fondly. "Finally he turns to me and tells me it's ok if I'm too scared, we can try it again next year. Next year we watch the whole thing together, year after that we do it again, and again, and again….." he trailed off. "…..I miss him." He admitted.

Izuku looked down, "Yeah…."

The two friends stood in silence before Mako pushed off the counter and walked over to his friend, taking the garbage bag from his hand, the two walked to the elevator and rode it down to the ground floor. Exiting the small box they turned at the hall and exited the building through the back, Mako finally spoke again, "It's funny, this is the exact same thing I was doing when I first discovered my powers." He recalled amusingly.

Izuku looked down in confusion before he remembered, "Oh yeah you told me! You were trying to get me to hit you with a baseball bat."

"I was trying to show off." Mako admitted unashamed.

"By telling me to hit you as hard as I could with a metal bat." Izuku replied dryly, "That's all you said too! No 'Trust me it'll be fine', or anything." Izuku responded with a smirk.

Mako raised his empty hand up, "I was excited!" he admitted as they continued walking, "I think it was actually around this time last year." He added before his eyes widening. "Man if you told me back then what would happen….I don't know what I'd do." He admitted.

Izuku gave him a curious look, "What do you mean?"

"I mean my dad only started to take over the world when my powers came in. If I had known that then maybe I could have done stuff differently….made sure no one died." He explained as they reached the dumpster. He shook his head, he knew he couldn't think of what ifs like that, Midnight had told him as much in their first session together. He suddenly smirked, "I would have clocked Bakugo again."

Izuku sighed as he opened the dumpster and this time, gently tossed the bag inside.

In a dark room in an undisclosed location, a man in a suit hummed in curiosity, "So then Wolfram was apprehended by the Global Defense Agency?" he asked.

"Apparently, it seems like someone couldn't keep a lid on the contract you put out for the I-Island gig." A robotic voice responded to him across the monitor in front of him.

The man in the suit smiled, "That someone being you, correct?"

"What can I say? I don't like an unhealthy amount of competition for jobs like this." The voice responded.

The man chuckled, "It is a dog eat dog world after all, I respect the gumption, however I choose Wolfram over you for a specific reason. His quirk would allow him to directly confront any unforeseen consequences. While yours, useful as it is, isn't suited for direct combat."

"True, I can't take people like All Might in a straight up fight, but you know what can? Money." The robotic voice replied confidently. "Ever since earth became a blip on the intergalactic map, I've been keeping an eye out for anyone or anything that might be of use, sent this discrete signal out to try and get something we can use. And as it turns out, I got someone who's just itching for a fight with a heavy hitter." The robotic voice explained.

The man in the suit grinned, "Interesting…very well Machinehead, the contract is yours, I'll send you details on the steps in the coming days." All For One said before cutting off connection to the crime boss.

AN: 20 Years Ago today. The greatest comic book in the universe had it's first issue published. 144 issues, 24 trades, 12 Hardcovers, and 3 compendiums of Mark Grayson's journey later and we're here! Along with a animated series that just had it's second season's release date for later this year!

This chapter is a little more setup for future events with a fun fight with Wolfram, I figure that while he's dangerous with his regular quirk, what really made him a threat was getting the quirk enhancement device in the movie. And given what he was able to do with that, I figured that him being this powerful without it wasn't too out of the ballpark.

Also re-watching the fight with those goons, Shoto and Bakugo handle them much easier than I remember. Definitely not as though as the villains in the second or third movies.

Also I like the idea that Mina is a little squeamish on account of her being the most friendly of all class 1-A.

Anyway onto reviews!

Sarcasm Sage 626: Yeah Allen's trashing is almost on the level of Omni Man's twist with how much tonal whiplash there is. I did add a little bit more depth to his relationship with his girlfriend since in the comics she's kind of just one dimensional IMO. And I get why you suspect thadeus, he seems like the type whose hiding something, but we only got a brief glimpse of the Coalition so it could also be someone we don't know much about yet.

Dragon King o the West; Indeed.

TheRealD3plh0xL0v3r: I actually had to think about some low tech ways for Mako to train during that arc but I have some ideas.

Fanfictioner8: Dude I don't know what to tell ya, I like the story of the comics, I'm not going to pick it apart. But that's a good point about the planet destroying thing, I mean Goku can destroy a planet but that's not a physical thing, that's more just him being able to contain enough energy to do so.

KaijuEmperor: I mean honestly just getting the shit beat out of you is an invincible moment, the it being out of nowhere is more a Robert Kirkman thing, dude is a master of the page-turn reveals.

Guest 1: Oh no! I wasn't referring to you that was more of a general statement, and it's more like my idea for that story didn't toally fit in rwby. It's more on the fact that I wanted to write a spider-man story first and just put him in a different setting, not to mention I was approaching it from a certain viewpoint at the time, it was just a not so well planned out idea that I went through with. And yeah I'll make an announcement but honestly it's less loyal readers and more guys who keep bothering me about a story that ended years ago.

Guest 8: I thought of it but I just couldn't find a way for it to naturally weave into the conversation. And Stain's ideology only vaguely mirror's Nolan's, the viltrumite way right now is more like Darwinism, only the strongest have value, and Stain's a similar way but applied to society while the viltrumites apply it to most everything.

77: Wow. That is a very mean spirited thing to say, good day to sir.

Guest 2:no I was just talking about my own story, I had this very static idea of how to handle Spider-Man crossovers and untilmately it wasn't sustainable in the long run of a story. If anything I think if anyone does try doing that sort of crossover take what I did and try and avoid the mistakes I made with it.
