The time has come, to return back to where Bill Cipher has come from, the place from which he has to make amends after what he did long ago, and also face the folks whom he has become their enemy, and try to show them that he has changed, and for the better. Let's see how this stuff goes.

Chapter 986: The Return to Gravity Falls.

(Gravity Falls, Oregon.)

Gravity Falls, Oregon, USA, is a mysterious, sleepy, small town eastern Oregon, where there are many supernatural occurrences. The Native Americans once lived here at around AD 1200, but was quickly abandoned because it was a "cursed" land, but then was re-founded by Quentin Trembley, but in an attempt to cover it up was said to be founded by Nathaniel Northwest.

A UFO is buried underneath the town, and the cause of the valley's creation. The town's streets are dangerous and littered with weapons. Gravity Falls is the place with the highest concentration of supernatural events and abnormalities in the world, but other anomalies are scattered around the globe.

Here we are, and the portal is open and coming through is none other than Bill Cipher, and with him is the guardian Gyro, along with Luna Frost, Lincoln Spellman, Jordan and her Indoraptor, Boomer, Sergei and Leon with their Tiger Tank.

Bill Cipher looks around. "Wow. It has been so long and... This place still looks the same, well time to make this happen and speak with everyone whom I have wronged back then during..."

"The time when you brought ruin and destruction?" asked Lincoln.

"The whole Wierdmageddon you made happen with your buddies?" asked Luna.

"The madness and insanity which drove to have the town being delusional?" asked Boomer.

"The whole ordeal of why one man was missing for so long, and had to return when the damned times of you trying to take over his body but instead went after the old guy's great grand kid?" asked Gyro.

Bill Cipher sighs. "Yeah, all of that." He then looks towards the large town, and forest. "But before we do speak with the folks of the town. I just... I need to make a trip to the weirdoes and freaks of this land, and perhaps getting on their good side first could mean the others would be alright. That is my plan?"

Bill Cipher sees the others don't seem to be judging him. "Wait, you guys aren't gonna tell me otherwise about this plan which I managed to make?"

Leon speaks. "Dude, we know something dumb is gonna happen, and so we're gonna wait this out and see what happens next. No harm done, and no offense. But, this shit is your plan, not ours."

Bill Cipher scoffs. "Well, this plan is gonna work, and I know it. Now, let's go!" He then hovers away, with the others following.

Then Luna asks Gyro. "Dude, what are the odds he's gonna get his ass whooped by everyone?"

Gyro sighs. "He is gonna get his triangular ass handed down to him in an angry mob sized beat down."

(Somewhere in the woods.)

We now see all of the magical creatures are here, and all of them are confused about what they are doing here, but they do notice the new folks by the forest made stage and podium, let's do a roll call on the weirdoes living in the woods.

We have: Manotaurs, Multi-Bear, The candy monster, Unicorns and a Faun, Dipper clones number 3 and 4, the wax head of Larry King, and the gnomes such as Jeff, Carson, Steve, Mike, Andy, Jason and Shmebulock. Oh, the Hide-Behind is also there, but you just can't spot him for obvious reasons.

Luna does notice something else amongst these magical weirdoes. "Dudes, what the heck is with the boy band here?"

Then the Multi-Bear answers. "They are clones of the original ones who died back then, and they have been treated as hamsters for a very greedy and horrid businessman, and now they are free. They were brought into the wilds by the girl who wanted to take care of them."

They remain silent and surprised. Sergei whistles. "Wow, you do not see that every day, also that is very strange."

Then one of the unicorns speaks. "I think the term you are looking for is, weird." the others chuckle at this, and that is true.

All of them then see the guardian and then he speaks. "Everyone, thank you for coming here. Now, the reason why you have all been gathered is because someone whom was here long ago has returned and wants to speak what he wishes to say after all he has done, so... Here he is, Bill Cipher."

They all gasp and then see him, Bill Cipher. "Hello, freaks and weird things of this town. Now, I can tell that everyone here is distraught and very ticked off at what I have done back then, known as Wierdmageddon. But, I can assure you that I am here to..."

"Let's get him!" yelled the leader of the Manotaurs. They all yell and have their weapons ready.

Bill Cipher sees what is gonna happen, and his pupil shrinks. "Oh no." He then makes a run for it, while every single magical creature goes after him, and they are all armed and ready to give him a piece of their damned mind.

The Royal Defenders and Gyro watch this happen. "Saw this shit comin' and I didn't even have to use magic to predict that crap."

They then see this gnome stand next to them and his eyes seem broken and then he speaks. "Shmebulock." He then barfs out a rainbow, and then he burps and this freaks the others out.

"This place is weird" replied Lincoln, and then he gives the gnome a cookie, which he accepts. "Come on, let's go and help his sorry triangular ass."

(One beat down later.)

We now see Bill Cipher being healed by the guardian, and he sighs. "Well, this was a total bust. Looks like everyone in the weird and paranormal community hates me. Well, this plan sucked and failed."

Lincoln sighs. "Bill Cipher, calm down." he then sits next to him. "Redemption is not an easy task, and it takes time depending on what you have done that made things as they are now."

"He is not wrong." They see the Multi-bear appear. "Everyone calm down, I am not here to harm anyone. But I did overhear what you said and it seems like I was wrong, you are trying to make amends with us. But it is going to be very complicated, because what you did is unforgivable. So, it'll take some chance of a moment to make things right."

Bill Cipher then asks. "And what about you?"

"I can see that you can be redeemed, but it will take a long time. My advice, wait for when the time is right and then come back and see if you can be redeemed. You are after all the reason why everyone's lives have turned to total chaos. Don't rush it, but to arrive and try it out... That is a fresh good step."

They all look towards Bill Cipher and he starts to hover. "Yeah, you're right. So, if I wanna see things through, then I think it seems best that we go onward with the next plan and see if the townsfolk's will be less than angry with me." Everyone is surprised by this boost of positive energy, and they can tell that things might turn into another beat down.

Multi-Bear didn't like this and he knows it will end badly for Bill Cipher, and then he recalls. 'Wait, the Pines kids will be back here today, perhaps the time has come to tell them what is going on.'

Then Boomer shows up with the wax head of Larry King. "Hey guys, look who I found."

"So, you're all from another world, fascinating."

(Somewhere in the town.)

Everyone is gathered in front of the stage and they see the man on the stage, Gyro and he looks upon the good folks of the town, and the many of the folks here are: Wendy Corduroy and her family, Soos and his Abuelita, Toot-Toot McBumbersnazzle, Emmet and D'Shawn Candy Chiu, Grenda Grendinator, Gideon and Bud Gleeful, Sheriff Blubs and Deputy Durland.

Mayor Tyler Cutebiker, Fiddleford Hadron "Old Man" McGucket, News reporter Shandra Jimenez, Mr. Poolcheck, Lazy Susan, Robbie Valentino, Tambry, Pacifica Northwest and her parents.

All of them don't know what the heck is going, on and they seem chill that Jordan has her super hybrid dinosaur, then the mayor speaks. "Alright, everyone calm down now. We have some very special guests from another world, and there won't be another Wierdmageddon, because they don't seem to look the part, and now... here to speak, is the man called the guardian."

The mayor then steps away from the podium and he allows Gyro to speak. "Hi, and greetings fellow citizens of this very strange town. So, we came here to escort someone whom I have had to tolerate, and I do believe that you all know who he is."

Gyro then steps aside, and they all see who it is, Bill Cipher. "Hello again, good townsfolk's of Gravity Falls... Now I came back here to..."

Then Wendy's dad yells. "Hey! It's the creepy nacho chip freak!" Everyone starts yelling and are all enraged, they haven't forgotten about, Bill Cipher or Wierdmageddon.

Bill Cipher then tries to calm everyone down. "Wait, everyone. Please allow me to explain..."

"No." they all look towards Mayor Tyler Cutebiker. "Please allow me to explain, in words which the good folks of this town can understand..." He then clears his throat and looks towards Bill Cipher sternly, and he mutters the words he always tends to say. "Get him. Get him. Get him."

Bill Cipher is horrified once again. "Oh, come on!" He then makes a run for it, and everyone goes after him, and this makes the others watch as this goes down and then Leon has an idea.

"Hey, don't forget about the guardian, he was the one who introduced Bill Cipher."

Everyone turns around and looks at Gyro and he is now scared, and then he sternly looks towards Leon. "You are despicable!" He then makes a run for it, and now we see both Gyro and Bill Cipher running away from this angry mob of people from Gravity Falls.

But they don't notice that someone is watching this from the water tower, and he doesn't seem pleased to see Bill Cipher, but he can tell that something is up and that something might be that Bill Cipher has changed after what has gone down.

(One angry mob chase later.)

We go to the forest, and we see both Bill Cipher and the guardian are tending to their wounds and they didn't like what happened. "Well, that was a bust, and didn't work at all, and why the heck were they chasing me for?! What did I do?!"

Bill Cipher looks towards him. "Aren't we friends?"

Gyro realizes this and he sighs. "This is what I get... Well, what do we do now? Doesn't seem like you can ever be welcomed to this town, or this world ever again. So much has changed, and a lot of folks have never forgotten the horrors of the Wierdmageddon."

Bill Cipher sighs. "Yeah, sure seems like that. Well, looks like a chance to be redeemed is no longer possible. Perhaps I should look for another path, and try and be the guardian of someplace else, because I am not gonna go back to being the same demented and power hungry manipulative..."

"Bill Cipher." he knows that voice and they turn around and see him, Stanford "Ford" Pines, and he is armed with one of his latest inventions, and he has it armed and ready. "I should've known that you would come back."

Bill Cipher should be scared, but he is not and he sighs. "Well, shoulda known something like this would happen to me, and I am done with running away, so... Go ahead, and hit me with your best shot. I honestly don't care anymore... I've already been hurt enough."

Bill Cipher prepares for what is to come, and the Royal Defenders back away and the guardian as well, but instead Stanford Pines stands in front of Bill Cipher and then he speaks. "Huh, so you have changed yourself. I don't know if this is a trick, or something else. But do you really feel regret for what you have done back then?"

Bill Cipher then opens his eyes. "After what I have done, and the dumb crud I pulled... Wierdmageddon was my biggest regret, and the reasons for me to do so, was because I have been trapped in another world for so long, and literally lost my sanity and thought that taking over the universe was the best idea, and all the change is thanks to my good friend..."

"We are not friends!" yelled Gyro. "We are only acquaintances."

Bill Cipher then continues. "I have done the best I could to help these folks, and even the world where I have been placed in and learning some stuff. I thought that I could undo the biggest mistake I have ever made, and after seeing how everyone has been acting up... I don't even know if they will ever see my as the changed being now."

Stanforn then sees the guardian and Gyro nods. "Bill Cipher has changed after I found his statue remains, and he has been quite the help on some occasions and I can get a lot of other folks who can confirm with my words. Bill Cipher has changed, and he has been given the rank of a guardian, but he has no dimension or world to try and do that part."

Stanford then thinks about this and then he speaks. "Bill, what you did back then was horrible, and what you did to me was unforgivable. Forgiveness and redemption is not an easy task, and I doubt a lot of folks would ever redeem you. I can see that you have changed, but I am still against you."

"I don't think that there is any other chance for you to remain here, or return. Because what you have done is something that the people and creatures will carry onward, as a story of the day known as Wierdmageddon, and I suggest... To never ever come back, I'm sorry. I mean, I can see that you have changed, but the people might not and never will."

Bill Cipher sighs and he looks down and sees that he is right. "Yeah, that was the kicker there. Well, it was nice to try and do something, but he is right..." Bill Cipher then looks to the others. "I think we should head back now, doesn't seem to be anything for me to come back to."

The others are concerned about this, but they accept his wishes and so Gyro opens the portal, and they all head on through, and so does Bill Cipher, but he does look back and speak. "It was nice seeing you, again Stanford Pines and I am sorry for tricking you and trying to make my dark deeds come to fruit. I regret a lot, and tell the Pines twins... That I'm sorry for what I did to both of them."

Bill Cipher then goes through the portal and then it closes. Stanford is surprised by this, and he thinks about all of this. 'Perhaps there might be a way to show that he has changed, but I need to wait for the kids to return.'

A/N: That sure was some return, but it doesn't seem like anyone is in the mood to even trust Bill Cipher ever again, and he's alright with it because he knows what he did. I hope you all enjoyed reading this new chapter everyone.
