Hey there, time got get back into this bad boy and let's make sure we have a great time. Sorry if we haven't had many updates recently, usually I updated this story with two chapters per week. Well, this semester and the last couple of weeks were tough so I need it to keep working on it and all my chapters were longer than I expected. I want to achieve the end of season 1 and make a good way towards Luffy harem, also that list that I made in other chapters is a bit off since a bunch of OC I decided to discard because it would be to much work for nothing. Now let's get back into this episode.

The next day

Asia and Raynare were having some tea in the club, they were discussing if they need to buy new stuff for their new house. Rias told that she would be providing anything that they need it and that Raynare while not a devil could assist Asia in her contracts deals, this way it could be easier for the former nun make a deal.

Luffy was stuffing sandwich in his face while Rias looked at the contract list made in recent days. She had three new members in her peerage and she wanted to see if she was sending Issei, Asia and Lucy to good people and they wanted fair things.

''Come on Rias you can't keep checking on them all the time.'' Said Luffy stopping to stuff his mouth and see Rias.

''Yes, I know but I am their master. I want to make sure they are having a good deal as devils.'' Said Rias.

''You worry too much, if you don't let them try things and fail they will never learn. This how I did back when I got my powers, I failed all the time and I still have stuff that I am not sure how to do it.'' Said Luffy.

Rias just smile at that and put the list down, despite being a duffus sometimes Luffy had his moments of windows.

''Oh Luffy you surely a breath of fresh air for us devils.'' Said Rias.

''Yes, I have ideas like this sometimes. However, I say them in a bad time and I get ignored.'' Said Luffy remembering the musician and the golden statue ideas.

''Does Nami never listen to you?" Asked Rias curious.

''No, she would beat me if I didn't shut up when we are counting money. Sometimes she would steal from our share.'' Said Luffy.

''Are you sure you picked the right navigator?" Asked Rias sometimes wondering if Nami was human at all.

''Nah, Nami is the best navigator I could ever ask for. I know I do messes sometimes and I need a beating from my nakamas to get focus. Don't your nakama beat you when you mess up?" Asked Luffy.

''No, we are a ethical and polite group.'' Said Rias.

'Oh ok, i´m a pirate so I am all against being polite.'' Said Luffy with a smile.

Rias just laugh at that, Luffy really knew how to make things funny even if they sounded a bit sad.

Soon Lucy arrived in the clubroom with Koneko.

''Hey Asia, Raynare I heard you two are going to live with that pervert. Is that right?" Asked Lucy.

''Yes, we will be under the care of Issei and his family.'' Said Asia.

''We will make sure that we aren't a bother, and we will good addition to his family.'' Said Raynare.

''Oh this should be fun to watch. A pervert with two pretty girls living under his roof.'' Said Lucy with a smirk.

''Yes, sometimes life's likes to laugh at Issei-senpai costs.'' Said Koneko.

''Hey, Issei, is a good guy, unlike those two friends of his. Those guys suck.'' Said Luffy thinking of the other two pervert trio.

''I heard about the shaved head and the glasses guy, how are they like Luffy?" Asked Lucy.

''They aren't good. I think they suck, and they keep tossing Issei to the side so he can beat up, real friends get beat up all together!'' Said Luffy making everyone in the club sweat drop at that.

'Ok.'' Said Lucy confused.

''So those two we can beat up, Issei-senpai can be a pervert near us and he gets a free pass?" Asked Koneko.

''Issei is a great guy, I think that's love of boobs that he has is a good part of who he is.'' Said Luffy.

''Yes, Issei might be a pervert, a huge one but he is good person. He is now the holder of the Longinous Booster Gear and that shouldn't be a laughing manner.'' Said Rias with a smile.

Speaking of a certain devil Issei arrived at the club and he looked a bit tired.

''Sorry, I was running off from the Kendo club. This time it wasn't me but hey I get a reputation. So, what did I missed?" Asked Issei.

''Talking about you.'' Said Luffy.

''Please tell me it was good stuff.'' Said Issei desperate.

''Its ok Issei, nothing much. Although I have received a return from your previous clients, they decided not to make a contract with you. I am sorry.'' Said Rias with a smile.

Issei looked all sad, how could he become a powerful devil if he couldn't even get a weirdo contract.

''Stop sulking Issei-senpai.'' Said Koneko all cold.

''Yes, its ruining the mood.'' Said Lucy.

''So Rias what is something big happening today?" Asked Luffy.

''Oh yes, I am glad to say that Asia, Lucy and Issei have people who want their service.'' Said Rias making the three newcomers shocked.

''What! I got an offer so fast.'' Said Asia.

''I was thinking the same thing.'' Said Raynare in concern for Asia.

''Debuting Devils tend to leave a big impression on clients. They like to say that they were their first ones once they get popular.'' Said Rias.

''Isn't that great?" Asked Luffy.

''What about me President?" Asked Raynare.

''Oh you will accompany Asia. I told you would be assistance since I think you two would work as a duo. In reward for helping Asia I shall give you a good amount of money.'' Said Rias.

''Really.'' Said Raynare surprised.

''I think you should take it.'' Said Lucy.

''I will do it.'' Said the Fallen Angel.

''Great, since Raynare-chan is coming with me I won't be feeling any sort of fear.'' Said Asia.

''Good and Lucy I think you will like the person that asked for you.'' Said Rias.

''Nice! Time to get some clients!"' Said Lucy.

''President for you and your amazing breasts I will try my best!'' Said Issei dedicated once again.

''that's the spirit Issei!'' Said Luffy cheering Issei.

''Why do you encourage him with his pervert's thoughts senpai?'' Asked Koneko.

''Because that's who Issei is. That what makes him who he is so why should I change him?" Asked Luffy.

The girl just thought about that one bit, yes it was annoying having that pervert but he wasn't that bad, he wasn't near Luffy dedication and good spirit, but it might be a start.

''Very well I wish you all good luck, here are the address for your next destination.'' Said Rias giving the contract with the address to each one.

''Good luck everyone.'' Said Raynare leaving with Asia.

''God bless….ah!'' Said Asia with a heached when she say the word God.

''Asia-chan!'' Said Raynare worried.

''Well let's have a good time.'' Said Lucy.

''Same for you too.'' Said Issei for the Yuki ona turned devil.

''Ok, you two can go.'' Said Rias.

''Nah president, after our little adventure with Lucy I think I got an upgrade. Now check it out as I leave this room…NOW!"' Said Issei wanting to activate a magic circle.

However there was no circle in the ground as Issei did a silly pose for nothing.

''You still can't teleport, you don't have enough magic to do so.'' Said Rias all calm.

''Oh come on!'' Said Issei pissed.

''You suck Issei.'' Said Luffy laughing.

''Shut up Luffy!'' Scream Issei.

Later

Everyone of the Peerage except for Rias was out doing contracts. Luffy wasn't a devil and Rias knowing Luffy behavior didn't know how he would feel having to be bossed around by someone else. So she decided to have him in the club having some tea while reviewing some paperwork.

''So Rias how come you guys go around looking for contracts? I thought devils looked for cooler stuff.'' Said Luffy.

''Things changed over the course of a 1000 years. Before we wanted souls and lifetimes, now we just want money and deals. This way we can increase our power and get more of a name spread around the world.'' Said Rias.

''This a bit confusing but I get the idea.'' Said Luffy.

''Sorry we don't have quick translations for centuries worht of history.'' Said Rias.

''Well its ok, my crew found ways to explain that stuff to me.'' Said Luffy.

''that's impressive.'' Said Rias.

''Do you think everyone is going to do fine?" Asked Luffy.

''I think Lucy will do perfectly; the person is a person that just want a question about music. Asia is fine because its mostly a cleaning job and Issei is…something.'' Said Rias laughing because she read what Issei job was.

''I wish I could at least see what one of these contracts is like. I don't care if it is to just see an old guy take a shower, I would do it.'' Said Luffy with a pout.

Rias just laugh at that and htne got an idea in her head.

''If you wanna know think we might have to help someone later. If I have to go I can take you with me.'' Said Rias.

''Really!?' Said Luffy excited.

''Yes, I can't lock you inside the club all day. I know this will drive you nuts.'' Sid Rias with a smile.

''You´re the best Rias!'' Said Luffy hugging Rias.

Rias just stop and return the hug and even got a little tigh with that grip. Even thought she was super strong, Luffy didn't even feel any sort of pain.

''His hug is so refreshing to feel. Not grabbing my butt, not shoving his face on my chest, this feel like…a hug. Although I am kind of a pervert too so I don't mind feel his abs touching my breasts.'' Thought Rias liking this hug.

''Do you think issei is doing fine?" Asked Luffy.

''I am sure he is having a nice tiem with his client.'' Said Rias.

Meanwhile with Issei

''My name is Susan and I am true warrior in a quest!'' Said a woman in full Japanese armor style.

''Oh Lucifer! What I am going to do!?'' Thought Issei.

Later

Luffy was taking a shower on the clubroom bathroom. He got all sticky thanks to some honey buns that Rias got from another club, after chowing down every single one of them Luffy was covered in honey and crumbs, so a shower was necessary. Rias got him a new set of clothes and a towel. While Luffy took the shower Rias was just looking at the door and waiting for Luffy to get out so she could see all wet and shirtless.

''I mean…I am letting him live with me and sleep next to me. Its only fair I get something in return and he has a sweet body.'' Thoguht Rias.

Soon Issei arrived after another weird encounter with a client.

''Hey President…'' Said Issei scaring Rias.

''Issei! Don't starlte me.'' Said her.

Issei saw that Rias was staring at the door and since Luffy wasn't there and he could hear shower noise, he could guess what was going on.

''Oh so the great Rias Gremory is also a pervert. My I guess upper class isn't so different from us regular folks.'' Said Issei with a smirk.

''Me a pervert! Hush your mouth, as Luffy caretaker I need to make sure he doesn't do anything stupid or destructive against my bathroom. Also, he is weak to water so I need to be on a good position if something happens.'' Said Rias.

''Just admit president…you´re like me.'' Said issei with a dumb smile.

''No I am not!'' Said Rias with her cheeks as red as her hair.

Soon Luffy got all the shower, all wet and shirtless. Rias got even redder than before while Issei just looked annoyed to see Luffy abs and sick scar. Even thought that thing couldn't have been caused by something good it was a smashing hit with the ladies.

''Oh hey Issei!'' Said Luffy all happy.

''Why are you taking a shower?" Asked Issei.

''I eat too much honey buns that I was so sticky. Like there was that honey all over my face and fingers.' Said Luffy.

''He smelled like bakery, so I need it to make him clean himself.'' Said Rias.

''Jeez, how can he eat like that and still look all buffed?"'' Asked Issei.

''Enough about this…how was your quest?' Asked Rias.

''Well….'' Said Issei a little off.

Issei told Rias and Luffy about this woman Susan and while he had a nice time with her compared to the others weirdos that he meet he couldn't establish the contract.

''You didn't manage to secure it?" Asked Rias.

''Yes, sorry I am not good in these sorts of deals.'' Said Issei.

''You tried your best Issei and that's what matter.'' Said Luffy.

''I couldn't finish things up Luffy, it's not the same thing.'' Said Issei.

''Try again, talk to this Susan woman again. Look her right in the eye and never stop staring until she sings you up! I would have done that.'' Said Luffy.

''Dude, I can't do that not only is cringy, but she wears full armor. Even her face is covered up.'' Said Issei.

''Really! She sounds so cool! I am so jealous of you Issei!'' Said Luffy with stars in his eyes.

Issei just looked confused while Rias laughs at that.

''She wanted me to return as new deal, so I guess I still have a chance.'' Said Issei.

''Great! You are on a good way Issei! Grab the armor lady contract and never let go!'' Said Luffy all certain.

''Sure.'' Said Issei not sure on why he talks to Luffy about this stuff.

The next day

Luffy was eating his 10 lunches of the day, a huge burger that could be the size of his head. Most of the club was gone because they were doing contracts, Koneko was the next one to leave.

''Luffy-senpai I am heading out. I have new client to attend.'' Said Koneko.

''Can I go?" Asked Luffy.

''No, this client is very persistent that only me go to his session. If you appear than I can lose my contract.'' Said Koneko.

''Oh ok have fun.'' Said Luffy.

''Bye senpai.'' Said Koneko leaving the room.

The Straw Hat pirate was now done with his lunch and he had no idea of what to do. Once you have your belly full what can you do?

''This world is really exciting and really boring. I wish my nakama were here they would have light things up.'' Thoguht Luffy.

Luffy then started to get a little sleepy and passed out on Rias couch.

Later

''Ugh?" Asked Luffy waking up and saw the smiling face of Rias looking at him as he had his head on her lap.

''Morning sleepyhead.'' Said Rias with her smile.

''Oh hey Rias, are you free now?" Asked Luffy.

''Yes, I saw you sleeping in the sofa so I decided to help you have a nicer sleep. Did it work?" Asked her.

''Oh yeah, thanks so much! Your legs feel like I am sleeping on a cloud.'' Said Luffy with a goofy smile.

The devil just smile at that. Luffy was so pure and innocent that could make her hearth melt and make any guy jealous of being this friendly to one of the hottest girls in school. Speaking of jealousy Issei soon arrived at the club.

''What is going on here!'' Said Issei pissed to see Luffy having a good time with Rias again.

''Oh hey Issei.'' Said Luffy getting up.

Rias just smile as she got up and looked at Issei with a serious smiling, wanting to know if he was successful this time.

''Well Issei how it was?" Asked Rias.

Issei explained that Susan is still not sure about making a contract with him, she feels that while Issei is a great guy, he doesn't give the vibe that she is looking for a contract devil.

''Being a devil is harder than I imagined.'' Said Issei.

''Its ok Issei, even people like me and Akeno didn't got every client that called us. It takes years to fully master the way in talking with clients. Maybe we can move you and…'' Said Rias but Issei was dedicated.

''No! I want to make at least one contract and Susan is the least weird one that I got. I just…man I wish I could have something!'' Said Issei.

''Chill up Issei, you can do this! You are going to be an awesome devil and the harem king. You just need to find the right way. Can't I go to see the armor lady to see what's up?" Asked Luffy.

Rias looked a bit surprised and thought that Luffy was making a good point. Maybe a little help was necessary, if she allowed Raynare to be with Asia then she could go and assist Issei this time.

''Looks like you got a point there Luffy.'' Said Rias.

''Uh I did?" Asked Luffy.

''He did?" Asked Issei.

''Well Issei how about I go along with you to this woman house, maybe I can help you settle your first contract. I know you have your pride, but it never hurts to ask for help.'' Said Rias.

''What for real!? You will help me?" Asked Issei smiling.

''Yes, I will be your assistant for this mission.'' Said Rias.

''Can I come too!?' Asked Luffy with a smile.

''Yes Luffy, you might as well assist us too.'' Said Rias.

''Horray!' Said Lufy all excited.

''Oh great, now I am not getting my contract for sure. I mean Luffy is a great guy, but he barely listen.'' Said Issei to Rias.

Later

The trio arrived at Susan house, once they knocked, they were greeted by a woman wearing that full Japanese armor set.

''WOW! So cool!'' Said Luffy seeing the amror.

''Excuse me are you Susan?" Asked Rias.

''Yes.'' Said Susan.

''I am Rias Gremory, the master of Issei Hyodou. This is Monkey D Luffy our…assistant. We came here to help you in your case.'' Said Rias.

Soon they were inside of Susan house, which was full of old-style armors and weapons from Japan. Luffy saw most of this stuff in Wano but he was amazed either way.

''Greeting! I am the great and honorable Susan. I came to Japan to study its culture and I am fully invested in its history.'' Said Susan.

''Wow so all this stuff is yours?!' Asked Luffy.

''Yes, I collected artifacts and old school Japanese weapons. My dream is to one day become a true Japanese samurai.'' Said Susan.

''This is so cool! I know a lot of samurai and they have a bunch of stuff like this!'' Said Luffy.

''oh really, do they have katana like this one?" Asked Susan showing one of her Katanas.

''Yes! They also have these heavy kimonos and sandals.'' Said Luffy.

''You know a lot of samurais?" Asked Susan.

''Yes, they were retainers of a guy named Oden and they fought to protect their land from a jerk.'' Said Luffy.

Issei could only look in shock as Luffy was talking to Susan like they were good friends and was asking more and more questions about her Japanese collection, which the woman was happy to answer it.

''How come he does that so quick?! I meet her yesterday and she wasn't this open to me!'' Said Issei pissed.

''because has a gift that even devils cant replicate. He can make friends with anyone he meets, its kind like his charme.'' Said Rias admiring that.

''So, I lost my contract to him…great.'' Said Issei pissed.

''Oh no, he can't get contract remember and I am not entitled to her. This is your chance to shine Issei.'' Said Rias.

''Fine president.'' Said Issei.

While Issei took a deep breath Luffy was still having a blast with Susan.

''Hey Issei, your client is awesome you should come here more often.'' Said Luffy.

''Luffy-dono is truly a joy to talk Issei-dono, why haven't you mention him before?' Asked Susan.

''Well because I was the devil you summoned. I mean…this is my job.'' Said Issei.

''Oh yeah, hey Susan do you have anything that you want us to help you?" Asked Luffy.

''Actually, there is…a big one.'' Said her.

Susan told about a trouble that she has been having for a while. There was a man in her university that she has been exchanging letters and emails for a while. She wanted to meet with him, but she didn't know what to do.

''Alright! We will do whatever it takes.'' Said Issei.

Issei formulated a plan to help out this weird woman to find happiness with whoever she was exchanging letters to.

Later

Turns out the guy that Susan was talking for a while turned out to be a weird do just like her. While Susan was into Japanese armor, her crush Horri was also a big fan of armor, but he was more of a medieval armor. With the help of Issei the two were able to meet and confess their love for each other.

''This was sweet.'' Said Rias happy that everything turned out great.

''Yes, they deserve each other.'' Said Luffy happy.

''I thought they are two weirdos, but they do make a cute couple.'' Said Issei.

Rias then just smiled at this, Issei got a contract, and he was getting his way after being turned into a devil.

''Issei-kun I am proud of your work and dedication today. You are truly going places, so for this display of hard work I allow you to hug me for 10 seconds. Which means you can feel my…'' Said Rias pointing at her boobs.

The pervert just smile at that as he felt like Christmas has just arrived.

''Really! I can feel that!'' Said Issei all happy.

''Yes, but its just a hug and its 10 second. No squesh or any funny business.'' Said Rias.

The teen didn't know about that, this was good but it would be enough. Besides wouldn't Asia or Raynare be disappointed?

''Can I have joy on this short time?" Thoguht him.

''Come on Issei you deserve this!'' Said Luffy and that just made Issei go forward.

Issei hugged Rias all calm and he could feel her smooth breast touching his skin, it wasn't like when he waked up next to her in his bed, but this was still pretty great.

''This is great. Luffy you are really one lucky son of a gun.'' Thought Issei.

''I never seen Issei so happy, I guess breast really are comfortable.'' Thought Luffy confused.

''Its over now.'' Said Rias.

Soon Rias and Issei parted and the teen felt full of energy.

''Wow, this felt great! I wish I could get more of this.'' Said Issei.

''Well work hard and you might get some other rewards.'' Said Rias with a smirk.

''I am going to work until my hands fall down!"' Scream Issei.

''Yeah Issei!'' Said Luffy.

''At least you´re energetic.'' Said Rias laughing.

Luffy then looked at Rias a bit confused while Issei was making a spell to work 10 times harder than he expected.

''He sure loves breast.'' Said Luffy laughing.

''He sure does Luffy.'' Said Rias.

Luffy then act spontaneous and hugged Rias much to her shock.

''They are soft but I never got the excitement for it. Although they are very comfy.'' Said Luffy burring his head on Rias blossoms.

Rias just smile as she patten Luffy head and lets him enjoy the hug.

''Yes, it's a bit weird but people do have taste. Some prefer buts, others prefer legs and then there are the weirdo fetishes.'' Said Rias.

'Trust me president, I saw a lot of X's rated movies and I heard about the ´´weird´´ fetishes.'' Said Issei.

''What kind of stuff is that?" Asked Luffy.

''You don't wanna know man.'' Said Issei.

''Its getting late, we all better go home. We have class tomorrow and a special event.'' Said Rias.

''A special event?" Asked Issei confused.

''Oh man I can't wait for tomorrow. Can you tell what's going to be?'' Asked Luffy.

''it's a surprise.'' Said Rias with a smile.

''No fun.'' Said Luffy.

Rias then took Luffy and casted a circle that would take them to her house.

''See you tomorrow Issei.'' Said Rias.

''bye Issei.'' Said Luffy waving.

''Bye.'' Said him.

As the two teleported Issei just looked at the sky with a smile. He would be mad, but honestly he was happy for the president.

''Come on Luffy, just open your eyes and make that girl happy. I would if I was in your shoes.'' Thought Issei as he went home.

At Rias room.

Luffy ate over 30 plates of food for dinner, but at this point Rias and the staff were used too. At least Luffy didn't burp or tossed food around, it was getting a bit better, but his manner still need it to get better.

Now it was time to get to bed, so of course Rias made sure that Luffy was by her side.

She started to take off her clothes while Luffy did the same thing.

'Hey Rias do you have any problem if I sleep near your breast?" Asked Luffy.

''Not alt all.'' Said her with a smile.

Luffy wanted to see what Issei loved so much. While not book smart, Luffy knew that a fully open chest was better than one with a bra.

''It's really comfy.'' Said Luffy liking the sensation.

''don't you feel a little off?" Asked Rias.

''No, this is kind of good.'' Said Luffy.

''Some guys would feel a weird out and have no courage to sleep in the way that you are.'' Said Rias.

''Nah, I am not most guys.'' Said Luffy with a smile.

''Well that's true.' Said Rias.

Rias then remember a previous night when she said ´´I love you´´ to Luffy, but he felled sleepy before he could even listen to it. She wanted to express her feeling but she felt very nervous about it.

''Say Luffy…what is love for you?" Asked Rias.

Luffy got out of being in Rias breasts and then looked at her confused.

''Love for me?" Asked Luffy confused.

Rias was a bit nervous, but she wanted to know what was Luffy idea of love.

''Oh you know. Like do you know what is love in your head. Being in love or something of the type.'' Said Rias.

''I guess I never been in love outside of meat or adventure. I mean never thought about that before, honestly I have no idea so if I ever feel love or something like that I will know for sure.'' Said Luffy all chipper as usual.

''Well…I am glad to hear that and if you need any help with that…I will be there for you.'' Said Rias with a smile.

''Great, you are really a great person Rias. I am glad that I became your friend.'' Said Luffy.

Rias was smiling but wondering if Luffy just saw her as a ´´friend´´, their date ended in disaster thanks to Issei, Asia and Rayanre. Maybe they can have more in the future and maybe…Luffy could be the one to take her virginity, but she was thinking too much at the moment.

''Goodnight Luffy.''

''Goodnight Rias.''

The two went to bed, luffy slept like a log in just a second while Rias had a ton of thoughts in her head as she holds Luffy´s hand.

''I hope I am the one you end up falling in love.'' Thought her as she knows as the day are getting closer and she wanted a way out.

So this one was different since I didn't go step by step like the original episode. I wanted to be a little more Luffy related as Issei tried to form his contract. Also, I didn't bother with the Otaku because he barely even matter. This episode I think it's the most pointless and waste of time of season 1, because all ti does is set that Asia is living with Issei. Also, I feel more that Asia is more of guest in that house than Issei sister because that never get brough up or she even changes her name to Asia Hydou.

I didn't wanted to waste time with the Susan stuff, its not something that matter. All that I know is that if Luffy was taking contract he would dominate. One of the things that Luffy is great is that he can connect with many people, yes he might be annoying but he knows how to make friends with a ton of folk.

By the way I am just saying this out of the way for a series about devils and underworld, High School DxD is bright compared to what happened in One Piece. Like the relationship of Doflaming and Viola and what that was in a million times more darker and twisted than this harem series ever achieve. And I know I can't compared a stupid Harem Light novel to a great work of fiction.

Also, while I have trouble with Hero Academia DxD I understand people enjoyment. I even imagined how that fic would have been with Luffy involvement, he would be like a teacher to Izuku and try to make him be his own hero and not just wanting to impress All might all the time.

I am going to make a lemon out of this and I cant wait. You will all see, Luffy and Rias will be real boyfriend and girlfriend by the time the Straw Hats arrive.

I know some people hate my Luffy, but this is my take. I know he is not a lot dumber than usual, but I want this way. This is fanfic so as long I don't do anything dramatic, I am not making anything serious.

Also check out The Straw Hat of Eostia, is a harem Luffy fanfic and he doesn't act like a idiot 24/7, yes there are food obsession and other things, but Luffy is really serious and ends up having sex with woman. Honestly that's a really great story.
